🚨 CrashLoopBackOff 🚨 If you run Kubernetes, you’ve seen it. You hope it won’t show up. And yet… it always does. This has been a recurring annoyance for early Unpage users. And it always seems to happen at the worst possible times 🫠 * Right after a “clean” deploy. * When customer traffic peaks. * Mid-incident when it’s the last thing anyone needs. And every time, the cycle repeats: chasing logs, combing through manifests, checking health probes. Another 20 minutes of toil. Again. After enough times of hearing about this happening for Unpage users on K8s, we built an agent to automate it for them. Here’s what it does when a pod is stuck in a crash loop: 1. Pulls pod status, restart counts, and recent events. 2. Captures current + previous container logs. 3. Checks resource usage (CPU, memory, OOM kills). 4. Validates ConfigMaps and Secrets. 5. Correlates errors in Datadog. 6. Verifies connectivity to external dependencies. 7. Posts a clear root cause + recommended actions back to PagerDuty. In other words: 🔍 Same checks as an SRE. ⚡ Just a few lines of YAML. ⏱ Already saving them hours every week. Now, CrashLoopBackOff alerts don’t slow anyone down. With our open source project, you can create an agent for pretty much any repetitive SRE task. This is just one example 😏 We wrote a guide for the CrashLoopBackOff agent so you can run it using Unpage, too. 👉 Want it? Comment “k8s” and I’ll send it your way.

Google’s DORA report says 90% of companies have adopted platform engineering. I’m not buying it. If platform engineering was truly that mature, we wouldn’t be staring down the security and compliance mess AI is creating right now. Today, developers spend hours a day inside AI tooling. But trust is low, and guardrails are almost nonexistent. Most organizations still lack the ability to: * Validate AI-generated code quality at scale * Govern sensitive data flowing into AI systems * Track compliance for AI-driven changes * Adopt the right models without surprise costs * Secure deployment pipelines moving at AI speed These aren’t just “nice to haves.” In regulated industries, they’re existential. That’s why we think platform engineering needs to evolve beyond Kubernetes clusters and wiki pages and into something that can keep up with AI adoption. Now that AI is everywhere, teams need to start thinking about security, compliance, and governance as first-class features, not afterthoughts. We're thinking about baking it directly into our PaaS so that AI guardrails are in place from the start. 👉 Here’s what I’d love to know: If we solved these AI security and compliance problems out of the box, what would that unlock for you? Tell me all about it in the comments 👀 💬

In an era of flashy new AI tools, it's a powerful reminder that the most successful products don't invent new needs. They simply make existing ones effortless. As product managers, we're often chasing to build the next big, flashy product. But as an example, robust businesses focusing on e-signatures & document infrastructure, reveals a powerful lesson: ** Massive value can be unlocked by solving a seemingly mundane problem with relentless focus on the user ** Here are a few key takeaways: 🌍 Solve a painful, universal problem. Manual tasks like printing, signing, scanning, and faxing documents are universal. Across industries, organizations are burdened with fragmented, unstructured data scattered across multiple systems. Recognize this as a universal challenge, one that doesn’t require the creation of a new market. Great products often succeed by taking existing, inefficient workflows and transforming them. Focus on the pain points caused by disorganized data and fragmented processes, and look for ways to deliver real, tangible value by simplifying and streamlining them. 💼 Focus on the "Job to Be Done." The "job" here isn't just to put a signature on a document. It is to complete a contract, close a deal, or finalize an agreement, securely and legally. Make sure you solve for just that: a transparent audit trail, legally binding certificates, secure authentication. 🤝 Trust and security above all else. Trust isn't just a feature you can add to a product; it's the bedrock that enables your entire business. It's the essential element that gets customers to walk through the door and keeps them coming back. As you think about your next product challenge, look for the everyday frustrations and build a solution that is so simple, secure, and reliable that it becomes a new standard. 📌 Sponsor note: This post is made in partnership with Anvil, turning data into PDFs and automating heavy document workflows. Building my side gig this past year has been a true masterclass. The deliverables? Those are the fun part. The real time sink no one talks about? The paperwork. -Contracts. -Compliance docs. -Onboarding forms that ask for your blood type and mother's maiden name. It's the kind of work that hijacks your weekends and makes you wonder if you accidentally enrolled in law school instead of starting a business. And yet, this stuff isn’t optional. Skip it, and the risk can crush your business before it scales. The worst part? Most tools I tried made it harder: ❌ Too expensive for a one-person show. ❌ Too bloated with features I’ll never use. ❌ Too confusing for something that should be simple. Then I found Anvil ✔️ Contracts signed in minutes. ✔️ Forms pre-filled automatically. ✔️ Scales with an API without me rebuilding the wheel. I've cut my admin time by 20% - that's a few hours back every week that I can spend on actual client work instead of paperwork archaeology. If you're drowning in admin, stop treating it like a cost of doing business. There are better ways. * #AnvilPartner - but I only partner with tools I actually use and would recommend anyway. **Also massive shoutout to Mang-Git Ng to making my life easier. #contentcreation #soloentrepreneur #creatoreconomy #influencer

👇 Teste Allo gratuitement pendant 7 jours : https://www.withallo.com/

A few months ago I had a buyer who was genuinely excited about the solution. Then he saw the price. The energy shifted. We ended the call with him saying he didn't want to make that kind of investment with another active project. Agreed to revisit in two months. Sent the follow up. Moved on. But I couldn't stop thinking about it. He had a perfect use case. The problem was costing him time and money every single day he didn't solve it. So I started drafting an email offering to get him started with fewer users - less commitment, lower entry point. *Right* before I did, I got a notification. He was in my Aligned sales room. Clicking around. I waited. An hour later he emailed me... ready to move forward. We hopped on a call and closed it that day. I was *this* close to discounting a deal that didn't need a discount. Modern sellers have an advantage: Visibility into what buyers are doing behind closed doors. We used to have to assume silence meant disinterest. When a buyer goes quiet, it doesn't always mean they've moved on. Sometimes they're still evaluating. Building the case internally. Coming back around on their own. Check your data before you assume the deal is dead. The buyer's behavior will often tell you more than their words did. p.s. Aligned just announced their Series B! 🎉 And this is exactly why, try it out: https://lnkd.in/em3_AmBK #AlignedPartner

We do three things. Agentic generation. Real WordPress. End-to-end white-label. Lots of companies do one. A few do two. No one else does all three. This is something we know by heart internally — comes up in every customer call, every partner pitch, every Monday strategy meeting. I realized we'd never said it cleanly in one place outside our own walls. WordPress runs 42.2% of the web (W3Techs, May 2026). The question is who controls website creation on top of it. Lovable, Bolt, v0 ship code, not WordPress. Hostinger built its own proprietary stack. WordPress 7.0 shipped block-level AI generation in core — not a site-level builder. Extendify ships AI templates. A handful of hosts have shipped AI-flavored WordPress builders, but nobody actually ships full agentic on full WordPress — the output is template-fill, or the WordPress underneath isn't real. 10Web does. And distributes it white-label. Two of the world's largest hosting companies are live on this architecture today, under their own brands — names under NDA, by design. 1,000+ B2B partners across hosts, MSPs, and agencies. One pillar is a feature. Two stacked is differentiation. All three is a category. The hosting companies that move now will be the ones that defined it. Full piece — link in comments. 👇

Week three of Agentic Web Weekly 🔥 If you build or host websites, the agentic shift kept climbing the stack this week. New builders, new revenue models, new agent infrastructure. Here's what happened: - DreamHost expanded Remixer from a website builder into a full-stack app builder, generating frontend, backend, database, and auth from plain language. It also added a 30-day free Remixer trial and a self-managed VPS built for AI development. - GreenGeeks rebranded around a broader "modern web" platform, leaning into AI-assisted site creation, WooCommerce, apps, and VPS. - Hostinger added built-in subscriptions to its Horizons AI builder, with recurring billing through Stripe and 0% platform fees. - Framer launched Framer Agents, AI that edits pages, components, CMS, and SEO inside a live Framer project, plus Branching to review changes before publishing. - Shopify shipped its Spring '26 Edition: the Universal Commerce Protocol, co-developed with Google, is on by default, and Catalog syndicates products to ChatGPT, Copilot, and Google AI Mode. - v0 by Vercel open-sourced eve, a TypeScript agent framework, and launched Vercel Agent and Vercel Connect at Vercel Ship in London. - OVHcloud previewed OVHai Workspace, an open agentic AI platform, and said it plans to train its own frontier AI models to become Europe's second LLM player. - Anthropic released Claude Fable 5, a frontier model with a 1 million token context that tops most benchmarks and automatically falls back to Opus 4.8 on high-risk requests. A few weeks ago I said agentic site building was becoming the baseline. This week kept proving it. The model layer, the builders, the hosts, and now commerce are all shipping it at once. So the question I keep putting to hosting CEOs: when the builder is table stakes, what makes a customer pick you and stay? Drop anything I missed from the last week in the comments.
