19 of the last 20 working days, we signed a new partnership or expansion. That’s the calendar I showed our board on Tuesday. None of them small. Each a deal we wouldn’t have come close to winning 36 months ago. AI-moderated research is crossing the chasm. And billions in market research spend are about to move to far greater impact. This is exactly what Geoffrey Moore described. Innovators and early adopters have proven the efficiency and the business impact. Academic research is increasingly validating AI moderation as a credible new research modality. The evidence is accumulating. The economics are compelling. And the market is responding. The broader ecosystem will move too. New applications will emerge. Non-traditional research companies will build on top of this capability to strengthen their offerings. On the other side, the traditional research market will face a structural correction. I believe 2027 will be the year this shift becomes impossible to ignore. It’s surreal to have spent a decade building toward this moment, and to now find ourselves at the frontier as an entire industry recalibrates. An industry I’ve always believed in. And one I’ll keep building, and representing with pride.

Proving that a solution works is a major achievement. But scaling that solution to match the scale of the problem requires a different set of questions. Who will deliver it? Who will pay for it? And what will it take for governments, markets or communities to adopt and sustain it? These questions matter because scaling impact isn’t simply about growing an organisation. It’s about finding the most effective pathways for proven solutions to reach more people. That has important implications for how we support social innovators. Catalytic funding and strategic support need to reflect the different ways impact can scale, whether through organisational growth, partnerships with public institutions, or enabling others to adopt and replicate successful approaches. At 100x Impact, these questions sit at the heart of our work. We partner with social ventures that have demonstrated what works and have the ambition to improve hundreds of millions of lives. Together, we explore what it will take to translate that potential into impact at scale, and what we can learn along the way. 💡 Applications for our 2027/28 cohort close on 2 November 2026 — just one week to go! 💡 We’re looking for exceptional teams with proven models, a deep understanding of the challenges they address, and the ambition to think expansively about how their impact could scale. Selected ventures receive £150,000 in catalytic funding, tailored strategic support, access to LSE’s research expertise, and a long-term partnership extending well beyond our 16-week programme. If you’re thinking about the next chapter for your venture, we’d love to hear from you. And if someone in your network comes to mind, please share this opportunity. STOP following the old B2B Demand Generation playbook. Here's what actually works. The old playbook: → Create valuable content from your company page. → Run paid campaigns to reach your ICP. → Drive traffic to landing pages and gated content. → Capture emails and generate MQLs. → Follow up with outbound sequences. The new playbook: People-Led Demand Gen. 1. Activate people: Turn your founders, employees, customers, partners, and creators into your content engine. 2. Amplify their content: Use Thought Leader Ads to reach your ICP and surround target accounts. 3. Convert engagement into pipeline: Identify warm prospects and trigger personalized outbound based on buying signals. 3. Measure revenue: Track what drives leads, pipeline, and customers. Not just impressions and MQLs. People trust people more than brands. And your demand gen strategy should reflect that. There's actually a NEW tool that lets you run this entire playbook in one place. It's called Atlas Go check it out: https://lnkd.in/eHs2H9H5

GUYS GRANOLA JUST DROPPED THE MOST INSANE FEATURE. 🤯 Let me tell you why I care so much… Last week I had ten external meetings in one day. TEN. By the end of the day, I was sprinting between calls and joining two minutes late, with no idea who i was about to speak to (it’s BAD I know). I was scanning my inbox for context while the person was introducing themselves - sooo obvious when your eyes are clearly reading something on a call… ick ick ick 🤢 This sums up my life… the calendar fills up faster than I can prepare for it. I’ll be jumping from a client delivery call to a sales meeting to a partnership conversation to a candidate interview, and somewhere in that time I’ve completely lost the thread of why half of these meetings are happening. So when Granola dropped their new Briefs feature, I cried of happiness. Before EVERY meeting, there’s a “brief” sitting in Granola to help you prep - already built, no setup, no prompting, NOTHING for you to do. It’s pulled from your notes, the web (!), and Gmail if you've connected it. It's the exact amount of context you need to join a meeting feeling like you've done your homework. I used it yesterday before a meeting with someone i'd spoken to once, three months ago. I remembered who they were and why we were speaking again. The brief had the specifics - what we'd discussed, what they'd shared publicly since, what mattered to them. INSANEEEE. Everything is cited too, so if something looks off or you want to go deeper on a data point, you can. This is Granola's first agentic feature - the first time it does something for you beyond capturing what's already happened. For anyone running a busy schedule - this one is worth paying attention to. The feeling of joining a call prepared, when you've had no time to prepare, is hard to overstate. And saving the best part till last.. The LEGENDARY team at Granola have given me a code for a FREE month of Granola Business for my LinkedIn community. Just comment “GRANOLA” below, and I’ll DM you the link to claim it. 🚀 #AI #Granola #GranolaTheNotes #WorkflowAutomation #AITricks #ProductivityHacks #NoCode #Automation #AIUpskilling #TechTools #Ad

Unpopular opinion: your sellers aren’t ignoring marketing’s leads because they’re lazy. They’re ignoring them because they’ve learned most of them aren’t real. Someone downloads a guide, a workflow fires, and it lands in a rep’s queue as a ‘lead’. The rep has seen that movie before, so it sits there. Marketing thinks sales don’t follow up. Sales thinks marketing sends junk. Honestly, they’re both right, and neither is the problem. The problem is that we’re still focused on single moments when buyers don’t buy in single moments. They research for weeks, engage in bursts, and pull in finance and IT long before anyone fills in a form. One action can’t tell you any of that. So the shift I keep pushing clients towards is simple: stop focusing on form fills and lists, start scoring signals. Look at the account and the buying group, not just the person. Agree on evidence for when sales steps in. Measure marketing on pipeline, not volume. The good news is this doesn’t have to be a super complicated project, in fact depending on the tech stack you use, it’s less of a tech project than people think, and more of an alignment one. We’re digging into exactly this on our next rev.space webinar. If you run marketing, sales or RevOps in B2B, come and challenge us. 📅 Thursday 5 November, 12pm ET / 9am PT / 4pm UK 👉 https://lnkd.in/eYYkvtf6 I’d love to know: what’s the one signal your team actually trusts before handing a lead to sales?

JUST IN: Nebius just launched Physical AI Workbench, an open-source framework built in collaboration with NVIDIA that gives robotics teams one place to run the entire physical AI development cycle. Data generation. Simulation. Training. Evaluation. All connected. All agent-operable. The problem it solves is real. Building physical AI means stitching together tools that each have their own dependencies, data formats and infrastructure requirements. Moving outputs between stages takes custom scripts. Repeating an experiment requires careful tracking of every scene, dataset and checkpoint. When one tool changes, the whole pipeline breaks. Workbench replaces all of that with a single CLI — npa — that a coding agent can operate directly. The results customers are already reporting: → Up to 40% reduction in engineering time → Iteration cycles cut from weeks to days → 14-stage sim-to-real reference workflow, from task definition to a checkpoint ready for hardware testing The NVIDIA integration is deep. Workbench now includes NVIDIA Cosmos Data Factory built on Cosmos 3, runs on Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab for simulation, Isaac GR00T for robot policy models, and NVIDIA SONIC for humanoid behavior. The first real-world proof point is with Sereact, the German AI robotics company already deployed with Zalando, IKEA, BMW, DHL and Mercedes-Benz. Together they built a sim-to-real pipeline for returns handling at Zalando, one of the hardest warehouse processes to automate given the variability of returned items. Available now on GitHub under Apache 2.0. The infrastructure layer of physical AI is being built in Europe. 🇪🇺📊 Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/d4XgSjFN ~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news → ziegler.substack.com

Peak season has a way of testing every assumption in the operating plan. 92% of transportation and logistics decision-makers surveyed in new research commissioned by Sparq say they're mostly or fully prepared for the 2026 holiday peak. That's encouraging. But even among those who feel prepared, 53% still rank demand forecasting accuracy among their three least-prepared supply chain challenges. For me, the interesting question is what happens when the forecast changes. Who can adjust capacity? How quickly does dispatch get the information? And can teams see the cost and service implications before making the call? That's where operational readiness gets tested. Our new 2027 Transportation & Logistics Insights Report explores how enterprise leaders are thinking about these challenges and their next technology investments.

Record utility capital spending brings greater scrutiny. Who is now testing whether approved capital is delivering value? In my previous post, I looked at the true cost of a lack of delivery certainty. Now, the burden of proof is rising. Large-load customers want speed and certainty. For a data center, energization can matter as much as price. Residential and small-business customers prioritize affordability, reliability and protection from costs created by new load. Shareholders expect approved capital to become assets, earnings and growth. Regulators assess investment through reliability, resilience, affordability and customer protection. Approval gets capital into the plan. Recovery depends on evidence that the investment was needed, costs were reasonable and the assets entered service. In Maryland, the Commission reduced Pepco’s March 2026 reconciliation request from $30.6 million to $13.36 million. In October 2026, it found that project-plan changes reduced the value of advance review and called for clearer explanations of project and budget changes, cost controls and customer benefits. In Pennsylvania, the Commission approved about $275 million in June 2026, versus PPL Electric Utilities’ $356.3 million request. It also required annual reports on approved reliability programs, spending, completed work and measurable outcomes. In North Carolina, Duke Energy Corporation proposed an October 2026 large-load agreement that, if approved, would require upfront payments for customer-specific facilities and deposits or guarantees for shared grid upgrades. Its stated aim is to protect existing customers from the costs of serving new large loads. This is not opposition to investment. It is closer scrutiny of whether approved capital is delivered as proposed and produces the customer outcomes used to justify it. Cost overruns and material changes to approved work are under greater scrutiny. This is where standardization and harmonization can support delivery certainty. A defined set of transformer specifications and substation designs enables reusable engineering, simpler procurement, common training and fewer inventory variants. It also allows projects to be sequenced by readiness, reducing future O&M complexity and cost. Better estimates, clearer utility/EPC accountability and earlier visibility of risk also matter. Technology and AI can help where they improve estimates and expose risk sooner. Approved capital is not a blank check. It is a delivery commitment to customers, regulators and investors. Affordability, reliability and stakeholder support are central to this year’s Edison Electric Institute agenda. I will be at the 61st #EEI Financial Conference in Phoenix from November 8–10 with the Newton team and look forward to continuing the conversation there. 👉 Which pressure is changing capital decisions fastest: affordability, delivery against plan, growth and returns, or speed to connection? #Utilities #Capex #CFO #EEI2026 #Newton

After every sales call, I run the same 6 questions. Takes two minutes. It replaced the 45 minutes of after-call admin I used to do every single day. Not in a doc. Not by digging through a transcript. I use Granola. It's a notepad that transcribes in the background and builds a summary around the notes I jotted. The part I lean on is Recipes, a prompt you save once and trigger with a "/" instead of retyping it every call. I built 6. Here they are: 1️⃣ /dailyrecap → "What did we agree on across today's calls?" Fast recap before any follow-up. 2️⃣ /repeatconcerns → "What concerns came up more than once this week?" Spot patterns you miss live. 3️⃣ /actionitems → "Pull every action item and assign owners." No manual write-up after the call. 4️⃣ /accountcontext → "What did this client repeat across our last 3 meetings?" Context back before the next call. 5️⃣ /presend → "What should I send before the next meeting?" Sharper, faster follow-ups. 6️⃣ /dealsignals → "Which calls mentioned budget, timeline, or legal?" Shows where deals are actually moving. The transcript was never the hard part. Plenty of tools transcribe now. The difference is I saved these once and they run across every call, not just one. "What did this account say about pricing in our last 3 meetings?" Answered in seconds. Save these 6. Run them after your next call. ➟ Try Granola free for a month. 𝗔 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 🎾 Last week, I swapped my laptop for a padel racket and joined Bo and Chozhan for a game. A bit of friendly competition, some good rallies and plenty of laughter. One thing I enjoy about padel is how much you depend on your partner. You need to communicate, anticipate each other's moves and trust them to cover the space you can't reach. It reminded me of something we discussed during our Data & AI leadership offsite last month: the importance of trust. As we work towards a more agentic organization at team.blue, trust plays an important role. Between colleagues, across teams and how we work alongside AI. And sometimes, the best way to strengthen those relationships is simply to spend time together outside the usual work environment. Thanks, Bo Brandt Cramer & Chozhan D M, for the great game. Looking forward to the rematch.

Only 8% of carriers expect connectivity to drive premium growth. Connectivity isn’t just a cost saver. It’s how carriers win business. Brokers decide where submissions go, and they send them to the carriers that are easiest to work with. This year's Surety Outlook 2026, commissioned by Tinubu, shows where that connection is still breaking down: 77% of carriers cite lack of integration with broker and agent systems as an operational bottleneck. Early in my career, I was asked to set up a laser tracker at a portable crane manufacturer and measure the crane sections as they stacked together or nested. A month later, they called me back to do it again. Why? Because nobody else had been able to give them the same repeatable data. I think about that experience a lot when people talk about automation. Robots, automated cells, and software get most of the attention. But none of it works without measurement data you can trust. If the data is wrong, automation just helps you make the wrong decision faster. I’ve spent my career in portable measurement, selling both hardware—laser trackers, portable arms, and large-area scanners—and software, including SpatialAnalyzer and Inspire, that help customers measure anything, anywhere. That’s why the idea of “achievable automation” makes so much sense to me. Automation shouldn’t be an all-or-nothing bet. It should start with trusted measurement, scale at your pace, and fit the application. Sometimes that means a standard solution you can deploy today. Other times, it means a custom system built with the right integration partners. Either way, the foundation is the same: data you can trust. If you’re figuring out where automation fits in your operation, I’d be glad to talk it through. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/dn2UMuaw #Metrology #Automation #Manufacturing

Tai no itseasiassa yleensä olen joka päivä toimistolla. Etätyössä on puolensa, mutta minulle toimisto on ylivoimaisesti paras paikka työskentelyyn. Miksi viihdyn Columbia Roadin toimistolla niin hyvin? Ja miksi itseasiassa onnistun työssäni paremmin. - Yhteisön energia: Kollegoiden läsnäolosta saa aivan erilaista virtaa työpäivään kuin yksin kotona työskennellessä. Parhaat jutut, ideat ja vitsit tulee aina toimistolla. Vaikka kaikki pöydät on vapaassa käytössä, minun paikkani on melkein aina sama toimistomme (Amanda / Eteläesplanadi) alakerrassa.

Artificial intelligence predicts behaviour. Human intelligence understands motivation. Every technology revolution has a hidden foundation. This one is built on human understanding. Intelligence is becoming abundant. Every company will have extraordinary models. Agents will run entire parts of the enterprise. But prediction is not understanding. Knowing what someone did is not knowing why. Predicting what they’ll do is not knowing what matters to them. And the more autonomous our systems become, the more that gap costs you. Your competitors can buy your stack. They can’t buy your understanding of your customers. In the AI economy, human understanding is a proprietary advantage. Not a report. Not a research project.
