You can learn more about a leader from the first five minutes of a session than from five years of performance reviews. In a leadership development program, those opening moments tell you everything: ➡️ Who speaks first ➡️ Who waits ➡️ Who protects their ideas ➡️ Who jumps straight into solutions ➡️ Who scans the room before participating In Incito's better³ Leadership program, we treat ice-breakers as diagnostics. The opening prompt is never “Tell us something fun about yourself.” It’s a question designed to reveal how you lead when the stakes are low, so we can understand who you’ll be when the stakes get high. Because beneath every strategic decision is a pattern of human behavior. And if you want to shift how leaders show up, you start by surfacing those patterns early. We find that the best results happen when we begin with this level of connection, creating psychological safety, honesty, and the courage to say what’s actually true. When that trust lands, everything changes: Teams listen differently. They challenge each other more openly. They approach conversations they’ve been avoiding for years. If you’ve ever wondered what transforms your organizations leaders to actually lead better together… this is one of the places it begins. If you're ready to build a leadership experirence that allows you to lead better together, let's connect: https://lnkd.in/gX_kR27U #Leadership #PeopleManagement #LeadershipDevelopment #ExecutiveCoaching

How much organizational friction comes from leaders who don’t actually know how to work with each other—only around each other? You won’t find that metric in a dashboard, but you’ll see it in stalled projects, unclear decisions, and teams who can’t get aligned no matter how many meetings they schedule. better³ exists to change that. better³ is a co-created leadership experience (never one-size-fits-all), tailored specifically to cultivate a shared language, a shared rhythm, and a shared identity strong enough to change how your organization moves. Every version looks different, because every organization is different. What stays the same is the shift that happens when leaders move from working in parallel to working in partnership. What happens when a company outgrows its leadership bench? When ISL, a leading engineering consultancy, grew from 300 to 600+ people, they hit a challenge many growing organizations face: the business was scaling faster than their leadership capacity. Together, we built a leadership journey that shifted how more than 60 leaders think, communicate, and lead across the business—creating a leadership culture built for the next chapter of their organization. Discover how better³ made that shift possible: https://lnkd.in/e-fnwu3U #LeadershipDevelopment #Leadership #ExecutiveCoaching

A recent report found that 41% of business leaders are using AI to replace entry-level roles instead of developing new talent. On paper, it looks more efficient: automate tasks, cut costs, fill skill gaps. But in practice, it’s creating a silent crisis for talent: an entire generation losing access to the very foundation of leadership—learning by doing. When we trade early-career growth for automation, we don’t just lose headcount. We lose mentorship, creativity, and the next wave of perspective that keeps organizations alive. My take? AI can absolutely accelerate progress, but only when it’s paired with human investment. The best leaders I know are asking: 💭 How do we use AI to elevate, not eliminate, opportunity? 💭 How do we keep entry points open for those who will inherit what we’re building? Technology can make us faster. But without people, it can’t make us better. If your organization is rethinking how to balance AI adoption with sustainable talent development, DM me. Let’s talk about how to build a future where both can thrive. #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork #AIandLeadership #PeopleFirst #TalentStrategy

AI was supposed to make work easier. Instead, it’s making leadership harder. Work is moving faster than ever. Growth keeps climbing, but so does burnout. While automation is reducing headcount, new skills are becoming outdated almost as quickly as they’re learned. At Incito, we’re seeing this play out across industries: leaders being asked to drive performance through constant change—with fewer team members and less clarity. The fix isn’t more tools. It’s prioritizing what AI can’t replace: clarity, connection, and the ability to move people through uncertainty. Because the organizations that thrive in this new era won’t just scale faster. They’ll lead smarter. 💬 Navigating leadership in the age of AI? Here’s why I believe so many CRO and Sales VP hires don’t stick. ⬇️ I’ve been coaching several CROs and Sales VPs lately, and one pattern keeps surfacing: the hire doesn’t fail because they can’t sell. It fails because they’re hired for the wrong reason. Here’s the truth: what gets you into the CRO seat isn’t what keeps you there. Many are chosen for their track record — they know the playbook, they’ve hit the numbers, they can talk GTM strategy all day long. But once they’re in the role, that playbook isn’t enough. Too often, they assert control instead of building trust. They avoid the courageous conversations. They hesitate to take a stand when the board needs to hear the hard truth. In those moments, they’re leading from expertise instead of leadership. And that’s when progress stalls, teams lose confidence, and the CRO's tenure gets shorter. The good news? There’s a better way. With the right coaching early on, a CRO can shift from being the expert in charge to the leader who empowers, and that’s where the real results happen. If you’re stepping into a new CRO role and want to accelerate that shift, DM me to talk through it. #CRO #Leadership #Sales #ExecutiveCoaching
