Nobody remembers a slide. Everybody remembers a face. A team spends weeks talking to hundreds of real people. Then they turn it into a 60-page deck, and the customer disappears. Nobody changes a roadmap because of a bar chart. People change their minds when they see another human being struggle. That’s the “why.” Everyone knows the fix: the showreel. Every stakeholder asks for one. But anyone who’s made one knows it’s a nightmare. One of our clients just ran 750 interviews across 6 markets. That’s 350 hours of video. Days of scrubbing for the right 20 seconds, then someone asks for a shorter version and you start over. Today we shipped three things: 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁: great showreels, made in plain language 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝟮: answers with the quotes and clips behind them 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗠𝗖𝗣: your research library inside Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini That client now asks for a showreel in plain language and gets the best moments from all 350 hours, cut and ready. The exec team doesn’t just hear “customers are frustrated.” They watch it. Research should compound. We’re making it easy to use and impossible to ignore. https://lnkd.in/eNqHwQgj 🎷🎷

It’s release season at GetWhy and we’re giving every piece of research you run more bang for the buck than ever. Since launching our new reporting engine in August, we’ve been building new ways to dig deeper into your research and put insights to work in the tools your team already uses. Today, we’re releasing a triple whammy to bring that ambition to life - and the verdict from our clients in pre-release testing says it all: “wonderful”, “so helpful” and “really impressive” 🚀🚀🚀 Research Agent 2. Start with a question. It searches across your studies, reads reports and examines participant videos. Then keep digging: challenge the answer, compare perspectives, follow something unexpected. With citations, quotes and video clips inside the conversation, you can move straight from a finding to the person behind it and hear the hesitation, enthusiasm or conviction a summary can miss. Our new Showreel Agent. Found something your team needs to hear? Prompt anything to generate a reel of the moments that back you up, trim it for time, and assembles a playable consumer highlight reel in seconds. Refine it through chat, fine-tune the edit and download an MP4 for your next presentation. GetWhy MCP for Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT. Bring your research into the AI workspace your organization already uses. Explore past findings alongside your business context, ask questions across studies or even draft your next study, all within your existing workflow. Here’s a look at what’s new. 👇 https://lnkd.in/eqkuig35

Artificial intelligence predicts behaviour. Human intelligence understands motivation. Every technology revolution has a hidden foundation. This one is built on human understanding. Intelligence is becoming abundant. Every company will have extraordinary models. Agents will run entire parts of the enterprise. But prediction is not understanding. Knowing what someone did is not knowing why. Predicting what they’ll do is not knowing what matters to them. And the more autonomous our systems become, the more that gap costs you. Your competitors can buy your stack. They can’t buy your understanding of your customers. In the AI economy, human understanding is a proprietary advantage. Not a report. Not a research project. Infrastructure. A million conversations in, that’s the Human Layer we’re building at GetWhy. Be more human.

19 of the last 20 working days, we signed a new partnership or expansion. That’s the calendar I showed our board on Tuesday. None of them small. Each a deal we wouldn’t have come close to winning 36 months ago. AI-moderated research is crossing the chasm. And billions in market research spend are about to move to far greater impact. This is exactly what Geoffrey Moore described. Innovators and early adopters have proven the efficiency and the business impact. Academic research is increasingly validating AI moderation as a credible new research modality. The evidence is accumulating. The economics are compelling. And the market is responding. The broader ecosystem will move too. New applications will emerge. Non-traditional research companies will build on top of this capability to strengthen their offerings. On the other side, the traditional research market will face a structural correction. I believe 2027 will be the year this shift becomes impossible to ignore. It’s surreal to have spent a decade building toward this moment, and to now find ourselves at the frontier as an entire industry recalibrates. An industry I’ve always believed in. And one I’ll keep building, and representing with pride.

Research earns its value when it shapes a decision. An assumption questioned. A familiar behaviour seen differently. A reason to change direction. Today, GetWhy takes AI-moderated research further. Three developments that bring human understanding closer to everyday decisions. → Research Agent 2 Ask questions across studies, reports and participant videos. Follow the answers back to people’s own words and experiences. → Showreel Agent Let your customers do the talking. Create a highlight reel. Refine it in chat. Bring their voices into the room. → GetWhy MCP Bring your research into Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Explore findings alongside business context. Draft your next study. More decisions informed by how people actually live, think and choose. Proud of our superhuman product team for making it real. #BeMoreHuman Jökull Snæbjarnarson Sara Lerner Kane Callaghan Thyge Enggaard Sune M. Klaus Jørgensen Claus Venlov Casper Henningsen

Most AI gives you an answer. Ours shows you the humans behind it. Today, we’re shipping three major upgrades that have sparked some of the strongest reactions I’ve seen in a decade of building GetWhy. A senior insights leader at a leading beverage company put it like this: “I’ve never felt this close to our customers without being in the room.” A leader at a global consumer tech company said: “For the first time, our research doesn’t feel like something we finish. It feels like something that keeps getting smarter.” Here’s what’s going live today. 1. Research Agent 2 Ask your entire research library anything. The agent reads your reports, searches across studies and watches participant videos before answering. Every answer comes with the actual quotes and video clips behind it. 2. Showreel Agent Tell it the story you want to tell. The agent finds the right consumer moments, selects and sequences the clips, explains its choices and exports a finished MP4. 3. GetWhy MCP Your entire GetWhy research library, now inside Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Ask about any study, explain a business shift with what customers told you, or draft your next study brief, right where your teams already work. With these three, we’ve reached 29 meaningful product releases this year. Several times a month. Each one compounding on the last. I couldn’t be prouder of the team making it happen. Be More Human.
