£10m to £30m consultancy? You already know something is wrong with your marketing. You just cannot figure out where it breaks. That is the real problem. The worst part is not the wasted money. It is the uncertainty. Because when you cannot see how marketing creates conversations, every decision feels like guesswork: ⁉️ Should we post more? ⁉️ Should we run a webinar? ⁉️ Should we change our messaging? ⁉️ Should we hire someone? ⁉️ Should we switch agencies? You end up making decisions based on gut feel, not data. And gut feel at board level usually means cutting the budget or changing the team. Neither of which fixes the actual problem. Growth OS replaces guesswork with a framework. 🎯 A clear diagnostic. 📊 A direct line from marketing activity to pipeline. 📞 And a path to the conversations your Partners actually care about. I am running a webinar on this, this week. Growth OS. The full framework. How it works. Where consultancy marketing breaks. How to fix it. Plus live Q&A. Bring your questions. I am giving away the exact diagnostic tool we use with 8-figure firms to everyone who attends live. Thursday 21 May 3:00 PM BST / 10:00 AM EST Link here: https://lnkd.in/ewnE-SZF

£10m to £30m consultancy? Your marketing has never actually worked. You have just been too busy to notice. Here is the pattern: Invest in marketing for a quarter. Pull back when it does not deliver fast enough. Start again when things feel quiet. Stop again when delivery gets busy. Repeat. Lots of output. Fits and starts. Momentum in waves. And the worst part? Every restart costs more than the last one. You lose compounding. You lose audience trust. You lose internal confidence. Growth OS is built to break that cycle. It gives you a framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline visibility. No guesswork. No vanity metrics. Just a clear link between what you spend and what you get back. I am running a webinar this week where I will walk through the full framework and take your questions live. No fluff. No sales pitch. Just the framework. We are capping this at 100 attendees so we can actually answer questions. Thursday 21 May 3:00 PM BST / 10:00 AM EST Save your seat today: https://lnkd.in/eSS67rte

Here's something we keep running into, and it says more about us than about search. When people search by gender, women search for women-specific products far more than men search for men-specific ones. Nearly twice as often. And we see it in every market we map, from skis to bikes to beyond. My read on why: men tend to assume anything generic is for them. Women often assume it isn't, so they search specifically to make sure. "Chauvinism", backed by data. Search is just a mirror to human behavior. But here's where it stops being a fun observation and starts costing money. Brands carry the same blind spot. They build a "unisex" product, label it unisex, and never tell the woman looking at it that yes, this is for her too. So she keeps searching. And the brand that actually said it out loud gets the customer. Multiply that across every category, and it's tens of thousands of buyers walking past products that were right for them, because nobody confirmed it. Agree with the explanation, or do you see another reason behind it? One of several gaps we keep spotting. Happy to share the others if you're curious, just say the word.

Dog food brands are losing the “health” category, all of them. Surprising, right? Let's see why Health needs should be the one place a dog food brand can't lose. A dog with a sensitive stomach or a skin allergy doesn't need an opinion, it needs a specific, formulated product. That's exactly what dog food companies make. So we checked: 𝟰𝟴𝟵,𝟵𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 across 37 health conditions. Makers win only one. (hi Nestlé Purina North America 🙂) Who owns the rest: Dog food for 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵, the biggest: Reddit, a vet hospital, Reddit, another vet clinic, then Purina at #5. Dog food for 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 - PetMD. - Don't sell food. Dog food for 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 - Chewy. And 𝟯𝟰 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲… 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: Purina's sensitive-skin page ranks #1 because it answers the question, instead of just selling. This buyer isn't only buying food. He wants assurance it'll help his dog, an understanding of why the problem happens, and what else he can do about it. Those intents ride along with the purchase, whether or not the brand answers them. Do that across these conditions, you're cashing in on nearly half a million searches a month. This is one finding out of dozens in the dog food market, where you're present but never chosen, need by need. We are sharing a sample of this report over a 15-minute demo showing your brand. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 “𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱” and we'll pick it up

In January, the Content Science team and I predicted that AI's PR crisis would intensify in 2026. Five months later, we're watching it unfold in real time. Across the U.S., the backlash against AI is hard to ignore: 🔹 Florida became the first state to sue OpenAI and Sam Altman for not disclosing risks. 🔹 Companies report they're still not seeing the value they expected from AI, complicating Anthropic's IPO. 🔹 Communities across the country are pushing back against AI data centers, raising concerns about energy consumption as well as local impacts on air quality and more. (That last one hits close to home as I have family living near the slew of sites planned for Virginia.) In our State of Content + AI 2026 webinar and report, I said that AI's PR crisis would compound and pointed to several warning signs: • Half of Americans were more concerned than excited about AI becoming part of daily life and growing weary of AI slop. • Many failures, from hallucinations of inaccurate health information to biased hiring algorithms, became high profile. • AI was exacerbating the world's top risks such as misinformation, polarization, cybersecurity, and environmental impacts. • Most enterprises were struggling to realize value from AI, as highlighted in research from MIT, Content Science, and others. Today's headlines reflect those concerns and more. I don't believe this is fundamentally a PR problem, so a PR crisis response alone won't solve it. The solution lies in better decisions and actions across business, technology, and government. A sample of what I want to see: 🔸 More business and industry leaders make AI decisions based on strategy rather than fear. They also give transparency to employees and customers regarding when, why, and how they're using AI. 🔸 Leaders of major AI models and platforms take greater responsibility for failed enterprise outcomes instead of claiming capability overhang. 🔸 More in-house technology leaders insist that strengthening governance, workflow, quality controls, and human oversight accelerates responsible scaling of AI. 🔸 More government leaders develop and implement forward-thinking policies that protect people while supporting responsible innovation. I still believe AI has exciting potential to free us from past limitations so we transform industries, scale worthy busineses and organizations, and improve everyday life. I'm not against AI. But I also believe that with great freedom comes great responsibility. The question now is whether more leaders will have the courage to take responsibility for AI. The growing backlash across the U.S. indicates that many people want to see exactly that. How Clemson University Achieved 91% AI Visibility While Driving 47% More Page Views with Conductor... Lainey Graham and her team at Clemson faced a challenge many of you know well: 33K people per month were searching for "Clemson acceptance rate," but third-party sites were capturing that traffic and controlling their brand narrative. Clemson used Conductor's end-to-end AEO platform to identify the opportunity, create optimized content, and dominate BOTH traditional search AND AI-powered answers—all in one workflow. The process: Topic & keyword research identified the 33K monthly search gap → Writing Assistant in Conductor Creator helped create comprehensive, AEO-optimized content → AI Search Performance & Pages proved they owned the topic in both AI & traditional Google results. The results: Overall, Clemson has captured >91% AIO Market Share leveraging Conductor. Major kudos to Lainey and her team for these results! For the optimized acceptance rate page , it is now cited in multiple AI engines including ChatGPT and Perplexity. The page saw a ✅ 47% increase in page views ✅ 50% more sessions ✅ 79% higher engagement time in just a few weeks. Why this matters for marketing leaders: The search landscape has fundamentally changed. You can't afford to use five different tools to research, create, optimize, and measure content performance across traditional SEO and generative AI. Lainey and her team proved that with the right end-to-end AEO platform, you can reclaim your brand narrative, dominate AI visibility (GEO/AEO), and drive measurable business results.

Younger consumers are redefining how beauty products are discovered and purchased. The days of relying solely on text-based reviews are fading quickly— Gen Z consumers rely on video to inform purchase decisions. Some mind blowing stats sourced by Christoph Knudsen in collaboration with our friends at Videowise... - 71% of consumers aged 18-25 often/always research new beauty products online before buying. - 2 in 3 consumers aged 18-25 now rely on user generated videos in their buyer journeys For beauty brands, the message is really clear: if your product isn't showing up consistently across social channels like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, you're going to fall behind competitors. Younger consumers aren’t just looking for recommendations — they want to see real people using real products, authentically. Acorns nailed this brief. Their goal here was to connect with parents on Instagram in a highly authentic way... right in the thick of back-to-school seaso (when routines are being reset etc.). With Cohley, they generated content that felt like real life (not an ad) and shows how Acorns helps parents build healthy money habits with their kids. It's a great example of how creator content does so much more than just drive clicks...It makes a brand's message feel personal and relevant.

I’m feeling a lot this morning. HUGE news today. Adobe will be acquiring Semrush…our partner, competitor, and an ally in the broader SEO and AEO/GEO world for over a decade. For a long time, big tech ignored SEO. It drove half of the internet’s traffic, yet somehow never cleared the bar as something to own. I always believed the day would come when major platforms took this category seriously. Today is that day. AI is what pushed it onto the radar. Marketing technology is waking up to the reality that websites are taking a back seat in the AI future. AEO/GEO is not just the evolution of SEO… it’s the new arena for digital marketing. Here’s what this moment mean... For the technology industry: -Every major DXP and marketing cloud now needs an AEO product strategy. Your stack is incomplete without it. -Digital budgets are going to shift from the website-first stack and make their way to AEO-first platforms. -The data intelligence layer will define winners as we move into an agent-first software economy. SaaS applications will reduce in value while data infrastructure becomes the holy grail. For digital and marketing leaders: -Every CMO and Chief Digital Officer needs a holistic strategy on AEO/GEO and will also require an end-to-end technology platform. -Everyone in SEO is now in AEO. Google is the largest answer engine and half of results will soon have AI. Your job is now more important than ever in enabling companies to win visibility across AI surfaces. . -Marketing departments need to become AEO departments…winning requires brand, comms, product, merchandising, content and digital. Marketing teams will need to evolve, fast. For Conductor and our customers: Our wild journey (i.e., buying Conductor back in 2020) led us to completely rebuild our data architecture, led by our CPO (Wei Zheng), who brought 15+ years of data experience from Informatica and starting Trifacta. This is our unfair data advantage. We are the only enterprise-native AEO/GEO platform at real scale… $40M+ of enterprise AI ARR, the largest engineering team in the world dedicated to this space, and more than a decade of historical data, training signals, and enterprise experience. Mastercard, TD Bank, BlackRock, Bass Pro Shops, Shiseido, Chewy, Eli Lilly, LabCorp, Gartner, EY, Penn Medicine, FedEx, Datadog, Four Seasons and hundreds more partner with us to help build their AI visibility & content strategy. This next era won’t be led by legacy architectures. It will be led by platforms that built their foundations for AI…and by companies engineered for the data-first, enterprise-grade world that’s now taking shape. A big moment for the category. And just the beginning of the next chapter. Congratulations to Oleg Shchegolev, Dmitri Melnikov & Eugene Levin…I have so much respect for you and am grateful for years of collaboration. Love you guys. And congrats to Shantanu, Anil Chakravarthy and the entire Adobe team...what a move.

Você daria 15% de desconto para trazer um cliente de volta? Michel Tauil não daria. E a história começa aí. A gente provocou. Michel topou o teste.

Filipe Barbosa, Tony Villarejo, Alissa Drumond, Gabriel Dias

Rolling out new technology to 1,500+ people across the country is no small feat. We’re just wrapping up the launch of our updated field mobile app—modern platform, faster processing, new AI capabilities. But honestly, the technology itself wasn’t the hardest part. It was making sure our merchandisers could adopt it without disrupting their daily work or our client commitments. We took a deliberate approach: teaser communications, feature guides, training materials, and a phased rollout that started with testing before gradually expanding. My team put in serious hours developing materials, coordinating testing phases, and refining the strategy to keep operations running smoothly throughout. The support structure made the difference—peer-to-peer help through team leader channels, clear escalation paths, and my team’s commitment to supporting people through every step. The feedback we’re getting has been really positive, which validates all the effort that went into this. Digital transformation isn’t just about new technology—it’s about setting people up to actually use it successfully. That takes time, planning, and a team willing to put in the work to get it right. #DigitalTransformation #ChangeManagement #Innovation #OperationalExcellence

I tested a simple script to extract LLM fanout queries for an SEO project — and the insight potential is big. Fanout queries = the additional searches an LLM generates to answer your question. Example: Ask “Best electric car in 2026?” The model expands into: → Electric car models 2026 → EV comparison 2026 → Best electric cars ranking I used the Gemini API to extract those fanout queries from a list of prompts and export everything into a CSV. From there, you can: → Identify keyword gaps → Detect intent clusters → Compare against rankings in SEMrush → Build content aligned with how LLMs actually expand queries This shifts from guessing to understanding AI query logic. If you’re working on GEO, AI visibility or smarter content workflows, this is essential to understand. We go deeper into AI for PPC, SEO & automation in our ClickTrust trainings. → Link in the comments.

Here is how it works: → We use Markifact, an AI automation platform specifically designed for marketing. → A simple QR code setup links the AI agent to your WhatsApp. → You send a natural language query (e.g., "What is the CPA for this month?", “What are the best performing campaigns in 2025”) and get an immediate, data-backed answer. No more navigating interfaces for quick insights on the go or waiting for reports to load. This is a very effective way to stay on top of PPC and SEO metrics without the "dashboard fatigue."
