Vibe coding leads to sloppy code as products grow more complex. I’ve built an open source harness to fix that. Coding agents are becoming very good at turning natural language into production-grade code. The problem is that they mostly reason from the current codebase and the current chat thread. Code records HOW a product was built. It does not reliably record WHY it was built, WHAT it is meant to do, or which decisions sit behind it. Over time, that lost intent shows up as duplication, weaker modularity, stack drift, fragile architecture, and new features that break things that used to work. The missing layer is a product wiki: a natural-language layer above the codebase that - explains what the product is supposed to do - breaks the product into atomic units (actors, jobs, stories, rules, journeys) - makes product intent readable in natural language - compiles the wiki into code in specific steps - reflects on how new changes fit into the overall product vision - automatically keeps the wiki and code aligned over time It helps non-technical operators build more complex software while staying close enough to the code to understand it, review it, and stop it turning into slop. link in comments.

What do a medical scanner and a designer dress have in common? Almost nothing. Different weight, handling and risks. One is an oversized, €1.5M diagnostic device that cannot be tilted. The other cannot touch a surface it wasn't packed against. Two shipments, two completely different jobs. Both moved on our trucks last week, and both needed 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. 🚚 And the same applies for every industry. Servers need a clean, dry, sealed space. Aircraft parts need strict documentation. High-tech components need careful handling. Event equipment needs to arrive before doors open – there is no second date. 👉 So at DONE Deliveries we don’t use the same approach for every shipment. We match the truck, the securing method and the route to the cargo - always with 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 delivery and tracking 24/7. That's exactly how we delivered 700.000+ shipments over 14 years. 98.2% on-time, 99.95% damage-free. Does your cargo have its own requirements? In clinical trials, a “delay” means a patient waits weeks longer for a drug they’re counting on. That’s the stress test of healthcare logistics: It's not about parcels. It's not about SLAs. It's about people. Every timestamp. Every handoff. Every mile driven. If it misses or fails, there is a person downstream that pays the price.

Just spent two days in Hamburg talking mainly with shipowners and managers about data, vessel performance, and voyage optimization. What struck me was how aligned everyone sounded: Not asking for more data. Not asking for more systems. Just better data - and systems that actually work together. After years of adding tools, it feels like the real problem is how little of it connects. I’ll be at Geneva Dry (April 28-30). If you’re going or already in Geneva would be great to compare notes - are you hearing the same? 13 vessels. $1,000,000 saved. That's not a forecast but what happens when you stop treating hardware and software as separate decisions. I recently had the pleasure of sharing GTT Marine's philosophy at the People Tech Maritime in Oslo, and it's a message I keep coming back to: in vessel performance, sensors and software are two halves of the same equation. One cannot stand alone. A few things I highlighted that I believe every maritime operator should think about: 🔹 High-frequency data isn't a luxury....it's a multiplier! 🔹 Integration is a competitive advantage. Operators are increasingly asking for one platform, not eight logins. Vendors (us included) need to stop siloing data and start forcing interoperability. Customers should demand it! 🔹 AI maturity starts with clean data. New tools make data cleansing faster, but the principle doesn't change: garbage in, garbage out. The best AI in the world can't fix a broken data foundation. (Yes, its a broken record. Sorry.) 🔹 The jobs aren't disappearing but they're changing. Tools like CoPilot and Claude are already accelerating reporting and admin tasks. At Danelec, which is now part of the GTT - Technology for a Sustainable World alongside Ascenz Marorka and Vessel Performance Solutions we're building a platform where integrated data flows from the vessel all the way to voyage-level decisions. That's where the value is. AND collaboration makes this industry better. Working alongside partners like NAVTOR and StormGeo is part of our conviction. More partnerships for the benefit of the industry! Supply chain planning may enable visibility, but visibility without informed execution goes nowhere, and merely breeds new frustrations. To respond to disruption with speed and precision, businesses need more than integration. They need supply chain orchestration. In this article I'll take you through how Cleo is helping leading organizations across logistics, manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, retail, and other segments to close the orchestration gap and how you too can make orchestration your next strategic advantage. Seafarer Stories: Networking and Vernissage - a special evening to celebrate and recognize the brave men and women who keep the global trade alive and the ship's moving safely. Organized by CFARER - A DNV Company alongside NBAS - Norwegian Business Association Singapore and The Royal Embassy of Norway in Singapore during the Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) 2026. Supported by Mission to Seafarers, the evening was attended by more than 300 guests and was a roaring success. Thanks to H.E Leif Trana - Ambassador of Norway to Singapore, H.E Even Tronstad Sagebakken for gracing the occasion and to Tone Dale for moderating the event. Thanks to all friends who attended and to our team members Stefan Froebe, Jon Loken, Stian Omli, M Maite Bolivar Klarup, Andrew Kang, Ron Fong, Jaffar Sathiq Samsudeen who conceptualized and helped put this event together. #Seafarers #DNV #CFARER #vernissage #networking #SMW2026

I had hoped Seafarer Stories in Singapore would become something special. Now that the evening is behind us, I can honestly say: it did. What started as a brainstorming session with Carl King turned into something genuinely special. During Singapore Maritime Week, we created a vernissage built around photographs submitted by seafarers themselves. More than 1,000 images came in, and from that grew an evening that felt very different from the usual maritime event. The evening brought us closer to what this industry is really about: seafarers. Their stories, their pride, their routines, and their distance from home. I am proud that I could help bring this idea forward together with colleagues and partners who believed in it too. I especially want to mention my colleague Mahmoud Abdelwahab. He had barely joined CFARER before being thrown in at the deep end, and he still contributed visual and conceptual elements that helped shape the evening in a very real way. And thank you as well to Jon Loken, who supported the idea from day one with real commitment and strong event management (and took this video). Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. For CFARER, it was a special evening. For me personally, it was a campaign I will remember for a long time. #CFARER #SingaporeMaritimeWeek #SeafarerStories #Maritime #Seafarers

Every traveler knows how to book a trip. They do it on their phone, in just a few minutes, using tools that are genuinely good. Then they go to book a business trip and the experience falls apart. That gap between what consumers expect and what corporate travel tools actually deliver is one of the core problems we're solving with Andavo and our new Andavo Booking experience. Because when the managed booking experience is worse than going around it, travelers go around it. And then your data becomes fragmented, duty of care gets harder, policy is harder to enforce, and negotiated rates may go unused. That's the opportunity for modern managed travel technology: give travelers an experience they'll actually use without sacrificing the control, visibility, and support companies need. Here's a number most merchants never see: how much of their cash is frozen in 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. In my 10+ years in logistics, almost every merchant conversation comes back to cashflow at some point. And a big part of that cash is just sitting there, on a shelf, as inventory nobody is buying. Coming from marketing, I can't help but see it as a growth problem. Every euro tied up in slow-moving stock is a euro you can't spend on winning or keeping customers. It quietly drags on your CAC/CLTV ratio, and it never shows up as its own line item. The hard part is that most merchants know it's happening but don't have time to dig into which SKUs are the culprits. With the help of AI, the effort to do this is quickly transforming. I ran one of our new byrdAI reports on an account. It flagged €340,592 in tied-up stock value across four products that had never sold more than 20 units. That's real money that could be going back into growth. To me, inventory visibility and the amount of cash that inventory can tie down is a commercial question as much as an operational one. How do you keep an eye on your slow movers? 👇 Also, check out byrdAI for more cool use cases on what to do with your logistics data + AI: https://lnkd.in/dE7dzqFb
