𝗔𝗕 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝟮 𝗚𝗪 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 AB Energy USA has secured 2 GW of generation capacity across five on-site data center projects in Texas and Oklahoma, marking an important milestone as developers look for ways to bring reliable power and cooling online alongside new facilities. Through modular cogeneration and trigeneration, these projects are designed to do more with the energy they generate. ECOMAX modular systems, featuring INNIO Jenbacher gas engines, provide continuous on-site power while capturing residual heat that can be converted into chilled water to support critical data center cooling needs. This integrated approach to power and cooling can help data center developers reduce reliance on grid interconnection timelines and bring new capacity online faster. AB Energy USA partnered with Eradeh Power Consulting on several of these projects, pairing their deep load-side engineering expertise with AB's experience designing and delivering on-site energy systems to tailor each solution to the specific needs of the data center. We're proud to work alongside our customers and partners to help build the energy infrastructure needed for the next generation of data centers. Most companies don’t fail at AI because they chose the wrong technology. They fail because they started with technology. They ask: Which LLM? Which Copilot? Which Agent? Which platform? Then comes the question: “Now that we have AI, where can we use it?” I believe that’s backwards. AI transformation should not start with AI. It should start with business value. 1. Start with Value Pools, not AI use cases. Before asking what AI can do, ask: Where do we make or lose money? Where are decisions too slow? Where are customers dropping off? Where is working capital trapped? Most importantly: If we improve this by 10%, does it materially change the P&L? The process consuming the most hours is not necessarily the one creating the most value. Saving 5,000 administrative hours may help, but improving pricing, conversion, inventory, yield, or time-to-market by a few percentage points may be worth 10x more. 2. Don’t just analyze work. Analyze decisions. Companies are not simply collections of tasks. They are collections of decisions. What should we quote? How much inventory should we hold? Which supplier represents the greatest risk? Which CapEx should we approve? Some of AI’s greatest value won’t come from replacing work, but from improving the quality and speed of decisions. 3. Don’t automate the old process. Redesign it. If ten people are passing spreadsheets, checking information and requesting approvals, adding AI while keeping the same workflow is just faster bureaucracy. Ask instead: If we built this company today, with AI available from Day 1, would we design the process the same way? Some steps should be automated. Some approvals should disappear. AI should execute routine work, while humans increasingly focus on judgment and exceptions. 4. AI is only as scalable as the data underneath it. Broken master data, disconnected systems, unclear ownership and poor data lineage will eventually limit AI at scale. AI doesn’t fix bad data. At scale, it amplifies it. But don’t spend three years building a “perfect data platform” either. Build the data foundation around the business value you are trying to unlock. 5. Deployment is not the finish line. P&L impact is. A successful PoC is not success. 95% model accuracy is not success. Even enterprise-wide deployment is not success. If behavior doesn’t change and business outcomes don’t move, the value is still zero. Every major AI initiative should connect: Business Owner → Baseline → Target → Adoption → Business Outcome → P&L Impact The sequence matters: Value → Decisions → Process → Data → AI → Adoption → P&L Tools will change. Models will change. The enduring capability is knowing where value exists, what should be redesigned, which decisions should improve, and where AI can fundamentally change how the company operates. AI transformation is not about adding AI to the company. It’s about redesigning the company around what AI now makes possible. #AI #AITransformation #EnterpriseAI #Leadership #CEO

The number one reason data centre operators delay switching from diesel? "We can't afford operational risk." It's a fair concern. But with HVO100, it's not a real one. HVO100 is chemically paraffinic – it meets EN 15940 standards and is approved by every major generator OEM. Drop it straight in. No retrofit. No requalification. No downtime. We've done this with some of Europe's most operationally demanding infrastructure. The transition is simpler than you think. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eMn7_pM5 #DataCentre #OperationalResilience #HVO100 #BackupPower #RenewableDiesel #NesteMY #BiofuelExpress

For a long time, a 'good' electricity customer mostly meant a customer who used a lot of electricity. The more they consumed, the more valuable they looked. But that is becoming a less useful way to think about customers. As electricity markets become more dynamic, when a customer uses electricity is becoming almost as important as how much they use. Two customers can use the same amount of electricity and still have very different economics for the retailer. It really depends on when they use electricity, what price they have agreed to pay, and how the retailer has bought that electricity in advance. A customer on a fixed-price contract creates a very different situation from one whose price changes with the market. A customer who shifts their consumption to different times can also look very different from one whose consumption is harder to predict. This creates an interesting challenge inside the energy company: - Marketing wants customers who are likely to sign up. - Sales wants customers who are likely to accept the offer. - Trading wants to understand what those customers will cost to serve. - Historically, these have been different perspectives and often different teams. But the customer is the same. And as electricity becomes more dynamic, customer behavior increasingly connects all three perspectives. The opportunity is to build one shared picture of the customer: How much electricity they use, when they use it, how predictable that usage is, and what type of price they have. That could change what a 'good customer' means across the entire energy business.

We are proud to share that Elevion Group has been recognized as one of Germany's Best Business Partners 2026, in the Building Technology & Technical Building Equipment (TGA) category. 🏆 The award was launched this year by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) together with DUP UNTERNEHMER magazine, honouring 87 companies across 30 B2B categories. The results are based on more than 12,000 ratings from business customers, collected between March and May 2026, evaluating value for money, service, reliability and transparency. DISQ's managing director noted that top-performing service providers create real, lasting value for their customers' success, even though that value is often overlooked, which is exactly what this new award sets out to change. Elevion Group was recognized in the TGA category alongside Bauer Elektroanlagen and GA-tec Gebäude- und Anlagetechnik. For us, this reflects the trust our customers place in our teams every day, and the reliability and quality they experience working with us across our locations. Okay, I know. We say every project is special. But this one really is special. And pretty big. FTC Solar, Inc has begun shipments for the #FraserCoast project in Queensland, Australia: 330 MW of solar paired with 180 MW of battery storage, developed by Global Power Generation Australia (GPG), the power generation subsidiary of Naturgy. It will be Naturgy’s largest renewable energy project in Australia and its second hybrid solar and battery storage project in the country, with operations expected to begin in 2028. But size isn’t what makes Fraser Coast particularly interesting to me. It’s the engineering behind it. Fraser Coast presented extremely challenging terrain. Our Terrain Following solution significantly reduced cut and fill, helping make the project economically feasible while improving constructability and reducing labor hours SUNPATH and SUNOPS are also being used on the project, combining yield optimization with remote operational capabilities and automated hail protection. Fraser Coast also represents something bigger for FTC Solar We now have around 35 operational projects in Australia representing close to 900 MW of installed capacity, and in 2026 FTC ranked third in the Australian market by awarded volume Our international growth isn’t simply about entering new markets. It’s about building teams locally, earning customer trust and solving real project challenges GPG manages more than 5.27 GW of installed capacity across eight countries. In Australia alone, it has 1.3 GW of renewable capacity in operation, 0.5 GW under construction and a 2 GW development pipeline Projects of this scale don’t happen through a traditional supplier and customer relationship. They require teams working hand in hand, optimizing designs and finding better solutions together. That is exactly the kind of partnership we want to build at FTC Solar. A huge thank you to the FTC team who has contributed to Fraser Coast: Alejandro Cantos Alvarez, Barry Bester, Ritesh P., Shipra Sharma, Carlos Gallego Lorenzo, Hasan Daouk, AD Ram, Gokul Kalyan, Prabhu Selvaraj, Shalini Muthukrishnan, Sathish Kumar, Mudassar Hussain, Vengatakrishnan Jeyaraman, Arokia Thamizh Selvan, karthika Aravinth, Patrick Cook, Cathy Behnen, Sam Leung, Riley Saludes and Bob Dunnigan. And to our partners at GPG: Pedro Serrano, Ricardo Carballo, Alfonso Monedero, Juan Carlos Cobo, David Santo Tomas, Maria Parra, María del Hoyo Jack and Maria Elena Fernandez Alonso. A lot of names, yes. But projects like this are delivered by people, and they deserve the recognition. I’ll be in Australia next week, spending time with our customers, partners and teams across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and beyond. I’m looking forward to celebrating what the team has accomplished and the momentum FTC Solar is building in Australia, but I’m even more excited about what comes next. Fraser Coast is a big project. I and I know so many more are coming! ☀️ 🇦🇺 #FTCSolar #SolarEnergy #Australia

One of the coolest automated tasks I do with AI is to ask it to analyse my previous work week and suggest improvements. It runs every Tuesday, and its only job is to tell me where I got in my own way last week. It reads my calendar, my Slack messages and my Jira tickets, and answers four questions: - Did my protected calendar block survive, and did my one deep commitment this quarter actually move? - Where did I answer something the person could have found themselves in five minutes? - What new meetings, tickets or threads attached themselves to me? - What is the one thing I should stop doing next week? The instruction I gave it was ‘briefly and without flattery’. That matters more than I expected - the first version was encouraging and… pretty much useless. I built this because it's easy to become a routing layer - the person who answers the question, does the deploy, types the reminder. A lot of that work can be standardised or moved elsewhere. Knowing it hasn't been enough to change it, because each rescue takes four minutes and feels like helping. So now something checks once a week, without me needing to remember to be honest with myself. If you built the same thing, what would you have it watch for?
