BFCM Post-Mortem: I scaled a TikTok Shop to +$100k/day in spend, and surprisingly…the CPA never budged. Even when we doubled from $50k/day → $111k/day, performance held strong. The real engine behind the scale? Bundles. Not the top spender but quietly responsible for $600k+ with better margins than single packs. If you're trying to break through the $100k/day ceiling on TTS… you probably want the guy who already scaled TWO brands into TikTok Shop’s Top 10. You know where to find me.

Nosso muito obrigado à Graiche (Luciana Martins Graiche, Jose Roberto Junior Graiche, Dr. Graiche, Rodrigo Graiche e todo o time) e ao Poliedro (Fabiana Mendonça Jacobini, Renata Volpato Alecrim e todo o time).

Most brands sell on TikTok. Very few get national TV coverage because of it. That’s the difference when you work with a true TikTok partner. In partnership with TikTok, we helped our client Blueland secure a prime-time TV feature on Fox’s Good Day LA, one of the most coveted holiday-season placements during one of the most competitive retail weeks of the year, BFCM. This placement wasn’t luck or a random media hit. It came directly through Adquadrant’s access to an invitation-only lane at TikTok reserved for a small group of partners only. Blueland’s segment aired in front of millions of high-intent shoppers while sitting beside TikTok’s top trending holiday products. That is the exact moment you want to be in the cultural conversation, and it is the type of visibility that most brands simply never get. Why this mattered: • National TV exposure at the height of consumer demand • Prime placement within a curated TikTok product feature • The clearest proof of platform, agency, and brand alignment • A new growth engine that extends far beyond standard Shop ads Working with Adquadrant expanded Blueland's distribution, unlocked cultural relevance, and opened a new path heading into the holidays. And of course we beat their November GMV targets by a wide margin. Huge appreciation to Blueland, TikTok, and Good Day LA. And credit to the Adquadrant team for consistently creating opportunities that separate our clients from the pack. The Adquadrant team built 10 video ads this week without a single shoot. Each started from a single static photo and cost under $10 to make with AI. The exact process we used 👇 Step 1: Start asset Grab a simple product or on-model image. Even an average iPhone shot works. Step 2: Visual base Use Nano Banana to generate a clean, brand-consistent image matched to your persona or season. Step 3: Motion Open Google Flow Frame to Video. Upload the image. Split your script into 8 second chunks and prompt: “Make her say: [your line].” Step 4: Voice Export a WAV of the voice track. Run it through Eleven Labs Voice Changer for a natural tone. Replace the original audio. Step 5: Polish Finish in Veo 3.1. Sync timing, add light movement, and export a UGC-style cut. Step 6: Ship Drop variants into a shared folder with captions, hooks, and cutdowns for testing. No crew. No reshoots. Come funziona? We used to live in Excel hell with our weekly client reporting. Supermetrics pipelines breaking. Sheets timing out. ++++ so much more. Every week, the same fire drill just to figure out what actually happened. And nothing pisses off a client more than showing them inaccurate data. We literally had an employee spending half their working time just keeping reports alive. Now that time goes into strategic thinking and campaign management — where it actually moves the needle. Today, everything runs through Polar Analytics 🐻❄️: ~ Smart dashboard – everything in one place. ~ AI-powered insights ~ Automatic connectivity ~ Full-funnel reporting ~ Easy API integrations No broken reports. No wasted hours. Just clarity → strategy → action → scale That’s how we take brands to 8 and 9 figures consistently, profitably.

Acadia is the 2025 Amazon Ads Partner winner for Challenger Brand in AMER for our work with BODi The Beachbody Company. The thing I love most about this campaign is that it’s based on really good retail media and marketplace fundamentals. We didn’t have a huge budget to simply buy our way in. We implemented a full-funnel “Funnel Handoff” strategy using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to orchestrate distinct roles across ad types. We also identified a big insight our competitors were ignoring. 80% of category searches were non-branded, highlighting a market share opportunity BODi could and did take advantage of. It was a thoughtful custom strategy utilizing the best Amazon features we had at our disposal. This is all possible because of the trust we have in our amazing partners at BODi, thank you Carl Daikeler, Andrew Samson and Erica Chan. So incredibly proud of everyone who had a hand in this achievement. Julian Galindo, Tamara Vukovic, Sanja Bazdar, Robert B., Emrina Golub, Marija Grubor Čajić, Ivana Kosovac Nanić, Bahrija Bajramović Garibija, Ross Walker, Jordan Ripley, Pat Petriello Thank you to Amazon Ads Partners & Amazon Ads for this recognition.

The future is very bright in digital media... In the last 10 days, I got to go to Unboxed by Amazon Ads Partners and was then lucky enough to be invited to Google's #AgencyLeadershipCircle in SFO. Given that I go to almost no events per year, this was very rare for me. I chose both of these events because in the right moments, you get into the weeds enough into product and can get back to basics to see some trends. I am leaving with four big conclusions: 1. As agencies, we must run to embrace all available AI products and innovation within these engines. They are game-changing. It is our job to do this for our clients and brands, and not "protect old ways." It is also our job to use all the features, exclusions, and controls to help make it work for our clients. There is nothing to fear here. Fear is useless. What are we clinging to anyway? We moaned for years about how manual bidding and horrible campaign set-ups were wastes of time. Mazel...we got what we wanted so now lets run to it and embrace AI Max and run to try Amazon's new creative embedded AI tools. 2. Search is growing. More searches on Google. More searches on Amazon. More searches on Walmart. And yes, more searches on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Reddit. The pie is growing. Searches are getting longer and more sophisticated. Secondary searches are happening more often with the benefit of these engines suggesting things. Just as some were fast to claim peak oil was 30 years ago (clearly not correct), some were too fast to claim peak search was yesterday. Peak search is still here and ahead of us. We just have to understand it differently. 3. Measurement is about "triangulation." Got to give credit to an old friend (he is not old, just our relationship is old:) John Nicoletti who shared this gem over a good lunch catch up. He is right. CFO's dont want to hear about inflated MTA results. CFOs need to see media mix models, incrementality tests, and even market-mate tests and how the CASH REGISTER moves. To get to this requires triangulation. To some degree, this links to #4 below. 4. Let's all find a bit more optimism. For an industry that was created out of thin air in the late 90's with a sense of wonder about the internet, I sure see a lot of people sad and worried. I get it. I do. But, what if we asked ourselves different questions. "Could this be the best time ever to be in this industry?" or "Are we really so romantically involved in our keywords that we cant move on and give up some control?" I guess I am just saying....I saw the future over the last 10 days and I have decided that I love it. But, in those same rooms, I saw lots of faces that were drawn and sad and I would wish for you all to see what I see...which is that its very possible we are going to have more excitement over the next 5 years than the past 20. I filled up this yellow book of notes in just 10 days. To me, that is joy.

A label called "convenience" seems self-explanatory. It’s not. When developing Relay (see link in comments if you haven’t heard yet), users would create labels like "convenience" or "savings" or "urgency," and the LLM would generate content expressing those concepts. The outputs were inconsistent in ways that were hard to pin down. Some "convenience" messages emphasized time savings. Others emphasized reduced effort. Others drifted toward ease of use, which was supposed to be a separate concept entirely. The LLM wasn't doing anything wrong. It was working with what it had. "Convenience" is a word with a broad semantic range, and the model was sampling from that range. Without a definition constraining the meaning, each generation was a fresh interpretation. We quickly realized we needed full definitions before labels could be used. No definition, no label. That doesn’t make users hugely happy - writing definitions feels like bureaucratic overhead. But the generation quality difference is hard to argue with. A good definition gives an LLM a target to hit instead of a general direction to wander in, and crafting those definitions is a big part of the work to be done if you’re really going to invest in LLM-enabled content generation. A single word is a pointer. The definition is what it points to. Without the definition, you're letting the LLM decide what the pointer means, and it will decide differently every time, and the agents using that content to learn are going to learn a lot of noise. Definitions aren’t busy work. Want to learn how you can leverage Agentic AI to improve decisioning? Book a strategy session with one of Aampe's experts. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eCeZgi_b

In an agentic architecture, that balance between exploration and exploitation emerges naturally from the system’s structure — no need for hand-tuned ratios. Thompson Sampling is a convenient tool for navigating that tradeoff. Early on, when every option is uncertain, the system explores widely: flat distributions mean random draws lead to random choices. As the system gathers signal, those distributions sharpen. The same selection mechanism starts tilting behavior toward higher-confidence actions — exploration fades, exploitation grows. No hard-coded switches needed. You can always layer in an “epsilon-greedy” override to force occasional exploration — especially useful for catching preference shifts in long-tail segments. This is all standard bandit architecture, but agentic systems diverge from basic bandits in that they estimate and sample from distributions on a per-user basis. That requires an enriched reward signal that makes use of every bit of information available, since individual user behavior is sparse by nature. Bandits aggregate wins and losses across users. Agents *simulate* a win/loss ratio for each interaction with each individual user, and then aggregate those ratios across interactions for each user. Bandits focus on which message wins *on average*. Agentic systems focus on which message is likely to advance *this user* right now. The question isn’t “what’s the likelihood of conversion?” It’s “What gives me the best chance of progress for this individual?” There are no fixed explore/exploit ratios. Agents explore almost constantly for silent users, exploit heavily when preferences are clear, and adapt fluidly as user behavior evolves. That’s what real balance looks like — not some artificial midpoint, but continuous responsiveness to real-time signals. Want to learn how you can leverage Agentic AI for better decisioning? Miinus 40% tosta noin vaan kassalla?! Asiakas on jo pitkällä ostopolulla, enää puuttuu maksu ja konversio olis jo siinä. Miksi VIELÄ tyrkyttää alea? Koska markkinointiluvallisten arvokkuus menee roughisti näin: 👉 kontakti, jolla on markkinointilupa, mutta ei 0 party dataa eikä ostoa tuo yritykselle keskimäärin inkrementaalista bruttokatetta pari euroa per vuosi 👉👉 aktiivinen, tunnistettu markkinointiluvallinen, josta kenties jotakin lisätietoja ja preferenssejä tuo yritykselle jopa parikymmentä euroa lisäkatetta 👉👉👉 tunnistettu, markkinointiluvallinen, ostava kontakti, jonka käyttäytymisestä on tietoa tuo yritykselle USEITA KYMPPEJÄ lisäkatetta vuodessa. Ja riippuen brändistä on aktiivinen varmasti useita vuosia. Totta kai luvut vaihtelee per yritys ja toimiala, mutta siksi -40% kassalla, koska tämän kontaktin voidaan laskea tuovan summa takaisin tehokkaammin kuin mistään muusta kanavasta, eli tästä kontaktista ollaan valmiita vähän maksamaankin.

🆘 Onko markkinoinnin automaatio ja markkinointiviestit pöydälläsi? Hear me out, Google on ottamassa niskalenkin uutiskirjeistäsi ja sillä on vaikutuksia uutiskirjeiden ja asiakasdatan performanssiin. Trying out a new flow to flag spammy form submissions with Hubspot / Zapier / Zapier AI Triggered on form submission Zapier AI categorizes the test Prompt: Analyze the following form submission and determine if it is spam or a legitimate sales inquiry. Legitimate inquiries include requests for demos, product information, or services that align with the business. Spam messages contain random text, gibberish, suspicious emails, or irrelevant solicitations. Respond with either “Spam” or “Legitimate Inquiry”, and explain your decision briefly. Here’s the submission: Output: Spam Legitimate Then we push it into a filter to only push if message is categorized & sync it to a custom field in HS We had a few false positives, so I tweaked the prompt to include there might be legitimate sales inquiries.

Some of our best client relationships have started with: “We’ve worked with another agency before. It didn’t go well.” That doesn’t bother us; we don’t need to be someone’s first choice. We’re happy being the agency that gets it right. When a client’s been burned in the past, they’re usually more selective. They ask better questions, and they’ve seen what doesn’t work. It also means they’re usually up for doing things differently. We build trust by setting realistic expectations and showing our working. There are no vanity metrics; we just deliver strategies that actually make a difference. So if we’re your second agency, great. That means the brief is clearer, the expectations are realistic, and there’s nowhere to hide.

We’re not a generalist agency. At 71a, we work exclusively with financial services companies, nobody else. Not only that, but we also focus on the things we’re best at: paid media, conversion optimisation, and data enablement. We don’t believe in being a jack-of-all-trades. When you try to do everything, you rarely do anything very well. FS is a complicated, regulated and commercially nuanced industry. That’s why our clients value the fact that we already understand how it works. We have decades of combined experience, so we understand the customer journeys, know what a lead is worth, and what compliance will push back on. It’s why we’re trusted by some of the UK’s most ambitious financial services brands.

From $33K to $98K/month. From 5.69 to 7.57 ROAS. All in just 60 days. That’s the kind of growth we engineered for a leading provider of cash drawers and POS solutions. When we took over the account, we noticed three big issues: - Over-reliance on Windows POS systems - Inefficient ad scheduling and outdated extensions - Missed opportunities in underutilized product categories We didn’t just fix things. We rebuilt the entire strategy. ✅ Launched Performance Max campaigns for Android POS systems, receipt printers, and (later) cash drawers ✅ Reallocated budget to weekdays and paused low-converting hours ✅ Refreshed all ad extensions to boost CTR and engagement ✅ Monitored and optimized campaigns daily, with frequent A/B testing The result? Between Jan-Feb 2025, revenue jumped by 195% YoY. We nearly tripled total sales while increasing efficiency across the board: - 45% more clicks - 47% more impressions - 36% more conversions And even with CPC rising by 53%, returns outpaced costs. Our favorite part? Cash drawers became a sleeper hit. A new Performance Max test beat the existing Shopping campaign with: - 112% more revenue - 69% more clicks - 60% more impressions - All while spending 10% less. Next up: scaling into Microsoft Ads and doubling down on top performers. Growth isn’t just about spending more. It’s about spending smarter. Well done Tushar Singh and Manon Randé for growing the account in such a short period of time

From £6,700 to £107,000/month. That’s a 1,496% increase in MRR. 🚀 When this client first came to us, they were generating £6,700/month on average in 2022. They had the products. They had the potential. They just needed better performance from their paid media. We started working with them in October 2022, and today—just over two years later—now, they’re doing £107,000 in average monthly recurring revenue this year. Here’s how we helped make it happen: ✅ Started with Google Ads and nailed the fundamentals ✅ Expanded into Meta and Microsoft Ads once the foundation was strong ✅ Switched to a Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) model to measure investment by lift—not just ROAS ✅ Worked with the client, who used our data, to find more products to test — this enabled us to achieve consistent growth. ✅ Blended ROAS + channel-level targets gave us flexibility to push/pull budget based on impact ✅ Constant communication—sharing what’s selling, what’s not, and which products needed to be cut ✅ Leveraged hero products to fuel growth across channels ✅ Launched our software, AdPeak, to squeeze even more performance out of the accounts over the last 12 months. No fluff. Just tight execution, clear data, and real partnerships. Media buying is not just about ads - you have to understand the business and their goals. Strategy, communication, and relentless optimisation. Shout out to Tushar Singh and Simone Pardini for the absolutely spectacular work! 🎉🙏
