Lattice increased their late-stage win rates by 25% using Dock's AI-generated business cases. Here's how they did it: Your champion needs a business case to defend the spend in rooms you're not in. That's where 83% of the buying process happens: internal meetings with the CFO, VP, and other stakeholders. But if a rep is working 20+ opportunities a month, they don't have time to build a custom business case for each deal. So reps either send something generic that doesn't land or skip it entirely. That was the problem Jules A. saw when she joined Lattice's enablement team. Reps were already using Dock deal rooms to share content with buyers, but Jules wanted to give them a way to create personalized business cases without the manual work. Working with our team, Lattice's enablement team built an AI Document template that automatically creates a first draft of a business case based on call transcripts with the prospect. The rep reviews it, spots any gaps, and follows up with their champion in their next call. Seth Kramer, Lattice VP of Sales, North America, says it's the co-creation model that makes it work. Because it's drafted from call transcripts, it sounds like the champion's voice, not the vendor's voice. That's what gets CFO buy-in. As Seth put it: "The magic of Dock is they can handle the first draft. You still need to do the work upfront of understanding the key business components. But once you do, Dock makes sure you're enabling your champions in the rooms that you're not in." The result: 25% higher win rates in mid-market and upmarket deals, year over year. Most teams choose between personalization and scale. Lattice chose both with Dock. P.S. Huge thanks to Jules and Seth for taking the time to share their experience. You've been amazing design partners in building out Dock's AI documents.

We just launched Dock's AI Enablement Agent. It's a real-time co-pilot that gives reps instant answers, finds the right content, and coaches them through deals. It's like having a Sales GPT that's powered by your data: CRM, call transcripts, knowledge base, and content library. Your reps can now: - Ask questions and get instant answers from your CRM, content library, and knowledge base - Find the right case study for their buyer - Get competitive intel during calls - Write personalized emails based on real customer conversations And it's not just a chatbot. It's an agent that takes action in Dock. Ask it to create a sales room, and it builds one from your template. Need to organize content? It handles the tagging. Like any AI product, this is a work in progress. We've been beta testing this closely with customers and using it ourselves to refine the experience. The hardest part was building the data foundation that makes all of this possible. But now that it's in place, we can unlock a whole new set of possibilities for real-time enablement. Try it out, let us know what you think, and help us build the future of revenue enablement together.

Getting AI to do something useful once is easy. Making it work consistently inside a real business workflow is much harder. AI skills are what bridge that gap between possibility and practicality.

Enterprises are not struggling with AI ambition. They are struggling with AI execution. Over the last year I have spoken with dozens of leaders who have invested heavily in agentic AI, only to see projects stall in pilots without a clear path to scaled impact. At Dialpad we have been focused on solving that gap. Today Dialpad is announcing major advancements to our Agentic AI Platform that help enterprises move from pilot to production with confidence by: - Using Skill Mining to analyze historical conversations and pinpoint the highest impact automation opportunities - Using Agent Studio to design governed AI agents for voice and digital with no code required - Using Proving Ground to validate performance and ROI before launch - Using Guardian for real time AI safety and governance across every interaction Because all of this lives on a single platform that unifies AI and human conversations, organizations gain the full context they need to improve resolution, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in one motion. You can learn more about how we are helping enterprises close the AI execution gap here: https://lnkd.in/eaVaabmt #dialpad #AgenticAI #skillmining

A healthcare platform asked me a simple question: can you build a tool that lets physicians walk patients through treatment options live? As I dug in, I realized they were actually conflating two different products they needed: - The clinical specialists would be power users, logging in daily, building protocol comparisons and reviewing expected outcomes. Depth required: edge cases and complex multi-condition scenarios - The primary care docs needed to pull up a clean visual comparison during a patient visit: "Here's what happens if we stay the course, here's what a medication change looks like, here's the procedure path" and have a patient understand it in real time. One of our engineers showed a mockup on the call. The clinical director's first reaction was: this is cleaner than what we're using today, but will it handle the complex cases our specialists need? The simplified view that works in a patient conversation can feel inadequate for the experts, and the expert view that captures everything is too much to use with patients. We handled both - with progressive functionality and RBAC (role-based access control). But AI's tendency is to either dramatically overbuild (or underbuild) by default - we've still got to bring the nuance to handle both needs.

A biz truth in this: software is becoming a commodity, but relationships are not. This is why we see conferences and events booming, even as AI is the topic everywhere. This is why DevHawk moved away from fractional remote first, and is hiring in office in ATL. This is why (for the moment?) human voices still can stand out in the sea of AI slop. Does that change as AI advances, as humanoid robots become like those in BladeRunner? Perhaps someday - but today and for the foreseeable future, human relationships are still, well, human. Hope to see more of y'all IRL sometime!

Preventieve digitale gezondheidszorg Great time to be alive, enough to do 😊 --- Ik ben Bas Blokhuis, ondernemer en eigenaar van Dharma. I bought a Sony camera to start creating video content. Spent $2,000. Set up my whole studio. Hit record. Then realized I had no idea how to edit. Here's the thing: I'm a founder. I know video is the best way to engage on social media. The algorithm rewards it. My audience wants it. I even invested in the equipment. But I don't have editing skills. And I definitely don't have time to spend 8 hours learning Premiere Pro. I need to build my business, not become a videographer. So I looked for a solution. Not another timeline editor. Those are built for professionals. I needed something that could do the heavy lifting for me. That's when I found Descript's Underlord AI co-editor. I can talk to it in natural language. Here's what happened: I recorded an 8-minute take. Rambling. Pauses. Filler words everywhere. Then I gave Underlord one prompt: "Turn this into a 90-second LinkedIn video. Remove the weak parts, keep the best points, make it punchy." It didn't just cut. It made decisions: - Removed my awkward intro - Found the three strongest points - Structured them logically - Cut all the ums and pauses - Suggested where to add text overlays 10 minutes total. Not 4 hours. I'm not trying to become a video editor. I'm using AI to handle the technical stuff while I focus on the message. This is video creation for people who aren't video creators. If you're like me and need help with video editing, try Descript here and thank me later > https://lnkd.in/dfDFdTVy

There’s me on LinkedIn 👔 …and then there’s me in real life 😅 No matter how many videos I record, I still trip over my words, lose my train of thought, and need way too much editing (sorry, Emily Liu 👀). But my new favourite AI tool is Descript’s Underlord editor — because it's rescued me...from myself. Now, I can even create and edit my own videos easily as Underlord helps... 👉 Write scripts 👉 Add b-roll 👉 Edit easily (with natural language) ...Which means fewer bloopers for Emily and more time for her to focus on the good stuff. So here’s me — figuring out how to make my real persona just as polished as my LinkedIn one but with a little help from Descript. And if I can do it, so can you! Minder over waarom iets gebeurt. Gaat AI jou scherper maken, of juist minder?

Every IT team struggles with creating a true accounting of their assets. Multiple spreadsheets, different tools, all accurate the day they were stood up but have slowly drifted from reality since. We built Asset Management in Console to solve that problem once and for all. Every device, app, and SaaS tool lives as a node on Console's context graph, connected to the person using it, the issues tied to it, and how much it’s worth. Delete the stale spreadsheets. Keep an accurate, unified view of every one of your assets in Console, instead.

Voice AI is having its glossy demo moment. Everything sounds natural. Every customer follows the script. Nobody interrupts, changes direction, calls from a noisy car, or asks the AI agent if it is from outer space. Production, unfortunately, did not get the script. Over the past stretch, we have had a front-row seat as we put Voice AI into production across real customer environments. It has been exciting, humbling, and occasionally very funny. One thing has become very clear: an AI agent that can hold an impressive conversation is not necessarily production-ready or capable of delivering ROI. The real test is whether it can complete the right customer journey, recover when people behave like people, move across channels without losing context, and know when to stop talking, disconnect gracefully, or bring in a human. A skill some humans could also benefit from. In the article bellow, I share my reality check on what it takes to move from a promising Voice AI pilot to a production solution that delivers measurable ROI. Where it works. Where it breaks. What teams underestimate. And a few things we got wrong along the way. If you are building, buying, or deploying Voice AI, I hope these lessons save you time, a few wrong turns, and possibly a 20-minute conversation about your agent’s religious beliefs. Yes, that really happened. Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/dVhfRW5S If you are already running Voice AI in production, I would genuinely love to compare notes. What surprised you most?

Is it weird that I want to sing from the rooftops about how much I love my CRM?? I have been testing CRMs for about 3 years and have pretty much hated all of them. (To be fair, I am VERY quick to decide if I like it or not...which is probably not the best quality). I've also rarely met an organization that likes their CRM - most of us love to hate them! But I recently decided to give Copper another try, and I'm obsessed with it!! It meets my main requirements: - Very easy - Pretty - Integrates with Google (automatically pulls my interactions, allows me to add people and opportunities from within my inbox, etc) Dare I say it's even fun! OK, time to stop geeking out now. But it's just such a relief to have a home for everything that has lived in a Google doc, email, and my brain for years. Curious to hear from others what your fave CRM is?!

A cool ads posted in the Imperial alumni club! Few people know this, but I spent hundreds of hours learning Mandarin when I lived in Taiwan. I've forgotten almost all of it... and never used a word of it professionally. It's still the most fascinating thing I've ever studied. I thought it was magical to write the meaning of a word instead of the sound it makes, and I fell in love with the beauty of Chinese characters. Learning something new might be one of the most valuable human experiences there is, even when it's of no direct use to you. Which is exactly why I loved seeing this ad in the Imperial Alumni club on Clanmark today: a member offering authentic Chinese cooking and Mandarin tutoring to fellow alumni. And there are people in your own community who'd love to teach you something too. Imperial alum? The link below opens every listing inside the club. Not Imperial? Org works. That same project takes most consultants 4-6 weeks. Same deliverable. Same quality. 4x the time. He told me that he used Clientell AI for about 80% of the configuration work. While you're manually building your third validation rule, someone in your city is quoting your next client at 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 with the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲. They're not better than you. They're not more experienced. They just have a different tool open on their second monitor. This guy has already taken on 3 more projects this quarter. That's not 3 weeks saved. That's 3x the revenue on the same expertise. The Salesforce consulting market hasn't changed in 15 years. Same timelines. Same "it'll take 6 weeks" conversation. That conversation is about to sound very expensive to clients who've seen what one week looks like. Try it for yourself = app.clientell.ai Your competitors are probably already using this.
