Let me guess your last CAPA. Re-training. Re-training. And… More re-training. Not because it’s correct. But because it’s easy. Quality managers don’t lack expertise. They lack time. By the time you write a CAPA, you’ve already done the hard parts: ✔️ Analyzed the deviation ✔️ Reviewed impacted SOPs ✔️ Identified the root cause That’s enough signal for a system to help you think. Not just store PDFs. Yet most eQMS stop exactly where thinking begins. So we changed the game. Docuply uses AI to: ✅ Read your deviation context ✅ Understand your root cause ✅ Suggest CAPA actions that actually address the problem In seconds. Not days. This doesn’t replace quality judgement. It protects it! Because your value isn’t typing. It’s deciding. If your deviation & CAPA process still feels like manual labor, you’re working below your level. Get insights how we accelerate deviations and CAPAs 💡 Schedule your demo here ➡️ https://docuply.io/en/demo

In an era of zero-click search, how would your portal still compete, especially with declining traffic? This is exactly what I tackle in this edition of Omnisillence, the newsletter for pharma specialists active in digital, omnichannel, commercial, and medical space. The good news is that the traffic that you will get on the portal might be more qualitative than quantitative, and you can read more about this in this article

Clinical trial teams are being asked for more statistical rigor, faster timelines, and stronger traceability, all at once. 🔬 Meanwhile, trial designs keep getting ever more complex, with adaptations and Bayesian methods increasingly in the mix. So where can AI genuinely help? What separates an assistant grounded in validated knowledge from a general-purpose model, and what has to happen before we can really trust its output? Gabriel Potvin, P.Eng. and I explore where AI fits into the design workflow, the real value of context engineering, and how these tools should be evaluated in our latest article with Cytel. From Blockbusters to Biomarkers: Rethinking Commercialization for the Precision Era It’s clear that for precision medicines, the traditional blockbuster model for commercialization is out of sync with its needs. Traditional models, built for broad and undifferentiated populations, are often costly and poorly aligned with the specific needs of therapies targeting biomarker-defined patient group. Innovation Has Outpaced Commercialization Despite rapid advances in precision medicine, commercialization strategies have struggled to keep pace. The persistent assumption that diagnostic testing will naturally follow a drug launch has proven wrong. Without early, intentional alignment among pharma, diagnostics, labs, and physicians, testing lags behind and eligible patients remain undiscovered. Traditional models, reliant on large sales teams and broad awareness campaigns, are increasingly ineffective at reaching physicians at the critical moment of decision-making. The financial burden is immense and untenable for precision therapies. As a result, we’re seeing promising treatments being deprioritized, abandoned, or returned to licensors, not due to clinical shortcomings, but because the commercial model cannot support their targeted nature. The Case for Change: Enter Targeted Commercialization This growing disconnect calls for a different approach, one as precise as the therapies it supports. Targeted Commercialization, pioneered by Diaceutics, is a strategic partnership designed to ensure that groundbreaking treatments reach those who need them most, efficiently and effectively. What Makes Targeted Commercialization Different? - Strategic Partnership, Not Just a Service: Targeted Commercialization is rooted in collaboration and deeply understanding the needs of each asset. - Powered by Real-World Data: Leveraging proprietary multi-modal and real-time data, this model provides a dynamic, actionable view of the testing and treatment landscape. - Persona-Driven Engagement: Lab and physician stakeholders are engaged both digitally and personally, with relevant, timely and persona driven messaging. - Cost-Efficient, Flexible Models: Milestone-based and success-based pricing aligns costs with impact, preserving cash runway and de-risking commercialization for biopharma partners. The Bottom Line At Diaceutics, we believe commercialization should be as precise as the therapies it supports. And with Targeted Commercialization, we’re proving that it can be. Let’s build the future of precision medicine together! #PrecisionMedicine #DataDrivenImpact #PatientImpact #Diaceutics

GLP-1 wholesale prices have dropped and WTW got it right, employers shouldn't expect their costs to go down. Here is why. The price reductions in the headlines are reductions to list or "gross" prices. That number is inflated by design to produce a larger rebate against what employers actually pay ("net"). The 60-75% reductions shrink the gross-to-net spread, but they do not eliminate the PBM's economics. Rebates recalibrate, the PBM retains its margin, and the employer's net cost stays flat. To help employers, manufacturers have built new channels that bypass the middleware layer where price inflation lives and affordability dies. This is the structural shift that actually changes the math, and the change is significant. The middleware layer alone adds more than 27% in cost. None of it goes to care or value. All of it is gone in the new employer-centric model of Crux. Consider prior authorization. Both branded GLP-1 options are the exact same medicine. Prior auth is not a clinical safeguard, it is a PBM toll booth. And yes, employers should absolutely care about clinical integrity. No one wants to subsidize prescriptions from a med spa. That is exactly the point. Those utilization management dollars can now go toward a cardiometabolic program that improves adherence and outcomes. Spend on value. The most effective path for scaling GLP-1 affordability is to combine consumer dollars with employer dollars. We built Crux so that 100% of the employer's contribution goes toward value. Lower out-of-pocket costs. Branded medication packaged with temp tracking, delivered next-day. A simple and engaging member experience that makes cost, status, and next steps clear at a glance for consumers. Crux does not charge the employer a dime. Direct that spend toward a high-quality clinical care program from a partner you choose. No tolls. Just value. Crux is live and shipping to our first employers, who can add a coverage benefit right now. And we're working with some great care providers if you want options. The question is no longer whether employers should participate. It is, "What else can we apply this model to?"

Today is a big day for Crux. We announced our collaboration with Novo Nordisk this morning, and I'm thrilled to share that Wegovy® is now available on Crux in both the injectable and pill formats. More choice for employers, consumers, and their clinical providers. We're at a rare moment in healthcare. We get to choose transparency over mystery. Choice over spread. Access over friction. Which means we get to scale Yes over no. For decades, we (collectively) have put so much of the administrative and financial burden onto the shoulders of American business. It's about time we start making some of it lighter. Today deserves the glass-half-full outlook. Progress is coming. It looks brighter than it did yesterday. And there is more great news on the way. A lot of it. Thank you to the amazing team over at Novo Nordisk! It has been an absolute pleasure and I’m thrilled we have you in Crux.

Round-the-clock care is a clinical necessity. But without the right support, it becomes an operational strain. When we partner with health systems to build 24/7 triage and transfer support, the goal isn’t just coverage—it’s sustainability. That starts by asking: * Are clinicians spending after-hours time on care—or coordination? * Could some of this work be rerouted without compromising quality? * Is your structure set up to keep the right people focused on the right things? We’ve helped partners reduce unnecessary on-call disruptions, take transfer coordination off the plate of bedside nurses, and streamline after-hours decision-making. The result? Patients still get timely, high-quality care—while internal teams stay focused on their core competency. And as the pressure lifts, so does burnout, turnover, and the invisible cost of inefficiency. Because 24/7 care shouldn’t require a 24/7 drain on your people. How are you structuring after-hours care to support both performance and people? #WorkforceDesign #StaffingEfficiency #HealthcareRedesign #COOInsights #ConduitHealthPartnersEmployee

Patient transfers are one of the most underestimated levers in system-wide performance. When processes aren’t consistent, delays build up. Multiple calls. Gaps in information. Slower decisions. Both providers and patients feel the strain. That’s why more health systems are centralizing transfer operations. A centralized model streamlines decisions, reduces handoffs, and keeps providers focused on care instead of logistics. When transfers run smoothly: • Patients are placed faster • ED boarding drops • Capacity is used more efficiently • Staff are better supported • Growth becomes possible Reducing ED boarding by just one hour can add more than $9,000 in revenue — and that’s just one small lever. Centralized transfers also generate data that reveals service line gaps, market needs, and growth opportunities. The full whitepaper outlines how health systems are using transfer centers to support performance and acquisition. For decades, my work has focused on a simple truth: Good dementia care starts with understanding the person, not just the diagnosis. A person's memory loss doesn't erase their identity. That's why I advocate for the use of a Life Story Card. It's a quick reference that helps any caregiver—family or professional—step into the person's world with context, warmth, and respect. Knowing a preferred nickname, a favorite food, or a valued career can turn a daily task into a supportive moment of connection. It makes care familiar and reassuring. I had a great conversation on the ComForCare's ComForConnections podcast about how you can use social history to create better days immediately. In my years treating people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), I witnessed far too many patients exhaust their options, facing relapse with nowhere left to turn. While immunotherapies have transformed progress across other blood cancers, AML has remained stubbornly out of reach. That needs to change. At Cullinan Therapeutics, we’re seeing early signs that it can. Compelling data shared during #ASH25 indicates our investigational T cell engager, CLN-049, could harness the immune system against AML and offer a potent, flexible, and differentiated therapeutic strategy for a broad population. While there’s still much work ahead, these promising early signals motivate our efforts to advance science with purpose and finally reach patients who need new treatment options.

Hello everyone! A bit different from my usual posts, but I’m thrilled to share this short video by the Ceva team summarizing my past two years in the Graduate Program. Today, I can say that the Graduate Program at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life. I have worked in Hungary on site at Ceva Phylaxia Campus and now in Sicile at Vetem. Each rotation pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow faster than I ever imagined. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the chance to truly dive into digital transformation and continuous improvement. From deploying digital solutions to transition paper processes into Electronic Batch Records (EBR), to driving 5S and Lean initiatives that directly boost shop-floor productivity, this experience has solidified my passion for bridging engineering with modern digital operations. The hands-on training and mentorship I received truly bridged the gap between my studies and real-world applications. Moments like the inauguration of our new site – where every single employee was celebrated – reminded me why I chose this path. As this incredible program wraps up this October, I am excited to see where these developed skills will take me next as a digital transformation engineer, and I am highly motivated to keep driving operational excellence in my next professional chapter. Most realtor models for U.S. cleanroom space stop at price per square foot. They rarely capture the full operating reality. Building or leasing a medical-device cleanroom means far more than the physical space: continuous environmental monitoring, specialized technicians, facility engineers, QA support, cleaning protocols, energy, and the risk of under-utilization. These hidden costs add up quickly—and they’re expensive for smaller operators to staff and manage alone. Chrysalis is different. Pre-qualified ISO 7/8 suites ready in 4–6 weeks. You keep full control of process and IP. Shared specialized roles and infrastructure are already in place, so you avoid building an entire support organization. Flexible terms, no long-term lock-ins. A cleaner financial model for European medtech teams that need U.S. capacity without the hidden costs of going it alone.
