Delivering meaningful care is fundamentally about bridging gaps: closing the loop between moments of need and the support that relieves them, ensuring continuity of care throughout. In that spirit, we’re excited to share our four-way collaboration with Merck Healthcare, NVIDIA Healthcare and Microsoft for Healthcare. Our shared goal is to redefine what support can mean for patients on therapy, at a time when technology enables far greater understanding, personalization and scale. Our work will be as much about improving what we offer today as it is about creating new use cases and modes of support. Nobody runs a procurement process called "rethink the role of humans and AI in our sales org". What we see happening is that our product is being bought for a limited use-case but that use-case ends up being almost immaterial to what it is actually being used for. It often feels like our customers don't even remember 3-6 months after launch what they bought it for as it is such a small part of what it is being used for. The problem from the vendor perspective is that shallow use-cases rarely justify buying a comprehensive solution (the whole buy vs build debate), while a product with real depth is more than that one use case needs, so it's hard to justify either. Risk for the customer is that they end up building a whole catalogue of point solutions, each with their own data and source of truth, that they need to maintain it and somehow make it all work together. Now they are using resources to upkeep internal tools that should be used to deliver value to your customers. So is the answer for a vendor to go in with a shallow use-case and expand or get the customer to rethink their org and priorities around how their business should run in the future? To give some context, below is a non-exhaustive list of the roles Optivian Ollie plays for our customers.

Morgens keine Zeit hast?

I run on routine. Change one small piece and I feel it all day. Two mornings a week I wake up and do yoga. Three mornings I take my daughter to daycare and then go for a coffee. On Saturdays we go to the same coffee place, she has a croissant and I have my coffee. Always the same days. When she wakes up late and I don’t have time for that coffee before rushing to the office, it throws me off. Nothing bad happened. The rhythm just broke. Many operators run their CRM marketing on a routine too. Activity dips, so they send a bonus. When it dips again, they send a bigger one. It feels safe because it’s familiar, and it gets more expensive every round. One European casino and sportsbook operator broke that routine and built a new one for their players. They started with a manual scratch-to-reveal test for a few VIP segments. When the results looked promising, they added Plinko, Wheel of Fortune and Open the Box. Today the games are a daily fixture across Casino and Sports. If you’ve read this far, let me give you two examples of their work. In Sports, they ran games on the quieter days before big moments, like the build-up to the NBA Finals and the FIFA World Cup Round of 32. Players had a reason to log in while they waited for the main event. Outside VIP, you could only play after a qualifying deposit and turnover. The game rewarded something players were already doing, the same way my daughter’s croissant comes with our Saturday coffee. And the best part is they did all of this with Optimove Minigames. The results: - VIP turnover up €233K to €1.48M per iteration, compared with equivalent days without a campaign - Peak VIP participation of 73% - 34% lower churn probability among participants - 84% of participants still active, compared with 72% of non-participants Next, they plan to use the same mechanic to bring churned players back. The full story, including how they gated play and measured it: https://lnkd.in/eGuFNqPE

AI has read the whole internet. But it’s never run payroll or a business. We’re changing that. Today, we’re launching Emet, our AI lab for model evaluation and training, and Pangaea, our first family of models for global work. On real payroll tasks, the best AI model fully solves only 49%. On global work questions, like notice periods or who can legally start a job, it gets 75% of the facts right. Close enough to look right. Wrong enough to break a paycheck or a contract. At Emet, in-country experts define what getting it right looks like. We turn that into EmBench, our public benchmarks, and into training data. Every model is scored against them, ours included. We’re starting with payroll and global work, with payment reconciliation and sales next. Pangaea is the first proof. Built on open-weight models and trained with Emet, it gets close to top-model accuracy, up to 3x faster, at a fraction of the cost. Deel and the payroll teams that joined us bring decades of experience running payroll, HR, and compliance, now serving 40,000+ companies in 150+ countries. Knowledge the internet doesn’t have. Emet puts it to work for every AI model, not just ours.

What if the reason LLMs go searching on third-party platforms for more about your brand is that your brand isn't giving them enough information? I often pose this question to brand leaders when discussing agentic branding—not because external validation isn't important, but because too much focus on it causes decision-makers to fall prey to the latest tools and miss the long-term opportunities. AI agents are shifting from merely surfacing and recommending your brand to personifying it, speaking for it, and ultimately, rendering it in real time on surfaces we can't even imagine. That means a brand leader's job isn't only to decide how their teams will use AI tools; it's also to make sure AI tools can use their brands. And that starts with what you can control. Look at your brand's own editorial properties, for example: → Your publications and insights hubs → Articles by your company's own experts → Reports and research you publish → Podcasts and video series you've transcribed → Educational, experience-driven case studies All of these contribute to your brand's knowledge graph, the part of the agent-mediated equation you can directly control. That includes the additional expertise—conference talks, sales conversations, internal training, engineering notes—you have yet to package and surface somewhere an agent can find. I'm not talking solely about accurate product and service information; I'm talking about how your brand's unique value and meaning are codified into an editorial standard that LLMs (be they internal or external) can leverage when communicating on behalf of your brand. Nothing will give you more clarity on where you stand than reading your own published expertise side by side, the way an agent would. You'll see where your brand contradicts itself, where it goes quiet on a strategic topic, and where it could be more specific about your experts' approach. Only then can you begin to revise your brand's digital footprint and use those revisions to architect an editorial standard for everything your brand writes moving forward. This digital revolution finally feels like one that forces us to look inward, clean house, and let the best version of our brands emerge. To help brand leaders take quick yet sustainable action, Thomas Marzano and I have condensed what we've studied, discussed, and applied with our respective clients into a two-hour executive briefing for senior marketing, brand, and communications leaders. Live online on Thursday, November 12, 5:00–7:00 p.m. Dubai time (2:00–4:00 p.m. CET). There are only 25 seats, priced at $875 each, and requests close Tuesday, November 10. Teraz rozumiem to lepiej.

As companies expand their portfolios, sales teams face a growing challenge: turning multiple product options, configurations and commercial conditions into the right offer for each customer. The real challenge isn't having a complex portfolio. It's making that complexity manageable throughout the sales process. Because customers don't want to navigate internal rules, pricing structures or approval workflows. They expect clear answers, accurate proposals and a smooth buying experience. This is where I believe technology can make a real difference. Solutions like Bit2win CPQ help organizations connect product configuration, pricing and quoting into a more consistent and efficient sales process. The goal isn't simply to generate quotes faster. It's to make complex offerings easier to sell and easier to buy. Discover how Bit2win CPQ can help: https://lnkd.in/d_rvAnuj #CPQ #SalesTransformation #DigitalTransformation #B2BSales

A jaki przedmiot z lat 90. chciałbyś zobaczyć w nowej wersji? 🙂

When I started my marketing agency in 2020, I thought the hardest part of running a business would be getting clients... Turns out, getting clients is one thing. Building a business that doesn’t fall apart every time someone takes a week off is a completely different challenge 😂 Here’s something nobody tells you about growing an agency. Every new client brings more revenue, which is obviously great, but what you don’t always account for is everything that comes with it. You’re managing more people, juggling campaigns, keeping track of deadlines and making sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. When your business is small, it’s easy to stay on top of things because you’re involved in pretty much every conversation. You know what’s been approved, which clients need attention and what needs to happen next. Then you start growing and realise that having all that information in your own head isn’t a particularly scalable business model. 😂 I remember getting to a point where I was spending more time answering questions and chasing updates than focusing on the things I should’ve been doing as the business owner. Someone would ask where a brief was, someone else would be waiting for feedback, and I’d find myself scrolling through messages trying to piece together conversations from weeks earlier. But even when everyone was working hard, we just didn’t always have the visibility we needed across the business to actually see that. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you can hire brilliant people, but if you don’t build the right systems around them, you’ll never get the best out of them. October is a perfect example. Everyone’s coming back from summer holidays, Q4 is in full swing and, for agencies like mine, we’re heading into one of the busiest periods of the year. The last thing you want is to spend weeks figuring out where projects were left and whether that deadline someone mentioned before going to Marbella was ever dealt with. 😂 Your team should be able to go on holiday, switch off and come back to a business that’s continued moving forward without them. That’s one of the reasons I like what Productive is doing. Having your projects, budgets, resources, meeting notes and deadlines in one place gives you a much clearer picture of what’s happening without constantly chasing people for updates. As a founder, one of the biggest mindset shifts is accepting that your job isn’t to be involved in everything. It’s to build a business where everything doesn’t need you. Which sounds obvious until you realise how many business owners have made themselves the most overworked person in their own company. I’ve definitely been guilty of that one. 😂 If your team’s back from summer and you’re still trying to get everyone on the same page before Q4 gets even busier, have a look at Productive: https://lnkd.in/eXDK-XM2

In all my years running brands from the inside, I have never seen brand leaders carry this much at once. They are asked to make the brand cheaper to run with AI, and they answer for whatever AI says about it. They are expected to sound sure for a team that isn't. And there are two ways to fail: fall behind, or sign off on the wrong thing. Underneath it all sits a question: if agents do more of the work, what exactly am I here to decide? More than it seems. For thirty years we have been the operators of the machine — hand-holding the digital surfaces to unlock their capability. Now the machine understands our intent, and it operates for us. Your customers' agents are starting to compare, shortlist and choose for them. The tools behind that will change every quarter. What must remain true about your brand when an agent acts in its name should not. You will work that out with IT, legal and your agencies, but you can't hand it over: accountability does not delegate to a machine. And if nobody decides, silence does not produce absence. It produces improvisation. Many brand leaders have asked me for time to think this through together. So Flavia Barbat of Brandingmag and I are starting with a paid briefing, small on purpose so everyone in it takes part. 🖥️ Agentic Branding: A Live Briefing 🗓️ Thursday 12 November, 14:00–16:00 CET, live online For CMOs, CBOs and leaders of brand and communications; agency and consultancy leaders welcome. 25 seats, $875 each, by request until Tuesday 10 November.
