Multi-edge was always the right architecture. It just required a platform most companies couldn’t afford to build. The industry understood the benefits early: resilience, regional performance variability, and leverage over cost. What limited adoption was execution. Operating multiple edge providers required large teams to build and maintain internal control layers, keep configurations synchronized, monitor regional behavior continuously, and steer traffic without destabilizing the system. For most organizations, that work outweighed the architectural upside. The Forbes article, “Multi-Edge Was Always Right — It Was Just Out of Reach,” captures this reality well. Teams did not struggle with the idea of multi-edge. They struggled with the operating model required to keep it reliable at scale. What has changed is the way the Edge can now be operated. By introducing a Virtual Edge layer above providers, control, observability, and traffic intelligence are removed from individual networks and handled once, centrally. DevOps teams no longer need to translate logic between vendors, reconcile drifting configurations, or build bespoke tooling to understand where performance is degrading. The underlying providers remain. The operational burden does not. This turns multi-edge from a platform engineering project into infrastructure that can be run by large teams without constant intervention. Configuration becomes consistent by default. Regional degradation becomes visible before it becomes failure. Traffic decisions reflect real conditions across networks rather than static assumptions. For DevOps and SRE organizations, this shift matters because it changes responsibility boundaries. Teams focus on policy and intent, not on stitching together provider-specific behavior. Performance, availability, and cost optimization become properties of the system, not outcomes negotiated one vendor at a time. The market is not adopting a new concept. It is finally able to operate the one that always made sense. Read the full post in the comments below.

Two weeks ago, we turned down our third inbound acquisition offer. As an immigrant who didn’t grow up rich, saying no to life‑changing money isn’t easy. I’ve been a broke founder practically my entire life. No exit, no liquidity. No high-paying FAANG job (probably can’t even get the job 😅) But for both myself and Koushik, the mission has always been bigger than the multiple. And for us, the signals that we’re on the right mission are compounding: growth rate, customer love, and brand pull, all accelerating month over month. Our dream logos are starting to knock on our door weekly. And the team’s execution gives me more conviction today than ever. We’re building Supademo for the long term, and we’re just getting started. Founders: what principles guide a “not yet” for you, even when the offer looks great on paper?

New product updates 🚀 🤙 Customer support questions can get very messy 👀 Most customers ask complex, long and often nuanced questions with multiple potentially correct answers. But most AI support agents will just spit out the first answer they scan from your support articles. Fullview AI will act more like a human agent - asking clarification questions if there's multiple nuanced options, and breaks down long multi-question messages into natural conversational flows. And best of all, it will even visually guide you by highlighting elements on your screen. All leading to higher resolutions and less need for human intervention 🙌 #product #launch #founders

It's the end of the month and we already shipped: 🙋♂️ Smarter handoffs to humans, both live and tickets such as Zendesk and Salesforce. When your agent hits its limits or guardrails, it can now escalate directly into your helpdesk via chat or email, with full context captured automatically. Everything lands inside Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. No tool-hopping, no missing details, no asking customers to repeat themselves. Customers can request a human and continue in the same Fullview widget. Same thread. Same context. Your agents jump in with the entire story already loaded, plus session replays and cobrowsing. 🎨 Your brand, front and center. If your product and website are branded, so should your agent. Colors, logo, styling. Now, it's all yours. When customers ask for help, they want to feel like they're talking to you, not to a generic AI floating somewhere on the internet. A support experience that looks and feels like your product sets that expectation from the first message, and people engage more naturally when that trust is already there. We're already baking some next level capabilities for the agent, going beyond knowledge articles and policies, geared towards outcomes rather then responses. Stay tuned 🚀

Relying on non-EU infrastructure is increasingly becoming a risk, and many European tech companies are right now re-evaluating the location of their infrastructure. In this current uncertainty, we at GatewayAPI are glad to offer our customers a dedicated EU messaging setup - with SMS & Email - where data sovereignty and message routing stay entirely within the EU. It’s designed for software suppliers and for use cases where regulatory expectations are only moving in one direction. If you’re curious about how the EU-only messaging architecture is structured in practice, you can read more here: https://lnkd.in/eWAJPZrM #OnlineCity #CPaaS #DataSovereignty #SMS

I always take great pleasure in reading reviews of our Messaging API Platform, GatewayAPI. The critical ones help us improve - but the messages from happy customers make all the hard work worth it 🌟 As CTO, I’m especially proud when I see positive mentions of our APIs and our documentation as well as the reliable delivery of messages that our team works so hard to maintain. And of course, a huge shoutout to our support team for delivering top-notch service! 🙌 Thank you to all customers who take the time to leave us feedback - it means the world to the whole team. 🔗 Want to learn more about CPaaS and Business Messaging from GatewayAPI? The people who know what a right answer looks like have never been the ones controlling how your AI agent behaves. As of this week, with Guru Knowledge Agents, they are. Introducing Operator Mode. You can now build and shape the skills that dictate how your Knowledge Agent behaves just by describing the workflow in plain English. I demoed this for a customer recently by typing in, "I want to analyze customer support tickets for product themes and trends." Tickets are raw signals - the questions customers keep asking, the answers reps keep improvising. The value is in what you do with those signals. Ideally, you find the places where the team's documented knowledge is missing or outdated, and close those gaps. In under a minute, the agent built the skill to do exactly that. It wrote the objective, specified when to run, and set itself up to read incoming tickets for themes, flag where the team's knowledge doesn't cover them, and draft the updates for an expert to approve. The team reviews, the knowledge base gets more accurate, and the next answer is right, whether it comes from a rep or the agent. And that fix doesn't just live in one place. The same Knowledge Agent answers your reps in Slack, your teammates in chat, and the agents you've built that call it over MCP, like a customer-facing chatbot that needs trusted company knowledge instead of its best guess. Knowledge is verified, and everyone's permissions remain intact. And it only improves over time. When the agent gives a weak answer, you can ask it why it answered that way. It walks you through its reasoning and which sources it pulled. If you want to adjust something, you describe the fix, the skill updates, and the improvement is immediately available for all. Both for the team and for other agents. We built Operator Mode this way so the same conversation that created the skill is the one that makes it better. You don't have to be a prompt engineer to iterate. The people working in support, ops, product, HR, and IT all know their workflows better than anyone. But writing a multi-step, highly nuanced prompt to get an agent to behave the right way is a completely different set of skills. That's the part we took off their plate. Operator Mode is live now. P.S. We will be walking through this live on August 27th. Register here: https://lnkd.in/e6Z4qFGC

The University of Milano-Bicocca just found that 44% of people will admit when they don't know something. Give them access to AI, and that number drops to 3%. Here's why that confidence is misplaced. The study asked 2 groups a series of questions AI was likely to get wrong. One group had no access to AI and answered correctly 27% of the time. The other group could consult AI first, which made them far more willing to answer questions they didn't actually know. Their score: 9%. What's interesting here is not that AI gave bad answers and people blindly trusted them. It's that having any answer available, even a wrong one, gave people permission to guess instead of admitting they didn't know. I saw this play out with a friend of mine. He's a lawyer and his client had Claude draft a legal injunction without consulting him. It was beautiful, precise, and well-structured, and that's exactly the problem. The writing was so polished that it never occurred to him to ask whether it was actually right. He sent it off and moved on. 3 months later, he found out the injunction had a 60-day window to take effect, and that window had already closed, because nobody applied the judgment to check it. The model did not fail here. It did exactly what it was asked to do, and did it well. The step that got skipped was the human one, the part where someone with real experience checks the output against what they actually know before trusting it. It just goes to show that you can outsource the drafting, the searching, and even the first pass to AI. But you can’t outsource the judgement. Deciding if the work is right is still up to you.

My thoughts now I'm 10 days into using Fyxer AI and the trial is over and my annual subscription payment has been taken... Well, it just keeps on getting better if I'm being honest. My reflections since the last time are: - Fyxer allows me to prepare for re-occuring meetings by handily sending me the actions from the previous meeting in the series. This wasn't a feature that I was expecting until I received the email, but it was a welcome surprise. 👏🏻 - Navigating my multiple diaries is no mean feat, but it does it with ease and suggests time that I'm free across them all. I'm quite particular with my diary, but it seems to get how I organise myself. 🤹🏻 - I can now send people a booking link for people to pick a time that works for us both. I've never been able to do this before given I have so many diaries in different accounts on different platforms. This is great for me as my diary moves fast and sometimes people confirm a day/time after it has gone. 📆 - Drafts are getting more accurate to my tone of voice and how I sign off dependent on the audience and mail account. I also like that it deletes drafts of things that I've chosen to reply myself before realising that I have an agent that helps me do that 😄 - I have a researcher on my side when someone asks me a question in an email. Given the breadth of the technology industry, it is hard to keep up with all aspects, but Fyxer prepares a response based on searching the internet for knowledge that I may already not have. If I'm honest it kinda makes me feel like a bit of a fraud, but it is a time saver and also helps me learn things along the way. But, I don't send anything I don't 100 percent understand with my own research alongside 🥸 My final reflection is that companies that are far bigger and more established should have been doing this from the very start of the AI capabilities being available. I mean, why isn't Microsoft & Microsoft Copilot all over this? It feels like they've been caught off-guard and cleverly the pricing of Fyxer is pretty much the same as Copilot for the year, which I also subscribe to. But, I can tell you now I won't be renewing when it becomes due because after 2 years of using it I've not trusted it to write an email on my behalf. Well done Fyxer, you've created something very special here and I look forward to seeing how you help me over the coming weeks, months and years. #fyxer #ai #product #platform #review #cto #productivity #reflections #microsoft #copilot

Growing 30x in a year means we've had to constantly adapt our sales motion, as we've sought bigger companies. It's brilliant to see the impact of consistency and constantly asking "can we do this better?" Successfully launching into industries that are seen as more risk averse smashes the misconception that only tech firms are ready to use AI. If you have a product that is secure, easy to use and really delivers results, companies will buy it. More companies are embracing AI than you realise. Fyxer AI #AI #FinancialServices #Sales

💥No governance? No decision. Just vibes. Everyone's obsessed with making decisions faster. But if you can't show what data, what rules, and who approved it then you're not faster. You're just guessing louder. Decision Governance isn't paperwork. It's the difference between: ✅ "We all understand what, how and why this happened." ❌ "Uhh... that's how the system works." Want to scale decisions across teams, channels, AI agents? Start with: 🔹Clear roles and responsibilities 🔹Separate the "what" from "how" of decisions 🔹Transparent, auditable and defensible outcomes And no, burying it in code or low-code for productivity doesn't count.
