Pro tip: if you ever need to make a deck that looks like you actually hired someone, try this. I made this entire deck with zero design skills. ✨ Beautiful.ai turned my idea for a beauty tech pitch into a polished, on-brand deck . It makes me look way more creative than I actually am. #ad #BeautifulAIPartner https://ow.ly/K98W50ZESP0

I build decks for clients almost every week, and formatting is usually the part that eats the most time. I’ve been testing Beautiful.ai for the past few weeks, and I partnered with them to show the workflow I’ve been using. You can start with a simple prompt describing the presentation you need, and Beautiful.ai generates the first draft with the structure, copy and layouts already built. But the feature I’ve found most useful is the Smart Slides. Add a stat, drop in a logo or remove a section and the layout automatically adjusts around the content. No spending hours manually moving text boxes around. I can then apply my own brand theme, tighten the copy, collaborate with a client in the same deck, and use the analytics to see which slides they actually spent time viewing. For this example, I created a 10 slide sales pitch for a coffee subscription brand in around 10 minutes. #BeautifulaiPartner #AI #Presentations #Productivity

Try it out here: https://ow.ly/AANH50ZuLxK Every founder rewrites the deck ten times and then has no idea what happened after they sent it. Beautiful.ai fixes both ends of that: Create with Al builds your outline before it designs a single slide, your cofounders edit the same deck instead of merging versions at midnight, and the analytics show you exactly which slides your investor sat on. Turns out confidence in a pitch is mostly just knowing things other people don’t. #beautifulaipartner

Landing brand deals stopped being about waiting for the right email a long time ago. Most creators pitch over email or a call, and hope the brand can picture what they mean. I stopped doing that once I started building the deck myself. I now use Beautiful.ai which designs beautiful pitch decks around my ideas. That shift, sending something a brand can immediately picture, has been one of the biggest reasons behind five-figure months for me. I've partnered with Beautiful.ai on this because it's part of how I pitch, not just for this post. So how are you currently pitching your ideas to brands? And try Beautiful.ai today: https://ow.ly/UjOB50ZuLvm

Your team is already using AI you never approved. 42% of managers admit it in our research, they’ll use whatever tool they want, policy or no policy. Everyone treats that like a compliance problem. It isn’t. It’s a leadership one. People don’t go around the process because they’re reckless. They go around it because there isn’t one. When nobody defines how AI fits into the actual work, capable people quietly build their own version in private 😅 and you end up with eleven people running eleven workflows, none of which talk to each other. That’s not adoption. That’s chaos with better output. I know because I was one of those eleven people for years. Three hours of strategy, eleven hours of slides. That ratio followed me through my whole career and I assumed it was a me problem. It wasn’t. I loved the work, building the argument, finding the insight, making a room believe something. But rebuilding the template, fixing the type, fixing it again because the headline ran two lines, hitting slide 14 and realizing slide 6 no longer supports it? That’s not marketing. That’s assembly. And when AI arrived, it didn’t fix the ratio. It moved it. The thinking got fast. I could pressure-test a narrative in minutes. Then I’d close the tab and spend ninety more moving it into slides by hand. Same last mile. What changed the math was connecting the model straight to Beautiful.ai. Thinking happens where thinking happens, the deck builds out of it, in the template, on brand, right on the first pass. One path, same every time, anyone on the team can run it. That’s the whole lesson, and it has almost nothing to do with any specific tool. A disorganized team with AI is still a disorganized team. It’s just disorganized faster now, and more expensively. Speed was never the win. Structure was. If 42% of your people are going around your process, the honest question isn’t how to stop them. It’s why your process wasn’t worth using. P.S. Someone on my team wrote a genuinely good piece on rolling this out without the chaos: training by role, setting ground rules early, measuring outcomes instead of prompt counts. Worth 10 minutes if you manage people. https://lnkd.in/gm6MyhBV

I've been using Claude to think through client pitches and stakeholder decks for a while now, working out the narrative, stress-testing the argument, figuring out what actually needs to be on the page. The part that never quite matched was the last step: turning that thinking into an actual deck. Now that Beautiful.ai connects directly to Claude, that gap is basically gone. The strategy work still happens the same way, same conversation, same back-and-forth on the story and the argument. But now that thinking flows straight into a real, designed presentation instead of getting handed off to a separate tool where I'm rebuilding slides from scratch, reformatting charts, and trying to make the visual match the narrative I already worked out. It's a small-sounding change that has a real effect: the deck stops being a second project. It's just the natural output of the thinking you already did. For anyone who's built a client pitch under a deadline, that's the part that actually eats the day, not the strategy, the last mile of turning it into something polished enough to present. Closing that gap means more time spent sharpening the argument and less time spent on slide mechanics. I think this is a good example of where AI tools get more useful, not by doing more things in isolation, but by connecting to the tools that already do one thing well. Claude for the thinking, Beautiful.ai for the presentation, and now no seam in between. Curious if others are finding the same thing as more of these connections show up. Which tool combinations have actually changed your workflow, versus just being another integration you tried once?
