Every ecom guru says increase AOV. We decreased it and made $42k more for our bagel brand client. AOV dropped 3.91%. Conversion rate jumped 20.14%. Most DTC food brands obsess over basket size. They push customers toward bigger orders and wonder why conversions tank. We flipped the script with this bagel company. Instead of forcing large bundles, they let customers build their own. Visual selector for flavors. Dynamic pricing that updates in real-time. Quantity control in the customer's hands. The psychology here is brilliant. When customers feel control over their purchase, friction disappears. They're not being sold to. They're creating their perfect order. Result: 20% more people bought something. Even though each order was slightly smaller, total revenue exploded 15.44%. Estimated to add $42,405 additional MRR if implemented. This is the conversion rate vs AOV trade-off most DTC founders get wrong. You don't always need bigger baskets. Sometimes you need more baskets. Customer control beats forced upsells every time. Give people choice architecture instead of choice pressure. Your food brand customers want to feel smart about their selections, not manipulated into bigger orders. Dashboard courtesy of Intelligems - We added $22 million to one DTC Shopify store last year. Let's talk if you want to add $100k+ MRR in the next 90 days: https://lnkd.in/dnm_QbnD

We don’t need more integrations or better integrations. We need software that integrates itself. I believe this is inevitable and will become a standard in a few years. Think about that for a second. Your AI agent can understand a customer's question in any language, interpret intent from vague requests, and respond with nuanced, contextual answers. No engineer coded every possible scenario. It just... figured it out. But ask that same brilliant agent to sync a contact to Salesforce? Suddenly it needs a human translator. An engineer has to wire up Claude Code, create the integration, work to define the data mappings, handle authentication, manage webhooks, and maintain the whole thing as APIs inevitably change. The integration market's answer to this problem has been: more connectors. Better connectors. Connector marketplaces. Unified APIs that normalize everything into the same schema. None of it works. Not really. Pre-built connectors can't cover the long tail. There are thousands of SaaS apps, each with unique APIs, each constantly changing. No library will ever be complete, and the moment it's published, it starts getting stale. Unified APIs sacrifice depth for breadth. They give you the lowest common denominator across apps, which means you lose the custom fields, advanced features, and per-customer variants that make integrations actually useful. And building everything in-house? That's just trading one problem for another. Now you have a team of engineers maintaining integration plumbing instead of building your product. That’s why at Membrane we are already working on self-integration. Self-integration doesn't replace your existing integrations, it augments them. When a user asks your agent to do something with an external app, it first checks your existing integrations and tools. If something's already built, it uses it. No reinventing the wheel. But if there's no integration? Instead of failing or waiting for an engineer, your agent collaborates with a specialized integration-building agent to create the connector it needs..dynamically, in real-time. The new integration is then used exactly like any pre-built tool to fulfill the user's request. From the end-user's perspective, it just works. They don't know or care whether the integration existed before or was created on the fly. That's the magic: infinite coverage without infinite engineering. What do you guys think? If that resonates with you, read more about our take here: https://lnkd.in/e8bDBKmx

We just shipped a FERMÀT MCP server. Ask Claude or ChatGPT which experiences are converting, how shoppers are navigating your pages, or where your brand is showing up in AI search results. Your commerce insights should meet your team wherever they already work.

Backcountry's VP of Product just spoke with James Hercher at AdExchanger about FERMÀT's Commerce Graph. Joe Torreano came in skeptical. The first beta build was, in his words, "kind of rough." He'd been paying legacy vendors hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for similar capabilities. Weeks later: Commerce Graph does the job just as well (if not better), with more granular tracking, at a fraction of the cost. Heatmaps on the homepage and PDPs. Agentic NLP to answer questions like "does email traffic degrade faster than other sources?" or "does featuring a certain product improve average order volume?" Connected behavioral signals across social platforms, on-site, and beyond. What stuck with me most was Joe's broader take: right now you still need a human to vet AI output. Ecommerce traffic has too many nuances: social visitors behave differently than organic, TikTok trends affect conversion in ways that aren't obvious. Agents don't yet have those instincts. But once they do, he said, we'll start letting them make decisions without a human approving each one. "Human out of the loop." That's the bet we're building toward. Grateful to Backcountry and Joe for being early believers in FERMÀT and honest partners through the beta. Full piece on AdExchanger's site and linked in the comments.

Every marketer dreams of this: 5× more add-to-carts. 7× more conversions. Zero extra ad spend. Kut From The Kloth pulled it off by tackling the one moment most ecommerce brands ignore — that tiny hesitation between interest and confidence. Instead of throwing more money at paid traffic, they used AI to help shoppers feel certain about what they were buying. The results? Game-changing. 👇 Comment Envive and I’ll send you the case study. It’s one of the best examples I’ve seen of AI making ecommerce more human. Envive AI (formerly Spiffy AI)

Many people don’t realize how much revenue slips away because of one simple issue: zero results in search. A customer mistypes a product name. They use shorthand like “16pro” instead of “iPhone 16 Pro.” Or they type a natural language request like “best phone case for travel.” The intent is there, but the system can’t interpret it, and instead of finding what they came for, they’re shown nothing. That moment quietly eats into revenue across every brand. BANDOLIER was running straight into this wall. Even highly-motivated shoppers looking for specific items couldn’t surface them in search. The demand existed, but the system simply wasn’t capturing it. When we partnered with Bandolier, we rebuilt search to actually understand customers' intent. Typos were corrected automatically. Synonyms were recognized. Natural language requests were interpreted the way people actually speak. And most importantly, relevant products started surfacing at the exact moment intent was strongest. The result was a 70% lift in checkout rate per search. Nearly one in seven shoppers who used our search ended up completing a purchase. For Bandolier, search went from being a friction point to being one of their biggest growth drivers. Read more about our collaboration here.

There's always been a gap between what teams need to create and what they can realistically produce. Yesterday we launched Dreem to close it. Teams are already testing talent and styling before committing to production, turning one product shot into full channel sets, generating video from stills they already had. Today, I want to walk through what we're seeing in those first sessions. Specifically: • How teams are using one input to generate complete content kits across channels • Why testing talent and styling virtually is changing how creative decisions get made • What happens when you can turn stills into video without production overhead If you're trying to close the gap between what your growth plan demands and what your creative pipeline can deliver, this is worth understanding. We just onboarded Guggenheim Bilbao. Yes, that Guggenheim. Their design shop is now an official ECO SHADES partner. A museum that draws visitors from across the world - people who travel specifically to experience great design, great art, and great craft. And they chose to put ECO SHADES on their shelves. That doesn't happen because of a good pitch. It happens because a buyer who curates for a museum - someone trained to evaluate design integrity, material quality, and longevity - picks up the product and makes a decision. Their visitors value good design. They value quality. They care about sustainability. And when you put all three of those things together at a sharp price point, you get a product that sells. And it really do sell. Museo Guggenheim Bilbao already placed a reorder.

We're back at CIFF. August 3-5, stand C3-086. This time we're bringing our new ECO SHADES designs for 2027. New styles but with the same high standards - recycled materials, 5-barrel hinges, flexible metal cores, and a crazy good price point. We’re bringing our signature LIGHT TABLE as well. If you've only seen ECO SHADES on a standard rack display, it's worth seeing what the product looks like when it's shown properly. CIFF is always one of the highlights of our year. Three days filled with inspiring conversations with buyers, retailers, and partners. Every fair leaves us with valuable feedback, new perspectives, and even more confidence that we’re building something meaningful. Seeing the reactions to our products reminds us why we do what we do. If you're at the show, find us at C3-086. We'd love to show you what's coming in 2027 😎

- Dyver.AISince 20 Jul 2026
I started Dyver.AI because I kept seeing the same thing: e-commerce teams drowning in catalog data that was supposed to be a solved problem. Thousands of SKUs. Dozens of attributes per product. Multiple channels with different format requirements. And at the center of it, a spreadsheet and someone manually copy-pasting. That was not a workflow problem. That was a structural one. Shopify just published that AI-powered shopping converts at 2x the rate when catalog data is clean and structured. Amazon, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Walmart, and Target are all backing the Universal Commerce Protocol, the open standard for how AI agents transact across the entire e-commerce ecosystem. The problem is no longer whether AI commerce is coming. It is already here. The question is whether your catalog data is ready for it. The brands with 1,000 or more SKUs who treat catalog quality as infrastructure rather than a cleanup project will build a compounding advantage over the next two years. The ones who do not will spend that time chasing channels their products never actually reach. We built Dyver for exactly this moment. Link to the full breakdown in comments.

Priced too high? You lose sales quietly. Priced too low? You lose margin quietly. The dangerous thing about both mistakes is that neither one announces itself. No alarm goes off when a customer bounces because your price is 8% above the market. No alert fires when you've been leaving €2 on every transaction for six months because your floor was set too conservatively. You just see slightly lower conversion. Slightly thinner margins. Easy to blame on seasonality, competition, the algorithm. Here's what makes this worth paying attention to: McKinsey research on the Global 1200 found that a 1% price increase, with demand held constant, lifts profits by an average of 11%. The flip side is equally true: many companies default to conservative pricing to avoid alienating customers, but this approach often leaves significant value uncaptured. The fix isn't always a price change. Sometimes it's just visibility: knowing which products are silently bleeding and in which direction. Which one keeps you up at night more: pricing too high or too low? Source: https://lnkd.in/evtXa3DY
