The clinician loves your product but has no budget. The CIO controls the budget but has never felt the problem. Your investor is neither of them. Your champion might be someone else again. That's four people, and every one of them needs your story to make sense to them. Claire Surrey Bolger of Health2047 works with founders to create a version of the pitch for each audience. The core value proposition stays the same, but the problem is described the way each person experiences it. She also starts somewhere most founders don't. Instead of a total-addressable-market slide, she asks them to describe the problem in the words of the person living with it. Her advice: fall in love with your customer's problem, not your technology. Learn about this and more in the episode 130 of A Brave New Podcast - available now wherever you listen!
