Dr. Oetker needed to speed up the localization of campaign content across dozens of local markets. With Storyteq, local marketing teams went from waiting on production to having a ready-to-publish campaign asset in just 5 minutes. It’s been really rewarding to work with Dennis Ritter and the wider Dr. Oetker team, and to see the impact these changes are having in practice. I’m proud of what we’ve been able to achieve together — helping teams spend less time on repetitive production and more time on the work that really matters. Really enjoy working with Dennis and his team on the account! 🚀 #ClientSuccess #CreativeAutomation #Localization #FMCGMarketing

I’ve had some version of the same conversation a lot lately: “We need scale - but we don’t want to sacrifice quality.” That tension shows up everywhere in today’s data marketplaces. At Lotame, we put together a practical checklist to help agencies evaluate data partners more confidently - focusing on sourcing, identity, privacy, and real campaign outcomes, not just scale. 👉 https://hubs.li/Q04bFrfW0

Does your IT/OT transformation feel like a monster you can't afford to tackle? For one CTO at a mid-sized manufacturing company, it did. He knew the IT/OT gap needed attention. But closing it across multiple plants felt like an enormous project - years of disruption, production downtime, and a huge demand on an already stretched IT team. So we started with one pilot plant. The gaps we found weren't unusual: • Flat networks because there isn't enough time or headcount to separate them • Default passwords that have been waiting for “next quarter” • Legacy systems left unpatched because downtime hasn't been agreed - and how do you patch Windows 95 anyway? • Remote access without MFA • Little or no network monitoring • No clear incident response plan. None of these problems are exotic. But together, they give a small problem room to spread and escalate - and one incident can quickly stop production. To understand where to start, we asked: do you know what exactly is connected to each production line today? From there, we defined the target state, assessed what was connected and exposed, and identified the highest-risk gaps. Then we tackled them in phases. IT and OT agreed on what needed to change, why it mattered, who owned each phase, and when any required downtime could happen. We worked alongside the existing IT team, so they could keep up with their other responsibilities. 4 weeks later, we had closed the pilot plant's three highest-risk gaps: • Established visibility and monitoring of all network communication on the shop floor • Secured compliant remote access into every production cell • Implemented network micro-segmentation and additional security controls. There was still work to do, but the team had addressed the most urgent gaps and had a clear plan for the next phase. The same approach is now being rolled out across his other plants, with priorities and implementation adapted to each site's equipment and production constraints. Starting with one plant gave the team a practical way forward. The monster was easier to deal with than he feared. If your IT/OT transformation feels bigger than your team can handle, let's talk about where to start. https://heliqx.com

I've been thinking about trust in cybersecurity recently given that 95% of organisations report that they don't fully trust their cybersecurity vendors. Much of the industry's marketing has historically been built around a simple premise: if buyers better understand the risks they face, they'll be more likely to act. But as the market matures, I wonder whether that approach is becoming less effective as a source of differentiation. Walk the halls of Black Hat or Infosecurity and you'll see countless variations of the same story. Similar messaging, identities and narratives about threats, breaches and what's at stake. This tendency becomes particularly visible around Halloween, when many cyber brands embrace horror-themed creative. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but it does raise an interesting question: if every brand is building urgency through fear, what actually creates differentiation? The recent reaction to the PHP vulnerabilities offers an interesting example. A flaw that reportedly existed in PHP for years has been thrust into the spotlight after AI-assisted research helped uncover it, prompting headlines about internet-scale risk and disruption. While the threat is real and organisations should act accordingly, the speed with which the conversation shifted towards worst-case scenarios highlights just how instinctively our industry still gravitates towards fear. At a time when buyers are becoming more sceptical and more rigorous in how they evaluate vendors, trust is emerging as a far more important factor in decision-making than many organisations realise. The companies building momentum are often the ones investing in customer advocacy, visible experts, transparent communications and evidence that supports their claims. In other words, they are making it easier for buyers to believe them. As competition intensifies, I suspect we'll see an increasing gap between organisations that compete on fear and those that compete on credibility, and for CMOs that's an interesting challenge. If everyone in the market can communicate risk, what are you doing to build trust? There are some interesting perspectives from marketing leaders in our Cyber Trust Report and I would seriously recommend a read: https://bit.ly/4wq7UWT

“Just replatform to a new ERP”. I hear this a lot. Someone's frustrated with their ERP, and the instinct is always the same - bin it, start clean, fresh beginning. I understand it. It feels like progress. But starting this huge project is usually the slowest and most expensive way to find out the ERP was never really the core issue.

Weiter gehts. 🚀

Quantum Metric MCP is generally available today, and the early customers using it don't use it the way they would use our UI. They don't ask for a dashboard or a funnel. They ask what they actually need to know. Which problems are hurting customers most right now? What changed after the last release? The agent recognizes that Quantum Metric has the data to answer, so it pulls it in. Most of these teams already had agents connected to their monitoring tools. Adding our MCP took them a few minutes, and now their agents can see what customers went through, not only what broke on the back end. If you're a Quantum Metric customer, you can connect it today.

👇 —————— I don’t have a dog, but I spend hours analyzing pet food. Why? 🐶 I love dogs. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn’t allow for one right now, but I know from friends that standing in front of endless pet brands and complex ingredient lists feels like solving a puzzle. I truly believe that retail success isn't about adding infinite options. It is about reducing complexity. Pet parents want clear guidance, honest nutrition, and total confidence. That’s why our team at @Lidl International launched Max & Mila’s World. How we make daily decisions effortless: ▪️Scientifically balanced formulas that meet the strictest FEDIAF guidelines ▪️100% complete nutrition with no artificial colors or added sugar ▪️3 clearly defined quality tiers, specially tailored to every life stage With Max & Mila's World, we make quality differences understandable at a glance and help pet parents make the right choice faster. I am so proud of my incredible team, who poured so much heart, soul, and dedication into building this brand and bringing our cute brand characters, Max the dog and Mila the cat, to life. They created a brand world that respects both pets and pet parents. 🐾 What helps you most when making decisions in a crowded aisle?

Every agency says they want a partner, not a supplier, but very few can describe what that looks and feels like on a Tuesday afternoon when they are under pressure. I think partnership is one of the most used words in our industry. It is in every pitch and every credentials deck. But for me partnership is proved in the small, unglamorous moments. The artwork file that lands two days late with the install date unchanged. The measurement on site that does not match the drawing. The client who changes their mind after sign off. Those are the moments when an agency finds out who they are really working with and our job is to make the agency look good to their client. If we have done it well, nobody notices us. The agency owns the idea and the client relationship. They should get the credit. So if you are choosing a print partner, do not ask what they do when things go well. Ask about the last job that went wrong and what they did about it. P.S. KGK Genix is a multidisciplinary agency providing creative, print, project management and installation solutions.
