The geography of economic opportunity is evolving. The World Citizenship Report 2026 highlights an increasingly complex landscape: established Western markets continue to demonstrate strength in stability, while economies across Asia and other emerging regions are gaining ground on economic opportunity. For internationally focused individuals, families, and advisers, this shift raises an important question: how should long-term planning adapt when stability and opportunity are no longer concentrated in the same places? Explore the World Citizenship Report 2026 for the data, and watch our latest webinar to hear Micha-Rose Emmett discuss what these changing economic centres could mean for private wealth planning. The fastest option is not always the right option. When considering alternative citizenship, programme selection requires a broader assessment. Credibility, governance, track record, and the strength of the jurisdiction all matter when evaluating a decision designed to extend well beyond the application process. For applicants, understanding the bigger picture is an important part of making an informed choice. Right... where do I even start with this one? Hosting ConCon26: Fall Edition back in May was honestly one of the best days I've had in this job. 500+ boutique consulting leaders, 15+ speakers who actually know what they're talking about, and a room (well, a virtual one) full of people who finally had an event built for them instead of the Goliaths. Because that's the bit that stuck with me most. The boutique consulting space has been underserved for years. Most conferences, most research, most content... all built around the big firms. ConCon26: Fall Edition was never meant to be that. It was built for the people actually running these firms day to day, the ones who don't usually get a seat built for them. So here CMap we're hosting it again. 2026 has thrown everything at consulting leaders... AI, macro trends, geo-politics, shifting customer habits, a wildly different competitive landscape, investment decisions, even what your own people expect from you now. Disruption's always been part of this industry, but this year's felt like a different level entirely. Most people I speak to are already taking stock of it & starting to think about what 2027 needs to look like. ConCon26: Fall Edition is where we get into exactly that. Thursday 5th November, 2pm-6pm GMT | 9am-1pm ET. 4 talks plus a keynote, 10+ speakers who'll leave you inspired, informed & prepared, not just talked at. Built for this community, same as always. If May felt like it was made for you, November will too. Register today - https://hubs.ly/Q04ydnjG0

Disruption and being reactive to change has always been part of running a consulting firm, but this year has felt different. AI, macro challenges, geopolitics, radical shifts in client expectations – it feels like we’ve had 9 years of change in the last 9 months..! As a leader, in times like this, the temptation is always to do more, more, more. Turn your focus internally in your org – spin up more initiatives, new tactics, new ways of working, and compound the crazy external change with crazy internal change. More than ever, having the external perspective and headspace as a leader to calmly and clearly plot your way through this disruption is crucial. Challenge yourself: are you playing whack-a-mole in your business, or are you playing chess? To help the consulting community get this broader perspective, delighted to say we’re running ConCon26: Fall Edition - four talks and a keynote, 10+ speakers. Thursday November 5th, 1:45pm to 6pm GMT (8:45am to 1pm ET). Virtual and free to join. Take a few hours out, get perspectives from the broader Consulting community, and leave with greater clarity on the path forward for your business – your team will thank you for it! Klar, KI macht gerade vieles anders bzw. überhauptMöglich. Aber es ist kein reines Technologie-Thema. Es ist zuerst ein unternehmerisches Thema. Denn in vielen Nischen gibt es seit Jahren dieselben Engpässe: - Kunden stellen immer wieder ähnliche Fragen. - Leistungen werden immer wieder ähnlich erbracht. - Teams lösen dieselben Fälle immer wieder neu. - Wissen steckt in wenigen Schlüsselpersonen. P.S. Ich habe dazu einen kurzen Leitfaden gebaut: https://lnkd.in/dbJBeajy

We were pleased to be part of the Learning & Development Conference 2026, where Takis Morfis, Managing Partner at Dynargie Greece, shared insights from our recent Accountability Survey and opened a broader conversation around the topic. The research brought together the perspectives of professionals across different roles and organizational levels from 32 organizations across 12 sectors of the Greek market, providing a broad view of how Accountability is experienced across different organizational contexts. Rather than looking at Accountability simply as individual responsibility, the session explored what happens when we look at it as an organizational capability - one shaped by #Ownership, #Answerability and #Consequences. The research brought interesting perspectives to the surface: differences in how Accountability is perceived across organizational levels, the gap between initial expectations and everyday experience, and the challenges organizations face when it comes to speaking openly about performance, mistakes and commitments. A special thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our survey and share their perspectives. Your input made this research possible and helped bring a richer, more representative view of Accountability across the Greek business landscape. What does Accountability look like in your organization? And where do you see the biggest opportunity to strengthen it? We’d love to hear your perspective. www.dynargie.com #Dynargie #DynargieGreece #HumanSideOfBusiness #Accountability #LearningAndDevelopment #OrganizationalCulture #HR #LDC2026

15 Jahre. 25+ Konzerne. Dann Budget. Erst Marktlernen. Dann Skalierung. Corporate Assets ja. Corporate Betriebssystem nein.

Is your supply chain flexible enough to perform? Buffers protect. Flexibility performs. Inventory, redundancy and safeguards can absorb supply chain disruption. But sustainable resilience requires the ability to adapt. Alternative suppliers. Flexible capacity. Faster reallocation. Better information. Faster decisions. Our research suggests that stronger-performing supply chains combine these capabilities rather than relying on protection alone. The question is not simply how much resilience you can build. It is how much adaptability you can create.

Is your supply chain visibility driving action? Supply chain visibility only creates value when it changes what you do. Only 31% of organizations in our research report full visibility across their supply network. But visibility itself is not the destination. The challenge is to turn signals into decisions - and decisions into action - before disruption becomes performance loss. Can we see it? is the first question. How fast can we act on it? is the one that matters.
