Es gibt diesen Moment, den jede Organisation kennt. Jemand meldet ein verdächtiges Mail. Und dann passiert nichts... Weil niemand so recht weiss, wer jetzt eigentlich zuständig ist. In vielen Firmen läuft es so: Der Support sagt, das sei ein Fall für Security. Security sagt, das sei kein echter Angriff. Das SOC sagt, es prüfe nur „die grossen Dinger“. Und am Ende landet der Newsletter doch wieder beim falschen Team. Währenddessen wartet ein Mitarbeitender auf eine Antwort. Wenn wir ehrlich sind, zeigt sich hier ein Muster: Ein Reporting-Prozess funktioniert nur dann, wenn er nicht an einzelnen Menschen hängt. Ferien, Krankheit, Prioritäten – all das darf ein sicherheitskritischer Ablauf nicht aushebeln. Wie stellt ihr sicher, dass gemeldete Mails nicht in einem internen Niemandsland landen?

Was passiert eigentlich in den Sekunden, nachdem deine Mitarbeitenden auf den Meldebutton geklickt haben? Ein Klick auf das Outlook-Add-in startet bei uns eine sofortige Kette: Zuerst schauen wir in der Datenbank nach. Kennen wir das Mail oder ein sehr ähnliches bereits? Wenn ja, wird es automatisch bereinigt. Falls nicht, durchläuft es ein Set von rund 800 Regeln. Diese prüfen das Mail anhand klarer Kriterien auf Phishing oder Spam. Gibt es keinen Treffer, landet die Meldung direkt im Dashboard unseres Analysten. Bestätigt sich der Phishing-Verdacht, folgt der nächste Schritt. Wir prüfen in allen Mailboxen aller Kunden, wer diese Mail sonst noch bekommen hat. Dort lassen wir es dann automatisch verschwinden. So kann eine Meldung das ganze Unternehmen schützen.
