As I speak to more customers, the topic of attribution continues to rise to the top. The B2B buying landscape is more complex than ever. The average buying group contains 22 people and AI search is impacting every conversation. It’s becoming critical to understand which campaigns and efforts are actually working. That means updating your methods of receiving and reading signals in this more complex environment. With better attribution, you can make your marketing campaigns more impactful and efficient. Zembl is one of our customers that made the shift and found more than 3x increase in revenue influence. How are you handling attribution at your company? And are you taking steps to adjust to the new B2B buying landscape?

#kiagenten #LinkedInNewsDACH

In London 10 days ago we showcased a map. Four locations of a fictional retail and hospitality group: two stores, two hotels. 48 seasonal hires starting across eight different Mondays. Click a location and you see who starts when, what is signed, what is missing. Nobody asked about the map. They asked what was underneath it. Underneath it was a workflow. The hiring process, described in plain language, built into steps that run the same way every time. Right-to-work check, contract, uniform, system access, first-day schedule. AI where a step needs judgment. A manager where a decision needs a person. The map was just one way of looking at that workflow. It was built in an afternoon with a single prompt on top of our workflow layer, and works with any AI tool. That is the shift I keep trying to describe. For twenty years software started with the screen. Someone designed the interface and the process bent to fit it. Now you start with the process. You describe how hiring, onboarding or offboarding should actually work. You decide which steps must be identical every time and which need a human. Then you work backwards to whatever view you want: a map, a dashboard, a Slack message, a spreadsheet, nothing at all. The interface is becoming the cheap part. The process, the data and the governance underneath are what last.

We’ve raised $6 million to help HR teams and operators spend less time on admin and more time on people. The round is co-led by Frumtak Ventures, Swiss Post Ventures, Avant and DRD Investments. It will help us grow the 50skills team, strengthen our product development and expand into new markets. Over the past 12 months, our customers have completed more than four million actions on the platform. Behind those numbers are HR teams finding better ways to manage the work that supports their people. AI is changing how organisations create value. Our job is to make that practical for the teams responsible for people. We are building the operating system for people workflows, where HR teams design the experience they want for their employees and the platform runs it. The hard part is the balance: deterministic workflows where a process has to run the same way every time, probabilistic agents where a step needs interpretation, and human oversight, governance and security throughout. For HR and people operators that balance is not optional, it is the job. That is what we build, and this round lets us bring it to many more organisations. I’m incredibly proud of our team and the care they bring to building the product, supporting our customers and growing the company every day. Thank you to our customers, investors and everyone who has helped us reach this milestone. We’ve opened an office in Stockholm and are hiring across Iceland, Sweden and beyond. If you’d like to join us, explore our open roles or reach out to me directly. And if someone comes to mind, please pass this along.

Mikä on oikeasti auttanut suomea opettelevia työntekijöitä? Mikä on ollut vaikeinta? Mitä työnantaja olisi voinut tehdä paremmin? Näitä kysymyksiä käsitellään Silkkitien maksuttomassa webinaarissa 5.11. Mukana on kansainvälisiä ammattilaisia kertomassa omista kokemuksistaan sekä työnantajien ja koulutuksen asiantuntijoita jakamassa käytännön ratkaisuja. Yli sata osallistujaa on jo ilmoittautunut, joten aihe selvästi kiinnostaa! Jos teillä työskentelee kansainvälisiä osaajia tai suunnittelette heidän rekrytoimistaan, tästä kannattaa tulla hakemaan käytännön oppeja omaan työyhteisöön. 📅 5.11.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗥 Yet when much of the screening process sits with HR, that is sometimes exactly what it can start to feel like. Chasing documents. Verifying information. Following up on references. Navigating different requirements across countries. Keeping track of individual cases. All important work but not necessarily where HR adds the most value. In my view, HR should be in control of the screening policy and the decisions behind it. But technology and screening expertise can take much of the day-to-day coordination off their plate. Because a good screening process shouldn’t create more work for HR. It should give HR confidence that the right checks are being completed, while giving them more time to focus on their people. That’s ultimately what employment screening should enable. https://lnkd.in/etEqptxQ

𝐇𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐝. Wij meten skills daarom in uren ervaring.

Sometimes you choose your positioning. Sometimes your positioning has already chosen you. 😅 When I came back from parental leave early this year I took on leading our brand and marketing, in addition to leading our employer branding business. First up was an audit of our ICPs and value proposition. We've been working on the next chapter of Finders Seekers and asking ourselves and our clients a pretty fundamental question: Where are we at our best? Turns out, the numbers had a fairly clear answer. In 2022, Deep Tech companies represented 28% of our revenue and 14% of our clients. In 2026? 70% of our revenue. ~45% of our clients. We didn't decide to become a deep tech talent partner and then go looking for deep tech clients. The work came first. Over the years, we've found ourselves working with companies building some pretty incredible things. Quantum computers. Satellites. Weather and environmental measurement technology. Space infrastructure. Wearables and health technology. Biotech and medtech. Icebreakers. Different technologies. Different industries. Different stages of growth. But they have something important in common: The technology is hard. And the talent required to build it is rare. When you're developing technology at the edge of what's possible, hiring isn't simply about filling vacancies. You might need a specialist who barely exists on the market. You might be competing globally for the same tiny talent pool. You might need to explain technology few people understand, and turn that into a reason someone wants to join you. And as you scale, you need the recruitment capability and employer brand to scale with you. That's where we've increasingly found our sweet spot. So we're not really pivoting Finders Seekers into deep tech. We're putting a name to where our business has already taken us. Finders Seekers is the talent partner for scaling deep tech. From finding the rare individuals you need today, to building the recruitment capability and employer brand you'll need tomorrow. Curious: What’s the rarest talent your company is looking for right now? #deeptech #talentattraction #findersseekers

Since joining the Ashby Talent team, I've been loving how 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗜 has streamlined our hiring process, and AI Agents opened up a whole new set of possibilities. It took me a minute to wrap my head around where to start, so I focused on solving one problem I deal with all the time. Lately, I've been leaning heavily into sourcing to find companies that align with how we're building out our Support team. One Agent that's quickly become a go-to? 𝗠𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿. If you're curious about what's possible, here's a look at how I set it up. Hopefully, it sparks some ideas for Agents you can build yourself! (Just don't go sourcing anyone from Ashby 😉) Have you found an interesting way to use Ashby AI? I'd love to hear it, so drop it in the comments below! #𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘺𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 — 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬. Truthfully, when we launched Agents in Ashby, I was like… cool? It can do things automated? Maybe? Or something like that? With how fast AI is moving and the broad possibilities of some of the tools companies are introducing, I find myself a bit paralyzed by the possibilities. 😵💫 So I figured it might be fun to share some more concrete examples of Agents you could set up in Ashby, so you can straight-up copy them. (Or maybe be inspired?) One of the questions I hear from customers is how do you improve your AI-assisted application review criteria. And honestly, the answer is iterate. But one of the agents I tried recently helps make that iteration process much less painful by taking the qualities of candidates you hired for that or similar roles and creating criteria based on what you know about them! Watch the setup below 👇 And keep your eye out for some more Agent use cases from me! 👀 #AshbyAIAgents #𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘺𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 — 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬. We get this question all the time. And the answer is: it depends on the type of fake applicant. - Some people lie about their experience or qualifications to get a better job. - Some impersonate another person to bypass hiring requirements. But the cases we’re most concerned about at Brainner are much more organized. They’re not just trying to get hired. They’re part of an operation. North Korean IT worker schemes are probably the clearest example. The objective is to place workers inside legitimate companies, generate salaries and other revenue, and ultimately send part of those funds back to North Korea. And behind one “candidate” there can be an entire infrastructure: → Stolen or fabricated identities → People facilitating identity verification → Laptop farms → Proxy interviewers → Remote workers performing the actual job → Infrastructure to receive and move the money That’s why I think calling this simply “candidate fraud” can sometimes underestimate the problem. You’re not necessarily dealing with one person lying on a resume. You may be dealing with an organized operation designed to get inside your company.

Lähes kaikilla mun vieraalla on muuten sama juttu. Mahtava Gita on hyvä esimerkki.
