If you run an e-commerce store selling agricultural parts or tractor equipment… And your Google Ads feel stuck no matter what you try - This is probably why. Most agricultural equipment webshops are set up to chase their warmest buyers only. Farmers and dealers who already know you. Google keeps recycling them - and your revenue plateaus. That's exactly where this client was. Agricultural parts. B2B. Thousands of SKUs. European market. €87K/mo → €141K/mo in conversion value. ROAS: 3.19x → 5.31x. No extra budget. No new products. Just restructuring how Google Ads finds NEW buyers. Watch how we did it 👇 https://lnkd.in/eAbSMM-2

Selling luxury furniture online? Getting decent ROAS but can't scale past a certain point? That ceiling is your Google setup - not your market. We took a luxury furniture webshop from £48K to £291K/mo. ROAS went from 3.71x to 10.03x. Here's the exact breakdown 👇 https://lnkd.in/ewxSFTW6

The job title "GTM Engineer" didn't exist 3 years ago. Today Vercel pays $252k for it. OpenAI is at $250k. Ramp $184k. Clay $175k. But should you hire one? Job postings for the title jumped from 1,400 in mid 2025 to over 3,000 in January 2026. So why are these companies paying senior engineer salaries for what looks like a sales and marketing ops job? Because acquisition changed. Closing deals needs more intelligence than ever, more orchestration than ever, more accuracy and surgical delivery than ever. Sourcing, enrichment, qualification, personalization, distribution, measurement. All wired together. You cannot get there with AI alone. If the companies building AI are hiring for the role, you can tell an "AI SDR" solution won't work. You'll end up with burned domains and prospects who don't trust you. And don't get me wrong, AI is not the problem. It's the absence of GTM judgement that produces volume with zero precision. The combination that wins is someone who already knows what elite sales looks like, what a real sales signal feels like, what a buyer journey has to have to score a deal. Then they layer AI and systems on top to run it at scale. That's the bar now. Hard won GTM intuition plus AI fluency. Not one or the other. 3 years from now no fast growing B2B company will operate without one of these on the team. The smart money is already pricing it in. Most companies haven't caught up yet. That's your competitive advantage. You don't have to win the hiring war to get one. We embed a fractional GTM AI engineer inside your team and have your first system live in 2 to 3 weeks and to walk the talk we offer the first build for FREE. Let's chat: https://lnkd.in/exZnA4b2

Collapsing speed to action is something we're hyper focused on right now. The best growth teams leave as little on the table as possible. One of the loops I'm most excited about ORCA collapsing is how media spend is allocated for testing new creative and how long it should be tested for - it's such a frequent topic of discussion and we've made it broadly objective for people to address and layer onto. This view is pre-collapse and extrapolated to the next 6 months, this becomes capital that can be better invested on more impactful partnerships, new channel tests, resourcing to develop and execute new strategies.

Just asked Ana-Maria, VP Marketing at GetVocal (Series A) what it’s been like to work with us on SEO and AEO, here’s what she said: This was a zero-to-one program. When we started the site was effectively blank with unresolved technical issues and because the product evolved fast, historical content and positioning had to be constantly refreshed. Due to low domain authority, the strategy was to capture as much commercial impact as we could from AI search in the short-term where things are less competitive, while building a strong presence on Google’s SERPs for long-term defensibility. Here's how we approached it: (1) Build a combined SEO and AEO plan grounded in real buyer language We sampled 500+ prompts on a regular interval across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. We read the reasoning and sources each model used before answering to help us understand what’s having the biggest influence. This exposed gaps within topic clusters we wanted to win and informed a large part of the content roadmap. (2) Created and refreshed content against those gaps We published net-new pieces where we could cover a topic gap and refreshed existing content when positioning changed or individual pieces were underperforming. All content is planned and produced with our team of in-house editors and goes through our CITABLE framework to ensure it’s optimal for both Google and LLMs. (3) Put GetVocal into the conversations models were reading Our internal team of AI researchers discovered Reddit appearing in almost a third of ChatGPT’s search slots when searching for information. Part of our off-page strategy was informed by these searches, allowing us to target the exact conversations that were shaping the category narrative. We also used targeted link building to help GetVocal build domain authority and create the positive brand & entity associations we wanted to come through in AI answers. (4) Implemented the technical work directly We have an in-house team of engineers and data scientists which means we can find deeply technical issues and also fix them. For GetVocal specifically we created around 20 pull requests (PRs) in GitHub for their team to merge. // P.S. Want to get more customers from SEO/AEO? Hypergrowth SaaS companies like Granola, Instantly, Composio and others trust Discovered Labs as their organic search partner. We don't have account managers. A number I don't think I've shared before: our Google Ads is now 3x more efficient than it was last quarter, and our overall marketing performance efficiency is up over 200% quarter on quarter. We didn't get there by spending more. It's what happens when DOJO AI is watching every campaign continuously instead of us checking in once a week and hoping nothing slipped. For a climate tech company, that matters twice over. Every pound we're not wasting on inefficient ads is a pound that can go toward things that actually move Ecologi forward. Numbers like this don't happen by accident, so I wanted to put it on record. Check the platform 👇 https://lnkd.in/eiSmFw6F

Here's the thing about DOJO AI that I keep trying to explain to other marketing leaders: It's an all-in-one AI marketing OS. Not another point solution. The entire marketing stack - strategy, content, analytics, paid campaigns, SEO - in one platform. I genuinely can't imagine running marketing at Ozone API without it now. And I realise how that sounds - like every other AI hype post on here. But hear me out. Last week I needed to pull together briefing documents, draft top-line strategies, do project planning, sort audience segmentation for HubSpot, get real-time reporting on our live LinkedIn Ad campaigns, edit content, ideate website updates, optimise for AEO/SEO, prep PR materials... and the list goes on. All of that happened in DOJO. No jumping between tools. No waiting on agencies. No logging back in after putting the twins to bed. It's not just about speed though. DOJO actually understands our positioning and market. It knows we're a B2B fintech startup going up against banks with 50x our budget and teams to match. The AI agents (Data Analyst, Paid Media, SEO, and Sensei as the copilot) share context across everything. So, when I'm planning a campaign, they're already pulling competitor intel, suggesting messaging based on our positioning, and forecasting performance based on our actual data. I keep recommending it in conversations and then thinking - why am I not just saying this publicly? We're a small team trying to punch above our weight. This is how we do that. It's not perfect; we're still learning what it can and can't do but it's genuinely made a difference to how we work and, honestly, to my ability to do this job without burning out. If you're in fintech marketing (or any challenger brand space) and trying to figure out how to do more with less, check it out: https://lnkd.in/dmKdCBMN

O sucesso do cliente começa desde a primeira conversa.

Amazon's growth isn’t slowing, but it’s definitely getting more expensive. Sponsored Product CPCs now average between $0.80–$1.40, up double digits year over year. Meanwhile, average conversion rates hover around 10–15%, meaning the gap between what you pay and what you earn is wider than ever. As competition and costs climb, the smartest brands are moving beyond short-term efficiency and redefining what performance really means. That’s what I’ll be diving into at Amazon #Unboxed on November 11th, alongside Rocco Baldassarre, in our session: “The New Frontier in Ad Optimization: Unlocking Long-Term Value with Automation.” At Direct Agents, we’re helping brands turn automation into a strategic advantage, connecting every ad dollar to downstream metrics like NTB, LTV, and profitability for true full-funnel visibility. Because not all revenue is equal. Winning brands on Amazon: ✅ Differentiate between acquisition SKUs vs. loyalty SKUs ✅ Reallocate budget toward high-value, new-to-brand customers ✅ Use AMC + DSP insights to fuel smarter, real-time decisions Automation is the engine. Strategy is the driver. 💬 Heading to Unboxed? Let’s connect to talk about what sustainable Amazon growth looks like in 2026.

Clients rarely leave because of results. They leave because they don’t feel understood. As agency owners, we spend so much time delivering the work that we forget the part that actually keeps clients around: relationship management. Here’s the truth: If no one owns client retention in your agency, clients will slip away even when the work is great. That’s exactly why we built DOT’s account management frameworks, to help your clients feel supported, heard, and taken care of at every step. Retention is the fastest way to grow an agency. And stronger communication is where it starts. If client churn has been creeping in, let’s talk. We can help you fix it before it becomes a bigger problem. ➡️ Book a call with DOT & Co. https://lnkd.in/ggp2msRX

Agency owners tell me all the time: “I’m scared my clients won’t get the same personal touch if I hand them to someone else.” Totally normal. But the truth? When you bring in a trained Account Manager, your clients often get more attention, not less. With the right structure, clients feel supported, your team stays aligned, and you get to think like a CEO again… not like the person glued to Slack. If your days are spent juggling messages, calls, and project updates, it may be time to let go, and let someone else step in with confidence. Hiring a marketing agency won't save your business. ❌ Not if you do it like most brands. Most companies call an agency when everything is already burning. No strategy, no focus, no time. Then they expect miracles. Here's the truth: Agencies aren't magicians. They're amplifiers. 📣 If your direction is unclear → they'll just amplify the chaos. Here's how to do it right: 1. Start with clarity What exactly do you need? SEO? Paid ads? Creative? If you can't say it clearly, you're not ready. 2. Define success with precision ❌ "We want more sales" ✅ "We want +25% MQLs in 6 months through LinkedIn Ads, targeting CMOs in SaaS" 3. Communicate relentlessly Weekly updates. Shared dashboards. Real feedback. Without this, it fails. 4. Trust the process Great agencies have systems that work. Stop breaking them with constant "quick changes." Let them do their job. Working with an agency is a partnership, not outsourcing. Be clear. Be consistent. Measure what matters. Want to know how we do it at Donutz Digital? ❗️ On bleskurychle odpověděl: "Ne, ty bys to šel přežít.

No LK Ads é diferente. E a razão é simples. E varejo no Brasil sofre. Last week, we organised an Influencer marketing roundtable with CMOs, VPs & Head ofs. Here are my top 5 takeaways from the conversation: 1. Influencer marketing has split into two very different jobs: performance and trust-building: Micro-creators are increasingly being used as paid social creative, while bigger influencers or celebrities only really work when they create credibility, trust or cultural relevance. Treating all influencer activity as one channel is too blunt. 2. The market is suffering from influencer fee inflation: Several people said influencer pricing has become hard to justify, especially when large brands overpay and reset expectations across the market. The best opportunities still exist, but brands need much sharper negotiation, better data and clearer benchmarks. 3. The best performing creative is often not the most polished creative: Multiple examples came up where “annoying”, raw or over-the-top creator content outperformed more brand-safe, aesthetic content. The key distinction was: is it controversial or off-brand, or is it just not what marketers personally like? 4. Customer-led creator programmes may be the most underused opportunity: One of the strongest themes was identifying real customers with influence, strong retention or genuine love for the brand, then turning them into creators. This creates content that feels more authentic than agency-sourced influencer work and can scale more efficiently. (Great point Gaston!) 5. Measurement needs triangulation, not one perfect answer: Promo codes, GA4, Shopify, post-purchase surveys, TikTok Shop data, MMM, incrementality testing and search trends all capture different parts of the story. The most mature approach is not picking one source of truth, but combining them to understand short-term sales, halo effects and longer-term demand creation. Great to see you Gastón Tourn, Siobhan North, Caroline Schaaf, Fiona Macpherson, Markella Apergi, Sam Jacobs, Zak Scott Kay.

Spoke to a marketing director recently who ran a big out-of-home campaign in London before Xmas - tube takeovers, gateway sites, taxis. Boxing Day came around and they were 150% above forecast! She's pretty sure the campaign drove it but nobody else around the table believes her 🥲 The frustrating thing is she's probably right - but without a measurement framework, there's no way to prove causality. The board moves on and next year the OOH budget might get squeezed because "we couldn't show the ROI." The thing with offline media is that the test design ideally happens before the campaign goes live, but even retroactively, there's usually something worth measuring. It just gives you a much cleaner answer when it's built in from the start. If you've got TV, out-of-home, audio or event spend planned in the next few months and you want to prove what it did….time to build the measurement plan: https://lnkd.in/eBde9EmH
