Pro tip: if you ever need to make a deck that looks like you actually hired someone, try this. I made this entire deck with zero design skills. ✨ Beautiful.ai turned my idea for a beauty tech pitch into a polished, on-brand deck . It makes me look way more creative than I actually am. #ad #BeautifulAIPartner https://ow.ly/K98W50ZESP0

Your best IT engineers shouldn't be spending their day on VPN tickets. We've officially launched the Atomicwork AI Workforce, and I wanted to show you what that actually looks like in practice! I submitted a VPN incident: disconnects every 30 minutes. The moment I hit submit, our NetworkOps AI coworker picked it up, understood the context, and handed it off to the right specialist, without a single human touching it. That coworker investigated, pulled from our internal knowledge base, cross-referenced external sources, and returned a full breakdown with step-by-step troubleshooting. This is the difference between AI that assists and AI that owns. An AI coworker with a defined role, the right tools, and a human manager, the same way you'd run any high-performing team. Welcome to the #AtomicworkForce!
- Text-onlyYour CMS is holding your docs hostage. Powerful search, version control, and a WYSIWYG editor. That's great for 2020. In 2025, if your platform isn't offering these 8 features, you're not just writing docs—you're managing a museum. 1️⃣ Semantic Search. Users don't search for the exact words you used. They search for the problem they have. Your CMS needs AI-powered semantic search that understands intent, not just keywords. It should answer natural language questions like, "How do I connect to a new database?". 2️⃣ Content Health & ROT Analysis. Your docs are full of ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, Trivial) content. A modern CMS should proactively flag it. Imagine a dashboard showing: "These 15 pages haven't been viewed in 6 months," or "This code snippet is likely outdated based on our latest release." An automated content gardener. 3️⃣ User Journey Playbacks. You see a page has high views, but is it successful? This feature shows you anonymized recordings of user sessions in your docs. You can see where they get stuck, what they copy, and where they rage-quit. Like having a UX researcher looking over your user's shoulder, 24/7. 4️⃣ Proactive Content Recommendations (In-App). Don't wait for the user to search. A great CMS integrates with your product to offer contextual help. If a user is struggling on the billing page for more than 30s, a small pop-up should offer them the "Billing FAQs" article. It brings the help to them. 5️⃣ AI-Assisted SME Reviews. The biggest bottleneck is getting Subject Matter Expert reviews. This feature uses AI to pre-process content for SMEs. It highlights the specific technical claims that need verification and even formulates direct questions like, "Is this parameter name still correct for the v2.5 API?" It respects their time, so you get faster approvals. 6️⃣ Trust Score & Verified Snippets. Not all content is created equal. This feature adds a "trust score" to articles, based on how recently they've been updated and verified by an expert. Crucially, code snippets get a "Verified for version X.X" badge, automatically tested via CI/CD. It tells devs what they can trust at a glance. 7️⃣ Search Query-to-Article Pipeline. Your search analytics show 100 people searched for "how to integrate with Slack," but you have no article on it. A smart CMS doesn't just show you that data; it automatically creates a draft article with that title and assigns it to your team. It turns missed opportunities into a content pipeline. 8️⃣ Low-Code Interactivity. You shouldn't need a UI developer to make your docs engaging. A modern CMS needs a library of low-code interactive components: add a quiz, an editable code block, a pricing slider, or an interactive diagram as easily as you'd add a screenshot. This is why we're building Archbee (YC S21) (we shipped some of these features already). So, for all the tech writers and doc managers building the future: What's the #1 "dream feature" you wish your CMS had right now?ArchbeeRecorded 8 Sept 2026

Our growth engineer, Michael Peterson, just built a GitHub Actions agent to automate investigation and remediation of failed builds. Here’s how it works: * Detects when a GitHub Actions build fails * Fetches the job logs automatically * Prompts Claude Code with relevant errors in headless mode to generate a potential fix * Opens a pull request with the proposed change for human review Last month, we lost three hours debugging a mysterious CI failure that only happened during deploys. Everything worked perfectly on our local machines, but the build kept failing with cryptic module resolution errors. We eventually discovered a breaking change in an upstream dependency. That was the moment Michael decided to automate this process. The agent is not doing YOLO merges, a human still reviews every PR before it is merged. But nobody has to dig through logs manually. Last week alone, the agent fixed 14 deploys for us automatically. Time will tell, but we’re pretty confident we can get this to successfully debug 90%+ of our build failures. It’ll at least get us started on debugging the rest. We wrote a step-by-step guide and open sourced the repo so you can launch your own GitHub Actions build failure agent. Both links are in the first comment. ❓ What have you done to counter failed builds in your pipeline?
- AptibleSince 10 Sept 2025
❌ Deploy failed You’ve seen this screen before. And you know what happens next. You’re ready to ship. The code is clean. Tests pass locally. You push to GitHub. The build kicks off... ‼️ Build failed. Now you’re stuck doing this instead of shipping: * Digging through logs * Guessing what went wrong * Trying a fix * Pushing again * Repeating... Last month, we lost 3 hours debugging a mysterious CI failure that only happened during deploys. Everything worked perfectly on local machines, but the build kept failing with cryptic module resolution errors. The root cause: A breaking change in an upstream dependency. 3 hours, gone. For something that should have been obvious. That was when we decided to automate the entire process. We built a GitHub Actions agent that now handles these failures for us automatically: * Detects when a GitHub Actions build fails * Fetches the job logs automatically * Prompts Claude Code with relevant errors in headless mode to generate a potential fix * Opens a pull request with the proposed change for human review ✋ The agent doesn’t merge anything on its own. 👀 A human still reviews every PR before it’s merged. 😄 But nobody has to dig through logs manually anymore. Last week alone, it fixed 14 deploys automatically. We think it will eventually debug 90%+ of our build failures and at least get us started on the rest. Want to build a GitHub Actions agent to automate build failures for your team? Comment “build” and I’ll send you a step-by-step guide along with the repo.

Your CRM isn’t your “source of truth." How can it be if sales reps hate updating it so much? In theory, the CRM should be the source of truth, but since reps hate updating it, only a few diligent reps will stay on top of it every day. A CRM should be a static snapshot of a dynamic experience. But they never are. The real source of truth is where collaboration actually happens. A few real examples: • The onboarding plan your customer is working through • The Slack channel where they ask questions at 11 p.m. • The shared workspace where progress is actually visible For a long time, we thought of Arrows as something that sits on top of the CRM as a nice little addition. But our customers told us something different: They told us their sales process *is* Arrows and their onboarding process *is* Arrows, and the CRM is just where they log what happened after the fact. Instead, they need to know whether their buyer is sharing materials with their team and whether their customer is following through on onboarding tasks. That's the data that really matters. If your CRM says one thing and your customer workspace shows another, which one would you actually trust? If this is making you rethink things, DM me. Happy to show you how we're building for this.
- ArrowsSince 4 Nov 2025
The new Arrows is officially live! I’m so proud of what we’ve built. Our product has grown a lot over the years, especially this past one. We launched sales rooms, expanded what’s possible with onboarding plans, and it felt like time for our brand to match the level of our product. So today, we’re launching our new website! What I’m most proud of is what’s at the center of it all: our customers. We talk about happy customers all the time because they really are everything at Arrows. We love talking to them, hearing their stories, and seeing the results they’re getting. Now, you’ll see their faces all over our site. Real people, real quotes, real videos about how they use Arrows and what’s working for them. Not just badges or logos, but genuine stories from the teams we get to work with every day. We’ll be sharing even more of these stories soon with new case studies and videos rolling out weekly. P.S. We’ll be sharing a bunch of other product announcements over the next few weeks, with a BIG one coming tomorrow. Keep an eye out. 👀

💡 Great products don’t just happen. They’re built on great processes. As a Product Manager, your job isn’t only to choose the right features. It’s to create the conditions for your team to build them faster, better, and at scale 🚀. One of the most overlooked ways to do that? Workflow automation 🤖 Why it matters: Every manual step you leave in place becomes a recurring tax on your team’s time. Slow, manual workflows delay launches and invite errors. Hidden process friction quietly damages user experience. The best PMs treat automation hunting like they treat product-market fit: relentlessly. Every hour saved from repetitive work is an hour invested in solving customer problems. Automation isn’t just about efficiency. It’s a force multiplier: ⚡ Makes your team more agile ⚡ Improves product reliability ⚡ Accelerates your roadmap These aren’t just “ops” issues. They’re product issues. When workflows are slow, releases are slow. When workflows are broken, user experience suffers. The PM automation mindset: 🔍 Map the workflow. ⚡ Find the bottlenecks. 🔄 Replace repetitive tasks with automation. The results? Faster release cycles. Happier users. More room for innovation 🌟 If it happens more than once, find a way to automate it. The most successful products aren’t just well-designed; they’re built on streamlined, scalable workflows. 📌 Sponsor note: This post is made in partnership with Anvil, turning data into PDFs and automating heavy document workflows. What exactly does a 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗣𝗠 do? 🤔 Most product managers build features for users. Platform PMs build systems for builders. 🧱 Here’s a real-world example: Carta, the equity management platform, wanted to help LLCs generate and sign customized legal agreements inside their product. Instead of building a PDF engine, form builder, and e-sign system from scratch, they embedded Anvil’s platform building blocks — APIs for PDF generation, data mapping, and signing. In other words, they assembled the solution using prebuilt “LEGO blocks” rather than forging new ones. 🧩 That’s what a Platform PM does inside a company. They define, prioritize, and manage those reusable “LEGO blocks” (like internal APIs, services, and frameworks) so that feature teams can move faster. Their customers aren’t end-users, they’re internal developers. Their success metric isn’t engagement or conversion; it’s developer velocity⚡and reuse. A good Platform PM: • Thinks in systems, not screens • Designs for scalability and consistency • Measures how much faster (and safer) other teams can ship The best ones make themselves almost invisible — you don’t notice them because everything just works. So next time you hear “Platform PM,” think of the people making sure every product team has the right building blocks to innovate quickly — whether those blocks come from Anvil, Stripe, or internal APIs. 📌 Sponsor note: This post is made in partnership with Anvil, turning data into PDFs and automating heavy document workflows.

One question I’ve been asking enterprise leaders: “What does good execution actually look like across your entire team?” Not your top performers. Your entire organization. The answers are consistent. It’s not more activity. It’s not more pipeline. It’s not more tools. It’s consistency at scale. Consistency in how teams: · Qualify complex opportunities · Build and pressure-test deal strategy · Navigate large buying groups · Align to customer priorities · Inspect and coach deals across regions Because in most enterprise teams, this varies more than leaders would like. Top performers do it well. But across hundreds or thousands of sellers, it’s far less consistent. That’s where execution breaks down. The teams getting ahead are addressing this directly. They’re not leaving execution to individual interpretation. They’re operationalizing it across the business. So execution becomes: · Structured · Repeatable · Visible Across the entire revenue organization. That’s when predictability starts to show up. We think about it like this https://lnkd.in/g-PqhMtM #StrategicRevenueExecution #ExecutionExcellence #EnterpriseSales #RevenueGrowth

I've spent 10+ years building CCaaS software. Priced it at $50–100 a seat. Customers always called it expensive — then went shopping for the cheapest provider to route their calls. Not once did anyone put the staffing cost on the table. That era is over. "AI-as-a-service" is the new SaaS. Anywhere humans do work, agents will do 90% of it. That's every service business quietly turning into software. And the pricing model is flipping with it — seat-based → outcome-based. That shift alone unlocks $50B+ in new value capture. Here's what it means in practice: software isn't going after your process anymore. It's going after labor. I'm not saying we replace 100% of your team — I'm saying we augment the 20% to do the work of the 80%. Your cost drops by an order of magnitude. Concrete example: I'll answer your missed calls for 10 cents each. Seriously. You're losing that revenue anyway. Why not let an agent book the appointment, set the follow-up, or at minimum email you exactly what the caller needed? 10 cents per missed call. Less than a burrito for 100 calls 🧐 And we do full builds. Tell me your use case and I'll build you a voice bot — free, on my dime and my time. That's the Build-a-Bot program 👇 https://lnkd.in/g4CqfFr6

534 applications. 212 connection requests. 6 emails. 2 calls. This is what most job seekers are actually up against right now. With the amount of layoffs out there, these numbers are probably even worse now... Hiring managers are B-U-R-I-E-D!!! Recruiters completely overwhelmed... A 20 second scan of your CV is the best most of you'll get before a decision gets made about you. In that environment the candidates who stand out aren't necessarily more qualified, they just are easier to pay attention to. After 5 years in one role there was too much I wanted to say for just 20 seconds worth of their time... So as I wanted a sales position, I'd treat my search like a live deal vs another application. Built my digital sales/CV room in Aligned One link, infinite space, instead of competing with 500+ identical CVs... Here's what's in my room: 1) Quick overview: intro, 1-min video, availabilities 2) Portofolio: segments, territory, avg deal size/sales cycle, targets etc. 3) Testimonials: from colleagues, managers, clients sold to 4) Win story: as detailed as it can get 5) Awards (optional) Every role I applied for moved to the last round Multiple interviews with big name companies in one single week. There is one notification that, when I see it, I know with certainty my buyer is interested in working with Offsite. I've been working a six figure deal since February. It's been slow, and some of my team members have encouraged me to close it. "They aren't buyers." But I knew they were interested because: They spent 30+ minutes reading multiple case studies. They watched all my videos. The spent 45 minutes reviewing sales materials and our mutual action plan. And even though communications were slow, I was getting my favorite notification multiple times per week: “_____ just entered your Aligned room” Multiple members of the buying committee have logged into the room. Including two people I didn't even know existed. If a buyer never opens my Aligned Room after a disco call I tell my team to DQ the deal. That's how much I trust the signal. The deal room isn't a nice-to-have. It's where our deals LIVE. If you're still managing six figure opportunities out of your inbox, you ned to try this. Trust me, this will change the way you sell: https://lnkd.in/g2dBHe78 #AlignedPartner
