¿Qué buscamos los inversores en startups early stage? ¿La idea? ¿El equipo? ¿Un MVP? ¿Buenas métricas? TODO es importante Pero hay una sola cosa que puede separarte del resto: 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶ó𝗻 Podés tener una gran visión y un deck impecable, pero si tu producto tiene usuarios activos, crecimiento sostenido o señales de product–market fit… el juego cambia. La tracción rompe dudas Muestra que lo que hacés ya funciona, que hay alguien del otro lado pagando o usando Y cuando eso pasa, levantar capital se vuelve mucho más fácil! Porque si veo tracción, no tengo que imaginar el potencial. Lo estoy viendo. Certa vez fiz essa afirmação num grupo de whats, cuja maioria era composta por engenheiros. uma pessoa discordou de mim, e veemente respondeu com o seguinte comentário: "Só se for de faculdade de engenharia EAD!" Como se a qualidade de um curso estivesse relacionada apenas a forma como ele é ministrado. Como resposta a colocação dele eu disse: "Você passou pelo menos 5 anos numa faculdade presencial e não conseguiu perceber que em toda modelagem matemática da realizada sempre existem simplificações, os instrumentos de medição possuem erros, os executados cálculos propagam ainda mais tais, inclusive existe uma técnicas matemática para estimá-lo, e por fim, que em todos os resultados apresentado sempre existe um "Fator de segurança" que é justamente para cobrir os erros e as simplificações utilizados. Ora, se eu lanço mão de simplificações (deixo de considerar alguns fenômenos) e uso instrumentos que possuem erros, como isso pode produzir algo exato? E você, concorda ou discorda da minha afirmação? Obs.: minha opinião sobre cursos EAD. Não é ser a distância ou não que faz de um curso ser bom ou ruim e sim a maneira como o curso é ministrado. Claro que as aulas práticas podem ficar prejudicadas, mas que com tecnologia é possível minimizar esse ponto. No entanto, já vi muita faculdade de engenharia presencial por ai que até tinha laboratórios diversos, mas as aulas aconteciam de 2a a 6a feiras das 19:30 às 22:00 para aulas teóricas e práticas, com duração de 5 anos, aprovadas pelo MEC e CREA. ai te pergunto, será que ser presencial realmente é indicativo de "qualidade"? deixo ai a pergunta para reflexão. Towards the middle of my tenure at Sur La Table, we rolled out a brand training program. This program enabled employees to get short refreshers on key brands and learn the features and benefits of new products. The only way that program had any hope of success was if the managers supported it. Success required the manager to: - acknowledge the training was valuable - create the time for the employee to complete the online modules - and then check in with them about what they learned and answer questions they may have Brands that participated in the program saw an increase in sales, but it wasn't just because of the employees selling the product, it was the manager's support that contributed too. ⭐ How managers support training matters! ⭐ If you want to learn more about how to leverage manager support for your training programs, don't miss our webinar next week. Found this gem cleaning out my desk today. A throwback to my early days at Facebook. No AI copilots. No LeetCode leaderboards. No layoffs (at least not like today). The tech world felt simpler. Or maybe I was just more naive. Either way, getting into Big Tech back then wasn't easy. But it also wasn’t the pressure cooker it is now. Today, every role has thousands of qualified applicants. Job descriptions ask for full-stack unicorns and AI whisperers. Even the best engineers I know are feeling imposter syndrome creeping in. So here’s my advice for the holidays: Don’t just rest — reset. This is the best time of year to quietly build an edge for 2026. - Reflect on where you want to be by Q1 next year - Double down on one area that will move the needle (System Design, interview readiness, AI fluency, etc.) - Invest in upskilling (even 30 focused minutes a day can compound fast) You don’t need to sprint. Mas aqui está a pegadinha que a maioria das empresas não percebe: Você não controla resultado. Você controla comportamento. E comportamento é o que gera resultado. Vejo isso acontecer em reunião após reunião: → Equipes pressionadas por números → Líderes cobrando performance → Todo mundo focando no resultado final Enquanto ninguém está olhando para o que realmente importa: Quais comportamentos precisam mudar para aquele resultado acontecer? São os comportamentos que definem o resultado. A pergunta certa não é: "Como vamos bater a meta?" A pergunta certa é: "Quais comportamentos precisamos ter para alcançar esse resultado?" → Precisamos ser mais estratégicos nas decisões? → Comunicação precisa ser mais eficaz e frequente? → Execução precisa ser mais ágil? → Colaboração precisa aumentar entre áreas? → Liderança precisa inspirar mais? Quando você muda comportamento, o resultado vem. E quando o assunto é mudança comportamental, nós entendemos bem. São 35 anos transformando comportamentos em +30 países. Resultado: Performance consistente, não só aquele “apagar incêndio” de último trimestre. Para você que está naquela pressão de fim de ano. Pare de focar apenas no número. Pergunte-se: "Qual comportamento eu e minha equipe precisamos ter para alcançar o resultado que desejamos?" Essa mudança de foco faz toda diferença. Mude o comportamento. O resultado vem. Leiderschap leer je niet met een PowerPoint. Je leert het in situaties waarin gedrag écht getest wordt. Veel L&D-programma’s leggen een sterke theoretische basis, en toch blijft de grootste uitdaging hetzelfde: het vertalen van kennis naar meetbaar gedrag op de werkvloer, juist op de momenten dat het spannend wordt. In de praktijk zie ik dat organisaties nog te vaak hopen dat kennis vanzelf leidt tot actie. Maar hoop is geen strategie; het is gokken met je KPI’s. De echte stap vooruit? Niet méér theorie, maar beter inzicht in gedrag: Waar gaat het mis onder druk? Hoe consistent is gedrag in echte situaties? Wat kun je meten om groei écht zichtbaar te maken? Pas wanneer je deze vragen beantwoordt, wordt leren strategisch: niet alleen leren om te weten, maar leren om te presteren.
