The Adquadrant team built 10 video ads this week without a single shoot. Each started from a single static photo and cost under $10 to make with AI. The exact process we used 👇 Step 1: Start asset Grab a simple product or on-model image. Even an average iPhone shot works. Step 2: Visual base Use Nano Banana to generate a clean, brand-consistent image matched to your persona or season. Step 3: Motion Open Google Flow Frame to Video. Upload the image. Split your script into 8 second chunks and prompt: “Make her say: [your line].” Step 4: Voice Export a WAV of the voice track. Run it through Eleven Labs Voice Changer for a natural tone. Replace the original audio. Step 5: Polish Finish in Veo 3.1. Sync timing, add light movement, and export a UGC-style cut. Step 6: Ship Drop variants into a shared folder with captions, hooks, and cutdowns for testing. No crew. No reshoots. Just a repeatable system that frees your team to focus on ideas while the workflow handles the busywork. Get a full list of the AI-tools we use to build creative like this 👉 https://hubs.ly/Q03GWSdF0

Most brands sell on TikTok. Very few get national TV coverage because of it. That’s the difference when you work with a true TikTok partner. In partnership with TikTok, we helped our client Blueland secure a prime-time TV feature on Fox’s Good Day LA, one of the most coveted holiday-season placements during one of the most competitive retail weeks of the year, BFCM. This placement wasn’t luck or a random media hit. It came directly through Adquadrant’s access to an invitation-only lane at TikTok reserved for a small group of partners only. Blueland’s segment aired in front of millions of high-intent shoppers while sitting beside TikTok’s top trending holiday products. That is the exact moment you want to be in the cultural conversation, and it is the type of visibility that most brands simply never get. Why this mattered: • National TV exposure at the height of consumer demand • Prime placement within a curated TikTok product feature • The clearest proof of platform, agency, and brand alignment • A new growth engine that extends far beyond standard Shop ads Working with Adquadrant expanded Blueland's distribution, unlocked cultural relevance, and opened a new path heading into the holidays. And of course we beat their November GMV targets by a wide margin. Huge appreciation to Blueland, TikTok, and Good Day LA. And credit to the Adquadrant team for consistently creating opportunities that separate our clients from the pack. Most measurement models are lying to you. Here’s the simple fix that uncovered $3.3M in hidden revenue. For years, marketers have relied on legacy models like last-click or MTA, tools built for a world where every click was traceable. This world was always flawed but it's now completely unrecognizable. The modern customer journey is messy. Someone sees your product in a TikTok video, hears about it from a friend, and only buys weeks later. Traditional attribution misses all of that. In a new piece I co-authored with Matthew Barbarasch, SMB NA Marketing Science Lead at TikTok, we explored how pairing direct customer feedback with modern, privacy-safe measurement tools - like Fospha's full-funnel Bayesian MMM - gives brands a truer view of what’s driving performance. One brand uncovered $3.3M in hidden revenue after switching from MTA to Fospha, revealing the real impact of TikTok’s upper-funnel campaigns that click-based attribution had completely missed. When you start listening to the customer, not the cookie… Your measurement gets smarter. Your creative gets sharper. And your marketing starts working harder than ever. TikTok Shop just hit $19 billion in quarterly sales nearly matching eBay’s $20.1 billion. That’s wild. eBay’s been around for 30 years. TikTok Shop? Two. This shows how fast shopping is changing right under us. TikTok isn’t built on search like Amazon or eBay. It’s built on discovery. You scroll, you laugh, you buy. And it’s working. If you run a consumer brand, here’s what that means for you: 1. Your content is your storefront. Every short video is a product page now. 2. Creators drive everything. The right partnership can move more units than a month of ads. 3. Measurement has to catch up. A ton of these sales don’t happen inside TikTok, they spill over to Amazon and retail. 4. Budgets are shifting. Full-funnel TikTok campaigns are starting to beat “conversion-only” strategies. 5. Don’t put all your eggs in one feed. TikTok’s growth is massive, but it’s still one platform with its own risks. Social commerce is officially a dominating force. What matters now is how fast you can build the systems and creator network to actually make TikTok Shop work for you. We just saved $2,990 on a single video ad that would have cost us $3,000 using traditional methods. Let me break down exactly how we did it and why every marketing leader should pay attention to these numbers. What we used to pay: • Designer: $500–1,500 branded assets • Videographer: $800–1,200/day + edit • Rush + revisions: +30–50% more • Scriptwriter: $300–500/ad copy • Voiceover: $250–800 w/ rights • UGC creator: $400–600/video Total traditional cost: $3,000 per video What we pay now with our AI stack: • Pencil: $29/mo (AI product visuals) • ElevenLabs: $22/mo (AI voiceover) • Veo3 + Fast: $30/mo (image→video) • Custom GPTs: $20/mo (persona copy) • Arcads Scenes: $220/mo (avatars + workflow) • Motion + ChatGPT + Claude: $54/mo (scripts + insights) Total monthly cost: $265. Cost per video: Under $10. That's a 99.7% cost reduction while producing content that performs just as well (sometimes better) than traditional videos. The speed difference is even more dramatic. What used to take 4-6 weeks now happens in hours. We're producing 10x more content with the same budget, testing more creative angles, and staying ahead of trends instead of chasing them. Our workflow now looks like this: Motion identifies winning angles from performance data ↳ Custom GPTs generate persona-specific scripts with brand tone built in ↳ Arcads Scenes creates multi-shot sequences with consistent AI avatars ↳ Veo3's image-to-video keeps everything visually cohesive ↳ Pencil works as an alternative pipeline to compare speed and quality The data backs this up too. 89% of businesses now use video as a core marketing tool, and 71% of agencies have already adopted AI video technology. Companies using AI video report 3-5x better ROI than traditional methods. It took about two weeks to get comfortable with the tools, and we saw returns within the first month. If you're still paying traditional rates for every piece of video content, you're essentially choosing to produce less content for more money. Check out our sample below.

Guys!!! I finally get to share something I’ve been building with the team at Adquadrant and I’m super proud of this one. 😎 🎉 I built a custom GPT called UGC Creative Strategist Pro for creators and performance marketers who are tired of staring at a blank page. The script structure this GPT is built on helped generate over $105K in GMV for a client in just ONE month. What it helps you do: ✅ Match tone, pacing, and structure to your audience ✅ Turn boring product features into emotional stories ✅ Build UGC scripts that sound like a real person ✅ Write TikTok hooks that actually stop the scroll If you have ever sat there thinking, “I know what I want to say, I just don’t know how to say it,” then this was literally built for you. ...Like literally YOU, my fellow social media peeps. 🫵 Also, if you want to see it in action, watch the video below. My teammate Erica Tahan walks through exactly how the GPT works and how to get the most out of it. If you want to use it: 👍 Like this post ⛓️ Connect with me 💬 Comment “Script”
