Selling luxury furniture online? Getting decent ROAS but can't scale past a certain point? That ceiling is your Google setup - not your market. We took a luxury furniture webshop from £48K to £291K/mo. ROAS went from 3.71x to 10.03x. Here's the exact breakdown 👇 https://lnkd.in/ewxSFTW6

If you run an e-commerce store selling agricultural parts or tractor equipment… And your Google Ads feel stuck no matter what you try - This is probably why. Most agricultural equipment webshops are set up to chase their warmest buyers only. Farmers and dealers who already know you. Google keeps recycling them - and your revenue plateaus. That's exactly where this client was. Agricultural parts. B2B. Thousands of SKUs. European market. €87K/mo → €141K/mo in conversion value. ROAS: 3.19x → 5.31x. No extra budget. No new products. Just restructuring how Google Ads finds NEW buyers. Watch how we did it 👇 https://lnkd.in/eAbSMM-2

"Just let Pmax handle it." That's what Google wants you to believe. Pmax optimizes. It finds conversions. It makes the dashboard look amazing. But here's what Pmax is actually optimizing for: The easiest conversions. And who's easiest to convert? Your returning customers. People who already know you. People who were going to buy anyway. Google doesn't care if you grow. It cares if it can show you a conversion. A conversion is a conversion to Google. New or returning — they get paid either way. So you spend more. ROAS looks great. But your business isn't growing. You're not acquiring new customers. You're recycling the ones you already have. Pmax is doing exactly what it's designed to do. The question is: is that what YOU need it to do? I break down why this happens and how to fix it here: https://lnkd.in/eAbSMM-2

Most industrial equipment webshops are set up to chase their warmest buyers only. Contractors and buyers who already know your brand. Google keeps recycling them — and your revenue plateaus. That's exactly where this client was. Industrial equipment. B2B. US market. $77K/mo → $289K/mo in conversion value. ROAS: 2.59x → 5.07x. No extra budget. No new products. Scaling e-commerce with Google Ads is f*cking easy. Here's the first principle most people miss: The only way to grow an e-commerce business is to acquire new customers. That's it. That's the whole game. Not recycle existing ones. Not remarket to people who already bought. Not let Google take credit for sales that were going to happen anyway. Acquire. New. Customers. Once you accept that, everything else becomes simple math. You need to know three things: 1. Where does the first click come from? 2. What does it cost to acquire a new customer? 3. How much can you afford to pay based on your LTV? That's it. Most e-commerce brands have no idea where their first clicks come from. They look at ROAS in Google Ads and think they're winning. Meanwhile, 70% of their "conversions" are repeat customers. They're not growing. They're recycling. And they wonder why they can't scale. Here's the fix: Structure your account so you control where first clicks happen. Track new customers separately from returning customers. Know your real cost to acquire - not the bs Google tells you. Then you know exactly how far you can push. No guessing. No hoping. Just math. Most agencies won't tell you this because they don't track it. They just show you pretty ROAS numbers and collect their fee. I made a training that breaks down exactly how we structure accounts, track new customer acquisition, and scale e-commerce brands past the plateau. No fluff. No theory. Just the system. https://lnkd.in/eAbSMM-2

If you run an e-commerce store selling kitchen appliances… And your Google Ads feel stuck no matter what you try — This is probably why. Most appliance brands are not set up to scale profitably. $491K/mo → $829K/mo in conversion value. ROAS: 4.36x → 5.21x. Fix: restructuring how Google finds new buyers.
