$10,3 Mio.

2 ➔ Dwell Time: Wie lange bleiben Leute an eurem Post hängen?

Walk into a flagship on Avenue Montaigne or Bond Street today and the first person to greet you may not be a sales associate. They may be a host. The choice of word is deliberate, and it tells you where luxury is looking for its next generation of talent. What it does not tell you is how that talent is meant to get there.

Tims Cookies vokser over 50 % i år.

[DACH 🇩🇪🇦🇹🇨🇭 — jeden rynek?] Dzisiaj w drodze do Austrii naszła mnie myśl. W Polsce często mówimy o rynku DACH, jakby Niemcy, Austria i Szwajcaria były jednym większym rynkiem niemieckojęzycznym.

So happy to share this one! 😊 The Catalog Ad we made at Ingager for Dormy Golf got featured by Confect - Design your Catalog Ads ⛳ We saw 33% higher ROAS and 31% higher average order value compared to Dormy’s other Catalog Ads. 📈 My biggest takeaway: Catalog Ads are often treated as “set it and forget it”, while all the creative work goes into the other ads. But a small design choice, like placing the brand logo next to the price, can make a real difference across thousands of products at once. 💡 Big thanks to Folke Sundström for the great design work, and to Dormy for trusting us! 🙌 Check out Confect’s full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/diFMCB-6

There's a huge opportunity buried in most Meta ads accounts. Catalogue ads account for 25% of Meta ads spend yet only a fraction of advertisers are thinking about optimising their Dynamic Product Ads (DPA). Most DPAs look uninspiring using Meta's standard ad format. The branding and positioning impact is minimal from these ads. For years I thought that it was kind of crazy that Meta didn't let you optimise this format and upload your own designs. So what if you could increase ROAS, brand perception and conversion rate at the same time? This is exactly what we saw when we customised the DPAs for our client côte&ciel using software from our partner Confect - Design your Catalog Ads. We rolled out a lifestyle format paired with a product image, product name and the pricing. Result: 44% increase in ROAS versus standard DPAs, 40% increase in conversion rate. We actually saw a drop in CTR but only because we pre-qualified the audience through showing the premium pricing. Full case study in the comments. Credit for the brief Elena Kamshitskaia.

Where your customer data lives shouldn't depend on who buys your marketing vendor. Brands have invested years in building intelligence in their own data platforms. Starting today, audiences from any data warehouse, CDP, or reverse ETL tool can come straight into Bloomreach - ready to activate - without copying data or rebuilding logic. From there, Loomi delivers intelligence at the edge of every customer interaction. It makes the right decision in the moment and sends engagement and outcome data back to the brand's platform. We're open by design. Read our press release to see what that could look like for your team: https://lnkd.in/g-uRMS8B

Your winning ad is dying from fatigue. I found an ADS MACHINE that turns it into 100+ fresh variations 🤯 It’s an AI ad studio that writes, casts and produces video + static ads in one place. Your entire BFCM ad production can now run from one AI tool. I set it up in one afternoon. 200+ ad creatives produced for our ecom clients. 1,000+ AI actors to choose from. 0 studio shoots booked. Here’s what changed. I no longer coordinate creators, editors and re-shoots across 5 different tools. Everything runs in one place. Now I can use it to: → Turn a script into a video in minutes → Pick any AI actor, or create our own → Set the emotion of each line → Test 10 hooks on the same offer → Generate static ads in the same flow → Launch hundreds of variations in one click I write the script and choose what to test. The machine handles the production. For ecom brands heading into Black Friday, the impact is simple: → No more waiting on creator deliveries → Lower cost per creative → Winning ads found before CPMs spike → More time on offers and inventory Perfect for DTC brands and agencies that need a winner, and 10 more like it. Want me to send you this ad machine? Let me know and I will send it to you...

I built an ADS MACHINE that helps you find a winning ad… then turns it into 100+ variations 🤯 Step 1: find the winner. You give it your product. It generates dozens of different ads in minutes. New hooks, new actors, new angles. Batch after batch. You test them on Meta. Until one comes out on top. Step 2: multiply the winner. It spins that ad into dozens of new versions: → Hooks → Visuals → Product scenes → Angles → Formats All in minutes. You test them against the original. You scale the winners. What worked feeds the next batch. Most teams struggle to find ONE winning ad. Then they watch it slowly die from fatigue. This machine does both: Finds the winner. Keeps it alive. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies that need a winner, and 10 more like it. Want to try my winning ad machine? Book a FREE demo and get your Black Friday batch ready 🔥

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳? Not necessarily. When planning for 2027, most leadership teams start with revenue growth and ROAS. Those metrics matter, but they rarely tell the full story. The better question is: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁? For enterprise brands, the question isn't simply whether Amazon grew. It's whether the business fundamentals support the next stage of growth. I typically look at three areas: 𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 Growing revenue is great. Growing profitable revenue is better. Look beyond top-line performance and understand contribution after advertising, promotions, returns, fees, and other marketplace costs. I've seen brands increase sales while profitability moved in the opposite direction. If contribution is shrinking, the next investment may be in pricing, assortment, or operational efficiency, not additional media spend. 𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 One of the fastest ways to waste marketing dollars is driving demand for products customers can't buy. Before increasing investment, look at in-stock rates, replenishment timelines, and inventory forecasts for the products expected to drive growth next year. If key items are frequently out of stock, solving the supply issue may generate a better return than increasing advertising. 𝟯. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Not all growth is created equal. A business that continues to acquire new customers is in a very different position than one that is primarily selling to existing customers. Understanding the balance between new-to-brand acquisition, repeat purchases, and acquisition cost can help determine whether your next dollar should go toward capturing existing demand or expanding your customer base. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Metrics only matter if they help you make better decisions. A category with strong profitability, consistent availability, and customer acquisition momentum may deserve additional investment. Another may need operational improvements, stronger content, or assortment changes before more budget will move the needle. As 2027 planning discussions begin, I'd encourage teams to bring more than performance metrics. Bring the business implication of those metrics and the investment decision they support. That's what helps leadership allocate resources across media, content, inventory, technology, and people with confidence. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿?

Is your marketing team busier than ever using AI, but your actual business performance hasn't moved an inch? You’re definitely not alone. McKinsey found that while ~80% of marketers say AI boosts their personal productivity, only 6% see real bottom-line impact. Adoption isn't the problem. It's really about how these systems are built and managed day-to-day. In my latest article, I share what I’ve learned over the past 18 months building AI systems at Eboost, including: • The 3 questions I ask before funding any AI initiative • Why the "Marketing Engineer" is the missing bridge to real ROI • How we cut creative turnaround times by 80% with a simple custom audit tool If you’re trying to figure out where to put your next AI dollar, or just want to get actual value out of the tools you're already paying for, give it a quick read. Would love to hear how your team is navigating this!

Only 14% of SaaS companies under $1M ARR named paid media an effective channel. Over $50M ARR, 36% did. Same platforms. Same auctions. So what's the difference? Paid ads amplify a growth condition that already exists. They rarely create one from nothing. One of our clients is a Series B company launching a beta product at about $100 a month. On paper, Series B but the product is pre-seed. So the program is a 60 to 90 day pilot on leading indicators. That's the learning job. Investors fund rounds on a calendar and a deck. The auction doesn't know what round you raised. The round says scale. The auction says validate. The money follows the round. After running paid for 200+ B2B SaaS companies, the first thing we work out on any account is which job paid has earned there. So I wrote it up for founders setting next year's paid budget. Inside: → The 5 jobs paid ads can do, and why "lead generation" hides 4 of them → What each stage is proving, bootstrapped to Series C, and where paid fails → 4 questions to answer before you scale, from things you already own → Why the honest job is sometimes still validation, whatever the budget Plus how Toggl cut ad spend 52% while closed deal value from paid rose 159%, and the one sheet that changed their CRO's mind. Your buyer intent tool is full of companies that can't buy from you. The score won't tell you which ones. We have one sitting at the top of our own engagement dashboard... They read every post. They click every ad. They will never wire us a single dollar. They're just not a fit for what we sell. You could say that our warmest lead is a ghost. You see most Intent data tracks one thing - whether or not someone read a page. It can't tell you they fit your ICP. It can't tell you they want your product. Most of them have never seen your site or your ads. Engagement measures reading. Warm is a word about buying. Nobody checks whether the two line up. Attention is cheap to detect, which is why you can buy it. Fit is a judgment about your business, which is why you can't. So don't cancel the tool. Stop letting attention build the list. Let it sort the list. The fix takes an afternoon. Do it in this order. 1 - Write the fit test before you look at a single score. Three yes or no questions: - Can they carry your ACV? Below your floor, even a won deal breaks CAC payback. - Do they run the GTM motion your product plugs into? If not, you're selling the prerequisite first. - Is the problem expensive for them yet? If it isn't costing them money, there's no budget to fix it. Fail one and they're out. High intent can't resurrect a dead fit. 2. Run the test across your TAM and freeze what survives. Pull the universe from Sales Navigator, your data provider or your CRM. Apply the three questions. What's left is your target account list. Name it. Make it static. Revisit it quarterly. Signals move daily. Fit doesn't. 3. Suppress everything off the list. Intent surges, pricing page visits, ad engagement, hiring bursts. Every signal answers one question first: is this account on the list? If not, it goes nowhere, whatever it scored. 4. Tier inside the list, and attach the reason. Sort qualified accounts by signal strength. Every account that goes to sales carries what triggered it and when. If you can't say in one line why it surfaced, it doesn't go out. Same tools. Same signals. One step moved. Our ghost is still welcome to like every post 👻

Instagram launched long-form video today 📺 Disney is doing short form. Nobody is selling formats anymore... They’re selling time Instagram calls it “Features.” Up to 8 clips in the feed, each one a door to the full video But the real news is the shape. Horizontal is coming to Instagram. Turns out the TV was right all along 🙃 The ad you shoot for that screen is already a TV ad. “We don’t have TV creative” just stopped being an excuse 🎬 So the industry will tell you: Follow the minutes. Buy where people watch. Beautiful story but......Incomplete. 15 minutes with a creator 📱 15 minutes with Netflix 🍿 15 minutes with a live game 🏈 Same number on the chart. Not the same value. Attention is what you buy. Effectiveness is what you’re paid for 💰 Not “where are people watching?” But “what happens after they watch?” -Know which placement ran -Measure the lift you actually caused -Prove it in your MMP, your MMM, with a holdout Everyone is selling time. The winners will sell what it’s worth 🤜💥🤛 #CTV #Incrementality
