£10m to £30m consultancy? Your marketing has never actually worked. You have just been too busy to notice. Here is the pattern: Invest in marketing for a quarter. Pull back when it does not deliver fast enough. Start again when things feel quiet. Stop again when delivery gets busy. Repeat. Lots of output. Fits and starts. Momentum in waves. And the worst part? Every restart costs more than the last one. You lose compounding. You lose audience trust. You lose internal confidence. Growth OS is built to break that cycle. It gives you a framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline visibility. No guesswork. No vanity metrics. Just a clear link between what you spend and what you get back. I am running a webinar this week where I will walk through the full framework and take your questions live. No fluff. No sales pitch. Just the framework. We are capping this at 100 attendees so we can actually answer questions. Thursday 21 May 3:00 PM BST / 10:00 AM EST Save your seat today: https://lnkd.in/eSS67rte

£10m to £30m consultancy? You already know something is wrong with your marketing. You just cannot figure out where it breaks. That is the real problem. The worst part is not the wasted money. It is the uncertainty. Because when you cannot see how marketing creates conversations, every decision feels like guesswork: ⁉️ Should we post more? ⁉️ Should we run a webinar? ⁉️ Should we change our messaging? ⁉️ Should we hire someone? ⁉️ Should we switch agencies? You end up making decisions based on gut feel, not data. And gut feel at board level usually means cutting the budget or changing the team. Neither of which fixes the actual problem. Growth OS replaces guesswork with a framework. 🎯 A clear diagnostic. 📊 A direct line from marketing activity to pipeline. 📞 And a path to the conversations your Partners actually care about. I am running a webinar on this, this week. Growth OS. The full framework. How it works. Where consultancy marketing breaks. How to fix it. Plus live Q&A. Bring your questions. I am giving away the exact diagnostic tool we use with 8-figure firms to everyone who attends live. Thursday 21 May 3:00 PM BST / 10:00 AM EST Link here: https://lnkd.in/ewnE-SZF

Consultancy founders: what would a private equity firm actually see when they look at your business? Not what you see. What they see. The firms that attract serious interest tend to have one thing in common. They have made a deliberate choice about what they are and where they are strongest, and they have stuck to it even when other opportunities looked tempting. That means turning away work. It means having a clear answer to why you and not someone else. It means building something that can be understood quickly by someone who has never met you. The consultancies that never quite get there are usually the ones that kept saying yes to everything and ended up with a business that is hard to position, hard to scale, and hard to sell. On 15th April I am sitting down with Ravi Monteiro, Partner at Growth Capital Partners, to get into exactly this. GCP has backed 54 specialist businesses over 26 years. Ravi has seen what makes a consultancy attractive to investors and what the founders who got great outcomes did differently. We are covering positioning, hiring for growth, and acquisitions. Whether you are building towards an exit or just want to build something more valuable, this is worth an hour. 🎙️ The PE Playbook for Consultancy Growth 📅 Wednesday 15th April ⏰ 2pm BST Register here: https://heyor.ca/HENLU3

🛑 If you are running a £10m to £20m consultancy and want to exit one day, here is what nobody tells you. 🛑 Most founders in your position will either never get the meeting, or walk away with a number that doesn't reflect what they spent years building. It is not the quality of the work. It is the three things they never got around to fixing. Most consultancy founders think about exit preparation too late. They wait until they are ready to have the conversation. By then the things that would have made the biggest difference are already baked in. The founders who get the best outcomes start two or three years before they need to. Not because they are always planning to sell. Because they are building a business that can stand on its own. From what I understand speaking to people on both sides of these conversations, investors tend to look at three things before anything else: 🔑 Whether the business has a clear and defensible position 🔑 Whether the team can run without the founder in every room 🔑 Whether the growth has been intentional All three are fixable. But they take time. On 15th April I am sitting down with Ravi Monteiro, Partner at Growth Capital Partners, to get the real picture from someone who actually sits on that side of the table. Ravi Monteiro is a Partner at Growth Capital Partners and a member of the investment team. He has spent his career working directly with owner-managed growth companies, supporting firms in GCP's portfolio to quadruple their headcount and achieve compound annual growth rates of over 40%. GCP is the UK's leading private equity investor in Knowledge Economy businesses, with 54 investments over 26 years backing some of the most ambitious specialist services and technology firms in the country. He does not do many of these sessions. When will you get another chance to ask your burning questions directly to a seasoned Private Equity investor? 🎙️ The PE Playbook for Consultancy Growth 📅 Wednesday 15th April ⏰ 2pm BST Register here: https://lnkd.in/gWujMU3T
- Text-onlyYou want to scale, and maybe one day sell. Both need a firm that grows without you in every deal. Right now, does yours? If your honest answer is no, this session is for you. Most consultancy founders build the firm on themselves. Their relationships, their reputation, their ability to walk into a room and win the work. It got the firm here. It's also why growth stalls, because right now you are the growth engine, and you don't scale. Look closely and the reason is nearly always the same. Nothing connects your marketing to your sales. You can point to the marketing, and you can point to the wins, but the bit in the middle, where a lead becomes a real conversation and then a client, is a mystery. That missing middle is why marketing feels like a cost with no return, and why the growth still depends on you. A growth engine is that path, made deliberate. A clear strategy that starts at marketing and runs all the way through to revenue, with every part pulling the same way. Built once, it creates demand and wins clients without you in every room, so what you own is an engine the firm runs on, rather than one you have to be. This session is for founders and Managing Partners of consultancies doing seven or eight figures, or building toward it. I'll show you how to build that strategy step by step, from the marketing at the front to the signed work at the end, so the firm can grow, and you can scale, step back, or one day sell on your terms.
