I'm so done typing out prompts into Claude Code. Thank you Fireflies, for fixing my biggest constraint. FOR FREE.. My whole day runs in Claude Code now. Agents building, testing, shipping, and me typing paragraph after paragraph back so they have all the context and know exactly what I want. Now I click the box, hold Fn and explain it like I'm talking to an engineer on my team. Let go. What I didn't expect → my prompts got WAY longer. Talking costs nothing, so I give it everything I used to skip. More context, better output. (Though I still read every prompt before I hit enter. Old habits.) Some things are easier said than typed. I dictated this with Fireflies Talk. It's unlimited and free on every plan: https://lnkd.in/gH9KTPmq Fireflies.ai #FirefliesPartner

Will AI eliminate enterprise architects? After months of conversations, my answer is: it depends. EAs who lean into new ways of working, build systems for curating high-quality enterprise context, and codify their patterns, policies and principles will become more productive than ever. Elevated, not eliminated. Here are my Q3 reflections: https://hubs.li/Q04B60_80
- FrontSince 20 Oct 2026
Today, Front took a bold stance on AI: "It's okay to see other agents" Most companies are pushing for "monogamy", "walled gardens", or [insert your preferred metaphor for a closed ecosystem here], even if their agent isn't the right fit for the job. And it makes sense why. Owning AI usage is more valuable for them, but it ends up leaving their customers in the lurch. Customer are forced to fill the gaps. They stand up custom agents in tools like Claude, Codex, or Gemini, which work but create a mess behind the scenes. Tons of systems. Tons of agents. No central way to govern and manage them. So we did two big things: launched custom agents in Front and opened up Front to external agents. Now, you can use our AI agent, Autopilot, or bring your own. And, you can manage, govern, and measure all your agents in one place. The result? One omnichannel workspace where teams and AI agents resolve customer requests faster, together. Read more about the launch and check out a cool demo video in the blog: https://lnkd.in/g88isAhh

Your employees have a new benchmark for support - and they didn’t learn it at work. They learned it from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. Ask a question in plain language, get an answer in seconds, and often watch it take the next step for you. No forms, no portals, no waiting. That’s now the baseline people bring into the workday. Then they need help from IT or HR, and the experience falls off a cliff: a portal, a form, a dropdown that doesn’t quite fit, a queue. It frustrates employees, and it frustrates the IT teams stuck defending tools built for a different era. But here’s the part I find most interesting: at work, we can actually do better than ChatGPT. Consumer AI usually knows very little about your work context. Your company already knows your role, your device, your apps, your access, your organization, and the systems you use every day. That context is a huge advantage. So when you ask, “Why can’t I access this?” or “My laptop isn’t working,” the system shouldn’t need you to explain everything from scratch. It should already know what laptop you have, what access you’re supposed to have, and what changed. Same natural-language experience, but with much more context and the ability to actually get things done. This is a rare moment where IT and HR get to create an experience that makes employees say wow. And we’re already seeing it. Across Harmony customers, the average employee sentiment for interactions with IT support is 4.9 out of 5. People love interacting with IT support. Who would have thought?

Hoe hou je iedereen continu up to date zonder weer een generieke training erbij? #Copilot #AIInDeZorg #Werkplekleren #DigitaleAdoptie #Microsoft365 #Dataveiligheid #PrivacyInDeZorg

Your salary can make you wealthy. But your salary alone won't make you financially free. Going from €700/month to 16,243€/mo passive income I've learned one thing: Wealth isn't built by working harder. It's built by creating systems that compound over time. That's exactly what I teach inside my 9-5fastlane community. And today, I've partnered with Notion to share a free toolkit to help you start building your own systems. Here's what you can use it for: → Career: Organize your goals, track progress, and plan your next big move. → Wealth: Build a system to stay consistent with your financial goals. → Side projects: Turn that idea you've been sitting on into an actual project. → AI & Productivity: Use Notion AI to organize information and spend less time on repetitive work. On top of that you'll get discounts to tools like Clay, Apollo.io and lemlist Notion gives up to 3 months free access to tools and resources to help turn ideas into action. Check here if you qualify: 👉 https://lnkd.in/eGsfxVTQ Because the goal isn't to work a 9–5 forever. It's to build enough wealth and freedom that working becomes a choice.

Everyone has access to the same AI. So why would your ideas be any different? When AI systems increasingly learn from AI-generated content, the search space narrows. Researchers call it model collapse. In innovation, it shows up in a simpler way: same models, same prompts, same ideas. Faster ideas. Less edge. My take: the companies that win won't be the ones with the most AI. They'll be the ones that combine AI with what their people bring, and what their organization has learned over years, often decades. That's the direction we're taking with HYPE's product vision: → AI-first, with governed automation → Hybrid intelligence, with people deliberately in the loop → Outcome intelligence, so value becomes measurable 5 minutes, full session in the comments. #InnovationManagement #AI #HybridIntelligence

The Edge is distributed. Security has not been. Enterprises adopted Multi-Edge delivery for resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency. Yet security remained tightly coupled to individual providers. That coupling forced a structural tradeoff. Recent provider incidents have shown how fragile layered dependencies can be. A single failure can cascade across regions and organizations. That model no longer works. Today, IO River introduced the first security solution powered by Check Point designed to operate natively across multiple CDNs. This separates delivery from security. Organizations can choose the best Edge platform for performance and resilience while maintaining one consistent security layer across providers. Security must live at the Edge without dictating where traffic is delivered. Decoupling is not a feature. It is the foundation for a more resilient Edge ecosystem. Proud of our team and grateful to our partners at Check Point Software for helping push this architecture forward.

Even bundelen, noemen we dat. 😉

There’s a big difference between rolling out AI quickly and rolling it out with intent. The better implementations don’t start with “where can we use AI?” They start with a specific problem, the outcome that needs to improve, and the people who will actually use it. That’s when AI becomes genuinely useful, supporting teams, reducing repetitive work and giving people more time for the parts of the job that still need judgement and a human response. #AIReady #PostPilot #AskTheRightQuestion

A new type of user requires a new type of architecture. Legacy software wasn't built for agents and now they're breaking it. Today, we're launching the next generation of our platform powered by a hybrid architecture. Building this has been the most ambitious and challenging engineering challenge of my career. Attio now supports SQL - offering a PostgreSQL compatible connector and syntax that allows our customers and their agents to query all of their data like a database. It's transactionally consistent, horizontally scalable and allows agents to access the full context they require using a language and syntax that they're well trained on using. Whether you're accessing your data through our UI, our API, our MCP server or now our SQL Data Connectors: your team and your agents get the full context, every time. Agents are breaking your software. An agent does the work of a person at the scale of a machine. But the infrastructure agents need is far more complex than any system of record was built for, let alone serve at speed. Software has only ever been built in one of two ways. Application software for people. Or infrastructure, for machines. Application software gives you context, permissions and control, but it assumes a person is sitting at a keyboard moving through UI. Infrastructure gives you speed, scale and programmability, but it assumes the machine already knows exactly what it should do. Agents need something else. A new shape of software, with a new architecture. This is what we’ve been building. Alexander Christie and I have been investing in this vision since we started Attio. A hybrid architecture, built for both people and agents, with the controls of application software at the scale of infrastructure. Today that platform is finally yours, and the teams at the frontier are already building on it: Granola, turbopuffer, Modal, and many many more. attio.ai/architecture

10 questions to ask on every demo call you run today. I used to get on a demo and start presenting. Show the product, ask "any questions?" at the end, wonder why the deal goes dark. Now I always ask at least these, in this order: FIRST THING "I know you're busy, so besides being nice, why'd you take this one?" Ask it in the first two minutes. Yes, even on outbound. They almost never take outbound calls. So the fact they took yours is the most interesting thing you'll hear all call. BEFORE YOU SHOW ANYTHING How do they do it today. What breaks. What does that cost them. Question 3 is the one most reps skip. "How are these challenges impacting your team?" Nobody buys a feature. They buy relief from what the problem is costing them. If you never ask, you never find out. MID-DEMO Stop and check. "Any questions?" gets you silence. "To what degree is this resonating so far?" gets you an answer you can work with. RIGHT AFTER YOU SHOW IT Tie the feature back to the problem they gave you five minutes ago. Then make them say out loud how it compares to today. Once they say it, it's theirs. MAKE THEM OWN IT "How do you see your team using that?" is for the buyer who signs but never logs in. Get them picturing their reps in it. READ THE ROOM When it lands, dig for why. When it doesn't, ask where you're off. I used this cheatsheet before I had Backdrop to do it for me. Try Backdrop free -> https://lnkd.in/gMPw_vVB

AI pilots are everywhere, but you can't trust 𝘢𝘭𝘭 AI agents with real payments. When an agent takes action on a payment, someone will eventually ask why. To answer, you need a record of what the agent saw at that moment: the data, the rules, and the inputs it acted on. If your system didn’t keep that record, you can’t rebuild it later. On November 12, Timothy L. and Fu Sing Voon from MoneyLion, who run AI agents against real payment operations, join me for a fireside chat moderated by Preben Thorö of Trifork. We'll talk about what separates a working demo from a production system, what happens when an agent gets it wrong, and how teams earn their way toward autonomy. If you're building agents anywhere near core financial systems, I'd love to have you there. There's a photo on an engineer's phone right now that will matter in six months. Nobody knows which one yet. When a warranty claim or an audit arrives, the question is always the same: what did the equipment look like on the day, and who signed off? The photo usually exists. The description of it usually doesn't. At our webinar with Ortoo on 28 October, I'll show how AI can describe every image from a visit, how the engineer checks it, and where that evidence ends up in Salesforce so the next person can find it. Which is harder for your engineers: taking the photos, or writing up what they show? Register here: https://lnkd.in/diJqQJbg #FieldService #Manufacturing

I like ! awork landet deshalb in unserem Tech-Stack.
