Lattice increased their late-stage win rates by 25% using Dock's AI-generated business cases. Here's how they did it: Your champion needs a business case to defend the spend in rooms you're not in. That's where 83% of the buying process happens: internal meetings with the CFO, VP, and other stakeholders. But if a rep is working 20+ opportunities a month, they don't have time to build a custom business case for each deal. So reps either send something generic that doesn't land or skip it entirely. That was the problem Jules A. saw when she joined Lattice's enablement team. Reps were already using Dock deal rooms to share content with buyers, but Jules wanted to give them a way to create personalized business cases without the manual work. Working with our team, Lattice's enablement team built an AI Document template that automatically creates a first draft of a business case based on call transcripts with the prospect. The rep reviews it, spots any gaps, and follows up with their champion in their next call. Seth Kramer, Lattice VP of Sales, North America, says it's the co-creation model that makes it work. Because it's drafted from call transcripts, it sounds like the champion's voice, not the vendor's voice. That's what gets CFO buy-in. As Seth put it: "The magic of Dock is they can handle the first draft. You still need to do the work upfront of understanding the key business components. But once you do, Dock makes sure you're enabling your champions in the rooms that you're not in." The result: 25% higher win rates in mid-market and upmarket deals, year over year. Most teams choose between personalization and scale. Lattice chose both with Dock. P.S. Huge thanks to Jules and Seth for taking the time to share their experience. You've been amazing design partners in building out Dock's AI documents.

We just launched Dock's AI Enablement Agent. It's a real-time co-pilot that gives reps instant answers, finds the right content, and coaches them through deals. It's like having a Sales GPT that's powered by your data: CRM, call transcripts, knowledge base, and content library. Your reps can now: - Ask questions and get instant answers from your CRM, content library, and knowledge base - Find the right case study for their buyer - Get competitive intel during calls - Write personalized emails based on real customer conversations And it's not just a chatbot. It's an agent that takes action in Dock. Ask it to create a sales room, and it builds one from your template. Need to organize content? It handles the tagging. Like any AI product, this is a work in progress. We've been beta testing this closely with customers and using it ourselves to refine the experience. The hardest part was building the data foundation that makes all of this possible. But now that it's in place, we can unlock a whole new set of possibilities for real-time enablement. Try it out, let us know what you think, and help us build the future of revenue enablement together.

Most AI testing tools ask you to trust opaque agent decisions, mysterious test gen, and zero visibility. Cypress built cy prompt() differently. ✅ Full Transparency Every generated step appears in the Command Log. Time-travel through execution. Debug with Test Replay in CI. ✅ Complete Control Eject AI-generated code anytime. Commit to source control. Run as standard Cypress tests. ✅ Intelligent Self-Healing: When selectors break, Cypress regenerates them automatically – and shows you exactly what changed. Real regressions still fail as they should. No external tools. No configuration overhead. Try out cy prompt() for free: https://lnkd.in/e9Q_Q3FP

Every sprint, the same story: Developers ship UI updates. Your test suite goes red. cy prompt() breaks this cycle with self-healing tests that adapt automatically. With cy prompt(), Cypress puts AI directly into your testing workflow in a way that’s fast, reliable, and transparent. When a cached step fails due to a UI change, Cypress re-runs the prompt and updates the selector in the same run—no manual intervention required. Your tests recover gracefully from selector changes while maintaining full transparency in the Command Log. And when you need full control? Eject AI-generated steps to standard Cypress code, commit to source control, and run them like any other test. cy.prompt() features: ✅ Self-healing capability with full visibility ✅ Code ejection for predictability ✅ Test Replay for seamless debugging in CI Get started with cy prompt() for free: https://lnkd.in/e9Q_Q3FP

I bought a Sony camera to start creating video content. Spent $2,000. Set up my whole studio. Hit record. Then realized I had no idea how to edit. Here's the thing: I'm a founder. I know video is the best way to engage on social media. The algorithm rewards it. My audience wants it. I even invested in the equipment. But I don't have editing skills. And I definitely don't have time to spend 8 hours learning Premiere Pro. I need to build my business, not become a videographer. So I looked for a solution. Not another timeline editor. Those are built for professionals. I needed something that could do the heavy lifting for me. That's when I found Descript's Underlord AI co-editor. I can talk to it in natural language. Here's what happened: I recorded an 8-minute take. Rambling. Pauses. Filler words everywhere. Then I gave Underlord one prompt: "Turn this into a 90-second LinkedIn video. Remove the weak parts, keep the best points, make it punchy." It didn't just cut. It made decisions: - Removed my awkward intro - Found the three strongest points - Structured them logically - Cut all the ums and pauses - Suggested where to add text overlays 10 minutes total. Not 4 hours. I'm not trying to become a video editor. I'm using AI to handle the technical stuff while I focus on the message. This is video creation for people who aren't video creators. If you're like me and need help with video editing, try Descript here and thank me later > https://lnkd.in/dfDFdTVy

There’s me on LinkedIn 👔 …and then there’s me in real life 😅 No matter how many videos I record, I still trip over my words, lose my train of thought, and need way too much editing (sorry, Emily Liu 👀). But my new favourite AI tool is Descript’s Underlord editor — because it's rescued me...from myself. Now, I can even create and edit my own videos easily as Underlord helps... 👉 Write scripts 👉 Add b-roll 👉 Edit easily (with natural language) ...Which means fewer bloopers for Emily and more time for her to focus on the good stuff. So here’s me — figuring out how to make my real persona just as polished as my LinkedIn one but with a little help from Descript. And if I can do it, so can you! We analysed 22,503 Zendesk tickets for a company. 93% were automatable. They had no idea. Last week we ran our audit on a Zendesk account. 22,503 tickets. 6 months of data. Results in 30 minutes. Here's what we found: → The top 5 topics covered 78% of the volume → "Billing" alone was 23%, almost entirely solvable with a KB article → Average closure time: 9 minutes per ticket (many were standard questions) → Potential savings: €147,648/year The thing that struck me most? The support team was convinced they needed 2 new hires. After seeing the report, they realised they needed 3 Knowledge Base articles and an AI agent on the right topics. Same quality of service. Half the effort. The problem is never "we need more people." The problem is almost always "we don't know where we're wasting time." If you want to see the numbers for your Zendesk/Intercom, the tool is 100% free. The free audit tool: 👉🏻 https://lnkd.in/d2AmmNqe Connect → analyse → get your report. 30 min. We built a free tool that does what consulting firms charge €10,000 for. It takes 3 minutes to launch and it's free. Here's what a typical "AI readiness assessment" looks like: 1. Export your tickets 2. A consultant categorises them manually 3. They score complexity 4. They make a PowerPoint 5. They tell you "you should automate" 6. Invoice: €10-30K We automated the consultant. Our tool connects to your Zendesk or Intercom, analyses 6 months of conversations with AI, and gives you: → Every ticket categorised by topic and subtopic → Complexity score per category → Your automation potential (%) with a confidence breakdown → ROI in € for each topic → Draft KB articles ready to publish → A prioritised implementation plan We ran it on one account last week. 22,503 tickets. 93% automatable. Result? €148,000/year in savings they didn't know about. Why are we giving this away? Because if the numbers convince you, you'll want to implement the automation. And that's what Customerly does. But the report is yours, no strings attached. The free audit tool: 👉🏻 https://lnkd.in/d2AmmNqe Connect → analyse → get your report. 30 min. AI-native User Access Reviews are live in Console. User Access Reviews have always been a painful formality. Managers open a 500 row spreadsheet with zero context and click approve because there's no realistic alternative when everyone is already stretched thin. The vast majority of breaches trace back to access someone was never supposed to have. We rebuilt User Access Reviews around AI and full organizational context. The same place where access gets requested and provisioned in Console is now the place it gets reviewed and remediated, so every decision is a confident decision. Every review de-risks the entire org. Like Tanya says in the video: this is the way Access Reviews should be. Full writeup in the comments.

Let's talk money 💰 File search isn't just a convenience problem — it's a financial one. Here's the math: 👤 20-minute daily search time per employee (research-backed average) 👥 Team of 20 people 💵 Average $50/hr fully-loaded cost = $86,000 per year. Just on finding files. Copernic Desktop Search costs a fraction of that — and typically recovers 70-85% of that search time. The business case writes itself. https://lnkd.in/g-td_qCu

Finding the right product is only half the job. For B2B buyers, the next question is often harder: “Will this actually work for my needs?” The answer might be buried in a spec sheet, a certification, a manual, or a knowledge article outside the product catalogue. That’s where discovery breaks down. We’re bringing products and supporting content into one search experience, so buyers can find the right SKU and the information they need to validate it. That capability becomes increasingly important as B2B buying grows more complex. And Gartner recently ranked Coveo #1 for the Commerce Content Search use case in its 2026 Critical Capabilities report for Search and Product Discovery, which you can download here: https://lnkd.in/g2JTXeXR Hear Peter Curran's perspective on why connecting products with the knowledge around them matters.

Enterprise AI isn't measured by how fast it generates answers. It's measured by whether those answers help people solve real business problems. In this clip, Peter Curran explains why the stakes for enterprise AI are much higher than for consumer AI. When you're helping a surgeon choose the right device or a field technician identify the right part, "close enough" isn't good enough. Watch Peter's conversation with John Furrier on SiliconANGLE & theCUBE at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace Series to learn why trusted retrieval is the foundation of enterprise AI, and why the goal isn't simply to answer questions but to help people make the right decisions. ▶️ https://bit.ly/44EBdIG
