𝗘𝗨 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 EU dairy exports increased by 11.88% year-on-year in August. Year-to-date, export volumes are now 7.18% above last year. But milk production has grown even faster. Imports are also falling, with August marking the seventh consecutive monthly decline. Even so, the additional milk has not been fully absorbed. As a result, estimated theoretical dairy stocks were 38.75% higher than at the start of the year. You used to understand your business by walking through it. Then you added people, processes, service lines and systems. Every one of those was the right call. Together they created blind spots. You know that the information exists. It is just spread across source systems and needs manual work before anyone can use it. So you are managing on last month, not last week. Container terminal leaders: when the answer to a reporting problem is another dashboard, the reporting landscape gets bigger. Trust in the numbers does not. Your container terminal does not need more reports. It needs definitions that hold across operations, maintenance, finance, gate and yard. 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 EU cheese exports increased by 6.5% year-on-year through August, while export value declined by 1.5%. At the same time, European cheese production increased by 3.6% through July. In fact, 57.6% of the additional milk produced in the EU was allocated to cheese production. So where is all that extra cheese going? International demand is absorbing a good part of it, but the picture differs considerably between Gouda, Mozzarella, Cheddar and Emmentaler. Is your Amazon traffic down this year, but sales hold steady anyway? You're not alone. I've had this exact conversation in a pitch meeting recently, and the reaction in the room is always the same: alarm, followed immediately by someone asking what broke in content or media. Here's the thing. We pulled the numbers across our full client base, comparing numbers from 2024, 2025, and 2026. Traffic dropped in the large majority of accounts. Conversion rate rose by nearly the same margin. Units sold held steady or grew. This showed up across categories, price points, and brand sizes, not in one lucky account. There's a specific mechanic behind this, tied to how Amazon's search algorithm changed and what "traffic" actually measures on a dashboard today versus a few years ago. Once you see it, a falling traffic chart stops looking like a red flag and starts reading as something else entirely. We wrote up the full mechanism, the data patterns, and a 5-point checklist for telling a real problem apart from an algorithm working in your favor, in a new whitepaper. If your business review this quarter has a traffic chart everyone's nervous about, read this before you touch your content or media budget. 👉 Download the free whitepaper here: https://lnkd.in/egXERW-q

If FINAL_v7 is your source of truth, Excel is running your metadata process. I've seen plenty of finance teams where one spreadsheet quietly became the thing everyone checked before making a master data change. One person updates ERP. Another updates EPM. The warehouse catches up later. At that point Excel isn't just holding metadata. It's deciding what's true across systems. And once a spreadsheet is making that call, the fix isn't a better spreadsheet. The change needs one governed path, from request to audit. That's what EPMware does for financial master data. Excel is useful for a lot of things. Deciding which version is right shouldn't be one of them.
