This is the first Black Friday where Andromeda is fully in play. It will be different to every BFCM prior. Creative velocity is going to need to be through the roof to compete. We’re producing, on average, 150 ads a month per client. Not 150 versions of the same thing. 80 UGC assets. Different creators 60 graphic design pieces. Difference concepts 10 motion assets. Entirely different Hi-Fi That’s variety and velocity. Because Meta doesn’t reward sameness — it rewards momentum. This is the first Black Friday will be different to every BFCM before. And if you’re still running the same 30 ads from September... you’re going to lose. Drop “150” below and I’ll send you the deck that shows exactly how we do it.

Your ARR is growing. But can you actually explain the number? At $1M–$10M ARR, growth often isn't the problem. Accurate ARR reporting is. Because things get complex fast when you're closing bigger deals more frequently. Suddenly you're dealing with multi-year contracts, indexation clauses, mid-cycle expansions with prorata logic, usage-based components with over- and underusage, and custom terms that Sales swears are "simple." Revenue goes up. But the distance between CRM and Finance grows even faster. And here's the shift I see happen at that stage: Board meetings move from "How do we accelerate?" to "Can we reconcile these numbers first?" Or worse: "Can we even trust our cash forecast if these numbers aren't correct?" I've been that CRO. Every quarter, before the board pack went out, I'd spend hours in the CRM. Pulling ARR numbers, cross-checking renewals, chasing Finance to help me model pro-rata calculations. Time I would have much rather spent closing deals. And a board pack is an official document. You can't afford a single mistake in there. The real issue is that most teams blame the CRM. But the gap sits between Quote and Cash, and that's a finance problem. If you're a CRO and Finance rebuilds your ARR in Excel every quarter, your forecast needs "adjustments" before it goes upstairs, or you can't explain deferred revenue cleanly, that's the signal. The solution isn't another dashboard. It's a revenue governance system that connects quoting, billing, and recognition in one flow. We're hosting a live session for CROs and CFOs scaling from $1M–$10M ARR on exactly this: how to turn Quote-to-Cash into a finance-proof system. 📅 March 11 at 4pm CET. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ePHeEqaG

- Text-only“Mas conseguimos medir o ROI disto?”
- Text-onlyEvery morning, before anyone on my team even opens Ads Manager, we look at the same five metrics. Not because platform metrics don't matter, but because they're only one piece of the story. Because even with attribution platforms in place, platform metrics have become increasingly difficult to trust. At one point, we tested two attribution platforms on the same brand partner at the same time, and they were telling completely different stories. So we start with the health of the business instead. These are the metrics we pay attention the most: • Revenue pacing • CAC • MER • New customer trends • AOV Those numbers tell us much more than platform ROAS ever could. A campaign can have a great ROAS while quietly hurting the business. It might be relying too heavily on existing customers, frequency might be climbing, or new customer acquisition could be slowing down. None of those problems are obvious if you're only looking at what's happening inside platforms like Meta. Ad buying has changed substantially, as it does almost every year. Understanding where your spend is going, how many net new customers you're bringing in, and whether the business is actually getting healthier matters much more than chasing a high platform ROAS. That's how we've chosen to operate for years, and I genuinely believe it's one of the reasons so many of our clients have stayed with us for 3+ years.Bowery BoostRecorded 11 Sept 2026

If you're a CMO or VP Marketing you know that speed is essential. Getting the right actions in-market now can be the difference between success and failure. The legacy marketing stack isn’t equipped to handle that. Until now, CMOs had no real-time understanding of where marketing stands vs targets, let alone what the go-forward plan is. One “quick question” from leadership could cause days of work for marketing teams. Decisions stalled and business lagged while marketers cobbled together reports. Our planning agent solves that in one easy view. You’re a CMO curious if you’re hitting your CAC benchmark? A 10 second scan of the targets and pacing section gives you your answer. Need to share what we did last quarter with the board? The plan record section has you there. One view, hours saved every week.

Every growth leader is asking the same questions on repeat: What other channels should we be on? What's actually working and what isn't? Where are the pockets and arbitrage opportunities we're missing? Answering them today means jumping across five different point solutions, none of which know what you're already running. By the time you've stitched it together, the decision window has moved. That's why we built the Competitive Agent. And because it sits inside the full BlueAlpha suite, it already has the context of your own spend and performance, so it's not just another siloed tool telling you half the story. Plug in your domain and it shows you what your competitors are running, what they're measuring, and how it stacks up against your own mix. In real time, it surfaces the moves worth acting on: new platforms competitors just entered, proven hooks, and channels you should be testing but aren't. The result: faster decisions, better investment calls, and no more piecing the picture together by hand. Want to see it on your domain? Shoot me a DM.

It was great to be back in Dublin last week for HubSpot's EMEA Partner Summit. The thing that I've talked about most since getting back is how the role of a HubSpot partner is evolving once again. It's not about implementation any more, which is good because, frankly, that's the boring part. The joy and ultimately the client value are in helping clients understand what go-to-market actually looks like for their business in the AI-era. Creating a system and process that drive profitable growth. It was great to catch up with friends, colleagues and (dare I say it) Rivals? The joy of being in an ecosystem like this is that we can learn together without treading on each other's toes. (Not to mention swapping TV recommendations over dodgy Margaritas.) Next job: firing up the team with the opportunities in what I've seen and heard. We're ready.
- Text-onlyI've spent most of my adult life buying media. I got into marketing right after college, long before Meta Ads even existed. I started on the data side, eventually moved into media buying, and spent years inside ad accounts trying to figure out why some brands kept growing while others slowly plateaued. These days, I don't spend much time clicking buttons inside Ads Manager. My job has changed. One thing I've realized is that the business metrics leave clues. If you know where to look, you can usually build a pretty good hypothesis before you ever open Meta or Google. For example... If spend is increasing, CAC is climbing, and new customer acquisition is declining year over year, there's a good chance more of your budget is finding existing customers instead of new ones. Or your creative simply isn't reaching enough new people anymore. If traffic is flat or growing but conversion rates are falling while you're sending people to the same PDPs and landing pages, the bottleneck may not be media buying at all. It could be your landing experience, your offer, or even your product mix. And sometimes the answer isn't another Meta optimization. It's expanding the funnel with another channel, campaign type, or audience that creates demand higher up the funnel. Most of the time, the business metrics tell you where the bottleneck is. That's how we build our testing roadmap. We don't start with random creative ideas or campaign tweaks. We start with a hypothesis based on the business metrics, then work backwards into the tests. That's also the idea behind the growth bottleneck tool we're building. Instead of giving every brand the same generic audit, we want founders to identify where they believe the business is stuck so we can generate hypotheses and testing ideas that are actually relevant to their situation. The best media buying decisions usually happen before anyone launches a campaign. P.S. I'm not talking about platform-reported metrics. I'm talking about the actual business: true CAC, total net-new customers, total revenue, and total & paid site traffic. Platforms can tell you a great story while the business is telling you something completely different.Bowery BoostRecorded 11 Sept 2026

Errou aqui, compromete todas as demais etapas.
