Advice to young marketers: Understand what your organization actually values, not what's on the wall, what gets rewarded. That's the real culture, and it tells you where your effort will land. Then take agency. Not, "wait to be told" agency. The kind where you see the gap and move on it before someone assigns it to you.

𝘏𝘰𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘬𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘦 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰'𝘴 𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘫𝘬 𝘢𝘢𝘯?

De weg ernaartoe is digitaal geworden. Voor Bram Van Schuylenbergh en astara - Van Mossel Automotive Group is Search Engine Advertising (SEA) daarom geen los kanaal. Het is waar lokale zichtbaarheid vandaag begint. Voor Hyundai, MG, Maxus, Suzuki en Isuzu bouwden we één Always-On Search-ecosysteem. Nationale strategie, gekoppeld aan lokale relevantie. Vijf merken. Verschillende regio's. Hoe klanten zoeken. Hoe dealers werken. En waar je lokaal het verschil maakt. Precies daar zit onze rol. Dank je wel voor het vertrouwen, Bram. 🤝 Benieuwd naar de volledige case? Link in de comments. NEW PODCAST EPISODE: Why does AWS believe in letting customers try before they buy? Our latest episode of ‘All Colors vraagt door’ with Barbara Baeyens, Head of BeLux at Amazon Web Services (AWS), takes us behind the scenes of how AWS helps organisations turn technology into business value. Barbara leads the AWS business in Belgium and Luxembourg: strategy, people, customer relationships and growth. She gives us a glimpse of what it means to be responsible for a local market inside one of the world’s biggest technology companies. We discuss why POCs are such a powerful tool at AWS, building a local strategy inside a global company, the impact of local teams, the challenges of AI innovation and the uncertainty created by geopolitics. NEW PODCAST EPISODE: Why do some people thrive in the chaos of a startup? After years at companies like SentinelOne, Check Point Software, TrendAI and Inetum-Realdolmen, Christof Jacques chose a very different environment: a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. As Senior Sales Engineer at Horizon3.ai, he sits right at the intersection of technology and business. His job is not just explaining how a product works. It’s translating complex technical challenges into something customers can act on: what does this mean for the business? What risk does it reduce? What decision does it enable? In the latest episode of ‘All Colors vraagt door’, we talk about the lessons that come from experiencing both good and bad quarters, why the best technical solution is not always the right business decision, and why understanding the customer's reality matters more than having the perfect product. It’s a fascinating conversation about cybersecurity, startups and what it takes to grow without losing your agility. Everyone wants to automate first. It's the fastest way to break your GTM with AI. You can't automate a process you've never run. Automation doesn't create judgment. It encodes it. If you haven't done the work by hand, there's nothing to encode. You're just scaling a guess, faster. So do it manually first. The unglamorous version. Research the accounts yourself. Write the messages yourself. Send them. Watch what lands, what gets ignored, where the real objection shows up, the moment a human quietly makes the right call. That messy phase is where you learn what "good" actually looks like. You can't automate good before you've seen it. Then automate the proven path. Now the system encodes real decisions, not assumptions. Every step has a reason behind it. And when it breaks, and it will, you'll know exactly why, because you ran it with your own hands first. We've killed plenty of automations that looked perfect on a whiteboard and fell apart the second they hit the real world. The ones we kept? We ran them manually first. Manual-first feels slow. It isn't. Automating a process you don't understand just gets you the wrong outcome faster, at scale, and buys you a quarter of untangling it. Earn the right to automate. Then let it fly.

I am betting my entire company on this launch. Introducing Ami - the AI GTM agent. We’ve spent 3 years building it. 2.5M+ emails, 17k+ campaigns, 20k+ meetings booked, 1.2k customers served across 27 industries - all this data and more is what it took to create an AI agent that actually knows what good outbound looks like and LEARNS. AI SDR market overpromised and underdelivered. We automated lead search, personalization, sending, replies - but it didn’t work, because most buyers didn’t have the fundamentals in place - ICP, offer. They were shooting blind and AI was helping them do it faster. When AI SDR market players realized this - they pivoted to human+AI and moved upmarket to sell enterprise, where companies allegedly know the basics. I’ve always felt that this is an easy way out. The real opportunity for AI in sales is and always have been in SMB - companies, who can’t pay $100k+ for a consultant to “figure it out” for them. Replit and Lovable made starting a software company easy - Ami is meant to make distribution for these new companies equally easy. Give it your website and Ami: - will figure out your ICP, relevant signals and suggest GTM strategies, based on what we’ve seen work in the market; - once you approve - Ami launches a campaign for you and monitors it; - if something is not working - it will fix it or stop it; - if the campaign is performing - it will scale it and create lookalikes; - new event coming up - Ami will spot it for you and create an outreach campaign; - new deal closed - Ami will analyze it and find prospects, who look like the one that closed; - deliverability is dropping - it will replace the mailbox. In 3 months of beta-testing Ami brought in $697M of pipeline for our customers. An AI SDR that was promised - has finally arrived, so you can finally focus on the most exciting part of entrepreneurship - building.
