Buzzing to welcome Cool Earth to the Farrer Charity Programme. If you haven't come across them before, Cool Earth works alongside Indigenous communities living in tropical rainforests, supporting the people who are best placed to protect them. It's an incredible organisation with a brilliantly clear mission. Our role is to help them get the very most from the Google Ad Grant. That's up to £7,000 of free Google advertising every month, putting their work in front of people actively searching to support rainforest conservation. It's one of the biggest opportunities available to charities, particularly in the environmental, conservation and wildlife sector, where search demand and intrigue is always present. Really excited to be working with Kaite and the team, plus to play a small part in helping more people discover the incredible work the team at Cool Earth are doing.

Charities 📣 Are you struggling to get your Google Ad Grant spending? Stuck between $100 and $400 per month, or spending nothing at all? Before you rewrite every ad, check what you’re actually asking Google to do. We recently inherited an account where the campaign setup was pretty sound. A few tweaks needed. Nothing dramatic. But it just wouldn’t spend. Anything at all. Then we looked properly at the conversion setup. Loads of primary conversions. All set as account-default goals. Every campaign trying to optimise towards all of them. The digital equivalent of giving someone 14 priorities and saying, “They’re all equally important.” I get it, but a simplified approach works best. We had a tidy-up. Removed redundant goals. Moved some supporting actions to secondary. Focused the campaigns on a couple of meaningful primary conversions. Within a month, monthly Grant spend surpassed $5,000. Crucially, the campaigns were appearing for the keywords we wanted. Maximise Conversions, a campaign type we typically see the best results with needs a clear idea of what success looks like. If your conversion setup is a muddle, Google is unable to optimise. If your Grant is feeling a bit stuck, ping me a message. Happy to take a look. Book a call - https://lnkd.in/eaaZ8UhF

Our best campaign reaches fewer than 10 people a day. Our larger one sends 2,000 emails. Same team, same tools. The difference is what an account is worth to us. The more it's worth, the fewer we send. Four campaigns, and the volume each one can take. 1/ Signal-triggered Someone hit your pricing or booking page four times this week, a company is hiring a GTM engineer and five SDRs, or a round closed and a CRO started within three months. That's the list. Whatever fired this week sets the volume, and some weeks nothing fires. Our signal stacking campaigns reply at 5 to 18%. A static list gets less than 1%. Runs on Clay, LeadMagic and Instantly.ai. 2/ One account, one campaign A GTM report or content audit built for that single company, a landing page nobody else will ever see, and one ad campaign with three creatives. Under 10 accounts a day. LinkedIn won't run ads to fewer than 300 people, so the account needs 300 or more employees on the platform before this is even possible. Runs on Clay and lemlist. 3/ Reactivation A lost deal from three months ago, or a champion who moved companies. "We talked in Q1 about X. Anything changed?" Timing fixes a lot of "not right now". Former customers are a huge source of new deals. Track signals to reach out to them once somethign has changed for them. Runs on Clay and lemlist. 4/ Segmented list Relevance beats personalization. Tier the list, write the first 25 by hand, then template the rest. 20 emails/day per inbox, 500 to 2,000 a day across inboxes. Adding inboxes is the only way to scale it. Pushing one harder just burns it. Runs on Prospeo.io, LeadMagic and Instantly. The top 10% of senders by positive reply rate run the smallest campaigns. Same tools as everyone else, opposite strategy. Which of these four have you never run?

We added $366k in new ARR this month from one service: Ads Engineering. Paid media is quietly turning into a GTM Engineering job, and most teams haven't noticed 👇 Right now, marketing runs the ads and sales runs the outbound. Different tools, different dashboards, both chasing the same accounts, barely talking. Two teams doing half a job each. An Ads Engineer collapses that into one system, built from three parts: → Marketing - the creative, the channels, the message → Data - attribution, enrichment, and the signals that show who's actually paying attention → AI - the workflows, MCPs and tools that wire it all together Then you aim it at accounts, not keywords. A few of the workflows we run: → Warm outbound - run ads to the target list, watch who engages, hand the warm accounts straight to the AEs → Event lists - upload event attendee list from conferences or webinars and run ads to everyone who was in the room → Buying-committee retargeting - ads reach the whole buying group, not just the one person who hit the website → 1:1 ABM ads - rank the hottest accounts by signal, then run 1:1 ABM ads at the same time your SDRs reach out, so the buyer sees the ad and gets the message together That last part is the whole point: This is account-based marketing run as a system instead of a campaign. ABM was never a channel you buy - it's the operating logic an Ads Engineer builds. The teams who get this are compounding. The ones still treating "ads" and "outbound" as separate departments pay twice to reach the same buyer. That's why I'm so bullish on Ads Engineering. Tools mentioned 👇 Marketing - Audience & Market Research: Reddit, Gong, Fireflies.ai, Perplexity, X - Creative & Design: Figma, OpenAI, Higgsfield AI, arcads AI, HeyGen - Landing Pages: Perspective, Framer, Lovable Data - Analytics & Attribution: HockeyStack, PostHog, Fibbler, Funnel - Contact Enrichment: Clay, FullEnrich, ContactLevel, Limadata - Intent Signals: RB2B, Vector 👻, Trigify.io AI - Automation & Workflows: Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay - MCP / API: HubSpot, Fibbler, LinkedIn, Meta, Google - Vibe-coding: Lovable, v0 by Vercel, Replit, Railway

I’ll be at Skift Creators Summit in NYC on September 22, with our co-founder and CEO, Dan Holowack, who’ll be taking the stage to answer a question we’ve been thinking a lot about: What does it actually take to scale creator content across a global travel brand? The creator economy is evolving quickly. Brands are moving beyond one-off influencer campaigns and looking for ways to build a more consistent, scalable engine for content that feels social forward and native to platforms. Social isn’t just where travelers consume content. It’s where they go to discover destinations, hotels, experiences and airlines they’re considering. And according to Expedia Group, 61% of travelers now say they use social media for travel inspiration, up from just 35% in 2022. That creates a new challenge for travel brands: building a scalable engine for content that feels native to where discovery is actually happening. Dan will share what we’re seeing, what brands need to rethink, and what it takes to bring local creator content into a production model that can actually scale. Stay tuned for more from the conversation at the Skift Creators Summit! 👀 And if you’re interested in staying up to date on the shifting creator economy, platform native content, and what’s trending and performing, subscribe to our Trend Tracker newsletter ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dvbwSvp7

Publicis London's World Class report is being used to argue that global campaigns don't work. That's wrong and the report's own footnotes prove it. The gap behind the claim isn't statistically significant. The study doesn't account for budget, category or brand size. And it counts a campaign that ran in two countries the same as one that ran in forty. Read the data properly and it says the opposite. Bold, distinctive global work pays. Safe global work doesn't.

I built a paid landing page in Claude Code this week, pushed it straight into Webflow through MCP, and it's already live on Google Ads and getting demo requests. The first draft took under an hour. No design file, no dev ticket. The reason it was good: Claude had the context my team has. - Behavior: Hotjar and GA4 - Pipeline: HubSpot and Google Ads - Conversations: Fathom, Slack and Google Drive - Build: Webflow MCP, plus our own Digioh MCP so the page could run a live Digioh quiz. Digioh on Digioh selling Digioh. Before it wrote a word, it did the research I rarely get time to do properly: - Paid visitors were seeing less than a fifth of our old quiz page. The proof sat below where anyone scrolled. - The most-clicked things were examples and pricing, and people had to leave the page to find them. - In the sales calls it reviewed, the deals that closed fastest were the ones where the buyer saw a quiz built on their own store. Every one of those became a design decision. Proof moved up. Examples and pricing are on the page. The headline changes to match what someone searched. And the offer is the thing that already closes deals: a free quiz built on your own products, running live on Digioh. Because it read our existing Webflow pages, the first draft was already on brand, with real content and images (not AI slop) and SEO settings in place. Also, because it publishes through the Webflow MCP, revisions take minutes. I sent a long list of notes after the first version and every one was live that afternoon. Then we turned the whole process into a Claude Code skill, so my team builds pages the same way now, with the same research and the same quality bar. We love our web developer and they're still part of the workflow. The difference is that more pages, more tests and more coverage no longer wait in a dev queue. We have an idea, we go build and test it fast. The takeaway for me of this is not that "OMG CLAUDE CAN BUILD LANDING PAGES". The output is only as good as the context. The big unlock for me is that centralizing your entire teams operating system into something that helps you ideate, research, and execute faster is quickly becoming an unfair advantage for marketing teams. We're building the next round of pages now, and I'll share what we learn.

👇 Ansøg her: https://lnkd.in/eG5pVp7C

I was chatting to a partner this week about how location targeting is so blunt and outdated. In ‘the year of the mobile’ brands learned that location targeting was all about proximity - that is, serving a banner to a user as they passed your bricks-and-mortar stores. That old strategy assumed that location only helps you understand where somebody is right now, but today, it’s all about where people are, where they have been, and why. People tell us more about themselves and their preferences by where they go in the real world than many people realise. As one example, if you are selling running shoes, don’t simply target people outside a sports shop. Use location intelligence to build a cohort of people who regularly show up at park runs and gyms, and who have the Strava app as one example. The other problem with the proximity play is a lot of location data is not great, which means somebody walking by a JD Sports could be added to the same audience as somebody inside a JD Sports, but don’t get me started on that! Location intelligence shouldn’t be a signal to tell us only when to advertise based on proximity in that moment - it should tell us who to advertise to, based on where they have been and why. Current proximity alone is a weak signal - rant over! 🤣 AudienceQ| #LocationIntelligence #geolocationintelligence #media #omnichannel
