Many of Iberia's family offices operate at the intersection of emerging technologies and traditional industries. That creates opportunities for tech founders beyond capital. A family office may help you build credibility in a new market, connect with potential customers, introduce industry partners, participate in future funding rounds, and make the right strategic introductions as your company grows. This is particularly relevant for startups dealing with sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, energy, retail, real estate, and food. But it's crucial to approach the right family office for the right reason. We created a list of more than 50 family offices across Spain, Portugal, and Andorra. Each profile includes: - Links to their website, LinkedIn, and Dealroom.co profile - Selected portfolio companies - Typical ticket size - Investment stage - Sector focus - Location Will drop it below. You don’t need to be an AI company to attract these acquirers. 👇 Some of the biggest names in capital are backing a new wave of buyers. General Catalyst, Thrive Capital, and Bessemer Venture Partners are among them. Their bet: → Acquire established companies and run them better with AI. They’re already moving, vertical by vertical, across Europe. Property management, tax, and freight in Germany. Legal, accounting, and property in the UK. Contact centers, property, and freight in France. Property management and accounting in Switzerland. Dwelly. Buena. Lawhive. And 60+ more, mapped below. What these acquirers are paying for is position. The embedded customer relationships, the distribution, the workflows. The exact things you’ve spent years building. You’re more relevant to this wave of buyers than you probably think. If a buyer came calling tomorrow, would you know how to articulate why your position matters? Happy to talk it through, just DM. ____________ 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 i5invest: We are a corporate development firm with access to 150K+ top decision-makers in Strategy, Business Development, and M&A. How much organizational friction comes from leaders who don’t actually know how to work with each other—only around each other? You won’t find that metric in a dashboard, but you’ll see it in stalled projects, unclear decisions, and teams who can’t get aligned no matter how many meetings they schedule. better³ exists to change that. better³ is a co-created leadership experience (never one-size-fits-all), tailored specifically to cultivate a shared language, a shared rhythm, and a shared identity strong enough to change how your organization moves. Every version looks different, because every organization is different. What stays the same is the shift that happens when leaders move from working in parallel to working in partnership. You can learn more about a leader from the first five minutes of a session than from five years of performance reviews. In a leadership development program, those opening moments tell you everything: ➡️ Who speaks first ➡️ Who waits ➡️ Who protects their ideas ➡️ Who jumps straight into solutions ➡️ Who scans the room before participating In Incito's better³ Leadership program, we treat ice-breakers as diagnostics. The opening prompt is never “Tell us something fun about yourself.” It’s a question designed to reveal how you lead when the stakes are low, so we can understand who you’ll be when the stakes get high. Because beneath every strategic decision is a pattern of human behavior. And if you want to shift how leaders show up, you start by surfacing those patterns early. We find that the best results happen when we begin with this level of connection, creating psychological safety, honesty, and the courage to say what’s actually true. When that trust lands, everything changes: Teams listen differently. They challenge each other more openly. They approach conversations they’ve been avoiding for years. If you’ve ever wondered what transforms your organizations leaders to actually lead better together… this is one of the places it begins.

Jeff Bezos has a $30b AI lab and wants to partner with a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund and the world’s largest bank to reinvent how manufacturing and industry operate at the most foundational level ‣ Project Prometheus raised $6.2b late last year ‣ Separate holdco being structured as a 'manufacturing transformation vehicle' with tens of billions at its disposal to acquire industrial businesses ‣ Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and J.P. Morgan Security and Resiliency Initiative in early discussions to back it The architecture caught my attention.. Prometheus builds AI that models the physical world ‣ holdco acquires the businesses those systems are designed to transform ‣ acquisitions generate training data that compounds the intelligence ‣ which raises the value of the next acquisition..the loop is self-reinforcing ⦿ This same form’s appearing independently across the market too: → OpenAI took a stake in Thrive Capital, embedding engineers inside portfolio companies, taking equity rather than cash → General Catalyst deployed $1.5b to acquire and rebuild traditional businesses as AI-native ops, already doubling EBITDA margins within 12 mths → Elad Gil, a solo GP, has spent three years raising billions to acquire people-intensive businesses and restructure them through AI None of these entities fit a single traditional asset class, the topology of private capital is mutating ——— OpenAI just raised $110b at a $730b valuation.. just yesterday the world was questioning the business model. That debate continues, but the capital power is real.. Lately I’ve been speaking about the change in the topology of private capital and asset management. These recent moves are starting to signal there may be a new business model category..emerging somewhere in the nexus of capital and intelligence Consider what becomes possible under that logic.. → Anthropic adopts a Constellation Software Inc. model, compounding both revenue and intelligence with every vertical software acquisition → The Musk ecosystem across SpaceX, Starlink and xAI becomes the Brookfield of the future, an AI-native infrastructure conglomerate → Figure stops selling robots and acquires the businesses the robots would operate in Market’s been pricing these companies against their current business models…I would argue the structural possibility is that their actual business models haven’t been revealed yet.

Blackstone launched a publicly traded vehicle to buy data centres and most the commentary I've seen is discussing it like a real estate vehicle but I'm not sure that's what's at play here.. There was a line buried near the bottom of the Bloomberg piece where execs said they want the vehicle to become "a broad barometer of the value of data centers" Doesn't sound like investment language.. more like the language of someone building a pricing mechanism for an asset class that doesn't have one yet But you can't build a pricing mechanism out of thin air.. you need to own enough of the underlying market that your benchmark actually means something ⦿ So what have they assembled in recent years: 2021: QTS Data Centers acquired for $10B, largest DC operator 2024: AirTrunk acquired for ~$16B, APAC data centre platform. 2025: Potomac Energy, 774MW gas plant in NV, near 130+ DCs 2025: PPL JV, gas-fired power generation for PA DCs 2025: $25B committed to PA digital and energy infra 2025: Hill Top Energy Center, 620MW gas plant, $1 billion 2025: Shermco Industries, $1.6B, elec services for DC and utils 2025: Enverus acquired, energy data analytics platform 2025: DDN investment of $300M, AI HPC data storage, $5B val 2025: TXNM Energy acquired for $11.8B, regulated utility 2026: Publicly traded data center vehicle announced ----- Right now, data centres are priced through bilateral negotiations. Every deal is bespoke, every comp is arguable, and the opacity is actually what allows operators to command premium pricing $170 billion ‣ That's Blackstone's current data center portfolio plus pipeline $120/kW per month ‣ DC rents when they took QTS private in 21 $195/kW per month ‣ DC rents today Put a public benchmark on top of that and the whole dynamic starts to shift. Every private operator raising capital gets measured against it, every hyperscaler negotiating a lease can point to it, competing asset manager's LPs may start asking why they're paying 2 and 20 for exposure they could buy in the public market with full liquidity --- ⦿ Let's think about this.. is Blackstone really just investing in data centres? My read would be that they're assembling something that looks a lot like the infrastructure of a market, not just a position inside one.. and historically, when someone builds the benchmark in an opaque asset class ‣ the dynamics around pricing, competition, and access tend to shift in ways that favour whoever established it I wonder how many others have arrived at the same conclusion and are positioning around it, if at all.

Genau dafür steht GTK Kröger E-Commerce Steuerberater PartGmbB: All in One für E-Commerce.

Sondern deutlich entspannter.

Today, Chore is launching something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time. It’s called Ollie — the first-ever AI Ops Co-Pilot. If you’ve ever built a company, you know this pain: Your product is growing, your team’s expanding… and suddenly, you’re spending more time running the business than building it. You're constantly attending to payroll questions, looking for information on compliance filings or your internal docs. All the “quick checks” that somehow eat half your week. That’s what we built Ollie to solve. Ollie connects to your company’s tools and gives you instant, personalized answers to your toughest ops questions. Ask Ollie things like: “Which vendor invoices are overdue?” “Do we have a signed board consent for our last round?” “Who’s responsible for updating our employee handbook?” He finds the right data across your systems, understands the context, and gives you a clean, human answer in seconds. It’s not another chatbot. It’s your company’s operational memory. One that never forgets, never sleeps, and never says, “I’ll check on that later.” We’ve been using Ollie internally for months, and it’s already saved me hours each week. Founders shouldn’t have to drown trying to answer endless ops questions. With Ollie, you won’t. 👉 Meet Ollie, and join the waitlist:https://lnkd.in/gB5fpad8

A CFO recently told me, “We always close the books. It just never feels like we actually finish.” That line stuck with me. Because every year, finance teams push through long nights, late reconciliations, and tight audits only to start planning season the next week. When your close process is reactive, your strategy becomes reactive too. We’ve been helping clients flip that script. We look at how data flows, where things get stuck, and what’s slowing down decisions. Then we rebuild the process so finance can finally lead the business, not just report on it. It’s time you got both your weekends and confidence back. If your team is already deep in the year-end scramble, it’s not too late to make it easier. Let’s talk about how to close the year cleanly and start 2026 ahead. https://hubs.li/Q03Rt1080

87% of finance leaders say talent shortages are putting their year-end close at risk. But that’s not the whole story. The real problem is not just missing people, it’s missing time. Every December, I talk to finance teams who are buried in reconciliations, last-minute adjustments, and “just one more version” of the close file. They are doing incredible work, but there’s no breathing room left for what matters most: accuracy, control, and confidence going into the new year. That’s why our team put together this guide: “End of Year Scramble: How Finance Leaders Can Create Calm in Year-End Chaos.” It’s a quick, practical read that breaks down how leading finance teams are shortening their close, improving accuracy, and finding calm in what used to be the most stressful time of year. Here’s what is inside: How high-performing teams are finishing the close in under 10 days The hidden cost of Excel dependency (and how to fix it) Why building close discipline now sets up a smoother 2026 If your team is already feeling the crunch, this is worth five minutes of your day. https://hubs.li/Q03Rt7cY0

Stop guessing what your innovation is worth. Look, if you're building software, developing new products, or just trying to make your processes better, there's a decent chance you're sitting on some real money in tax savings. 😳You just don't know it yet. We built something to fix that. It's a free R&D Tax Credit Calculator. Takes you a few minutes. No hoops to jump through. Here's why it's actually useful: 👉🏻We're not gatekeeping it. Seriously. No email capture, no demo request. Get your estimate, screenshot it, and decide what to do with it. 👉🏻It's built for how this actually works. Plug in your qualified research expenses (wages, contractor costs, supplies, cloud computing) and you'll see estimates for both the ASC and Regular methods. The more detail you give it, the better your numbers. 👉🏻It accounts for where you actually are. Pre-revenue? Scaling fast? The calculator factors in your company's age and previous years' data. It's not just spitting out generic numbers. 👉🏻The R&D tax credit can save companies up to $250K a year. But most founders don't claim it because they think it's either too complicated or doesn't apply to them. Wrong on both counts. Try the calculator: https://lnkd.in/ehycqvue Got questions after you see your results? Book some time with our tax team. We'll tell you straight whether it's worth pursuing and what the next steps look like. P.S. - If your estimated credit is meaningful, we're doing something kind of wild. Free R&D credit studies (up to $20K in credits) for the first 10 companies that qualify. More on that soon or DM me for the details.

The days following Budget Day are usually when people ring their accountants asking how we can pick through the detail to find some good news. Well, I’m going to have to let you down gently. For the hospitality sector, the best I can say is this: it wasn’t as bad as last year… Setting aside the flip-flopping before the Budget, along with the leaking of the speech, the whole thing was a missed opportunity to support a struggling industry. The so-called “additional rates relief” shows a real lack of understanding of the sector. It won’t even touch the sides. No one in hospitality is blind to the fact the country’s finances are in a mess. But freezing income tax thresholds for three years will mean less disposable income, more worry, more saving - and even less spending. It’s a vicious circle. Yes, EMI limits have been relaxed, but looking through our c180 hospitality clients last night, only around eight might actually benefit. Helpful for them, but hardly game-changing. And sure, the EIS rules have been loosened a little too, but again we’re talking tiny wins for a tiny minority. Anyway, if you’d like to depress yourself further, here’s the link to our hospitality breakdown. https://bit.ly/3M8hoTW
