É usar ele no momento errado.

Your LinkedIn ads are bleeding budget and you probably don’t know it. Or maybe you know it, but there’s never been anything you can do about it…until now. I see this pattern across every client running LinkedIn campaigns. They’re on Max Delivery because it’s the default. It feels safe. LinkedIn’s algorithm wins as many auctions as possible, which sounds like a win until you look at what you’re actually paying. Max Delivery means you’re paying premium prices during high-traffic windows when you could get the same audience for 40% less during off-peak hours. Same job titles. Same seniorities. Same companies. Different price tag. Manual bidding gives you that control back, but nobody has time to adjust bids every 15 minutes. So campaigns sit on autopilot and overspend for months. Vector 👻 just launched a Bid Agent that automates the manual bidding piece. It runs bid adjustments throughout the day to find lower-cost impression windows within your exact target audience. Their data shows 25-60% more outcomes for the same spend. That’s actually just insane in the best way. The quality concern always comes up with bid optimization. Vector can’t serve ads outside your defined audience parameters. If you built a solid audience, every click still comes from those exact people. The agent just finds cheaper times to reach them. There’s a 3-day baseline period before optimization kicks in. Then it adjusts bids up to every 15 minutes based on weekly pacing. Daily spend varies, but you hit weekly targets without babysitting your campaigns. This solves a real problem I see every week in client accounts. Same budget. More pipeline. Simple math. Our Digital Team at FleishmanHillard UK just put out something really cool — a Digital IP on The Era of Intentional Fragmentation 🧩 At first glance, today’s digital landscape looks chaotic. But it’s not 👀 Audiences aren’t scattering randomly. They are intentionally curating where they spend time, who they trust, and what they engage with. This shift is being driven by five key forces: 🔹 A growing trust recession across platforms and media 🔹 Platform bloat breaking the “everything app” model 🔹 Social gravity outweighing platform gravity (people over platforms) 🔹 Rising sensitivity to authenticity in an AI-saturated environment 🔹 Self-curation is becoming necessary to protect time, focus, and mental bandwidth What this means for brands: 📌 Reach alone is no longer enough. Relevance, credibility, and context matter more than ever. 📌 Real engagement is happening in smaller, purpose-built spaces — and organisations need to earn their place within them. Proud to be part of the team behind this work. If you’re thinking about how your audience strategy needs to evolve, this is worth a read. 👉🏻🔗 The full report: https://lnkd.in/e568Rb22

On a appris ça depuis qu'on bosse avec Formula NOW.

Bref, on remet ça aujourd’hui. → https://formula.now

Hook analysis is of my favorite Focal MCP use cases. When new assets are first uploaded to Focal, we start by auto-tagging your hooks based on visuals, voiceover, in-asset copy and music. This is fully customizable by brand, so you can tag the message, copy and audio hooks separately for more granular analysis. We then tie performance data back to the assets, making it easy and quick to use Claude to generate summaries and reports.

Time to bust out my acting chops (x2) for today's launch! Focal Workflows make the annoying chores of creative asset management a breeze: no more manual ad platform uploads, writing pings to media buyers by hand, and more. See for yourself ⬇️ (This is a simple demonstration with a few assets, but imagine what this can do for you if you're launching 100+ ads every week across multiple platforms). Unlike 3rd party task automation like Zapier, Focal Workflows actually understands your creative production: projects; tasks and associated fields; creative assets and their tags, metadata and visual content. You can hand any item to an AI model for summaries or deeper analysis, update values, send Slack alerts, upload to ad platforms, and it can even send and receive data to other platforms (Zapier included). You can learn more from the link in the comments. And if you want to take this into use, just reach out and I'm happy to help.

Most agents/brokers don’t have a “lead” problem. They have a wrong-leads-wasting-your-time problem. Here’s how we fix it for clients: 1. Test the entry point: Meta form vs. Typeform vs. LP → Typeform. Different flows = very different lead quality. 2. Ask smarter qualifying questions: No “name/email/phone” basics. We gather intent early — so only qualified leads move forward. 3. Split leads into 3 variations Each one goes into a separate Google Sheet/CRM feed. We track which source produces real conversations… not noise. 4. Run engagement tests Simple SMS + email sequences. Anyone who replies, clicks or confirms becomes an “engaged” lead. 5. Send only those people to your calendar This is why our clients get people who 👉 show up 👉 know who they’re speaking to 👉 actually want the conversation 6. Feed everything back into Meta Qualified → engaged → booked → sold. Meta learns who your real buyers are. Costs drop over time instead of climbing. The flow looks like this 👇

When was the last time you looked at your landing page like a stranger with zero context? Do this on your phone 👇 Within three seconds, can you say: - Who this is for? - How do they solve my problem? - Why should I trust these people? - How do I contact them? - What happens next (who calls me, when, why)? Then ask: Is my contact form asking enough to be useful and at the same time weed out people that I can't/don't want to work with? For service based business, a strong landing page usually has: - Who you help - Plain-English explanation of what you help with - A line that makes it clear you’re not selling their data to a call centre - Social proof that feels real (not stock photos and vague claims) - Clear expectations: “Pick a time, we’ll call to do X, Y, Z.” If a stranger can’t answer “who are you and why should I trust you?” in a few seconds… They probably won’t give you any money 👀

- Text-onlyIf I were the VP of Marketing at a Seed, Series A/B SaaS company and was evaluating performance marketing agencies (and many are as budget planning for 2026 is in full sway), here are the questions I would ask as I evaluate: 1. Have the founders of the agency ever held a marketing role at a B2B SaaS company before? Seems obvious, but you'd be surprised how few actually have. 2. I'd ask to see the LinkedIn profile of anyone that would be touching my ad accounts. Does that person have a background in a) running paid media for more than 3 years and b) running ads at a SaaS company? Red flag if either of those is a "no". 3. Do they lock you into a long-term contract? If they do, then they don't trust that they can deliver results for you. 4. Do they ask if they can have access to your CRM? If not then there's a chance (not a guarantee) that they won't be measuring performance how you do (SQLs, Opps, Pipeline, Closed/Won Revenue). They'll be measuring performance based on CPCs, CTR, Leads, and CPL. Leading indicators, but not good enough. 5. Do they do "all things marketing"? If they do, then they're probably mediocre at "all things marketing". Anything else I'm missing? How do you evaluate what type of agency you'd bring on to manage your paid media?Fractional DemandRecorded 19 Sept 2026
- FohrRecorded 19 Sept 2026
This summer I was on vacation with my wife and I couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a better way for us, and by extension this industry, to operate. I've been thinking for months about hard problems, and how the best, most transformative companies in the world often got that way by seeking to solve the most difficult problems they can find in their industry. As I looked at the influencer industry, the most difficult problem to solve was predicting what was going to happen. Knowing which influencer to work with, how much to pay them, which trends to chase, how to brief them, what's going to work, and what's going to flop; it all felt increasingly random and unknowable. But what if it didn’t have to be unknowable, and what if it wasn’t really random? I thought that if we could peel back the underlying equations and probabilities driving these platforms and how they perform, we could help our clients exploit that. So, we spent months doing the math, and we built tools to ingest 13 years of data: -$250 million in creator payouts -6,000 executed campaigns -500 billion posts -1 trillion engagements We mapped all of them and created a system that allows us to predictably forecast exactly what a campaign is going to do before a single dollar is spent. Over the last few months, we have started to roll these predictive campaigns out with our clients and the results are not just encouraging; they invalidate the old playbook entirely. When running predictive versus traditional campaigns, we are seeing: -500% increases in viewership -1,300% increases in spend efficiency This is the single most consequential innovation that has come out of Fohr since I started it, and I feel a renewed sense of energy, vigor, and excitement to help shape and change this industry. So as of today, Fohr is really proud to be able to offer guaranteed results on our campaigns, guarantees that are multiple times better than the industry standard. Our ambition is no longer just to be the best creator agency or platform in the world; it is to rival the efficiency of the platforms themselves. We are building Fohr to compete head-to-head with Meta and TikTok’s ad engines, delivering the most effective way to get brands in front of their customers. I'd love to talk to you about how all this works.

The worst advice you can give a struggling ecom brand right now is "spend more on ads." I spent two days at Digital Marketing World Forum last week having brutally honest conversations with business owners. And the same story kept coming up. Rising costs. Tighter margins. More competition. And real fear around where to put the next pound. But here's what I kept seeing underneath all of it. The growth was already there. Hidden in the messaging. The customer journey. The website clarity. The positioning. The trust signals. Not in more ads. Not in another shiny tactic. Most brands don't have a traffic problem. They have a leaking bucket problem. So before you spend another penny on marketing, stop. Drop me a line first. Let me look at what you already have. Because fixing the leaks will always outperform pouring more water in. And a huge shoutout to James Smeeton from DMWF for helping make this happen. Genuinely appreciated!

Back in September at Ecommerce Expo 2025, I listened to Simmy Dhillon speak about building Simmer Eats from scratch without external backing. One thing that stood out immediately was how different the story felt compared to the usual “startup growth” narrative. No huge funding rounds. No pretending the journey was smooth. No fake overnight success story. Just relentless execution over a long period of time. At the time, Simmer Eats was already becoming one of the fastest-growing food brands in the UK. Since then, the company has reportedly grown to over £36m in annual revenue, after scaling from around £1.6m in 2023. And when you actually break down why they grew so fast, it makes a lot of sense. They got a few fundamentals extremely right: • Strong product-market fit • A very clear brand identity • Authentic founder-led content • Community and word of mouth • Consistency over a long period of time • Reinforcing quality instead of chasing shortcuts One part of the talk I found particularly interesting was hearing how long they kept building before things really accelerated. The business was originally started while Simmy was still at university, selling meals to students and teammates. They worked corporate jobs alongside the business for years before going all in. That is the part people usually do not see when they look at fast-growing brands. The years of repetition before the “overnight success”. I also had the chance to speak with Simmy after the stage, which I genuinely enjoyed. Always valuable hearing directly from founders who have actually gone through the realities of scaling a modern consumer brand. A lot of useful insights from that conversation still stick with me now. eCommerce Expo #Ecommerce #BrandBuilding #FounderJourney #PerformanceMarketing #RetailGrowth

Proto hledáme posily do dvou klíčových rolí: 👉 Brand & Marketing Lead (medior/senior) - v podstatě náš interní CMO. Člověk, který dotáhne probíhající repositioning (na základě výzkumů/strategie) - ať jsme vidět tam, kde to má smysl. Konzistentně a rozpoznatelně. U lidí, co u nás můžou poptat další službu. Reportuje přímo mně. Budeme řešit bigger picture směřování i nové leady za uplynulé období. 👉 Web Specialist (medior) - převezme ownership nad naším webem a časem možná i dalšími interními projekty. Pomůže UX/CX týmu i na jiných klientech (spravovat weby a ladit konverzní poměry). Reportuje Nikol Novosadová, naší Head of UX & CX. Budete hlídat výkon, konverze a přicházet s kontinuálními optimalizačními technikami. Obě role řeší v podstatě to samé: přestat zanedbávat nás samotné. Komunikovat relevantním lidem, co děláme skvěle, pochlubit se oceněními nebo aplikací nových trendů - a mít pod tím pevný, dobře fungující funnel pro další růst agentury.🔥 Mrkni na inzeráty: Brand & Marketing Lead: https://lnkd.in/dsihEiQY Web Specialist: https://lnkd.in/dNP7z5Ta … nebo napiš rovnou Hedvika Nová, naší HR. 🤝 #hiring #brand #marketing #webdevelopment #agency

I've had the same conversation with hundreds of CEOs. They walk in with a content calendar, a brand voice guide, or even a whole deck on their "executive brand." And every time, the same thing is missing. Themselves. Their content reads like it was written about them, not by them. Polished, sure, but not credible. And their audience can tell. That's why I built the LinkedIn Intelligence Engine around the executive first, not the content calendar. Here's how it works for growth-stage B2B leaders who already have the substance but need a system to make it visible: We start with deep interviews, where we pull out how you think, not just what you want to say. From there, we build a strategic narrative and deploy it on LinkedIn. Then we watch what happens - who engages, which messages land, and where the market leans in. That feedback becomes intelligence your go-to-market team can use. Instead of vanity metrics, you get data on how the market understands your company and its leaders. With the LinkedIn Intelligence Engine, we're turning your thinking into a presence that sounds like you and gives your team information they can put to work. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eNgX7VzU

Executive Presence made this year’s Inc. Magazine’s 5000, coming in at number 1,451! This is my first year as an entrepreneur making the list, and we're one of only 110 companies on it that launched in 2022. To be counted amongst the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. feels like a culmination of a journey that's taken me through: - learning perseverance and resilience at the United States Naval Academy - growing as a leader in the U.S. Navy submarine force - discovering the possibilities of entrepreneurship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business - trying, learning, failing, and growing in my first startup, StoryBox, supported by an incredible team and mentors like Bill Youstra, Dror Berman, Harpinder Singh, and David Blumberg - running the podcast Beyond The Uniform for 5 years with Steve Bane, realizing the power of thought leadership and interview-driven content Looking back, I can see how each of those experiences prepared me to build Executive Presence. But EP wouldn't be here without the phenomenal team, clients, mentors, and friends who've been behind me every step of the way. I'm incredibly grateful to be building this business with them. I’m more excited than ever about what’s next for Executive Presence - the best is still ahead of us.
