After-hours access and provider burnout are challenges I hear about from nearly every health leader I speak with. Families need answers, and providers need relief—that balance isn’t easy to strike. That’s why the latest episode of Industry Insights with Cheryl stood out to me. Conduit’s President, @Cheryl Dalton-Norman, sat down with @Dr. Shannon Henning, COO and CMO of @Hello Pediatrics, to share how they’re addressing these pressures through nurse-first triage. The result: families get immediate clinical guidance, and providers get the support they need after hours. I had the pleasure of connecting with Shannon during Hello Peds’ evaluation process, and it’s rewarding to see how this partnership is helping both patients and providers. I encourage you to listen to the podcast. The link is in the comments. #Pediatrics #AccessToCare #ProviderWellbeing#ConduitHealthPartnersEmployee

When we talk about capacity, we usually focus on beds, rooms, and physical space. But there’s another capacity limit that often goes unnoticed: clinical decision-making bandwidth. Every preventable after-hours call and every poorly coordinated handoff steals mental focus from direct patient care. Over time, this drains providers' ability to deliver high-quality care and erodes their engagement. Nurse-first triage and transfer centers help protect this cognitive space. They ensure that the right clinical issues reach the right clinician at the right time. They minimize interruptions. And they preserve providers’ mental bandwidth to stay sharp and effective where they’re needed most. Protecting cognitive capacity isn’t just good for providers, it’s essential for patient care. Do you agree with this perspective? #ClinicalCapacity #FocusToCare #SystemDesignMatters #ConduitHealthPartnersEmployee

Not every chemical is ready for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. In regulated biopharma environments, success starts long before production. It starts with raw materials and process solutions that fit the real needs of manufacturing: compliant, documented, traceable, and designed for the process - not forced into it. The future will not belong to suppliers with the biggest catalogue. It will belong to partners who understand how materials perform inside validated manufacturing processes. At CG Pharma & Biotech, this challenge has become our mission. We don’t simply supply chemicals. 👉🏼 We help our customers transform technical requirements into manufacturing-ready solutions. Because in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance is expected. Confidence is the real value. ✅ How do you simplify raw material qualifications across global manufacturing sites❓ ➖ ➖ ➖ My name is Thomas and I have +25 years experience finding the best solution in pharmaceutical raw material supplies across the globe - lets connect to find the solution that resolves your supply problems.

CMS just changed the game for 743 hospitals. Starting January 2026, they'll be financially responsible for entire surgical episodes, from admission through 30 days post-discharge. This isn't a pilot program. It's a preview of where all of healthcare is heading. Which means your reimbursement now depends on what happens to patients after they leave your building. That follow-up call three days post-surgery? The medication adherence check? The early signs that could prevent a readmission? All of it now directly impacts your bottom line. Most hospitals are approaching this tactically - updating protocols, training staff, buying new tools. But the real challenge isn't operational. It's systemic. When your financial success depends on 30-day outcomes, you can't afford: → Different standards across departments → Gaps between inpatient and outpatient care → Communication breakdowns after discharge The hospitals that will thrive under TEAM aren't necessarily the ones with the most resources. But they do understand something fundamental: Consistency across the entire patient journey isn't optional. The shift to value-based care has been gradual for years. TEAM just made it an immediate financial reality for 743 hospitals. ---------- The TEAM mandate is coming fast. There's a moment in every patient's journey where they hear: "Your insurance won't cover this." What happens next depends entirely on the systems we build. At Cinnamon, we're reimagining what's possible when healthcare technology is designed around patient access rather than administrative convenience. Our platform doesn't just process data, it opens doors. For hospital systems, we've automated what used to take care coordinators 5+ hours per patient. For patients, we've removed the barrier between "you need treatment" and "you can afford treatment." This is what healthcare technology should be: invisible to patients, transformative to outcomes. Watch this story. This is why we build. #HealthcareAccess #PatientAdvocacy #HealthTech #PriorAuthorization #HealthEquity #CinnamonHealth

📅 18. Not just a concept. Try Flight Mode™. See it. Hear it. Experience it. Over the past few months, I've been sharing an idea with the aviation industry. They've challenged our thinking and helped shape the next step. So rather than talking about the concept... We've built a Version 1 interactive demonstrator. Flight Mode™ is a concept showing how neuro-acoustic technology could support passengers at key moments throughout their journey. ✈️ Settle In 😴 Deep Rest 🌊 Turbulence Calm 🎯 Arrival Ready This isn't a video. It isn't a mock-up. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥. We're not presenting a finished product. We're presenting a starting point. One that we hope will evolve through feedback from airlines, passenger experience teams, IFE providers and travellers themselves. If you work in aviation, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Would you use Flight Mode on your next flight? Which journey stage is the most valuable? What would you add? What have we missed? The best ideas rarely come from one company. Psychologists already have many ways of helping clients settle, regulate and prepare for therapeutic work - breathing, grounding, mindfulness, visualisation and, of course, the skill of the psychologist themselves. But recently, I've found myself wondering whether there could be another. The thought actually came from conversations around supporting military personnel with recovery, sleep, focus and mental wellbeing, where we explored the idea of developing a 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭'𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭 using our neuro-acoustic technology. That idea stayed with me. Because why limit it to a military setting? Could neuro-acoustic technology become one more tool in the room? Not to replace any of those techniques. And absolutely not to replace the expertise of the psychologist. Simply another option they could choose to use when they believe it may help. Perhaps helping a client arrive in a calmer, more settled state before beginning difficult work. Perhaps supporting breathing, reflection or visualisation during a session. Perhaps helping someone regulate before leaving the room after an emotionally demanding appointment. And eventually, perhaps supporting some of the work that happens between sessions too. One aspect particularly interests me: Many relaxation and grounding techniques require the client to actively do something. Focus on the breath. Follow an exercise. Visualise something. Count. Concentrate. What if, at certain moments, they could simply listen? I don't know exactly what the finished solution should look like. And that's precisely why I don't want us to build it alone. We’re now bringing together a small group of practising psychologists, counsellors and therapists for our 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 - to help us explore, test and shape a dedicated neuro-acoustic toolkit for psychological practice. We'd provide complimentary access. You'd bring the clinical expertise. Together, we'd find out where this technology genuinely adds value - and equally importantly, where it doesn't. If you're a psychologist, counsellor or therapist and this idea interests you, comment below or send me a message. We're looking for a small group of professionals to help us build something genuinely useful for the people sitting on the other side of the room. _____ Mike Smith Building technology for the moments people need it most. #Psychology #Psychologists #Therapists #ClinicalPsychology #MentalHealthInnovation #Neurotechnology #DigitalHealth

Grateful to work with teams who care this deeply about doing right by their patients. Sumato Health is a readmission prevention company focused on the skilled nursing phase of post-acute care. They came to us via a referral from a happy customer –and were clear on what they needed: time back for patient care, and peace of mind that they were meeting CMS requirements. Together, we translated CMS guidance, legal counsel, and their internal QA standards into a single audit rubric. Brellium now uses that rubric to review all of their clinical notes with AI –delivering real-time feedback and measurably better documentation. Within a week of using Brellium, Sumato's audit scores improved by 10%. We’re excited to see how they continue to raise the bar on compliance as our partnership continues. As Sam Weyen their CEO put it: when you’re aligned with CMS, you’re aligned with the patient. Brellium helps make that alignment possible. Full case study in the comments. Thanks Sam for letting us share your story.

Headspace is a leader in virtual mental healthcare, serving thousands of patients every day across all 50 states. But scaling quality documentation without adding administrative strain on their psychiatry team was a big challenge. After partnering with Brellium, Headspace now reviews every single visit automatically. They can easily catch missed documentation details, give timely feedback to providers on note quality, and help clinicians focus on what matters most: caring for their patients. Jon Kole, Medical Director at Headspace, said it best: “The biggest benefit of Brellium is peace of mind in ensuring high-quality patient care.” Honored to support a team that puts patients first, every day.
