In July the team started launching through AdManage. What I’ve seen since: → 14,976 ads launched in just over three months → 5,676 of them in the last 30 days, across 494 batches → 662 hours saved in that same window → Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest from one place → Top 4% of all AdManage users The number I remember best came from one of our UA managers in our first monthly review. Creative testing launches that used to take her two hours now take 15 to 20 minutes. Two things stood out for me on the tech side. First, flexibility. The UA managers set up ad sets, pages, naming and copy themselves, and they can push a batch of winning creatives into several campaigns at once. None of that needs a ticket to my team anymore. Second, the pace of the AdManage team. We are a demanding customer with a complicated setup, and we send a lot of feedback. In the first month alone, five of our requests shipped, two of them on the day we raised them. Not everything worked perfectly from day one, but what we flag gets fixed. When the first 30 days were up, the team was asked whether we should continue. The answer was: “Short answer, yes. Long answer, yes, absolutely.” Build vs buy is rarely a clean call in ad tech. This one was. None of this happens without our UA team. Olga Postnikova found AdManage and built the relationship with the vendor, and Yuliya Ausianovich, Rodion G. and Algis Grigas did the real work: they launch through it every day and keep pushing it to get better. Thanks to Hasan, Pihla, Gajendra and the AdManage.ai team. The cake helped too. --- The views and opinions expressed in this content are my personal position and do not necessarily reflect the position of Flo Health.

I launched 4,668 ads in 30 days on AdManage.ai. Ranked #16 out of 10,000+ users. A big part of my job involves launching and updating ads at scale. Before AdManage, a lot of that work was manual. Now, I can build an ad once, duplicate it, and bulk-edit everything I need. Our team launched 5,905 ads in September, most of them mine. We've saved almost 600 hours in the last 30 days alone. It's not perfect, and I've had my fair share of error messages. But I've also seen the team take feedback seriously and act on it quickly. Hasan at AdManage.ai has started calling me the King of Launching. 😂

There is a growth lever in B2B marketing that very few teams are using yet. I call it AI-positioning, and it may be the highest-return work your marketing does this year. Here is what made it concrete for me. I opened a clean incognito window and asked an AI which marketing agency it would recommend for an industrial ventilation manufacturer. It named four. Ours was not one of them. I asked why, and the answer was specific: our site positions us for B2B software, not heavy industry. Our strength reads as paid search, not full-funnel work. It even named the software clients behind that read. Here is the uncomfortable part. We are expanding into exactly that kind of industrial work, and we can deliver. The AI was not wrong. It was reading a positioning we had outgrown. That is the trap for any company: the AI recommends what you have published, not what you can do. You will not see the gap until you ask the AI yourself. Your buyers run the same check before they decide. Forrester found that 94% of B2B buyers now use AI during the buying process, not only to find vendors. They use it to weigh the options and to justify the choice. Until recently you could earn that trust without proving much. Most buyers are not engineers, so a confident pitch carried them most of the way. They rarely read the documentation. Now every buyer has something that does the deep read. It goes through everything you publish and grades you against your competitors like an engineer would. This changes what decides the deal. Put yourself in your buyer's shoes: can the AI find enough proof to recommend you over the alternative? Often it cannot, because the proof is not on your site in a form it can read. You can see exactly how you are judged, the same way I did. Ask the AI how it grades and recommends vendors in your category. It hands you the rubric it applies to you. Then check your proof against it from your ICP's angle and fix the gaps. This is where it becomes a marketing problem, because the presentation is yours to control. You decide how clearly your site states who you are for and what you solve, what proof you put in front of the AI, and which credible third-party signals you point it to. Quality beats volume here. A single verified award or review can outweigh fifty scattered mentions. Here is what that is worth. Say you win three in ten of the deals where you make it to the shortlist. Move that to four in ten, because the AI now points the buyer to you instead of a competitor. That is a third more revenue from the same pipeline. No new leads, no bigger budget. To be fair, a person still chooses to check you in the first place, so the emotional pull has to be there. The AI's answers are not stable either, shifting between sessions and between models. The direction holds anyway. So this week, pick your three highest-value ICPs, ask the AI and see whether it recommends you. If it does not, let it tell you what is missing.

Today I'm excited to announce the next evolution of how GrowthX AI is helping brands win in AEO and organic visibility. We built an agentic system that runs for hours to map your context from internal and external knowledge and then... Map every possible BUYER QUESTION. The goal is to help you systematically be the best answer to the questions that shape how buyers (and agents) learn, form opinion and make recommendations. We call this the Question Universe. It's your total addressable topical map. From there we can aggregate the search demand and map questions to how we track AI citation and visibility. We're just getting started... It's time to bring back some marketing from first principles. I've heard from so many marketers over the last few weeks that some AEO vendors are legit selling snake oil and making up things that are just not true. The winners in agentic marketing will be the brands with the best systems that help align value to their buyers.

My ecom brand, Neat, went from spending around $100 a day on Meta ads to $1,000+ a day, and it now does $170,000+ a month. At the same time, we saved the $50,000 a year we used to spend on product photoshoots. AI had a lot to do with both, mainly because it lets us make way more ads for less money. For years, every ad had to be written by me or somebody on my team, so we'd only get 3 or 4 new ones out a month. But now, Claude writes 20 of them at once, and AI makes the image for each one too. That's a huge reason we could get to $1,000+ a day on Meta, because the more you spend, the faster an ad stops working, and you always need the next batch ready. So I made a video on the 3 biggest ways AI helped us scale my brand Neat, so you can copy our exact workflows for your own. Here's what's covered: 1/ How Claude can turn one ad idea into a few completely different ads for the same buyer 2/ Why I'm still the one picking every single ad we spend money on, and will never outsource that to AI 3/ How we make an ad for 2 completely different buyers off the exact same product photos 4/ The cart feature I built with Claude to raise our average order value (you’ll want to steal this) Full video: link in the comments

The founders who scale past you aren't smarter than you. They're not working harder. They're not putting in more hours. They're saying no to the right things. I've worked with 150+ companies at the seven-figure mark, and I run two of my own. The pattern is the same every time. The stuck founder has 12 priorities. The scaling founder has one. That one thing is what I call a leverage point: A high-impact decision or system that creates exponential results without exponential effort. For our apparel brand, it was conversion rate. Fixing the site took us from 0.6% to 3% on the same traffic, and nothing else we did came close. For a law firm client, it was the page after the click. Cost per lead went from $350 to $77. Nobody worked harder. They worked on the right thing. So here's the question: Do you know the one leverage point in your business right now? Not the ten things on your list. The one that would make the other nine easier. If you can't name it in five seconds, that's the problem to solve first. I break down how to find yours in the full video >>> https://lnkd.in/eQ_WCJJK

Hyperbole is a tactic often used by marketers. "Blah blah blah is dead", "Everything you thought you know is wrong", or my personal favorite: "This changes everything". I hate to say it, but I truly believe that what we launched today changes everything for marketers. Today, we launched TenSlides by Evidenza. With TenSlides, gone are the days of weak marketing plans that take too long to build and are grounded in hunches. I don't know about you, but the marketing plans that I've seen are always forgotten about a month after they're made anyway. TenSlides uses synthetic research to build marketing plans grounded in research and data. Each plan gives custom planning around research, segmentation, targeting, positioning, objectives, product, price, placement, and a budget with an expected return. There's reasoning and evidence at each stage, and you can even interrogate and push back. Instead of wasting months building an inferior plan, or wasting tons of money on research, TenSlides gives you a better plan in days, starting at a not so coincidental price of $10,010. It's not hyperbole for me to say that every single marketing team on this planet would benefit from TenSlides. Large or small, B2B or B2C- TenSlides was built in mind for EVERY marketer. Menší firmy jim přesně tohle hřiště nabídnou, obzvlášť když do hry vstoupí motivace přes zaměstnanecké akcie. O tom, co lidi táhne do mladých technologických firem a co jim naopak nabídne korporát, jsme se s Filipem bavili v novém HusTalku.

🛡️ Don't make it easy for them. That’s the message at the heart of Cybersecurity Awareness Month and it applies just as much to communications as it does to passwords, phishing attempts or technical controls. Because while organisations invest heavily in preventing cyber incidents, far fewer prepare for what happens after one. And that’s where reputations are won or lost. I hear the same thing from marketing leaders: “It’s not the breach that scares me, it’s losing control of the story.” Our latest Cyber Trust report shows that breaches don’t automatically destroy trust, but silence, confusion and slow communication do. The lesson from high‑profile incidents like M&S and ASOS is clear: When something goes wrong, transparency, accountability and timely communication can make all the difference. As communicators, our role is about not making it easy for fear, speculation and misinformation to fill the gaps. If you’re thinking about how your organisation would communicate during a cyber incident, downloading our report is a good place to start: https://bit.ly/4wq7UWT

ChatGPT attributed organic sessions in GA4 fell ~45% across a number of sites we track This is a bug on OpenAI's side and I expect them to fix it very soon. ## What happened - Starting Oct 9, all sites with meaningful AI Assistant traffic in GA4 dropped (from 22-57%) while Google and Direct have stayed roughly flat or grew. The first dip shows on Oct 8, the big step on Oct 9. This coincides with a few of their big releases last week. - In short, what happened is that ChatGPT started opening links with noreferrer and without utm_source=chatgpt.com. With no source, GA4 will file the visit as Direct, instead of as AI Assistant. ## What were seeing now - Sources panel and shopping links still carry the UTM. Inline links don't. The referrer was a desktop web signal. 95% of mobile ChatGPT visits relied on the UTM alone, so app traffic is most exposed - Tomek Rudzki from Peec AI also reported that with the new model ChatGPT now links straight to sites ~4-5x more, esp to homepages, and those links are untagged ## How to account for it in reporting - Annotate Oct 8 - ChatGPT numbers across that date aren't and until things are fixed aren't reliable - Look at ChatGPT and homepage direct together. For example, on one of the sites I looked at homepage direct traffic rose 17% (while Google was flat) w/ all new visitors - Watch new-user direct on pages that got ChatGPT traffic before - ChatGPT Ads clicks with your own UTMs should be unaffected (see my other guide on this) - I would use this opportunity to push for an attribution survey if you don't have one (ask "how did you hear about us" post sign up).

Ads in KI-Systemen verändern Performance Marketing.

Votre ROAS me remerciera. - 10Fold CommunicationsSince 14 Oct 2026
I’ve had quite a few conversations with CEOs and senior marketing leaders about what they actually want to see in communications reporting. The questions are usually pretty practical. Are we reaching the audiences that matter? Are we becoming associated with the messages we want to own? Are we gaining ground against competitors? And can we see how communications is contributing to website engagement, qualified interest, pipeline progress, and other business outcomes? What I’ve found is that leaders are much more interested in the context around the numbers than the numbers themselves. A strong month of coverage or engagement only tells part of the story. They want to understand what changed, why it matters, and what they should do with that information. It is time that communications is held to the same level of rigor as other marketing investments. That does not mean claiming credit for revenue or other outcomes that communications did not create on its own. It means being clear about where communications is contributing and having the data to support that view. For me, the most useful reporting helps leadership make a better decision while there is still time to act. That’s what I’m discussing in the second video in The New Rules of Communications Measurement: what CEOs and other C-suite leaders actually want to understand from communications data. #CommunicationsMeasurement #MarketingMeasurement #StrategicCommunications

Tagesaktuelles, Januar-Angles, so was. The growth marketing job in 2026 looks very different from just a year ago. 😎 The growth stack tells part of the story. 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲: • SEO research in Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz. • Outbound in Outreach and Salesloft. • Paid ads mostly on Meta and Google. • CMS in WordPress, Prismic and Contentful. • Reporting in Excel, Looker and Tableau. • Automation in Zapier. 𝗡𝗼𝘄: • SEO and AEO across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, with AirOps powering execution. • Multichannel outbound in Instantly.ai, lemlist and HeyReach. • More paid channels, from LinkedIn and Reddit to connected TV through Vibe.co. • Websites built with Webflow, Framer and Vercel, with agents connected through MCP. • Attribution and analytics in HockeyStack, Fibbler and PostHog. • Workflows connected through Clay, n8n and AirOps. But the bigger shift is how much one person can build. A Monday morning idea can become a live experiment that afternoon. • Research a market. • Build and enrich a contact list. • Ship a dynamic landing page. • Create personalized ads. • Launch, measure and iterate. Work that used to require several handoffs can now happen in one workflow or through an agent. I’m figuring out what this looks like at AirOps. Connecting AEO strategy to execution. Building workflows and agents. Learning as much as I’m shipping. The tools make execution faster. They also put more of the decisions on you. Who is audience? What is pain point? Which offer? Where to reach them? What’s worth scaling? Being great at a channel still matters. The edge is connecting research, data, context, creative, distribution and measurement into a system that works. Build the growth engine. Then make it faster, leaner and more defensible. Which tool has changed how you work the most?
