I run on routine. Change one small piece and I feel it all day. Two mornings a week I wake up and do yoga. Three mornings I take my daughter to daycare and then go for a coffee. On Saturdays we go to the same coffee place, she has a croissant and I have my coffee. Always the same days. When she wakes up late and I don’t have time for that coffee before rushing to the office, it throws me off. Nothing bad happened. The rhythm just broke. Many operators run their CRM marketing on a routine too. Activity dips, so they send a bonus. When it dips again, they send a bigger one. It feels safe because it’s familiar, and it gets more expensive every round. One European casino and sportsbook operator broke that routine and built a new one for their players. They started with a manual scratch-to-reveal test for a few VIP segments. When the results looked promising, they added Plinko, Wheel of Fortune and Open the Box. Today the games are a daily fixture across Casino and Sports. If you’ve read this far, let me give you two examples of their work. In Sports, they ran games on the quieter days before big moments, like the build-up to the NBA Finals and the FIFA World Cup Round of 32. Players had a reason to log in while they waited for the main event. Outside VIP, you could only play after a qualifying deposit and turnover. The game rewarded something players were already doing, the same way my daughter’s croissant comes with our Saturday coffee. And the best part is they did all of this with Optimove Minigames. The results: - VIP turnover up €233K to €1.48M per iteration, compared with equivalent days without a campaign - Peak VIP participation of 73% - 34% lower churn probability among participants - 84% of participants still active, compared with 72% of non-participants Next, they plan to use the same mechanic to bring churned players back. The 2026 Multichannel Marketing Hub Magic Quadrant is out, and once again, most people will read it wrong. They see a company land in "Visionary" or "Leader" and treat it as the whole verdict, when it's really one score, of one thing, and most people never stop to ask which thing. Here's the framework I use before I trust any quadrant, ranking, or "leader" badge, mine or anyone else's: 1. Is this evaluating the company, or the product I'd actually put in front of my team? 2. What was measured to get there? Gartner runs two very different exercises inside the same category. The Magic Quadrant evaluates companies: completeness of vision, ability to execute, where the vendor is headed. The Critical Capabilities report evaluates products: how well they perform against specific, defined use cases. In the Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs, Optimove was named a Visionary for the third consecutive year. That's a company signal: durable vision, consistent execution, three years running. In the Critical Capabilities report for the same category, Optimove ranked #1 for Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning, and top three across every other 2026 use case: Multichannel Engagement (#2), Conversational and Agent-Augmented Marketing (#3), and Omnichannel Workflow Innovation (#2). That's a product signal: buyers scoring what the platform actually does, use case by use case. Neither report replaces the other. The Magic Quadrant tells you whether the vendor will still be standing in three years. The Critical Capabilities tells you whether what you buy today does the job today. Underneath the product result: a decisioning chain built from five purpose-built agents (audience, journey, offer, content, send time), running inside a platform that layers native AI, an MCP for pulling in outside tools and data, and custom apps our own engineers build on top for specific customer needs. So here's the actual framework, if you want to steal it: before you shortlist anything based on an analyst report, ask whether you're looking at a company score or a product score. Then go find the other one. Read our whole breakdown of this year's results here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eNtSy_i6

Optimove ranked #1 of 12 vendors for Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning in the 2026 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. That use case looks at how fast a platform turns a live signal into a personalized response. For a bettor cashing out or a trader closing a position, it's the gap between a message that fits the moment and one that arrives after they've moved on. Gartner's view this year is that with AI assistants now built into most platforms, what sets them apart is control over which message goes out, and when. It's also the third year running that Gartner has named Optimove a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. How many hours sit between your players' last action and your next message? Our full breakdown of the report is here: https://lnkd.in/dKJDpDJb

I feel lucky to be in a role where I’m required to represent the business I work for on a regular basis. Being in Lisbon last week and picking up the SBC Awards Industry Innovation of the Year award on behalf of Optimove was a real personal highlight (nothing to do with my desire to be the centre of attention). However, what it really showcases, is the actual hard work from all those behind the camera at Optimove. Industry innovation is something we’re super proud to be recognised for and again highlights what we’re trying to achieve. Well done to the whole Optimove team and thanks for allowing to show off once more. Want to see the innovation behind the award? Happy to show you. https://lnkd.in/ejWcf5Yd

Gartner ranked Optimove #1 in Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning, the capability that matters most in marketing today. Now that AI makes campaigns easy to produce, what separates platforms is how well they decide, for every customer and in milliseconds, which message, offer and channel to use, and what to hold back, and that's exactly where we've been placing our product bets. We were also ranked in the top 3 across all use cases, and named as a Visionary for the third year in a row. As the person responsible for our product vision and strategy, that last one means a lot to me, because it recognizes where we believe the market is going and that what we're building will get us there. Thank you to our product, engineering and data science teams, who turn those bets into products, and to the clients who push us every week. Where does innovation begin? Yesterday, we opened my daughter's second birthday present, a set of magnetic building blocks, and spent hours on the floor. She did what two-year-olds do. She reached into the box, pulled out a piece, and turned it over like it was the most interesting thing she'd ever seen. Then she held it up to me. So I took it. I clicked it against another piece to show her how they stick together. She watched, reached back into the box for the next one, and handed it over. Somewhere around the fourth piece we had a slide. She brought the curiosity, I brought the how. That's close to how the best idea I've been part of at work got started. Back in 2022 I sat down with Shai, our CPO, and Pini, our CEO, to talk about how ChatGPT was going to change marketing. Everything would become prompt based and the UI would stop mattering. It was too early, of course. Our team was among the first to bring an Ask Me Anything style bot to market. It didn't work out. Claude showed up, and MCPs after it. We kept building. Every attempt, even the one that failed, gave us a new piece to work with. Optimove AI now works in three places: • Inside the platform, with Native AI agents for insights, creative, and decisioning • Outside it, with the Optimove MCP to work from ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and more • On top of it, with Custom Apps built with AI and deployed inside Optimove That combination just won SBC's Innovation of the Year Award in iGaming. So where do great ideas come from? The person who finds the piece, or the person who shows how it fits? --- Want to learn more about our award-winning AI? 👉 https://lnkd.in/e-mq_vc9
