When routing depends on human coordination, your pipeline slows down. Reps chase assignments. Ops chases clarity. Cal.com Routing removes the manual friction by automating who gets what — instantly and accurately. Your fastest path to revenue shouldn’t be stuck in a message thread.

You built a smooth top-of-funnel, but your handoff is broken. If your team is still relying on inbox forwarding or spreadsheets to assign leads, every delay kills speed-to-lead. Cal.com Routing bridges the gap between form submission and booked meeting — automatically. Reclaim the minutes that close deals.

Everyone knows the system is strained. Tool sprawl. ASPICE theater. Green dashboards masking red execution. Now add AI agents into that environment. More output. More automation. More uncertainty. Awareness doesn’t prevent failure when budgets tighten and timelines compress. When initiatives stall, leadership doesn’t ask whether the checklist was complete. They ask why engineering, and now AI, didn’t see it coming. What most organizations lack is context, not more governance. Without a shared execution model, you can’t see: • Where agents and humans are deviating from intent • Which decisions are amplifying rework at machine speed • How bottlenecks cascade into financial impact • Whether compute and engineering spend are producing measurable outcomes AI increases production. Context determines alignment. This is the context layer that makes agentic processes observable, governable, and economically rational. If you’re accountable for performance, control doesn’t come from more automation. It comes from knowing how the system actually behaves.

You pass ASPICE. You ship late anyway. When delivery slips, everyone blames engineering instead of blaming the framework. Now add AI agents to the workflow. Without context, automation accelerates the flaws of the system. See where agents and humans introduce rework, where work silently stalls, and where spend compounds before it becomes escalation. AI increases output. Context is what makes it governable.

Strong reverse engineering directly translates into greater throughput. However, this isn’t the only important factor for accelerating your software development. For regulated industries like insurance, generating high-quality and deterministic code is also top of mind. Kris Tokarzewski, Vitality Chief Technology & Information Officer, was on CXOTalk discussing exactly how Blitzy delivered deterministic output and reverse engineered their legacy systems. Listen to the full conversation linked in the comments.

In Part 2 of Measuring Engineering Velocity in the Age of AI, Jellyfish AI Advisor Adam Ferrari and I go beyond how enterprises measure AI impact to what's actually possible when you rethink the SDLC from the ground up. Here's what the autonomous SDLC unlocks. "Everything from design, implementation, testing, security, and QA - you can deploy agents, orchestrate them autonomously, and do the bulk of the work. And when you've done that, we are seeing 500%, 5x velocity increase. I think the world is yet to even scratch the surface of the potential of something like this." Full conversation on YouTube. Automation solved the repetitive. But what about the complex? Today's enterprises need AI agents that can think, decide and collaborate not just follow rules. See what's possible when you move from siloed, point-solution automation to fully orchestrated, agentic workflows and what it means for speed, governance and ROI.

I have zero regrets about passing on the traditional VC-backed path. I’ve seen the math, and I’m not interested in a probability curve that relies on luck to survive. I’m not trying to build a rocket that might explode on the pad; I’m building a reliable engine that grinds out wins every single day. And that's why I'm a fan of Bubble. The game is simple. You take a dollar, you turn it into two, and you do it again. You make smart moves, you allocate capital with a cool head, and you let time do the heavy lifting. If you can keep the machine running, using tools like Bubble to iterate and scale, and stay focused on the mechanics of growth, it’s actually hard to mess it up. I’m playing for a billion dollars over the next forty years, not a lucky break in the next three. I’d rather bet on a boring, inevitable compounding machine than a flashy, high-risk toss of the dice. Speed, consistency, and a relentless focus on the output, that’s how you actually get there.

Proces first, niet pakket first. Wat ik vaak terugzie bij traditionele softwareleveranciers is dat ze denken vanuit het pakket. Eerst het systeem, dan het proces erin persen. Wij beginnen bij de gebruiker. Hoe loopt dit proces? Welke data is nodig? Wat is de volgende stap? Dat levert een ander soort software op. Klanten geven het ook terug. "Dit ziet er anders uit." Dat is precies de bedoeling. #Blueriq

#Blueriq

Sneak peek in to our Live Assist Feature ! Every time a rep jumps on a call with a customer they need to win that call. Winning can mean uncovering pain, clearly articulating differentiated value, sharing the most relevant content and examples to garner trust or even establishing mutual next steps and buy-in from customer. As product velocity increases, sales teams grow - knowledge is siloed and even the best reps can use a wingman on the call. Below is an example of just one of the capabilities of Live Assist. BREVIAN does this by integrating into your knowledge bases and creating a map of your products, features, use cases, objections, pain points and more. It was fun to build this demo on Databricks UC product docs, brought back some memories. Stay tuned for more #AIinSales, #SalesIntelligence, #AIGTM

No one tells you how demanding it can be to build in a space that changes every week. Being a founder in a fast-moving industry means living in a constant state of adaptation. The roadmap you felt great about on Monday? Outdated by Thursday. The certainty you had in your product? Challenged by the next wave of innovation. But here’s the part I’ve learned to appreciate: you find calm inside the chaos. You stop chasing stability and start chasing growth in your product, your team, yourself. You build thicker skin, faster reflexes, and a deeper appreciation for the people who believe in what you’re doing even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. There are hard days, absolutely. But when someone tells you that what you built actually made their day easier, helped them win, or changed how they work, it makes every long night and tough call worth it. This journey tests everything you’ve got -patience, grit, creativity- but it also gives you perspective. It reminds you why you signed up for this in the first place: to help shape what comes next. #FoundersJourney #Leadership #StartupLife #AI #Innovation #GrowthMindset #BuildingInPublic #TechLeadership
