Every leader talks about consistency. Few know how to create it. It’s tough when half the job depends on memory, context switching, and the hope that training sticks. Even great reps lose their rhythm when they’re carrying too much cognitive weight. AI lightens that load with moment-by-moment support. When the mental clutter drops, the floor of performance rises. That’s how consistency actually gets built. #SalesExecution #GTM #AIinSales #RevenueTeams #TechLeadership #EnterpriseSales #B2BSales #PerformanceCulture #SaaS

Every great team has someone who lifts the room- a steady presence who helps everyone settle in, breathe, and play with confidence. But no team wins because of one person. The real wins come from depth. The trust that anyone on the floor can contribute, adapt, and handle the moment with clarity. Sales works the same way. It’s not enough to have a couple of reps carrying the product story while everyone else tries to catch up. Buyers can sense when the strength isn’t shared. Deals drag. Pressure builds. The whole motion gets heavier than it needs to be. Teams win when readiness is evenly distributed. When every rep feels supported, informed, and capable of navigating complexity without scrambling. That steadiness is what unlocks pace, morale, and better conversations. Brevian was built to create that depth. It gives every rep the product knowledge, guidance, and real-time support that used to sit only with the veterans. When clarity becomes something everyone has access to, the entire team rises together. Great teams play connected. Brevian makes that possible in sales. Try it out here: https://ow.ly/AANH50ZuLxK Every founder rewrites the deck ten times and then has no idea what happened after they sent it. Beautiful.ai fixes both ends of that: Create with Al builds your outline before it designs a single slide, your cofounders edit the same deck instead of merging versions at midnight, and the analytics show you exactly which slides your investor sat on. Turns out confidence in a pitch is mostly just knowing things other people don’t. #beautifulaipartner

I build decks for clients almost every week, and formatting is usually the part that eats the most time. I’ve been testing Beautiful.ai for the past few weeks, and I partnered with them to show the workflow I’ve been using. You can start with a simple prompt describing the presentation you need, and Beautiful.ai generates the first draft with the structure, copy and layouts already built. But the feature I’ve found most useful is the Smart Slides. Add a stat, drop in a logo or remove a section and the layout automatically adjusts around the content. No spending hours manually moving text boxes around. I can then apply my own brand theme, tighten the copy, collaborate with a client in the same deck, and use the analytics to see which slides they actually spent time viewing. For this example, I created a 10 slide sales pitch for a coffee subscription brand in around 10 minutes. #BeautifulaiPartner #AI #Presentations #Productivity

Spotify Wrapped for music is cool, but what about a Calendar Wrapped for all those meetings that should've been emails? I thought it could be fun to build my own "Calendar Wrapped" on Base44 and it turns out: ✨ 407 meetings could've been emails (shocking absolutely no one) ✨ Shira Nathan is my #1 meeting buddy (also no surprise there, she is my manager 😅 ) ✨ And there are some other fun stats that made me laugh I had way too much fun doing it. Plus, Base44 just launched NPM packages today, so I got to add these cool floating shapes in the background, as well as animations using real web libraries – all just by prompting. No coding required. BTW - should I add something else to the app? 🤔 *Check out the app with my insights in the link in the first comment

I'm not a coder. I just move pixels for a living ;) As an animator in the marketing team at Base44, I enjoy exploring different fields that inspire me, from storytelling to philosophy and economics. Together with Base44, I built Spectre✨️ - an app designed to help people consume their favorite content in one place - with as few distractions as possible. You can upload links from anywhere to Spectre (websites, YouTube channels, podcasts and more), give them a short description, sort them into categories, and create your own personal knowledge-feed. You can also follow other people’s feeds and get inspired by the sources that shape their thinking. Building this wasn't just a one-prompt thing. I talked with Base44 about what features to add, how to shape the UI and we even had some bugs along the way which he fixed by himself. That's where all the fun is - trying, testing, experimenting with Base, and eventually getting something you are genuinely proud of. https://spectre.base44.app

The moment a ticket is submitted, an AI coworker has already picked it up. A GitHub incident — pushes timing out, CI/CD pipelines failing. Within seconds, the IT support AI coworker identifies it's out of scope and routes it to the platform incident triage. That coworker runs 41 steps, calls 16 tools, links related tickets, and delivers a full summary with recommended next steps before any human has touched it. This is the Atomicwork AI Workforce live today. Try it out today - https://lnkd.in/gRe5zT4p #Atomicwork #AIWorkforce

Today, Atomicwork launches AI Workforce 🚀 Take a sneak peek below, but first, lets clear something up. Not all AI is the same. -AI Workflows: Task based, triggered by a (typically) human action. Fast, repeatable, predictable. Great for high-volume, step-by-step tasks you already know how to do. -AI Agents: You give them a task, they decide how to get there. Still siloed, still task centric, still reliant on a human initiation. -AI Coworkers: Own roles. They complete these roles with skills, access, budget and permissions given to them. They are able to work as a cohesive team, handing off requests to other AI coworkers to reach resolution autonomously. Atomicwork's AI Workforce is made up of both ready to deploy and easy to build AI Coworkers. Welcome to the future of work.

Our team has become 3x more productive by building a software factory. What excites me most is that we can now go from customer feedback to a deployed fix within an hour. The old path would take 2-3 weeks: collect feedback and bug reports, synthesize and prioritize them, plan the work, then wait for it to be built. With Augment Cosmos, I now have agents automating every step of that process: - A customer agent answers questions, triages bug reports, and creates the ticket. - A builder agent starts with a spec, then pairs with an engineer to iterate on it. - A PR agent drafts the PR, subscribes to comments and test failures, and babysits it until it’s mergeable. The human is still in the loop for the spec and the judgment calls. But I barely spend time managing the tickets themselves. The real advantage is that every piece of feedback becomes shared memory, so the workflow gets smarter over time. I talk about our full ticket-to-PR loop in this video 👇 Comment with any questions!

Today is one of those milestone days that makes the late nights worth it. We’re proud to launch Fei on Product Hunt, our AI-powered agent for teams that ship real products, and production grade prototypes! When we started AutonomyAI, we believed the problem wasn’t typing speed; it was creating code that’s production-ready, infra-aware, and built for your stack. Fei is that belief realized. It’s not an assistant sitting off to the side; it’s a true teammate that reuses your components, follows your conventions, and delivers code you can actually merge. This is about more than code. It’s about enabling teams to build faster without compromising on quality or security. And seeing Fei already transform how tens of companies build software has been incredible. I couldn’t be prouder of our team giving their all for you. If our mission resonates with you, please support us on Product Hunt! Every person's support counts The product hunt link is in the comments

"I sure do love using email to approve documentation changes!" ~ No one, ever While I can't be 100% sure that has never been said, I do know that using keeping track of documentation reviews and approvals is challenging! I also know that many groups rely on some combination of smoke signals, email, instant message, text message and morse code to handle it all. At best this is frustrating as you have to wrangle multiple communication channels. At worse something sensitive gets missed in the shuffle. Fortunately my friends over at Aura Apps have a solution! Their Workflow and Approval app helps you easily manage your #Confluence documentation workflows and approvals. Check it out in the link below and see how it can get you out the inbox and into a streamlined process! https://lnkd.in/gn38vZFv #sponsored #confluence #content #approvals

Who knows what tomorrow brings – will we be ready for the UI revolution? Technology must move ahead fast, and Oracle Forms modernization is no exception. As AI, automation, and user experience demands continue to evolve, IT leaders face a critical question: Do we go all-in on full-scale migration, or take a smarter, modular approach? In my latest blog, I explore how microservices, AI, and automation can transform Oracle legacy systems without unnecessary risk or resource drain. A modular strategy ensures you’re not locked into outdated UI technologies—and that your modernization efforts stay relevant as innovation accelerates. 💡 If your goal is efficiency, agility, and future-proofing your enterprise tech, this post is for you.

Five questions that come up in every B2B SaaS sales call once integrations hit the table: 1. "Do you integrate with [their specific ERP]?" Not accounting software in general. Their system. QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage. If the answer is "it's on the roadmap," the conversation stalls. 2. "Is it real-time or batch sync?" Finance teams running month-end close need to know when data lands. "We sync once a day" is a dealbreaker for teams reconciling across systems. 3. "Can you handle multi-entity?" The moment a prospect has subsidiaries or multiple business units, single-entity integrations fall apart. This question eliminates more vendors than people realize. 4. "How do you handle field mapping?" Every company's chart of accounts is different. Prospects want to know if your integration adapts to their setup or forces them into yours. 5. "What happens when the API changes?" Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite all ship breaking changes. Prospects who've been burned before will ask who maintains the integration after go-live. The companies that answer all five confidently close faster. The ones that hedge on two or three watch the deal go to a competitor who can. At Apideck, we built a Unified Accounting API so you can answer every one of these on your next sales call. One integration, 40+ accounting platforms, real-time sync, field mapping, and maintenance handled for you. What's the one integration question that's caught your team off guard on a sales call?
- ApideckSince 27 May 2026
Integrations come up in 60% of B2B SaaS deals. For 1 in 4 companies, they come up in over 90% of sales conversations. But here's the part nobody puts in the pitch deck: A single accounting integration costs $10,000 to $50,000 to build. A complex one with real-time sync? Over $150,000. Annual maintenance? Add 15-25% of the build cost. Every year. And that's one connector. Your customers use QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, and Dynamics. Now multiply. Most growth-stage SaaS companies need 10+ integrations to stay competitive. That's $ 100K–$500K+ just to reach parity. Before your team writes a single line of product code. Meanwhile, 9 out of 10 SaaS companies say integration is a common or very common sales blocker. The deals are right there. The engineering bandwidth isn't. This is exactly why we built Apideck's Unified Accounting API. One integration. 40+ accounting platforms. A fraction of the cost. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Derive: 70% less dev time. Xero live in 3 weeks. - Roopairs: QuickBooks Online shipped. 30 customers live from day one. - Kintsugi: 50 connectors. 1,500 customers. - Kikin: ~50% lower CAC. Xero and QuickBooks live in 3 months. Your engineering team has a finite number of sprints this quarter. The question is simple: spend them building accounting connectors, or spend them building the product your customers are paying for? 🔗 Start building for free: https://lnkd.in/e-_7XPRD

If you’re a health tech startup trying to get a BAA with Anthropic... 🪦 Here’s what you should know about what’s covered and what isn’t: Things I’ve heard from customers just this week about their experience trying to get a BAA with Anthropic… - “I asked about a BAA, but… they didn’t seem to know anything about it.” - “We had to go to their manager to find a friend of a friend who knew their head of sales to tell them that we’ve been waiting for three months to get a response from their sales team.” To get Claude Code covered under a BAA, you need: Zero Data Retention enabled, an enterprise plan, a qualified account, and the number of a sales rep. That all takes time and $$$, if you can get it at all. Developers building agents on top of Epic and Cerner APIs end up running Claude Code in environments where PHI is present: test fixtures, local database dumps, dev logs. That's all in scope for HIPAA. The terminal can be covered with ZDR configured. But the web interface, desktop app, and review and security tools have no coverage path; they’re incompatible with ZDR regardless of your plan 🥺 We wrote up a guide for digital health teams struggling with this BAA debacle: what's covered with your Claude BAA (if you have one), what requires ZDR and what doesn't, and what you still need to build on your own to remain compliant. Two weeks ago, our Head of Engineering built an AI security scanner in about an hour (during a meeting). It cost $20 and found bugs that had survived a $25k pentest. Here’s what this means for modern security programs: As fast as we can prompt an LLM to scan our codebase for vulnerabilities, the attack side can move just as fast. They have access to the same models and the same prompts that we do (they just don’t have direct access to our codebase, but that’s not a necessary precursor to an attack). The window to patch before exploitation used to be ~72 hours, and now it’s just 1 or 2. So given how accessible AI-powered attack tactics have become, it’s no longer realistic to try to protect against breaches. The focus instead should be minimizing the blast radius of the breach that inevitably happens. That means building for containment as well as prevention: - Network segmentation so a compromised system can't reach everything else - Identity segmentation so a single compromised credential doesn't either - Log infrastructure that can answer "what did they access and when” (not just stored logs, but queryable ones) - Revocation and kill switches that work at machine speed, not ticket speed Because most compliance frameworks don't require this^ layer, so many incident post-mortems start with things like, "despite passing our last audit… ☠️" But it’s not as scary as it sounds, it’s just a change that security programs must adapt to. The same AI that lowered costs and increased speed for attackers has done the same for the defending team. And companies like Vercel (and soon Aptible 🤫) are starting to open source the agents they’ve built to help with this. Our Head of InfoSec, Mat S., wrote up an article about the changes he’s seen in the industry, where it’s going, and what we’re doing about it. Link to his post in comments 🔗

AI support has a reliability problem. Most teams start with ambitious goals, only to get stuck in long implementations, unpredictable behavior, and AI systems that never make it to production quality. The industry still treats AI like software, even though it behaves nothing like it. Over the past year, we’ve helped some of the fastest-growing companies deploy AI agents that are consistent, on-brand, and measurably high quality. Through that work, a pattern emerged: the teams that succeed follow a disciplined process with clear expectations, quality & reliability controls and hands-on support. Today, we’re formalizing our approach with Applied Assurance 🤝 Applied Assurance is our guarantee and commitment to CX and Support leaders: • Go live with an on-brand AI Agent in just 4 weeks, zero issues • Reach 70%+ AI resolution within 3 months • Maintain >90% AI CSAT throughout • And if together we don’t meet the bar, you can opt out It’s a simple idea: AI deployments should be predictable, measurable, and reliable - not a leap of faith. If you’re scaling support and want to deploy AI with confidence, you can learn more here:
