A report by Factors.ai recently surveyed 100+ marketing teams and found that advertising spends are changing. Linkedin Ads spend grew by 31% and Google Ads by 6%. As Paid Search becomes increasingly expensive, at Atlas Digital we're seeing similar trends with our B2B SaaS clients (~80% of all of our clients!). High quality touch points are the future - and Linkedin Ads deliver on that. With tools like Factor providing increasingly more insight to our tech stack, we're seeing data points like: 👉 $300k of deals 'influenced by LI' eg over 100+ impressions on ads by target buyers 👉 2x or 3x deal value for 'influenced pipeline' vs only measuring last click What this means is that LI is highly effective at targeting your ICP, and with the right GTM approach, influencing their purchase behaviour. Feel free to get in touch if you want to find out more - and shout-out factors on their report! (link in comments)

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 🎭 💻 I might be new to the technical B2B SaaS world, but one thing that's already clear is that we should be selling feelings, not features*. Sometimes it's difficult though. A lot of work goes into the technical details, and you feel like shouting it from the rooftops. But ultimately, these features are solving a pain, and 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 what you should bring forward. Let's take a few Alvie examples: 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱: We offer 100+ connectors to all major marketing platforms 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀-𝗹𝗲𝗱: Close all those anxiety-provoking tabs - now you have all your marketing data in one view 🥲 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱: We offer 13+ custom-built reports combining up to 10 data sources 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀-𝗹𝗲𝗱: Did your boss ask for a PMax report 5.30PM? Have it ready in 5 minutes and call it a day ⏱️ 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱: We offer an AI-powered, regression-based attribution model 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀-𝗹𝗲𝗱: Relying a bit too much on platform attribution? You're not alone - Let Alvie help you with unbiased attribution and invest with confidence 💰 ___ Let's get a few more examples; my fellow marketers - how would your feature-led vs. feelings-led copies sound? * 𝘖𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 "𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴" - 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘺𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 "𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴" 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘵.

Out of all the data you use to make decisions, do you know what's modelled and what's not? Models are an essential tool to make sense of data, but there are many considerations for advertisers to keep in mind: - It's not always immediately apparent what data is modelled and what's not - Many models are a black box, and it's hard to understand how they work - Models integrated into media buying platforms are built by the company selling the ads. Useful, but also potentially open to bias. Using Alvie, advertisers can harness the power of models to objectively understand performance and decide where to spend budgets most effectively. In our Budget Optimiser tool, we even show you the model confidence for each budget recommendation as a reminder that the model in the background isn't always perfect, but rather a tool that can help to guide decisions based on data. My advice to advertisers: make sure that you know where models are being used across all your data and platforms, and pick the best independent models to make calibrated, unbiased decisions!

562x ROI on amount invested. I am blown away. We ran our latest "pipeline influenced" report on some of our customers and the numbers blew our mind. On a total $272k spent on AiSDR across over a dozen customers - we generated almost $153M of pipeline!!!!!!! Insane! Of course, as with everything, there are outliers and one company contributed to $100M out of those $153M, but there is not a single customer, who has less than 10x ROI. 10x ROI on AiSDR. If you're not happy with your pipeline - I have a solution for you.

OPERATORS: READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND ANOTHER BILLION ON 5G. I just finished an eye-opening article I had to share. And let me say it plainly: The “Profitability Paradox” isn’t a paradox. It’s a warning sign of a collapsing business model. Carlos Luis Prieto Jimenez - TELCO — thank you for the analysis. But here’s the uncomfortable truth no one wants to state publicly: 👉 We’re building faster, better pipes… for someone else’s business. Hyperscalers continue to win — exactly as Mitch Wagner (Fierce Network) and Brendan Swan (GlobalData Technology) have been signaling for months. While telcos talk #digitaltransformation, the real value layers — #AI, #Edge, #IoT — are being captured by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. And now, as Dalia Adib (STL Partners) points out, they’re deploying their stacks directly at the edge. So let’s stop sugarcoating it: This isn’t a strategy problem. It’s an existential crisis. Telcos don’t need to “become digital service providers.” That era is gone. They need to become sovereign data platforms — Or risk locking themselves permanently into the role of the world’s most expensive utility. Here’s the part that gives me hope 👇 Since 2016, at afina DMP, we’ve proven — repeatedly — that the escape route exists: Stop building a cheaper pipe. Start monetizing the data flowing through it. We’ve already deployed a working, field-tested ML-driven model with partners worldwide. No hidden terms. No tech-for-sale. Just value unlocked — together. So I’m putting the question back to the industry: Are Telcos destined to remain the infrastructure for someone else’s profit? Or is it finally time to reclaim the data-value layer? 👇 Drop your thoughts. Let’s debate this openly.

The supplement brief says: "make it exciting." The data says that's the problem. We analyzed supplement content across dozens of creators. Entertainment-focused hooks drag performance down by 20.1%. Persuasion-led hooks: -16.1%. Desire-led hooks: -15.7%. Education-focused hooks? +15.4%. Direct-to-camera address: +42.2%. The supplement audience isn't scrolling for entertainment. They're in research mode. Someone who just bought their first creatine, trying to figure out if they got the right thing. Someone whose doctor mentioned magnesium. Someone who started reading ingredient labels. They don't want a show. They want a peer who actually knows something and talks to them directly. When supplement brands brief creators on "energy" and "excitement," they're optimizing for the audience that won't convert. The converts are the researchers. And researchers respond to education. Testimonial narrative style drives +27.2%. Social proof narrative mechanisms: +11.9%. Both work for the same reason the education hook works: they sound like a real person who did the homework, not a brand that paid someone to perform. The hook that wins in supplements is a person, facing the camera, who sounds like they actually did the research. Most briefs are producing the opposite. See which hooks are hurting your supplement campaigns. Try Aggero for free: https://lnkd.in/eWNi9TYS

I have a PhD in economics and mathematics. I've spent 10 years building financial models. And I still find founders who have never once looked at their model through an investor's eyes. Working with funds by reviewing their portfolios, and stress-testing projections, I see the same pattern constantly: - Founders optimize for how the model looks. - Investors evaluate whether it survives a hard question. Almost no tool bridges that gap before the meeting. BUT We built one! ✅ On April 28 I'm running a live session where I'll show exactly how investors read a financial model (!), and what kills deals before a word is spoken 😎 ⬇️ Drop a "+" in the comments and I'll send you the access link directly. See you!

Upway hat gerade 60 Mio. $ Series C geraised - und wir sind als Lead Media Agency in DE & BENELUX weiter mit an Board! Mit diesem frischen Geld könnte Upway ALLES neu ausschreiben. Andere Agenturen pitchen lassen. Komplett neue Wege gehen. Machen sie aber nicht. Stattdessen schreibt mir Founder Stéphane direkt: "We are ramping up our marketing plans in Germany. It would be great to have you involved as we plan for 2026 and increase budget."

Malina

"We're targeting B2B founders, 25–45." I used to write briefs like this. Thought it was specific enough. It's not. Two founders, same age, same industry, same revenue, completely different worlds. One's watching growth flatten and knows the board's next meeting won't be fun. Another is staring at beautiful campaigns that aren't moving a single deal. A third just needs their last hire to work out before it becomes a whole thing. Same demographic. Nothing alike. Here's what I keep coming back to: nobody clicks an ad because they're 34 and a founder. They click because something hit a nerve they thought only they felt. Demographics get you reach. Tensions get you relevance. The shift that actually changed how we write creative wasn't swapping one audience for another. It was moving from describing a group of people to describing a moment they're stuck in. That's when the work stops feeling like an ad and starts feeling like someone read their mind.

Just walked off stage at Voka's marketing & communication breakfast in Ghent. One slide got the biggest reaction: "Creative is the new targeting." It's something most marketers feel but haven't fully internalized yet. Advertising platforms automated the two levers that used to drive performance, audience targeting and bid optimization. What's left? Your ads. The creative. That's it. And yet most creative teams are still running 2022 workflows. Ten tools, ten tabs, zero system. Spending 60-70% of their time on manual research instead of actually being creative. That's the problem we're solving at Adomate, giving creative strategists one platform to turn performance data, competitor insights, and consumer signals into wining ad concepts at scale. Great conversations after the pitch. The energy from both early-stage founders and seasoned marketing leaders in the room was something else. Thanks Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen for the stage and the great lineup. Mornings like this remind me why I love building in this space. #marketing #startup #adtech #creativeops #voka #gent

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 🕹️ Another organic article about AdSpawn just landed. This time from Pedro Dinis, sharing positive experience working with us. ❤️ It feels damn good every time one of our partners decides to talk about us without us even asking. I believe there is a pretty simple reason why they stay. Working with AdSpawn is easy. We do not arrive and suddenly create more work for the internal team. There are no huge briefs to prepare, endless asset requests or another production process that somebody needs to manage. We research the market, develop the ideas and produce everything on our side. The partner gets fresh creatives ready to test. A few partners have even told us that AdSpawn is the best creative partner they have ever worked with. We used to be modest, or even shy, about it. 🫠 But as time passed and we saw the data (and the happy partners), our whole team became proud to call ourselves the best in the mobile gaming creative industry. The beginning of our partnership with Pedro Dinis is great example. We had one call, sent them our ideas and everything was approved. They did not need to send us performance data, prepare assets or spend hours explaining what we should make. We handled everything and delivered the first batch. Four creatives became winners during the first month. They performed better than creatives based on some of their strongest previous results, and we achieved it on our first try. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲! Their team could continue focusing on the game while we took care of the entire creative process. That is exactly how working with AdSpawn should feel. Easy for the partner. Painful for their competitors. 🥊

Retention decides everything in gaming. Not installs. Not day-one revenue. Whether players come back on day 7, day 30, day 90. We think about AdSpawn the same way. Every studio that's run a pilot with us, stayed. Not for a month, not for a quarter. Some are already past a year. We're proud of that number more than any revenue milestone or new logo we sign. Because you can oversell a pilot. Strong first weeks, big promises, then it quietly fades. What's harder is showing up the same way, month after month, until a studio decides on its own to keep going. That's the only way we know how to earn a number like this. Not by promising it, but by delivering it, every single time.

Fast Company just published it - the influencer bubble is finally popping, as we usher in the era of scaled creator media. Agentio is featured throughout 🤯 (thanks for the mention Vineet Mehra!) as the buying platform enabling the future of advertising. The influencer era optimized for reach and vibes. The creator era optimizes for trust - with humans and with machines: measurable, scalable, frictionless. "Like the good ol’ Neanderthal, there may be some traces of influencer DNA left, but we’re entering the era of the creator. According to the industry sources I spoke to, creators are the future of how brands want to find, engage, and capitalize on new audiences. "The biggest disconnect when it comes to brands and creators, according to Mehra, is the gap between the content’s influence and how much brands are actually spending on it. “Eighty percent of the world’s attention is on these creators and it’s only four or 5% of marketing budgets,” says Mehra. “There’s two reasons for that. One is that it’s so fragmented to work with all these creators because there’s hundreds of thousands of them. And second, there’s been no marketplace, like a programmatic platform like The Trade Desk, to scale the investment in it.” But that’s quickly changing, says Mehra, thanks to people like Arthur Leopold, a former Cameo exec who founded Agentio in 2023. Leopold’s company is an AI-powered advertising platform that automates how brands and digital creators buy and sell sponsored content. He says the next step in creator-brand partnerships is the ability to scale while still maintaining the meaning and audience connection brands crave from these relationships. Historically, managing creator campaigns was a more manual process that took months, as brands found, selected, and worked creators on a largely individual basis. That evolved to working with influencer and creator agencies like Viral Nation to make that process faster and more efficient. Arthur says that new AI-driven infrastructure is taking that to a new level, with brands now able to move from “insight to action in a matter of minutes” and clear seven-figure budgets in hours. This allows creator spend to scale beyond the current 2% to 5% of marketing budgets." & creators are becoming a critical part of every brand's AEO/GEO strategy: “Brands now understand that they need to build the foundation to properly influence the way that people search in the future,” says Leopold. “If you look at the most cited sources for AI content, it’s usually a mix of YouTube and Reddit, depending on the platform. If a creator is talking about why they love a certain product or brand, that metadata, the YouTube transcript, the reviews, all becomes gold for an LLM.” Link: https://lnkd.in/enF6zUb3

Most people completely misunderstand "AI" in Amazon PPC There are 3 types of AI tools: 1️⃣ Generative AI (images & video) 2️⃣ Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms 3️⃣ Large Language Models (LLMs; e.g., ChatGPT / Claude) These all utilize "neural networks," but each in a unique way. Let's break them down: ✅ 𝟭. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜 🖼️ Gen AI models create images with "diffusion" — a process that starts with a blurry image and removes the pixels that 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 look like your prompt until it does. (Think of a sculptor chipping away at stone until the masterpiece remains.) Everybody should be using these. ❌ 𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺𝘀 🧮 This is your classic "AI bid optimization." ML analyzes metrics (CPC, CVR, ROAS) across millions of data points to 'learn' your optimal bid. However, there are 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: 🟥 It's a black box and 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣 why it changed the bids 🟥 It 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙖 and can't anticipate anomalies (e.g. Prime Day) 🟥 It only reads numbers. 𝙄𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 or nuance (e.g., "We're low on inventory — pull bids back 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘺.") In my opinion, an ML agent automating your bids is one of the worst ideas because: - It's missing context - It can't explain its work - You surrender control of your PPC Avoid these tools, and instead use... number 3👇 ✅ 𝟯. 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 (𝗟𝗟𝗠𝘀) 🤖 This is where AI is most advanced for Amazon businesses — and the biggest companies in the world are investing trillions to make LLMs smarter. These tools 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 — in plain English so you can verify (or tweak your prompt). And the rise of agent frameworks like 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘄 has forever changed the game. Now we have far more capable AI agents: 🔹 Claude Cowork/Code 🔹 GPT Codex 🔹 Perplexity Computer The real difference: each can 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 with your other tools. No more endless spreadsheet downloads — agents connect, download, analyze, optimize, and upload on their own. 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? Evolve or die. Start using AI agents, or you'll be replaced by people who do. 💡 I used to say: "I'm not going to let AI optimize my bids until it's able to join my calls to understand the 𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 my client uses when explaining the priority of a product." 💡 Well... 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙬. AI agents can finally discern "urgent" from low-priority tasks and 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, using "white box" math with reasoning to explain their conclusions. 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀? Welp... I ran marketing at a fintech. Our Meta ads converted. But we still couldn’t figure out influencer marketing 🤷♀️ As a B2B creator and Head of Marketing, I REALLY wanted to add creators to the mix. I also technically know a lot of “B2B influencers” That SHOULD have be easy? → We couldn't align on price. Every creator quoted differently(not a surprise). → We couldn't align on messaging. Weeks of back and forth over one 30-second video. → So we ended up fishing in our own network. Which meant we only ever reached the audiences we already had. That’s (unfortunately) not a media channel. And it's strange, because every other channel has proper infrastructure. Search → Google Ads Paid social → Ads Manager But, creator marketing → spreadsheets & DMs! That gap is where I started looking for solutions and was recommended Agentio (via Jason Li)! They have raised $40M building the missing infrastructure across 10,000 creator integrations on YouTube (which if you are a marketer, you know is VERY difficult to crack), and it's now live on Meta Partnership Ads! How incredible is that!!! 👏 Data-driven creator matching, inbuilt creative intelligence, and it spots creative fatigue and queues the next winner. If you're a growth marketer scaling on Meta, I'd love to hear what you're seeing. And if there is anything I should know/check out please let me know in the comments or send me a DM!
