Private events are some of the most profitable hours a venue can sell. They're also some of the hardest to book consistently.
That's where Sway comes in.
We help restaurants, bars, hotels, galleries, wellness venues, historic properties, and event spaces book more private events. We run the advertising, answer every inquiry within minutes, and support every stage of the booking journey—from generating qualified inquiries to confirmed bookings.
Some venues have plenty of interest and need help turning inquiries into bookings. Others have beautiful spaces and little visibility. Most sit somewhere in the middle. Our job is to close the gap between the events a venue is booking today and the events it could be booking.
Our four products are designed for different stages of the booking journey. Some venues need more qualified inquiries. Some need help turning inquiries into bookings. Others want us to handle the entire process, from advertising to confirmed booking.
Everything we do is built around a simple idea: people planning events want answers quickly. When someone reaches out, they want to know whether the space fits, whether the date works, and what happens next. We make sure those conversations start while interest is still high.
We publish our pricing. We name the people who do the work. We report on bookings, not marketing jargon.
Running a venue is demanding work. When events are flowing, everyone notices. When they're not, the pressure usually lands on a small group of people.
We built Sway to be the team behind the scenes helping carry that load, bringing ideas, answering questions, and working alongside you to keep the calendar moving in the right direction.
Looking to book more private events? We'd love to hear about your venue.
