When I started Executive Presence, most CEOs told me LinkedIn wasn’t for them. Too self-promotional. Too risky. Easier to stay quiet. I understood the instinct. I spent years on a nuclear submarine, where staying quiet is the whole job. But I also saw what happened when leaders shared real expertise and a real point of view: credibility, relationships, and business results that a press release never delivers. So I made a narrow bet on it. Last week, that bet earned Executive Presence a win at the 2026 TITAN Awards for Achievement in Growth. Since we started, we’ve worked with more than 400 executives. Today we represent the CEOs of five publicly traded companies, along with leaders in healthcare, technology, professional services, and manufacturing. The biggest shift isn’t in our numbers. It’s in the question executives ask us. It used to be “should I be doing this?” Now it’s “how do I start?” What began as a narrow bet has become table stakes. I’m proud of the recognition. I’m prouder of the team behind it: former consultants, writers, and media strategists who understand the business goals behind every post. Thank you to them, and to every executive who trusted us with their voice. We were picked up by The Associated Press, The Colorado Gazette, Rocky Mountain Business Brief, FOX31 KDVR / Channel 2 KWGN, Tech Journal of Colorado, and more. Full article in the comments. The growth came from leaders deciding to show up. That’s still the hard part, and it’s still the part that works.

Most executives make the same mistake. They measure their content by likes. The best operators measure it by signal. Every comment, share, save, and conversation tells you what your market actually cares about. The guide shows how to read it.

You're already paying for market research. Through your social content. Every post your audience engages with is telling you: - What buyers care about - What investors notice - What hires are attracted to - Which messages resonate Most founders never capture the signal. This guide shows how to extract it from your own account in an afternoon.

Most brands can't afford to stay faceless anymore. Social media used to be about announcements. But somewhere along the way, it became about trust, and audiences started caring much less about faceless brands. Instead, everyone started wanting to hear from the people making the big decisions. CEOs and founders became their company's most trusted voice. That trend has never reversed. If anything, it's become the expectation. Customers, employees, investors, and future hires all want to hear directly from leadership. And sure, a few brands are strong enough to be the voice themselves. Lamborghini, Arc'teryx, and Tesla still command attention on their names alone. But most companies don't have that kind of pull, and for them, the leader is a much more efficient way to earn trust. That idea - that people trust people over brands - has been the through line between every company I've built. My first, StoryBox, ran on the belief that brand advertising will never earn trust like a human. Now, Executive Presence is that same belief, evolved. Last year, we tested it against 33 million impressions from executives, and the data backed it up. One of my favorite examples - a post written by a leader reaches 5x more people than anything they reshare. If there's one thing social media has done over the last 15 years, it's brought leaders closer and closer to the people they serve.

Executive Presence made this year’s Inc. Magazine’s 5000, coming in at number 1,451! This is my first year as an entrepreneur making the list, and we're one of only 110 companies on it that launched in 2022. To be counted amongst the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. feels like a culmination of a journey that's taken me through: - learning perseverance and resilience at the United States Naval Academy - growing as a leader in the U.S. Navy submarine force - discovering the possibilities of entrepreneurship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business - trying, learning, failing, and growing in my first startup, StoryBox, supported by an incredible team and mentors like Bill Youstra, Dror Berman, Harpinder Singh, and David Blumberg - running the podcast Beyond The Uniform for 5 years with Steve Bane, realizing the power of thought leadership and interview-driven content Looking back, I can see how each of those experiences prepared me to build Executive Presence. But EP wouldn't be here without the phenomenal team, clients, mentors, and friends who've been behind me every step of the way. I'm incredibly grateful to be building this business with them. I’m more excited than ever about what’s next for Executive Presence - the best is still ahead of us.

I've had the same conversation with hundreds of CEOs. They walk in with a content calendar, a brand voice guide, or even a whole deck on their "executive brand." And every time, the same thing is missing. Themselves. Their content reads like it was written about them, not by them. Polished, sure, but not credible. And their audience can tell. That's why I built the LinkedIn Intelligence Engine around the executive first, not the content calendar. Here's how it works for growth-stage B2B leaders who already have the substance but need a system to make it visible: We start with deep interviews, where we pull out how you think, not just what you want to say. From there, we build a strategic narrative and deploy it on LinkedIn. Then we watch what happens - who engages, which messages land, and where the market leans in. That feedback becomes intelligence your go-to-market team can use. Instead of vanity metrics, you get data on how the market understands your company and its leaders. With the LinkedIn Intelligence Engine, we're turning your thinking into a presence that sounds like you and gives your team information they can put to work. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eNgX7VzU
