Could the right tracker choice help move an entire project forward? For GPG Australia’s #FraserCoast project in Queensland, the answer was clear. FTC Solar, Inc’s 1P Pioneer+ Terrain-Following solution was described by GPG as “instrumental in moving this project forward on a successful path.” That is a powerful statement. FTC Solar’s 1P terrain-following solution helped reduce the need for civil work, while its stow capabilities supported shorter foundations and reduced embedment depth, helping create opportunities to save material, labor, installation time, and cost. Thereby improving the overall project economics. FTC Solar has now begun shipments for the 330 MW solar and 180 MW battery storage project, being developed by Global Power Generation Australia, part of Naturgy. Read the full press release to see how FTC Solar is supporting the delivery of GPG’s largest hybrid solar and battery project in #Australia. https://lnkd.in/gh-B2ff6 #1PPioneer #TerrainFollowing #UtilityScaleSolar #SolarConstruction #AustraliaSolar #solartrackers

Okay, I know. We say every project is special. But this one really is special. And pretty big. FTC Solar, Inc has begun shipments for the #FraserCoast project in Queensland, Australia: 330 MW of solar paired with 180 MW of battery storage, developed by Global Power Generation Australia (GPG), the power generation subsidiary of Naturgy. It will be Naturgy’s largest renewable energy project in Australia and its second hybrid solar and battery storage project in the country, with operations expected to begin in 2028. But size isn’t what makes Fraser Coast particularly interesting to me. It’s the engineering behind it. Fraser Coast presented extremely challenging terrain. Our Terrain Following solution significantly reduced cut and fill, helping make the project economically feasible while improving constructability and reducing labor hours SUNPATH and SUNOPS are also being used on the project, combining yield optimization with remote operational capabilities and automated hail protection. Fraser Coast also represents something bigger for FTC Solar We now have around 35 operational projects in Australia representing close to 900 MW of installed capacity, and in 2026 FTC ranked third in the Australian market by awarded volume Our international growth isn’t simply about entering new markets. It’s about building teams locally, earning customer trust and solving real project challenges GPG manages more than 5.27 GW of installed capacity across eight countries. In Australia alone, it has 1.3 GW of renewable capacity in operation, 0.5 GW under construction and a 2 GW development pipeline Projects of this scale don’t happen through a traditional supplier and customer relationship. They require teams working hand in hand, optimizing designs and finding better solutions together. That is exactly the kind of partnership we want to build at FTC Solar. A huge thank you to the FTC team who has contributed to Fraser Coast: Alejandro Cantos Alvarez, Barry Bester, Ritesh P., Shipra Sharma, Carlos Gallego Lorenzo, Hasan Daouk, AD Ram, Gokul Kalyan, Prabhu Selvaraj, Shalini Muthukrishnan, Sathish Kumar, Mudassar Hussain, Vengatakrishnan Jeyaraman, Arokia Thamizh Selvan, karthika Aravinth, Patrick Cook, Cathy Behnen, Sam Leung, Riley Saludes and Bob Dunnigan. And to our partners at GPG: Pedro Serrano, Ricardo Carballo, Alfonso Monedero, Juan Carlos Cobo, David Santo Tomas, Maria Parra, María del Hoyo Jack and Maria Elena Fernandez Alonso. A lot of names, yes. But projects like this are delivered by people, and they deserve the recognition. I’ll be in Australia next week, spending time with our customers, partners and teams across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and beyond. I’m looking forward to celebrating what the team has accomplished and the momentum FTC Solar is building in Australia, but I’m even more excited about what comes next. Fraser Coast is a big project. I and I know so many more are coming! ☀️ 🇦🇺 #FTCSolar #SolarEnergy #Australia

Can software-modeled energy gains be trusted to show up in the field? An independent technical evaluation by Enertis Applus+ assessed the performance of FTC Solar, Inc’s #SUNPATH®, tracker optimization software across operating utility-scale solar projects. The evaluation found close alignment between modeled and measured performance, with differences of approximately 0.5 percentage points or less across the majority of evaluated sites. Measured energy gains reached up to 2.65% during the evaluation periods. The study concluded that SUNPATH demonstrated a level of accuracy and consistency appropriate for its intended use and consistent with industry standards required for underwriting production gains. By combining Terrain-Based Backtracking and Diffuse Optimization, SUNPATH turns software-driven optimization into measurable energy production, giving developers, engineers, and financing partners greater confidence in projected gains. One of the best things I have heard from customers recently was also one of the simplest: ⚡ FTC Solar is helping them build better and faster. That matters. Because in this industry, value is not proven in a slide deck. It is proven in the field. 🌎 It is proven when crews can learn the system quickly. 🔧 When installation feels more intuitive. 📈 When complexity goes down. ⏱️ When project execution becomes more predictable. That is why constructability is such a major focus for us at FTC Solar. We have data behind the value we are delivering, but hearing it directly from customers who have installed our products and worked through real site conditions makes it much more meaningful. We still have work to do, and we will keep improving. But feedback like this gives me real confidence in where FTC Solar is headed. 🚀 📍 Next week, we will be at @IntersolarEurope2026 from June 23 to 25 at Booth A5.155. Come meet our A Team and see how we are helping customers build smarter, faster and with more confidence in the field. 🤝 Looking forward to seeing customers, partners and industry peers in Munich. #meetourteam #teamftc #smartertrackers #solartrackers #intersolareurope #intersolar2026

What if tracker design could make agrivoltaics easier to build, operate and scale? That is the promise of #agrivoltaics. It is not just about adding solar panels to farmland. It is about designing solar infrastructure that works with the land, supports long-term operations, and creates more value from the same acreage. FTC Solar, Inc’s #1PPioneer Tracker is well suited for #AgriPV applications because it brings flexibility where it matters most: • Higher reveal height to create more practical clearance beneath the tracker • Wider row spacing to better support agricultural use between rows • Flexible ground coverage ratios to help balance energy production with land-use needs • Module-agnostic design through universal torque tubes, enabling greater design adaptability • Fast, easy and safe installation with Python Clip, Cinch Clip, and Slide-and-Glide features that simplify field execution For #solardevelopers, #EPCs, landowners and communities, agrivoltaics represents a smarter way to think about land. Solar and agriculture do not have to compete. With the right tracker design, they can work together. 1P Pioneer helps make that possible by combining site adaptability, #constructability, and long-term performance in one flexible #solartracker platform. #FTCSolar is helping build solar projects that are not only more productive, but more practical for the land they occupy. #1PTrackers #singleaxistrackers #pvtrackers #solarinagri #sustainability #flexibletrackers
