𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟱𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆. For high-value and time-critical shipments, security needs to start before the vehicle sets off. 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 combines AI-supported risk assessment, five-step carrier and driver verification, and 24/7 Track&Trace monitoring to help protect your cargo throughout the delivery. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵. The transport order said “samples”. A few cartons going to a creative agency. During our DONE Guard review, the system flagged the sender and destination as a potential risk. My team then asked the customer what the samples were for. An unreleased fragrance collection. If a bottle went missing and appeared online, the problem wouldn’t end with a cargo claim. The brand could lose the chance to reveal its own product. In accordance with the DONE Guard procedure, we checked the carrier’s history and confirmed the driver’s identity. We briefed the driver on the security requirements, put guarded overnight parking in the order and had our Track&Trace team follow the journey through to delivery. The cartons reached the agency without incident. The brand got to announce the collection on its own terms. As a Team Leader, that’s the risk I want my team to catch: the one you won’t find by looking at the cargo value. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 “𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁.” 𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆 €𝟱𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬. Before booking a vehicle, our DONE Guard review flagged the sender’s name. My team asked the customer what was actually on that pallet. A precision instrument with no replacement readily available. That changed how we handled the shipment. Besides standard safety procedures (a 5-step carrier verification and CMR insurance), we activated DONE Guard safeguards: we assigned a dedicated vehicle, made guarded overnight parking mandatory, and added extra cargo insurance. Our 24/7 Track&Trace stayed in direct contact with the driver with regular GPS checks. Nothing went wrong with the delivery. And that’s the point. As a Team Leader, I don’t expect every customer to write “business critical” in the transport order. I expect my team to ask questions when something doesn’t add up. How many “routine” pallets in your supply chain aren’t routine at all? My team will ensure on-time delivery without any damage: [email protected] donedeliveries.com

What do a medical scanner and a designer dress have in common? Almost nothing. Different weight, handling and risks. One is an oversized, €1.5M diagnostic device that cannot be tilted. The other cannot touch a surface it wasn't packed against. Two shipments, two completely different jobs. Both moved on our trucks last week, and both needed 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. 🚚 And the same applies for every industry. Servers need a clean, dry, sealed space. Aircraft parts need strict documentation. High-tech components need careful handling. Event equipment needs to arrive before doors open – there is no second date. 👉 So at DONE Deliveries we don’t use the same approach for every shipment. We match the truck, the securing method and the route to the cargo - always with 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 delivery and tracking 24/7. That's exactly how we delivered 700.000+ shipments over 14 years. 98.2% on-time, 99.95% damage-free. Does your cargo have its own requirements? Yesterday, one of my customers called me with an urgent situation. Their original transport solution had fallen through, the goods were ready, the deadline was getting dangerously close, and they needed a replacement truck as soon as possible. There was no time for endless emails or “we’ll check and come back to you.” Together with our operational team, we acted quickly, checked the available options, found a suitable vehicle and got the transport moving. What stayed with me wasn’t the transport itself. It was the fact that the customer came to us when their original plan had already failed — because they trusted us to help. And personally, these are the moments I enjoy most in my job. There’s something incredibly satisfying about hearing “we have a problem” and being able to come back with “we have a solution.” 😊 After 8 years in logistics, this is what trust means to me. Not that nothing ever goes wrong. But that when it does, your customer knows who to call. That’s the kind of partner I want DONE Deliveries to be. #DONEDeliveries #Logistics #Transport #CustomerExperience #Partnership

"I want to cut transport costs, but I'm not doing part loads. I don't want my goods sitting around in cross-dock warehouses while I lose track of them." That's what my client told me. Straight up. And honestly, fair enough. Nobody wants a lost pallet or a "we're not really sure where the truck is right now." So instead of trying to talk him into it, I suggested a simple test on one shipment. I explained that sharing trailer space doesn't have to mean losing control and getting reloaded five times along the way. We matched his load with another one heading the same direction — a perfect fit (our system checks 5 parameters, from time windows to weight, before it even allows a match). The truck went straight from sender to receiver. Zero handling at hubs. The result? He paid close to a part-load rate, and the whole time he had: → Full real-time tracking, exactly the same as with a dedicated truck → His goods in one vehicle, no reloading, no risk of damage at a hub → Complete CMR paperwork online within 24h of unloading Today he ships most of his freight this way. Turned out he never had to choose between a lower price and keeping his cargo safe. Not sure if your routes could be cheaper without putting your goods at risk? Send me the details of one of your loads and I'll come back with 4 pricing options — you pick whichever suits you best. https://lnkd.in/dnaDE69u
