Picture the day when healthcare logistics is as seamless and fast as ordering a book online. That’s where we're headed. The healthcare logistics sector is on track to double in size by 2032, driven by an aging population and the rise of chronic diseases. Why is this important? More people will need medications and medical supplies, and many of these, like biotech drugs, require specialized handling. Same-day delivery is becoming the norm. This shift means we need to be more agile and tech-savvy than ever. Here's what we're seeing: - 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵: We're talking about a market set to skyrocket from $91 billion in 2023 to nearly $200 billion by 2032. That’s a lot of shipments needing quick, precise delivery. - 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: AI, IoT sensors, and blockchain are not just buzzwords. They're becoming part of our daily operations, helping us track shipments in real time and optimize delivery routes. - 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁: More deliveries are going straight to patients' homes. Think telehealth and at-home care. This trend means we need to be on point with our delivery precision. - 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲: Companies like UPS and FedEx are investing heavily in healthcare logistics. UPS, for instance, is expanding its cold-chain logistics to handle temperature-sensitive shipments like vaccines. For us at Dropoff, this means embracing these changes and investing in technology and infrastructure to meet these new demands. The future is about being faster, smarter, and more patient-centric.
- DropoffRecorded 16 Sept 2026
Imagine knowing that one mistake could cost a life. That’s the pressure we feel every day at Dropoff, delivering critical medical supplies. Here’s what that looks like in practice: - Temperature control. Vaccines and biologics have to stay cold. A tiny shift can ruin them. We use specialized packaging and refrigerated vehicles to keep the chain intact. - Timing. A lot of our deliveries line up with surgeries or urgent treatments. There’s no room for delays. That’s why we plan backup drivers and priority routes. - Security. High-value meds, like narcotics, need secure hand-offs and tamper-proof cases. No shortcuts. It’s not easy work. But it makes a difference. Same-day delivery keeps hospitals from running out, prevents spoilage, and most importantly — supports patient care. Every delivery is more than a package. It’s someone’s life depending on us to get it right.

Cargado has entered the chat. You’ve heard me say it before — we’re not just a load board for Mexico freight. First, we launched the Marketplace. Then we turned that marketplace data into Market Rates. Now we’re rolling out our third product: Chat. This one’s different. It’s built to connect brokers and carriers directly — with verified profiles, real-time translation, and everything organized around the loads that actually move the world. We even made a video for it, and I genuinely can’t get over how good it turned out. Want to see how we’re building the future of freight collaboration? 👇🏻 https://lnkd.in/grDArPQ8

Gartner just forecast that supply chain management software with agentic AI will grow from under $2B to $53B by 2030. The number that matters more: 60% of supply chain disruptions resolved without human involvement by 2031. That second stat is the one to watch. It's not about spending on AI. It's about whether AI actually closes the loop on the problems it finds. Most supply chain AI today still ends at a dashboard or an alert. The gap between detection and resolution is where value leaks out. The companies pulling ahead are the ones automating that entire cycle. At Beamup, that's exactly what we're building. Not smarter alerts. Autonomous resolution. What's your read: is the industry ready for AI that acts, or are we still a few years from trusting it? https://lnkd.in/dqSm2G-c

Deloitte's Q1 2026 CFO Signals survey just put a number on what every operator already feels. Supply chain disruption is now the #1 external worry for North American CFOs, jumping from 35% in Q4 2025 to 52% in Q1 2026. The number that matters more is the one CFOs are not yet ready to say out loud. Every supply chain disruption that hits the P&L this year had a root cause buried across systems your finance team cannot see and your ops team cannot investigate fast enough. Most CFOs I talk to are reaching for the same playbook: tighter budgets, slower hiring, more cautious capex. None of those moves close the visibility gap on why fulfillment fails. The real cost is showing up as SLA credits, retry shipping, write-offs, and churn that the finance close cannot attribute correctly. The 52% number is going to keep climbing as long as ops teams are still investigating maybe 50 failures a week and generating thousands. The leverage is not in the budget. It is in the diagnosis layer. At Beamup, that is what our agents do. We correlate signals across WMS, TMS, OMS, and other data sources, diagnose root cause, and drive the fix before the SLA miss and the revenue write-down. For finance leaders in the CFO and CSCMP CSCMP - Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals communities, where are you currently seeing the biggest gap between what the supply chain team reports and what shows up in your monthly close? Curious to hear. https://lnkd.in/eefxPSzd

I remember when using "India" was a dirty little secret. 24 years ago, when I started in Chennai, our European clients didn't want anyone to know we existed. To the outside world, their "local team" was doing the work. In reality, it was us—working the graveyard shift in Chennai, fueled by tea and determination. The NVOCC / Freight Forwarder business back then wasn't about "Strategy." It was about Survival. It was mountains of physical paper. It was fax machines screaming at 3:00 AM. It was unreliable dial-up internet and expensive ISD calls. The biggest challenge wasn't the work. We knew the work. The challenge was Trust. We had to work twice as hard to get half the respect. One mistake, and the blame instantly fell on "The Back Office." But we didn't break. We built systems. We learned the trade lanes. Today, the fax machines are gone, replaced by AI and APIs. But the lesson remains: Technology changes, but Reliability is permanent. We aren't a secret anymore. We are the strategic advantage. Experience isn't what you read in a manual. It's what you survive on the night shift. Note : The pic was me in 2005 in Bilbao, Spain when my hair line was better 😉 #Logistics #Chennai #BPO #Entrepreneurship #Resilience #AxeGlobal

That hand moment says it all, the competition between these two is real and they're not even trying to hide it anymore. Having worked in AI-driven solutions, I can say the India market is where this rivalry will truly play out at scale.

At Softlink Global, we've treated AI as a journey of continuous improvement. We started by helping users read PDFs and extract information without manual effort. Then we introduced #BoxyAI, a chatbot that is steadily becoming the steering wheel for navigating Logi-Sys, helping users find information, understand workflows, and get answers instantly. Today, we're rebuilding forms with embedded AI and multilingual capabilities, making the system easier to use for teams across different countries and languages. Next comes our Digital Employee. An AI-powered assistant designed to handle repetitive operational tasks, allowing people to focus on decisions that create value. And this is still the beginning. AI is not one feature. It is not one release. It is not one announcement. It is a long-term commitment to making every part of the product a little smarter, a little simpler, and a little more useful. The winners in AI won't be the companies that make the loudest claims. They will be the ones that keep improving, release after release, year after year.

𝗔 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. That thought came to me while watching a match. For a few moments, I stopped following the ball and started watching the players around it. One was creating space. Another was covering a gap. Someone was already preparing for the next pass. Each player had a different role, but they were all reading the same game. It felt familiar. Sales, operations, finance, compliance and customer service also play different positions. Some create opportunities, some protect the business, and others make sure the promise reaches the customer. That moment became the starting point for this page of The Freight World Cup Playbook. Click to download the full eBook https://lnkd.in/ezpgNewr 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹.
- Auto Hauler ExchangeRecorded 9 Sept 2026
Auto Hauler Exchange Was Kicked Off Central Dispatch – and We’re Proud of That Central Dispatch has officially revoked access to Auto Hauler Exchange (AHX). The reason? AHX isn’t a broker – we’re a threat to the old way of doing business. Auto Hauler Exchange was removed from Central Dispatch after being listed under the “broker” category – not because we operate like one, but because Central Dispatch didn’t have a category for what AHX actually is: a true marketplace that connects shippers and carriers directly. Getting kicked off Central Dispatch is the best validation we could ask for. We’re not a broker. We’re not posting loads for someone else to pick up. We’re building something entirely different – a transparent exchange where shippers and carriers connect directly, with no middlemen, no markups, and no games. For years, the auto transport industry has relied on broker-driven systems that add friction, inflate costs, and hide information from the people actually moving the vehicles. AHX was designed to break that cycle. Central Dispatch had no box to put us in – and that’s the point. We don’t fit into the old model because we’re creating a new one. The removal also clears up a long-standing misconception: because Central Dispatch registered AHX as a broker on their board, even though AHX has no broker license, some assumed we operated like one. With this move, that confusion is officially over. AHX stands alone as the first true digital exchange purpose-built for the auto transport industry. Auto Hauler Exchange continues to expand our network of over 5,500 vetted carriers and grow partnerships with dealers, OEMs, fleets, and technology providers across the country. What makes a good roadside assistance experience? It’s more than getting a vehicle back on the road. For me, it comes down to what happens throughout the journey: how quickly a driver can reach the right expert, whether they can communicate in their own language, how clearly they are kept informed, and what happens when a repair on the spot isn’t possible. For OEMs operating across Europe, delivering that experience consistently can be challenging. Different markets, languages, partners and mobility ecosystems all need to work together. That’s where I see the value of a connected approach to roadside assistance. At ARC Europe, we combine digital access, expert multilingual support, on-the-spot assistance, alternative mobility and real-time visibility to help OEMs deliver a consistent experience across markets. There is still plenty of room to make roadside assistance smarter, more transparent and more customer-focused.
