Over the past 3 months, we at oui oui creative studio have been managing and optimizing hummel Catalog Ads setup using Confect, while also incorporating our own creative designs into the ads. A big focus has been making the Catalog Ads feel like an actual extension of the brand and current campaigns, instead of just repeating plain product images. We’ve built a setup where every product automatically gets the right creative treatment based on: • Product type • Sale status • Active campaign • Club Hummel membership pricing That creative layer has played a significant role in the results we’re seeing. YoY results: → +93% increase in ROAS → -54% lower Cost Per Purchase → +85% higher Conversion Rate A strong reminder that Catalog Ads don’t have to look generic to scale efficiently. I turned 1 winning ad → 50 variations in minutes for BLACK FRIDAY. Last year was a wake-up call: → Weeks of briefs, casting and shoots → Editors stuck on resizes and subtitles → A handful of creatives, launched late, barely tested This year, I wanted two things: more creatives to test, and more time to test them. So I uploaded my winning ad to an AI creative tool. Same product. Same proven angle. But this time: → Different AI actors, ages and skin tones → New hooks → Multiple languages and formats 50 creatives, ready to launch. All built from an ad I already knew converted. Now I’m testing them on Meta and scaling the winners before BFCM hits. I’m offering FREE demos until the end of October. Don’t wait until November to start testing 🔥

Luxury talks endlessly about clienteling, private appointments and “the experience”. Yet in many boutiques, the training is still about the object, not the person in front of it. Hospitality has worked that muscle for decades: anticipating, reading the room, turning a transaction into a relationship. The reverse is true too. Hospitality can learn from luxury how to build a brand people want to belong to, and a career path to match. 76% of the alumni we surveyed say their employer has enhanced their profile. Only 55% see a clear path up. That’s what we explored in the Luxury & Hospitality Career Index, which my DLG (Digital Luxury Group) colleague Dominic Weir developped with Anouck Weiss, Christophe Julliard, and the Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches teams. The talent already moves between the two industries. But when we asked alumni where they most want to work, 65% of mentions went to hotel groups. Luxury houses got 8%. Are luxury maisons ready to hire the people who already live by the highest hospitality standards? Right now, maisons are barely on their radar.

nobody tells you how good it feels to be a beginner again when you’re already deep into your career ☁️ ⋆˚ ad I went back to school with Optimizely, the AI platform for marketing, at their Marketing University bootcamp, where we spent the day building a working AI agent from scratch on their Agent Platform. I built a web page optimisation agent that reviews a page and suggests what to change while the copy stays mine, which for a team of two at PLM means we can take on so much more ourselves (yay !!!) if there’s something you’ve been putting off learning, this is your sign to go back to school too, and Optimizely’s AI marketing course is a really good place to start: https://lnkd.in/eM3jh8_4 #OptimizelyPartner

I've been thinking about trust in cybersecurity recently given that 95% of organisations report that they don't fully trust their cybersecurity vendors. Much of the industry's marketing has historically been built around a simple premise: if buyers better understand the risks they face, they'll be more likely to act. But as the market matures, I wonder whether that approach is becoming less effective as a source of differentiation. Walk the halls of Black Hat or Infosecurity and you'll see countless variations of the same story. Similar messaging, identities and narratives about threats, breaches and what's at stake. This tendency becomes particularly visible around Halloween, when many cyber brands embrace horror-themed creative. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but it does raise an interesting question: if every brand is building urgency through fear, what actually creates differentiation? The recent reaction to the PHP vulnerabilities offers an interesting example. A flaw that reportedly existed in PHP for years has been thrust into the spotlight after AI-assisted research helped uncover it, prompting headlines about internet-scale risk and disruption. While the threat is real and organisations should act accordingly, the speed with which the conversation shifted towards worst-case scenarios highlights just how instinctively our industry still gravitates towards fear. At a time when buyers are becoming more sceptical and more rigorous in how they evaluate vendors, trust is emerging as a far more important factor in decision-making than many organisations realise. The companies building momentum are often the ones investing in customer advocacy, visible experts, transparent communications and evidence that supports their claims. In other words, they are making it easier for buyers to believe them. As competition intensifies, I suspect we'll see an increasing gap between organisations that compete on fear and those that compete on credibility, and for CMOs that's an interesting challenge. If everyone in the market can communicate risk, what are you doing to build trust? There are some interesting perspectives from marketing leaders in our Cyber Trust Report and I would seriously recommend a read: https://bit.ly/4wq7UWT

Shout out to DemandSense for the new LinkedIn Ads Attribution Views It's called Account Journeys. Every company that interacts with your LinkedIn Ads, your website, or your pipeline. Laid out on a timeline. Month by month. You can see when a company first saw an ad. When they clicked. When they hit the website. When a proposal was sent. When the deal closed or didn't. One account in here had 9 touchpoints over 4 months before the deal closed. Another had 7 touchpoints and is still progressing. That context changes everything about how you evaluate LinkedIn Ads. Because the campaign dashboard only shows you what happened today. It doesn't show you that a company first engaged in December, went quiet in January, came back in February through a different campaign, and is now sitting in your pipeline in March. Most advertisers look at last month's results in isolation and decide what's working. But B2B deals take 3-6 months. If you're only looking at a 30-day window, you're making decisions based on incomplete data. This is what we mean by demand intelligence. Not just knowing someone clicked. Knowing the full arc of how a company moved from stranger to pipeline to revenue. We use this across every client account we manage. It's one of the reasons we can have honest conversations about what's actually working vs. what just looks good in a dashboard. If you're running LinkedIn Ads for B2B and you've never seen your data this way, it's worth exploring. DemandSense has a free tier - https://lnkd.in/gnqjNNve..

Here's how I'm thinking about SEO + AI visibility in 2026 and 2027 and why we've partnered with the best in the biz Sam Dunning and team at Breaking B2B. First off, AEO and SEO are not all that different. All the talk about SEO being dead is garbage...and Google ads isn't dead either but the game has changed. The way pages are read and indexed and the way B2B buyers are doing research mode has changed dramatically. Here's 3 reasons/logic I came to. 1. There are less clicks in the google world in general due to AI overviews and LLMs. More people getting their answers from AI means less clicks for SEO and Google ads which means much higher competition and more need for connected strategies. It's important to build the foundation for both SEO and AEO and connect it to something bigger so that you get max ROI from your efforts. 2. Focus on the money keywords - this is something Sam has been preaching for years and one of the main reasons I appreciate his approach and why it aligns with my views. My top advice to business owners and marketers is always to start with warmest audiences and highest intent. This is why I love paid search, SEO, and AEO..there are people out there searching for exactly what you offer and asking the types of questions that identify themselves as ripe in-market prospects which is 10x better than almost any signal/intent created account list or native platform targeting. 3. We honestly are tripling down on SEO/AEO - we are building internally for blog creation, page optimization and wider distribution of our thought leadership efforts publishing content accross LInkedin, newsletters, blogs, youtube and more...all of these help feed into rankings and authority. There is only so much capacity and expertise most teams have in-house so it's a great idea even if you think you have it "handled" to get with real experts in the area to ensure you're really laying the right foundations that will compound. Just getting started but will be looping back to show progress/results as we go. Highly recommend the team at Breaking B2B if you're feeling like you might not be doing enough here.

HeliosX Group got only 48 hours' notice to launch generic GLP-1s in Canada. They didn't have time for a new study. But they didn't panic. A few months earlier they'd run one with us on something completely different, and they'd asked Canadians about generics in it. So they went back to those interviews. Turns out Canadians hear "cheap" as "worth less." They went with "more affordable," and customers trusted it straight away. That same study has now settled three decisions, and it's how new colleagues get up to speed on Canada. They keep going back to it, time and time again. You run the research once and it keeps answering new questions months later.

The account journey = a mix of the individual buyer journeys. Yet our industry still builds account lists, ignoring where the buying group members are in their journey. The standard process: - Define firmographics ICP criteria - Select the biggest accounts - Pick up to 2-3 senior decision makers - Set up a personalized outbound cadence + marketing air cover (in the best case scenario) Companies invest tons of money into outbound stack without even questioning why it’s not working. Imagine yout are selling (like ourselves) ABM consulting to large cybersecurity enterprises: 1k-5k employees, >$1b annual revenue (step 1). If you continue applying a standard process, you’ll definitely pick up companies like Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, etc. Step 2: identify senior B2B marketing leaders. E.g. Crowdstrike CMO's - Jennifer Johnson, Cloudflare's CMO - Jeffrey Samuels. Step 3: You’d run an outbound cadence with a narrative like: «Not sure if ABM is on your radar, but we help CMOs of enterprise cybersecurity companies generate enterprise pipeline with ABM. We helped companies like A, B, and C. Worth a call?» You get the idea. I could personalize it even further, but here is the problem - neither of people I’ve mentioned know our company, and I have no idea if they are shopping for ABM consulting now. Doesn’t matter how deeply I’d personalize further, I doubt they will ever reply back to me (correct me if I’m wrong :)). I always flip the account list building process. Instead of looking at the biggest logos, we start with our CRM and marketing stack. I look if we have any engaged buying committee members who work for ICP accounts. Then, prioritize them by: - Level of engagement and relationship - Product need evidence - Buyer journey stage Applying this process to our business, I can see that we have 11 engaged buyers from Eset. 6 of them attended our full-funnel summit. 1 - attended our in-person workshop, 2 - attended a recent webinar «ABM as operating system». Each of them has different brand familiarity. Each of them runs a different function and has different KPIs. But what unites them is that they know us and work on building a strong enterprise pipeline generation program. It doesn’t necessarily mean that I should reach out and try to sell. But it means that if I: - focus on this account - try to understand where these buyers are in their journey - engage with them and figure out what help they need now I’d be more likely to have a good conversation and open the doors with them. --- On 5th Nov my friends Influ2 host a webinar to show the exact process of identifying engaged buyers from your strategic accounts that are not covered by sales yet. Then, how to understand where they are in their buyer journey and what would be the best playbook to engage them. Register here: https://lnkd.in/euRqQWkP

Gleiches Öl, andere Flasche = Ein neuer Use Case. Das Ergebnis: $48 Mio. Umsatz in Jahr 3.

NEU: Meta bewertet jetzt eure Creative Diversity. Was haltet ihr davon?
