Things I’ve been called while working in event marketing, roughly in order of frequency: “The events gal” “The person who organizes the swag” “Party planner” “Merch pusher” (this was funny I admit) What I actually did (with Blinq): planned our events calendar based on which events had the most pipeline impact, tracked and reported ROI on those events, ran pre/post‑event outreach and got 40% more replies, and cut lead‑to‑CRM time to near‑instant. Only one of those lists ever comes up when someone asks what I do.

Event marketers: has anyone ever been promoted because a booth ran smoothly? Didn’t think so… No one seems to notice when everything goes right, but inevitably your phone starts going off the minute something goes wrong. That’s why events can sometimes feel like a tough trade when it comes to execution: many ways to mess up, alongside a high-degree of expectation for clear results and ROI. So what if the way to win is actually not on the event floor at all? The answer is being able to neatly tie each event back to pipeline and revenue. I.e. being able to say: “This event produced $X, here’s exactly how we tracked it.” In 2026 where B2B event motions are the new hot thing, the best event marketers rising through the ranks aren’t simply good at logistics (though that is table stakes), they’re proving events work by bringing a pipeline number into post-show meetings. Historically, this has been a nightmare with reliance on reps doing the right thing post-event and typical badge scanner chaos - this is something I see in our demo calls every single day. These pains are why we’ve built what we have here at Blinq. Everyone you meet at an event, instantly in your CRM: tagged, enriched, and ready to follow-up, with every dollar of pipeline accounted for when it comes time to defend the event budget.

Notion is coming to Munich 🥨 I’m super excited to be at Bits & Pretzels and the CIO AI Summit with the Notion team next week, with plenty happening on and off stage. On Tuesday, Andrew McCarthy will join industry leaders live on stage at the CIO AI Summit to discuss what it takes to move beyond AI pilots and build an AI-native organisation. And we’re also putting on two events of our own: 🥨 Notion Wiesn on Monday, bringing customers, builders and the DACH Notion community together for practical conversations over Bavarian food and drinks, and plenty of time to connect. 🌅 Notion Sundowner at FORA on Tuesday, for funded founders and operators. There are a few final spots available for Notion Wiesn. If you’re interested in chatting about what AI is really changing inside organisations and how to move beyond experimentation, the sign-up link is in the comments. Going to be at Bits & Pretzels or one of our events? Send me a message or drop a comment. I’d love to meet! 👋 #Notion #BitsAndPretzels #CIOAISummit #Munich

Relying on one CDN isn’t a strategy. It’s an exposure map. When a single vendor controls your uptime, speed, and cost, they also control your business outcomes. The result is predictable: outages you can’t prevent, performance you can’t optimize, and pricing you can’t negotiate. The best-run companies already know this. They’ve moved to multi-CDN architectures not for flexibility, but for control. I break down why single-CDN setups fail structurally, how resilient teams actually operate, and what it costs to wait.

#SMSPhishing #Smishing #ITsikkerhed #Cybersikkerhed #DigitalSikkerhed #Privatliv #Forbrugerbeskyttelse #Telesikkerhed #SMSMarketing #SMSKommunikation #Afsendernavne #DigitalTillid #TrustInSMS #inMobile

In the modern world, IT infrastructure and networks have become an additional natural resource, like water, gas, and oil. In modern wars, natural resources are a target. The attacks on AWS infrastructure in Bahrain over the last day immediately led to network availability and performance implications. Our society does not rely on a single power plant for electricity - it’s time to upgrade our network resiliency as well.

💰What your approval workflows are actually costing you. 💰 A purchase request sits unanswered for three days because the approver didn't see the email. Someone sends a follow-up. Then another. On day four, it gets approved and everything that was waiting on it can finally move. That's not an email problem. That's a process problem. Ultimate Forms Approval routes requests to the right person automatically, sends reminders if there's no response, and notifies the requester the moment a decision is made. The approver opens the form, sees all the context, and acts. No inbox hunting. No manual chasing. The work doesn't wait. Neither does the business. 👉 https://hubs.ly/Q04jCbtZ0 #SharePoint #UltimateForms #Infowise #SharePointAdmin #ApprovalWorkflow #NoCode #WorkflowAutomation #Microsoft365 #BusinessApps #MSMarketplace #DigitalTransformation #MicrosoftMarketplace

🛠️ Multi-stage approvals shouldn't require a developer. 🛠️ Manager approves. HR reviews. Finance signs off. In most organizations this means three separate email threads, no visibility into the current status, and someone manually chasing each stage to keep things moving. In SharePoint with Ultimate Forms, multi-stage approvals are configured in minutes. No workflow builder, no Power Automate, no developer required. Every stage is tracked, every approver is notified automatically, and the full log is recorded inside the form itself. The right person gets notified at the right time. The form locks between stages. Every decision is timestamped and auditable. And the next stage only triggers when the previous one is complete. That's not a custom solution. That's a configuration. 👉 https://hubs.ly/Q04g9f9N0 #SharePoint #UltimateForms #Infowise #SharePointAdmin #ApprovalWorkflow #NoCode #WorkflowAutomation #Microsoft365 #DigitalTransformation #BusinessApps #MSMarketplace #MicrosoftMarketplace

We shipped an MCP server for Hyrax this week. The short version: the coding agents your team already runs, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, can now talk to Hyrax directly. Ask which findings touch the file you're about to edit, what conventions apply before you change it, kick off a fix job, check whether the fix PR merged. Same protocol the agents already speak, so there's nothing new to learn. The part I care about most is the live part. We publish each repo's patterns and conventions as files that agents can read, and that works, but files go stale the moment the next audit runs. The MCP server serves the same content live. An agent editing code at 2 PM gets the 2 PM picture of the codebase, not last month's. Same guardrails as everything else we build. Scoped API keys, and a key's scopes are a hard ceiling, even for the account owner. Rate limits per key. Every fix still arrives as a pull request that a human reviews and merges. We don't want LLM stuff running on your code without you knowing what it's doing. Still early. If you hook it up and something's rough, tell me. Introducing the Dispatch. Building Hyrax means keeping up with everything happening in AI and engineering, and the team already publishes what matters on the blog most days. The Dispatch is the weekly version: one email with the incidents, releases, and research that mattered, and what they mean if you ship code with agents. It's free, and the blog reads the same way if you want to see the style before subscribing: https://hyrax.dev/blog

INSIS SAS

Pumped and honored to share the (virtual) stage with the legend and good friend Alex Kane next week 👊 A topic that never goes out of style because it is one of the fundamental keys to running a good sales process, but also helping your buyer in their evaluation......multi-threading 🤓 There is never ending advice, tips, tricks etc and it can be hard to cut through the noise and get back to basics and the true 'why' behind mastering this behavior Excited to not only share from my experience and my process, but learn and talk through Alex's since he is one of, if not the best seller I've had the pleasure to know See ya'll next week + link below 👇 https://lnkd.in/gHDmAh62

Live from Penpot Fest Today we announced Token Script, a new open language for design systems. Design Tokens gave us structure and a shared foundation between design and development. But every language eventually needs grammar, logic, and meaning. Token Script is that next step. It turns tokens into design data that is readable by humans, machines, and even AI. Fully open source, open to everyone, and built for an interoperable future. Seeing Mike Kamminga take the stage and share this moment with the Penpot community is something special. This is what open collaboration looks like in real time. From Tokens to Design Data. From handoffs to harmony. From closed tools to an open future. So freakin’ proud of what our team at HYMA / Tokens Studio are building for the community!

90% of founders obsess over MORE: more signups, more features, more channels But one of the biggest growth unlocks isn’t adding more stuff. It’s iterating, refining, and treating your “day 1” onboarding experience as a standalone product of its own. This means giving it the appropriate level of attention, resources, and constant iteration to ensure it’s intentional and memorable for users. Ultimately, if your onboarding experience isn’t evolving and improving alongside user/market expectations, it won’t matter how good your core product is. Folks won’t even get around to experiencing it. Your first-time experience should do three things (nothing more, nothing less): → Communicate why your product matters (ideally differently from your marketing copy) → Show value or get users to experience it immediately → Drive a clear next step At Supademo, we run monthly experiments around these objectives and aim to revisit them monthly. It’s never “set it and forget it”. It’s a product we refine, again and again. So the next time you think about growth, don’t look outward. Revisit existing experiences instead. It could be your most powerful unlock. When was the last time you revamped your onboarding, and what came out of it?

Front-line sales managers have one of the hardest jobs out there They ‘work for’ their AEs, cross-functional partners, revenue execs… while very little is actually invested in / resources for them They have to figure out how to go from killer rep to supportive leader, and unblock everything around their team to make them successful. And when it comes to having a few moments to actually dig into deals (outside of the forecast) they get stuck in the "how's it going?" hell: Rep: "Great! Moving forward." Manager: "Any concerns? What about XYZ" Rep: "Nope, all good. It’ll close by EOQ" Manager: "...cool." [Insert awkward silence] These managers know there’s gaps across the dozens of deals their team is working, but the time it takes to get the insights needed to meaningfully contribute just doesn’t exist… are they really going to listen to the 10+ calls per rep that past week?? Deal Reviews in Accord changes this with something simple but powerful. They’re served up the most important aspects of the deal (Key Stakeholders, Business Case, Mutual Plan, etc) to help coach + contribute instantly. They can give a structured 1-3 score as well as qualitative feedback directly on the MEDDPIC or whatever value-based framework is being used. This allows front-line managers to move away from vague questions / feedback, and get to the heart of the deal. No more storytelling or interrogations. Just objective insights into what’s actually happening, and structured feedback to move the deal forward.. Specific. Actionable. In the moment. This is how front-line managers can improve execution, develop reps, and impact deals proactively.
- Hello CustomerSince 6 Apr 2026
When people ask me how to “get everyone involved” in a Voice of the Customer programme, I usually say: don’t start with technology. Start with behaviour. The biggest barrier isn’t access to feedback. It’s the belief that feedback belongs to one team—or that it will be used to point fingers. If VoC feels like a monthly judgement, people avoid it. If it feels like a shared learning loop, people join. What helps: ➡️ Make it visible. Let teams see the voice of the customer in a way that fits their world. Executives want a clear link to priorities. Frontline teams want practical takeaways. Product wants recurring themes. Ops wants root causes. ➡️ Make it actionable. Choose a few priorities together. Don’t boil the ocean. Agree on ownership, and the next decision the feedback will influence. If there’s no action path, the energy fades fast. ➡️ Make it human. Mix data with real stories. A single comment can create empathy faster than a chart ever will. ➡️ Make it social. Run short cross-functional sessions where people solve one customer pain point together. Those moments build trust between departments—and that trust is what keeps VoC alive. VoC works best when it becomes a team sport. The goal isn’t perfect alignment. It’s steady collaboration. #VoC #CustomerFeedback #EmployeeExperience #CX
- Hello CustomerSince 30 Apr 2026
Some partnerships start with a coffee that lasts hours longer than anyone planned. Ours started on a rooftop in Riyadh. Last year, Michel Stevens from CXM Academy invited me to join him at a CX conference in Saudi Arabia. We hit it off — and kept talking. Michel has since become a regular guest on our CX Matters podcast, and we keep arriving at the same conclusion: the CX industry doesn't have a knowledge problem. It has an execution problem. Great insights die in dashboards. Trained professionals go back to organisations that aren't set up to act on what they've learned. The gap between knowing and doing is where most CX programs quietly fail. That's why I'm happy to announce that Hello Customer is now officially partnering with CXM Academy — to bring CX skills and CX tools closer together. CXM Academy builds the skills. Hello Customer provides the tools and the intelligence. Neither is worth much without the other. We're already cooking up more projects together. More to come. 🎧 CX Matters podcast: https://lnkd.in/eYSwNFRk Monetizing the Experience course: https://lnkd.in/ekYPSNRv

- GuiddeSince 8 Jun 2026
We started Guidde because I kept running into the same problem: explaining the same process over and over again. Whether it was onboarding a new employee, enabling sales teams, training customers, or showing a prospect how a feature works - it never scaled. Written docs were ignored, meetings piled up, and live demos consumed hours every week. 😵💫 What I realized is that video is the closest thing to real human interaction that actually scales. People learn faster when they can see and hear the process, not just read about it. So we built Guidde to turn simple screen recordings into polished, AI-narrated training videos in seconds. No editing skills, no mic-fright, no wasted hours. 🎙️✨ Today teams use it to scale onboarding, enablement, support, and training — without repeating themselves for the 100th time. 🚀
