Most teams are still building AI search strategy on the assumption that SEO carries over. It doesn’t. We pulled 2,800 queries across 30+ consumer brands to validate. Ranking on page one of Google gives you an 8% chance of being cited by ChatGPT. ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews have even less in common with each other than either has with classical Google. These are different retrieval systems indexing different parts of the web. Your SEO playbook isn't going to carry you here.

The winners in marketing won’t be the teams using the most AI. They’ll be the teams built best for it. What gets automated, what stays human, and where judgment becomes even more important.

Agents are officially the 2025 Buzzword of the Year. BUT my cofounder extraordinaire Sameer Singh still managed to drop hot 🔥 on the Enterprise GTM podcast with Vidya Raman on how 9 figure revenue brands are using our agents to reimagine the commerce experience. Here are my 3 favorite takeaways from the episode 1️⃣ The Future of Commerce is Agentic What do you get when you infuse LLM model parameters with brands' data including the product catalog, user behavior, and transactions? A brand specific reasoning engine, or (with less 🤓) a super smart AI brain that can make smart decisions with the category specific expertise that's relevant to users. Agents built on this brain can create substantial value across both ends of LTV:CAC ratio. 2️⃣ The Death of “You May Also Like” Legacy recommendation systems work off of patterns: “People who bought this also bought that.” Useful? Barely. Annoying? Definitely. But we’re moving toward a future where product recommendations are tailored by agents that identify and act off your ACTUAL preferences—not what an algorithm guesses based on strangers’ behavior. 3️⃣ Owning Your Own LLM > Generic LLMs LLMs are incredibly powerful, but they aren’t trained on real shopping interactions. That’s why so many chatbots feel sluggish and hallucinate. The alternative? Own a custom model that knows your customers, your brand voice, and your compliance needs. 🎧 Click the link in the comments to listen to the full episode

CarBahn needed a way to help shoppers understand complex performance products in real time. Envive AI (formerly Spiffy AI) trained an AI Sales Agent on their catalog and installation guides so customers could get reliable answers during the buying process. The result was a 13x lift in add-to-cart actions and a 10x lift in completed purchases. You can find the complete case study in the comment section.

We just spent the last 6 months building something that shouldn't be possible. You start with a single product photo. A blue shirt on a hanger. Static. Lifeless. Thirty seconds later, you have ghost mannequin shots, flat lays, and video of a model in a clean studio setup—each one styled differently, and catalog-ready. That's Dreem. The traditional photoshoot isn't dead; it's just been compressed from weeks of planning, thousands in budget, and endless revisions into a drag-and-drop interface that works at the speed of your imagination. Our Virtual Talent selector gives you diverse, hyper-realistic models. Our styling engine lets you transform a single SKU into an entire brand narrative. And the output? Professional photography that populates your e-commerce store, social feeds, and marketing campaigns in minutes. This week, we're officially launching Dreem to the world. And to celebrate, we're giving away 1 million credits to early users. Want a bonus? Comment "Dreem" below and I'll send you an extra 2,000 credits to test drive the platform.

2. Você perde previsibilidade, porque falhas e variações viram rotina. 3. Comente ADL ou me envie mensagem e eu te mando o material.

This week we launched something we've been thinking about since day one at Dyver.AI. And I had the chance to talk about it on ZF IT Generation. Thank you Adrian S. and Ziarul Financiar for the invitation and the great conversation. A few things we covered: → Dyver AI Assistant: Our first self-service product: an AI agent you simply talk to, and it turns that messy supplier Excel into a catalog ready to publish on your site, eMAG, Amazon or Allegro. No technical skills needed. → Why this opens up a market of ~12 million small online stores worldwide - 12x larger than the enterprise and mid-market segments where we started. → How we tested it before launch: we built an AI agent that simulates real users and let it stress-test our assistant through thousands of conversations. → The shift from SEO to GEO: why preparing product data for AI-powered search is becoming existential for e-commerce companies. My favorite way to put it: with Dyver, you can pay $20 and have your own team of programmers making the exact adjustments your catalog needs. Full interview (RO) in the comments 👇

Many retailers expand internationally by simply copying prices from one market to another. It feels efficient. But in reality, it often creates problems: – margins too low in one market – prices uncompetitive in another – inconsistent positioning across countries Because every market behaves differently. Differences: – competitors – price sensitivity – VAT rates – purchasing power – customer expectations A price that works perfectly in Germany may completely fail in the Netherlands or Slovakia. That’s why multi-market pricing is not just currency conversion. It’s a strategy. The goal is not to have the same prices everywhere. The goal is to have the right prices everywhere. The most successful retailers usually combine: ✅ centralized pricing control ✅ local market adaptation ✅ clear pricing rules ✅ market-specific positioning Because scaling internationally without localized pricing often means scaling inefficiencies too. 👉 Do you localize pricing by market, or mostly copy it?

Two weeks after turning on competitor monitoring, here is what the data showed to one of our clients: 🔴 31% of their catalogue was priced above the cheapest competitor by more than 10%, on products where price is the main deciding factor for the buyer. 🟢 18% of their catalogue had no competition at all, yet prices were set as if they were fighting for every sale. Nobody had done anything wrong. There was no negligence. The team was working hard. They just had no visibility. The 31% was quietly losing sales. The 18% was quietly leaving margin on the table. Both were invisible without monitoring. What changed after two weeks was not the pricing. It was the awareness. For the first time, the team could see their full catalogue against the market, product by product and make decisions based on data rather than instinct. That is the starting point with most of our clients at Disivo. Not a dramatic rescue. Just clarity, where there was none before. What would you do first if you suddenly had full visibility across your catalogue?

Unser Miteinander bleibt. Gemeinsam. Jeden Tag. #Demokratie #Miteinander #Haltung #Zusammenhalt #HR #ROSSMANN

Every VC is chasing ARR. The durable edge is NDR. ARR makes for a great headline, but NDR is what proves endurance: existing customers not only stay, they expand, because the value compounds. Look at Uber, Airbnb, Google. Each built a two-sided monetization model: Uber: riders pay for rides, drivers pay for access. Airbnb: guests pay to stay, hosts pay to list. Google: users get free search, advertisers fund the growth. That’s why their retention is bulletproof. Two-sided monetization fuels NDR, and NDR is what builds defensibility. In retail tech, the same mechanics are now in play: Retail chains pay to eliminate lost sales through real-time shelf visibility. CPG brands pay for the data they’ve never had, availability, share-of-shelf, and OOS truth. One dataset, Two payers, compounding ROI. Monetize one side, you grow. Monetize both sides, you dominate. #VCEdge #TwoSidedMonetization #RetailTech #ROI #ARR #NDR

60% of retail SKUs are inaccurate, costing the industry $1.77 trillion a year. A price tag says one thing, the system says another. The product’s in-store, but not on the shelf. How many sales are lost each week because the shelf says $5.99 and the register says $7.49? Why are we still guessing what’s on the shelf in 2025?

I've been spending this week at Stanford as part of the AI, Innovation and Growth Program with Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Endeavor Ukraine. The most useful moments from lectures aren't always the ones about new technologies or business models. Sometimes they're the lessons from people who have spent years building teams and making difficult decisions. Here are 5 insights from a lecture by Chris Misner, Head of Global Markets at Airbnb. ■ Build teams that can challenge each other. The best innovation happens when 3-10 people are poking at the problem from different angles and reach a flow state where you can solve something in a new way. That's where innovation happens. ■ Act quickly on toxic behavior. "It only takes one person to fuck [everything] up." You can have the most incredible engineering and marketing teams. Have one toxic person in there, and this starts to pollute everything. ■ AI can give you access to information, but it doesn't give you experience. Using AI is like having a fresh intern in your company that has perfect memory, never gets tired, but because they're inexperienced, they make lots of mistakes. ■ Don't let success insulate you from information. The more successful a founder becomes, the easier it is for a "bubble" to form around them. ■ Hire people with more than one dimension. "I like people who are not single-threaded". Expertise is the baseline. Misner also looks for self-awareness and creativity in a new hire. Good companies are built on judgment, healthy culture, and how the team works together.
