B2B marketers don’t struggle to get leads from ads. 😅 They struggle to get the "right" leads. 🎯 Every conversation I’ve had with marketing and demand-gen leaders boils down to one thing: “Our lead quality sucks.” Google Search? Once you move beyond SMB, it becomes a magnet for job seekers, consultants, agencies, and non-ICP noise. 🧲 LinkedIn? Great targeting, terrible scale, expensive — and most teams don’t actually know how to optimize it. 💸 And when you mention Google Display, YouTube, or Meta… The reaction is almost always: “Nope, that never works for B2B.” 🚫 Here’s the real truth: Ads don’t fail because of the platform. They fail because the platform doesn’t know who your ICP is. 🔥 So what will actually work in 2026? 1️⃣ High-quality custom audiences Meta can hit 60%+ when you feed clean email + phone lists. For Google, focus on keywords and website-based targeting. This gives the algorithm a real starting point, not guesswork. 🎯 2️⃣ Optimize for traffic quality, not clicks Clicks mean nothing. Identifying the 20–30% ICP accounts visiting your site (via deanonymization) is where the magic begins. ✨ 3️⃣ Feed ICP activity back as offline conversions Send these ICP accounts back to Meta + Google with click IDs. You’re literally teaching the platforms: ➡️ “THIS is the kind of traffic we want.” Result? ICP traffic jumps from 20% → 50%+. 🚀 4️⃣ The rest still matters (but isn’t the burning problem) Creatives, LPs, reporting, ad frequency, and budget allocation are all important, but secondary to sending the right targeting signals. 🧩 This is exactly why we built QLA: to help B2B teams send the right signals so platforms stop pushing junk. ⚡️ B2B ads absolutely work. ❤️ They just don’t work with yesterday’s playbooks. ⚠️ Check out https://lnkd.in/gV8SDDqx and please do share your thoughts and feedback. 👇

2026 GTM Playbook That Actually Delivers. 🫡 No Fluff. No Guesswork. Just Results. 🔥 Most GTM playbooks are written for conferences, not for closing the pipeline. This one? It survives the real world. And it prints meetings. Trust me, I have had 56 meetings in the last 28 days. 🤩 Here’s the exact system we’ve been running, and why it’s working better than anything we’ve tried in years: 1️⃣ LinkedIn: The Daily Compounding Machine Everyone Underestimates -Post like a human, not a brand. -Run thought-leadership ads (cheap distribution). -Drop links inside posts because LinkedIn finally gives you link-click data. And then… track the only metric that actually matters: ->Profile views. Because profile views → conversations → pipeline. Everything else is vanity. Last 30 days: -581 profile views -214 views from posts -136 messages sent -28 meetings booked -12 in proposal stage Every ICP who lands on the profile gets the easiest yes ever: “Would love to catch up and explore synergies.” No pitch. No funnels. Just a conversion by curiosity. 🙃 2️⃣ Outbound That Doesn’t Feel Like Outbound (And Converts Because of It) We don’t “reach out.” We ask for feedback. We invite people into the build process. Their guard drops… and meetings happen. Last 3 weeks: -Reached out: 300 -Accepted: 93 -Calls booked: 17 Outbound works again; the moment you stop sounding like everyone else. 😅 3️⃣ Strategic Commenting: The Dark Social Growth Loop Nobody Talks About We built automations to catch: -ICPs posting on LinkedIn -Reddit threads heating up -X conversations worth jumping into Then we provide actionable insight, not copy-paste fluff, and link only when it helps the reader. Last 2 weeks: -3,200 impressions from comments -23 product signups (Reddit carried this hard) -11 demos booked A big shoutout to my small team. Shivam Sharma and Turvi Malik ❤️ It’s the closest thing to free demand capture you’ll find in 2026. Yes—the hypothesis is working. 🔥 Outbound is alive. Inbound is warming. Productized services are landing. But the real question now is: how do we make this inevitable? 🧐 PS: I’ve documented every step of this GTM system: the scripts, workflows, automations, message templates, and metrics. If you want the full breakdown, drop a “GTM” in the comments, and I’ll send the entire playbook. ❤️

The standard paid social playbook hasn't changed much in years. Find your audience > Write good creative > Optimize for clicks > Drive to a landing page. FTL kept everything they were already doing and added a simple CTA to one of their best performing ads: "Comment for a VIP discount." Anyone who commented got an automated DM with $40 off via Pinpoint. 17% cheaper CPC. 31% lower CPA. 57% higher ROAS. The comment volume signaled strong engagement, so Meta rewarded the ads with cheaper delivery and more reach. More people saw the ads. More people clicked. And on top of that, every commenter got a direct path to purchase through the DM. Cheaper reach and an additional conversion layer running at the same time. The ROAS takes care of itself. Most paid teams are trying to squeeze more out of the same funnel. The ones pulling ahead are adding leverage on top of it with DM automations from Pinpoint 🤓 ___ Grab 20 minutes to see Pinpoint in action and we'll throw in a $100 Uber Eats gift card - dinner's on us! https://lnkd.in/gcci8J-d

The average e-commerce brand accepts 1-3% conversion rates from social as a given. Overtime recently got 45%... One Instagram Story, a simple ask to DM them for an offer, 1,178 DMs, 531 purchases at a $160 average order value 🤯 This is real. And the reason isn't complicated. Most social conversion happens at the wrong moment. Someone sees a post, taps a link, a browser loads, they navigate a site, and somewhere in that chain they lose interest. By the time they reach checkout, most of them are already gone. A DM flow closes that chain. The moment someone takes action is the moment the offer lands. Same person, same intent, nothing between them and the purchase. The channel was never the constraint. It's when and where in the channel you're trying to convert. This video shows how Overtime did it. Wanna do it for yourself? Check out getpinpoint.io
- Text-onlyLately, I’ve been involved in a lot of brilliant and complex deep-tech companies in the EU that want to explode into the global market. And a misconception that I keep bumping up against is the assumption that superior technology automatically creates superior market understanding. It doesn’t. I’ve seen technically exceptional companies struggle with questions like: 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 ‘𝒈𝒆𝒕’ 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒆 𝒅𝒐? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝑼𝑺 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚? In many cases, the issue isn’t the product. It’s the commercial translation. Technical founders often communicate in the language of precision. And all their peers applaud. ...But markets buy in the language of outcomes, risk reduction, strategic advantage, and future certainty. And because of that gap, you get slower sales cycles, weaker investor conviction, confused positioning, longer enterprise adoption timelines, and internally, teams struggle to articulate value consistently. Particularly around decision makers who are often non-technical. Especially in the Nordics, where amazing innovation is taking place, I’ve noticed many highly sophisticated companies systematically understate their strategic value in global markets. It breaks my heart because their technology has enormous merit and their solutions are quite frankly mind-blowing, but the narrative architecture surrounding their work is almost always poorly designed for commercial persuasion. The global markets rarely reward companies for being technically correct. They reward companies that become commercially understood, trusted, and strategically legible.GBB MediaSince 27 May 2026

Some partnerships just 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘬. Ours with Axome - Brand & Tech Agency | Groupe EDG just reached Platinum level 🏆 And honestly, this one feels special. Because beyond the status, it represents months of collaboration, shared ambition, and a real commitment to helping brands build stronger customer relationships. Together, we’ve already had the chance to support amazing brands like Serge Blanco Bourgoin, PAYOT, La Belle Boucle, and many more. And every collaboration has just felt… easy. Same energy. Same standards. Same desire to do great work for clients. You can tell pretty quickly when a partnership is only “business”. This one genuinely feels like building together. We're hosting our third CMO Breakfast at LinkedIn's Farringdon HQ on July 1st. We keep these events small with a curated guest list - 25-40 CMOs, Heads of Growth and marketing leads at interesting companies Previously, we've focused on ABM on LinkedIn and Thought Leadership. This time, we're tackling the main issue raised at the last event: proving LinkedIn's impact in a way the CFO understands. We'll have a talk from Rachael Glynne of LinkedIn. Rachael will share their latest research and tools for tracking and reporting, and Marc Woodland will share our new framework for connecting activity to pipeline and revenue. Breakfast is included; doors open at 9, with talks from 10, and lots of time for networking and questions. We've got a few spaces left, so I thought I would open this up to my LinkedIn connections If you're interested in attending, please DM me, and I can share more details

Listening to 50 discovery calls used to take a week or more. It was always the integral part of GTM strategy for our clients. Last month I did it in 30 minutes with Claude Code + Fathom + Clay (for enrichment via functions) One prompt, 50 calls, every pain phrase and "why now" clustered by persona and company type. Output: a Google Doc with subject lines pulled verbatim from the calls, and a CSV matrix mapping pain to persona. But this isn't a productivity post. It's an ABM post. Because if you don't know what your buyer actually says, you don't know: → What content to publish on LinkedIn to pull them in → How to open a cold email so they read past line one → How to write a LinkedIn DM that doesn't sound like every other DM → What ad copy to run against your competitor's customers → Which pain to lead with per persona, per company size, per stage All of that comes from one place. The verbatim language your last 50 buyers used in discovery. "Our AEs spend an hour a day on data hygiene" outperforms "streamline your sales workflow" 3x on first-email or DM reply. Not because it's clever. Because it's the exact sentence three of their peers already said. The ICP Document that comes out of this isn't a Miro board. It's the spec that governs every piece of content, every email, every DM, every ad you ship for the next 90 days. Skip it and you're guessing what your buyer cares about. Do it and every downstream asset writes itself. Full workflow in this week's ABM Engineer, including the exact Claude Code prompt. Are you writing outbound copy from a Miro board, or from your own call transcripts?

Something I've been building for 12 months is finally live. A weekly newsletter for B2B GTM teams who've stopped chasing the "best ROI channel" and started engineering pipeline as a system. The ABM Engineer. Every week I'll publish one of: • An ABM play we're running in production • A Clay workflow we've built for a client • A signal-based play that activates outreach on real buying intent • An AI agent breakdown (what worked, what we killed) • A tool comparison from someone certified on all of them No theory. No "10 ways to boost your cold email reply rate." No regurgitated frameworks from a SaaS vendor blog. Article #1 just dropped. It's about the 15-touch buyer journey and why single-channel attribution is killing your pipeline. Subscribe 👇 Question, disagreement, or topic you want me to break down? Reply or DM me. 🧱

At first glance there might not seem to be a huge difference, but telling a story vs storytelling can completely change your content engagement. Audiences don't just want information. They want to be guided through a relatable experience. When you combine intentional structure with varied formats like b-roll, sound, visuals, and perspective shifts, you stop being a talking head and start being someone worth watching. At ContentJet, we build content around proven storytelling frameworks because strategy is what separates content that performs from content that just exists. P.S. ContentJet helps brands scale winning creative for Meta and TikTok Ads. You get high-quality video, shipped at the volume the platforms demand, so your budget isn't wasted on fatigued ads. If you’re seeing this, do me a favor and follow ContentJet. 😆 In all seriousness, thought this would be the best way to share that I’m transitioning to full-time with ContentJet as their Social Media Manager!! 😌 Jumping head-first into managing b2b socials is a path I never anticipated, but I’m more than excited to kickstart social strategies rooted in community growth and lead generation. In the 2 months I’ve been part-time, we’ve already been able to: 🤳 Double down on our LinkedIn strategy to grow our engagement by over 107% compared the the previous month, with our top post hitting a 75.86 engagement rate! 💡 Push out over 63 new posts to build platform consistency and establish a stronger community presence. 🫡 Increase total impressions across all platforms by 132% (+32.6k) So I guess I’ll sacrifice screen time and phone storage to be able to work with such a creative team! We’re entering a new era of loyalty as AI increasingly acts as a gatekeeper between brand and consumer. GALE’s latest report finds that 57% of UK consumers are comfortable letting AI filter brand communications, with 31% already telling an AI assistant to favour certain brands over others. This shift has ushered us into the Preference Economy, where experience, relevance and market by market nuance will define how brands earn loyalty. Read more ⬇️

You don't lose deals because of your product. Great PMMs already know this. They build positioning, messaging, and launch content with the entire buying process in mind, not just the product sitting in the middle of it. Average PMMs ignore how complex the buying committee actually is. They ship content their sales team never touches, because it was built in a vacuum and was never designed to work the way it needed to in the field. Then they hope to get promoted based on how much they produced, not whether any of it generated interest or moved a deal. The team at GetWhys is writing an eBook on this problem. How to tell one consistent story across your entire business, while still speaking to people who care about completely different things. We're releasing a chapter a week, starting now. Follow along as we build what we hope becomes a durable playbook for telling clear, confident stories that actually land with the person hearing them, not just the person you wrote them for. https://lnkd.in/gPxQQJfP
- FullpathRecorded 20 Sept 2026
Unpredictability is a feature, not a bug. Traditional software is deterministic: give it inputs, follow the rules, get a known output. Generative AI is different by design. It’s built to mimic human behavior, not to be perfectly predictable. That unpredictability lets systems handle nuance, improvise in conversation, and surface answers you didn’t explicitly program that makes it feel more - well, human. For dealerships that matters. Predictable rules still solve many tasks, but to deliver natural, helpful conversations, the kind that win customers’ trust - you need chatbots and agents that can think and respond more like humans. That means accepting some level of uncertainty and unpredictability while designing systems with clear constraints, guardrails, and feedback loops so those agents act in ways aligned with your brand and compliance needs. The trick is to design for both control and creativity: enforce policies, log and monitor behavior, and iterate using real interactions. When you balance predictability and human-like flexibility, the technology stops being just a tool and becomes a teammate that actually improves customer experience. If you haven't yet taken the dive into GenAI, now is the time. You’ll be amazed by the almost immediate impact it will have. [Free resource below] I was born and raised in Riyadh. I’ve seen firsthand the transformation of the Kingdom; from the 80’s till today. The pace is unbelievable, and the growth in the consumer sector is unlike anything we’ve witnessed in other markets where Gameball operates. But with all this excitement, brands still struggle with visibility and fight hard for customer attention. Occasions like Saudi National Day, where orders soar by 130%, are golden moments for brands to show up. Yet, discounts and promotions alone don’t cut it anymore. What really matters is how you engage customers on that day—because the experience you create goes far beyond a single transaction. It’s how you win loyalty, trust, and long-term retention. That’s why we’ve put together a free guide to help marketers make the most out of Saudi National Day: - Collect richer customer data - Engage beyond transactions - Build a customer base that lasts long after the occasion Comment GAMIFICATION and I’ll share it with you right away. #saudinationalday #saudi #ecommerce #retail
