Just when you thought our HubSpot integration couldn't get any deeper... We just launched task completion actions in Arrows: a new way to automatically trigger HubSpot updates the moment a task is completed in an onboarding plan. Now, when a task is completed in Arrows, you can: → Update properties on the connected HubSpot record → Create HubSpot tasks for your internal team → Trigger downstream HubSpot workflows automatically Some examples: ✅ Customer books a kickoff call → log the date in HubSpot → track average time-to-kickoff ✅ Branding docs uploaded → HubSpot task assigned to your designer to start working on assent ✅ Agreement signed → account manager gets a HubSpot task to activate services Already imagining a workflow this could power? Let me know - I'm collecting real use cases and would love to include yours!

The new Arrows is officially live! I’m so proud of what we’ve built. Our product has grown a lot over the years, especially this past one. We launched sales rooms, expanded what’s possible with onboarding plans, and it felt like time for our brand to match the level of our product. So today, we’re launching our new website! What I’m most proud of is what’s at the center of it all: our customers. We talk about happy customers all the time because they really are everything at Arrows. We love talking to them, hearing their stories, and seeing the results they’re getting. Now, you’ll see their faces all over our site. Real people, real quotes, real videos about how they use Arrows and what’s working for them. Not just badges or logos, but genuine stories from the teams we get to work with every day. We’ll be sharing even more of these stories soon with new case studies and videos rolling out weekly. P.S. We’ll be sharing a bunch of other product announcements over the next few weeks, with a BIG one coming tomorrow. Keep an eye out. 👀

Your CRM isn’t your “source of truth." How can it be if sales reps hate updating it so much? In theory, the CRM should be the source of truth, but since reps hate updating it, only a few diligent reps will stay on top of it every day. A CRM should be a static snapshot of a dynamic experience. But they never are. The real source of truth is where collaboration actually happens. A few real examples: • The onboarding plan your customer is working through • The Slack channel where they ask questions at 11 p.m. • The shared workspace where progress is actually visible For a long time, we thought of Arrows as something that sits on top of the CRM as a nice little addition. But our customers told us something different: They told us their sales process *is* Arrows and their onboarding process *is* Arrows, and the CRM is just where they log what happened after the fact. Instead, they need to know whether their buyer is sharing materials with their team and whether their customer is following through on onboarding tasks. That's the data that really matters. If your CRM says one thing and your customer workspace shows another, which one would you actually trust? If this is making you rethink things, DM me. Happy to show you how we're building for this.

Business *IS* personal. Having partners and vendors you can trust and who show up for you when you need them is what it's all about. Seeing all our great friends, partners, customers (and even some competitors) at HubSpot's INBOUND this week has been so invigorating. It fuels me even more than people realize. Two days left! 🙌🤗
